Made an appointment.Tim did my nails. He did a fabulous job. He was very meticulous and paid attention to details. It took about an hour and a half. It cost $50 plus tip! I definitely recommend this place and will be going back! 10/10 😊

Loved this place the first time I went. Just drove 30 minutes to come here because of how much I loved my nails the first time. Was a walk-in appointment. They had me choose my colors and sit down and told me there’d be a 5-minute wait. After I waited 10 minutes, (and after they got all the supplies ready at my station) they told me they couldn’t get me in for another almost THREE hours because people had scheduled appointments until then. Don’t accept walk ins if you can’t take care of them. Not coming back.

Normal polish on toes smudged 2 hours after I left. Gel polish on nails was already lifting up the next day and 2 of them have already come completely off 4 days later. Ive never had gel last less than a week and a half, super disappointed. It was very clean and the staff was kind, just wish I hadnt spent my money here.

I’ve found my forever nail salon. Kay did an amazing job on my gel manicure. Everyone was very friendly and I was able to relax! The place was very nice and clean!

Been coming here for a couple of years now. Lucy and Son an all of the staff there are just fabulous! They do great work, the place is always meticulously clean and they are always friendly and do not rush your service.

I’ve been going to Lucy for years and I always love the work she does! In this picture, I had dip with extensions in the shape square/round. I showed her an inspo pic similar to this style and she helped pick out similar colors for me. I love how they turned out! 🤩

Worst service ever. They treat you like you are there for free. They wouod make you wait for hours even if you go after making and appointment. They don’t even listen if you keep reminding them that you have to leave early kindly start my service. They would ignore whatever you say to them. Very unprofessional and poor quality service. In two hours they could only take my gel nail color off. Pathetic

I am very biased when it comes to my nail tech. I normally stick with one for several years. I decided to go to this shop, as a guest of my mother, and boy this place didn’t disappoint. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and quickly sat at our designed, socially distanced area and offered a beverage. The ambiance of this place was peaceful and beautiful. I got a pedicure and was graced to meet Rose. She was very good! From the massage to the polish, she made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I would definitely recommend her for pedicures! My mother had her nails and feet done by NeNe. She was a jewel as well! The owner and his daughter both were super friendly and it felt like we were apart of their family. I highly recommend this place for your nails and feet! You will not be disappointed!

Ive been a client at this salon for the past few years. Its a family owned business. They are personable and professional. The prices are very affordable and the place is always meticulously clean. They remember customers names and always give warm welcomes. I highly recommend them!

Nini and Rose is an excellent nail technicians. Very professional and pays close attention to detail. Nail salon is clean neat and well organized, I am greeted by everyone no matter when I visit. Customer service is key, Lucy and her husband go above and beyond to ensure their customers have a good experience.

Just so happened to find this place through google because me and my bestie have been on the mission to find a great nail salon. It has always been so difficult to find a nail tech to give me the exact shape I want, so I decided to give Lucy a try after seeing a picture posted here of the shape that I liked even though it was more round than square in the picture. She did a fantastic job at giving me the perfect shape. The environment of the nail shop is super clean and neat. The only reason why I am giving them a 4 star is because some of the customers coming in weren’t wearing their mask during the pandemic and they weren’t enforcing it even though there is a sign on the door. Health is very important and it would be great to see that they’re taking the extra precaution’s for COVID. Other than that I think I will come back and give this nail salon a try.Update: I noticed that some of my nails that Lucy did were not the same length. I love the nail salon, but after doing comparison prices with other nail salons they are quite expensive for what you get.

Went here with a couple of my girlfriends and felt fully pampered and well taken care of. Great service, super clean, modern, and relaxing. They offer full services for nails, and awesome aromas to choose from for both pedicure and manicure services. They didn’t rush to get us out the door, instead they took their time with us and gave all great pedis and manis. If lived here this would definitely be my nail place of choice. Their prices are also very reasonable and in line with other reputable salons. Went here at the last minute. I was helped right away. One of the ladies working there recommended a new product that I would be their first customer to try. I decided to go for it. The style is called Cat Eye and its one of my faves. Takes a little while to do as the process requires a bit more work. Ive gotten a lot of compliments. It matched well with my wardrobe. The only problem is that the metallic top coat started peeling on several of my nails within a week, which took away from the look. Leaving me with matte black nails instead. Would go back.

Very welcoming and nice, made sure me and my friend were takin care of right away. Made sure through the entire time that they creating the nails we wanted. Came at happy hour which was a added bonus. Great nail salon overall definitely coming back.

This place is amazing! Yesterday I had THE BEST gel manicure Ive ever had in my life. Hannah was my manicurist and she took so much time to make sure everything looked absolutely perfect! Normally, when I go to other nail salons they are way too rough and end up cutting my cuticles to the point of bleeding, but not here! Two glasses of wine, a neck and shoulder massage, I could go on and on. The salon was so clean and the staff was friendly. I will never go to another nail salon. I love Palace Nails in Frisco! I have been going there for years, even when they were at their previous location. I usually get nexgen and it always looks amazing and lasts an entire month (and I’m a flight attendant so I open a lot of soda cans and am pretty hard on my nails so this is saying something)! The only reason I get them done every month is because they grow out. Lucy and Miley are my girls and always take their time and do an amazing job!

Horrible experience! My friend and I went to get our nails done and it took us 3 hrs. One of the ladies was quick but the other one took 3 hrs and they dont even looked good. Then, they show you a price and added fees without telling you plus if you say something they give you attitude. Never coming back!!-

First time in this salon and it was a terrible experience. Basic pedi took 2 hours. I had gel on my toes to start with and instead of using acetone and foil to remove, it was a sanding tool which was quite uncomfortable. He cut my nails so short that it hurt, never filed them, then told me if I wanted pumice on my heels it’d be an extra $5. The polish is poorly done, ends of nails are rough and uneven and polish all over and around my toes. I usually go to Belle Vous and even thought they are pricier, it’s a completely different experience. Now I’m going to have to go there tomorrow and have them try and fix what’s been done - although I’m not sure with my nails as short as they are now, they can do much at all (and it will hurt). I’m beyond disappointed.

I go out of my way, no matter where I’m living, to come to this Nail Salon because of the extraordinary experience I have every time!!!

Super clean, Pretty, Relaxing and Affordable! I usually get my eyebrows waxed here every few weeks: The service is great. They take you tona back room, you get to lay down, a little mood music, sterile equipment and single use was sticks and wmstrips so no germs! Plus a kittle head/temple massage 💆. Definetly like the newer bigger space!
