Very rushed. She was using the drill and hit 3 fingers to Where I was bleeding. My cuticles still hurt/swollen and are bleeding. It’s been 3 days. I’ve been getting my nails done for YEARS. I’ve only had my cuticles messed up like this once out of 40+ sets I have had. Her stuff was also old/dirty. If u make someone bleed you are supposed to sanitize the bit used. She did not. I am certified in bbp. Not clean!

I first came to the salon actually leaving from another salon because they couldn’t do anything that I wanted and when I walked in here they were very kind and even though I just walked in and asked for a detailed design they welcoming and were very professional and polite I recommend you guys come here very good nail artist very versatile great place

Amazing service and super clean. My first gel manicure and spa pedicure in a very long time. Nicole the owner was 100 percent there to make sure we are happy. I will be back for the next one. Lynn was super great and fast on gel manicure. Dana did an amazing pedicure.

I used to like coming here but I’m going to look else where. The woman at the front desk was a little rude because I’m not a regular. The guy who did my nails was rushing to finish my nails and I came in 2 hours before closing it was more than enough time. My nails turned out meh but I won’t be coming back.

I have been going to Oscar for over 5 years now and have never been disappointed. Maika always does my Nexgen nails and is absolutely wonderful! The owners are super welcoming and have the best customer service and a full bar!! Over the years I’ve recommended many friends/coworkers and they come to Oscar now too. They are by far the best salon in Frisco!

The salon was super busy but owners Adam and Nicole did all of the right things to win me and their existing clientele over.First and foremost nothing was spared to ensure safety i.e. masks, cleanliness, temperature checks and spacing where applicable.Nicole; a super multitasker made sure my first experience was outstanding. She took time to select just the right color polish and checked in with me at every turn. The Beverly Hills like decor was upscale and the multi screen channels made for a relaxing experience. It wasnt one or two things this duo did well but rather everything they did that captivates the client and makes one compelled to return again and again. Prices were comparable and worth every $$. Their staff Monica, _____, and others were experienced, some with 5 years plus longevity which speaks volumes!Cheers!Suzy

I’ve been going to Oscar Nails on Lebanon for awhile, but the last few times Ive gone they have done a sub-par job...and for the prices you pay there...NOT ACCEPTABLE!They were understaffed and my daughter got her nails done by a guy who rushed through the process leaving her nails looking like a toddler did them...and that may be an insult to toddlers.The temp in there is always lukewarm and humid, the petite woman that seems to manage (run the show) is on the rude side and seems more interested in turning a buck than making sure the clients are well taken care of and satisfied. Just terrible customer service.My daughter had to repay to get her mani done at another place today. Won’t be going back and suggest you dont waste your money there either.

My daughter and I went for pedis this afternoon around 11:30. I expected it to be super busy during the lunch hour but there were plenty of chairs and staff to take care of us right away even though we didnt make a reservation. Lynn did a great job on my toes. I will definitely be a return customer.

I don’t write bad reviews unless I have to. And this time, I feel like its necessary.This was my second time coming here. The first time was great! I got what I wanted, and was very pleased when I left.This time, I can’t say the same thing. I asked for acrylic gel nails and I got nexgen nails. Now, I know I should’ve said something, but I’ve never gotten acrylic gel nails before so I didn’t know how they were started. When the woman dipped my nails in color the first time, that’s just what I thought happened when acrylic gel nails get started. But then, she kept dipping my nails and when it was too late, I realized I was getting nexgen nails, which again isn’t what I asked for.Also, I asked for coffin shaped nails and what I received doesn’t look like coffin shaped nails at all. I thought they’d get fixed later but they didn’t.Lastly, it looks like there’s a part on my ring finger where there’s no color at all. There are also a lot of bumps on my nails. The entire time I felt like the woman doing my nails was rushing and didn’t pay attention to detail.I don’t know if I’ll be coming back.

The massage and pedicure were sensational - but the gel manicure I received is uneven, bubbly and frankly just not well done. they attempt to move you through quickly, which I appreciate - but trying to relax / enjoy while balancing a pillow, LED light and wet nails on your lap isnt really the best way to unwind.the ladies were very friendly and the atmosphere is wonderful - but the services themselves need some work.

I got Nexgen and my nails started yellowing before two days had passed! I felt very uncomfortable and wish I had walked out and not wasted my money. I felt tense from the moment I walked in the door. They were not professional and left me standing at the entry for a few minutes before yelling at me to go sit down and pick a colour. Dont waste your money! Just buy a bottle of polish that you actually like and do it at home.

The place is really nice inside but the customer service here is really lacking. I am not a talker and enjoy having peace and quiet when getting my nails done, but the fact that my lady didn’t even ask my name or bother to see if I wanted a drink was kind of ridiculous. The other nail lady next to me started facetiming her kids while she was working on my sisters nails also which I thought was strange.

Their system for getting clients started is an inconvenience. ive been here 4-5 times and they always seem to not know whats going on. your nail tech doesnt even show up for 10 mins until after you have been seated. i always end up having to repeat myself on what color i wanted multiple times to multiple people. technicians dont seem to understand the basic shapes of a nail. its frustrating trying to complete simple tasks such as getting seated and getting your nail color. they’re nails last a long time and they have a good color selection though. price is fair. but they charge extra for petty things.

Some of the best technicians I have found in Frisco. They listen to the way you like your nails done and do it; not the way they want to do your nails.

This was my daughters first nail salon experience— and we had a great time! Oscar Nail Salon has a few child-sized pedicure chairs right next to adult-sized ones which was fun for both of us. As soon as we walked in the door, one of the ladies took her in hand, and helped her pick colors for her mani-pedi and made her feel right at home. Later, while they were finishing my pedicure, my daughter enjoyed looking at the tropical fish. Good service at a good price in a beautiful place.

Helen is great with the NexGen nail gels-- they look lovely and natural. Great pedicures and neck massages. Relaxing atmosphere.

I waited about 30 minutes for a mani. Instead of being relaxed, I was rushed through my services, then my pillow got yanked before they were even done with my nails and given to another person. What?! The nails came out pretty well, but it was not worth the price. I really should not have tipped.

I just got a mani-pedi from Selena & Linda it was the Best!!! If you are in the area I highly recommend these two. By far the best.

Ehhh, we werent impressed. Our pedicure was just blah, the technician was least interested. It was one of the expensive pedicures, but we never got the neck and back massage the other reviews talk about..
