I think people should evaluate living here!

Before renting here, keep this in mind. This apartment complex is mixed with section-8/ income assistance and others that have to pay full-price rent. Also if you have more than 2 cars you fight for parking spots. Meaning if somebody parks in front of your apt. you have to park 5-6 spots down. Also there are no garbage compactors on site. You have 2 garbage cans you have to roll out every Monday and deal with all the flies on your back porch. And upstairs in my apartment and my friends apartment are very hot and not well insulated (high energy bill a/c ). If I’d have known better I wouldn’t even have rented here. This place also closes up early around 4:40 or 4:45 so don’t bother coming up here after then.*

Never anywhere to park management doesnt care always trying to tow your car if parked in their spot and Im the one paying rent also its mixed with section 8 rent is to high for this place no trash compactor and the flies on our back porch is ridiculous and upstairs is so hot.
