I had a great experience there a few weeks ago. I accidentally looked at the wrong number and picked the wrong color (totally my fault) and she offered to fix it. I ended up liking the color so it all worked out. Even though she was by herself I never felt rushed and the service was wonderful. Can’t wait to come back!

I went in to get a set of acrylic nails. I scheduled it on line. The on line price was 30.00 but when I got there, they said the price was 33. I said no problem but I don’t like false advertising. I sat down to a nail tech that was zombie like. She never spoke to me just moved my hands in a passive aggressive fashion. When finished, she only said ok. Then I said thank you. I was never offered a drink even though I saw an ample supply and no other customers were there. It was 5:00 on a Tuesday evening. My nails turned out ok at best. Needless to say, I will not be returning. There’s too many places doing it way better for the same cost, or less with excellent customer service.

New owners and great quality! I let her know I am hard on my nails and they sometime break or crack in they first 3 days if they are not done well. She did an excellent job of making sure they are thick enough and still look great! Highly recommend

Excellent work on nails. My daughter brought me there for this is where she goes and mow that I am moving there this will be my salon of choice.

I was visiting from out of town and the gentleman that did my nails was so polite and friendly! He was also very quick but thorough! If I am in the area again I will come back and request him! I apologize for not remembering his name but a face I will not forget!

Went with my sister as walk-ins. This place has great service, the employees are very friendly, and they do an awesome job! One of the best pedis I have had in awhile! I highly recommend checking these guys out! :) They are GREAT!!!

There were multiple things wrong with this salon. My nails lifted after like 4 days and they all came off completely by the 5th day, the acrylic was not smooth and the nails were un even. The lady cut my with the file.

I am truly happy and Even excited to share my experience here at Frisco Nail & Spa I had came in to get my nails taken off and got a new fresh set she asked me to wash my hands right away, and got to work . the atmosphere here is sweet and calming gentle music playing in the background my nail Techs name is Heidi and she did an amazing job taking my nails off they were pretty thick and she was very gentle and patient and got them off without any pain we laughed whole time and I had an awesome time conversing with her she’s very sweet and super careful she cares for you with patience and does her job very well please ask for Heidi very nice sweet lady I wouldn’t choose anyone else ever again to do my nails she values her work and is very detailed. Went here as a walk in with my mom. They were very accommodating, very nice, and our nails are beautiful! A little rush occurred & they turned into a multi-tasking team. It was a great experience, highly recommended.

Took over an hour for a terrible pedicure. I picked the deluxe option. Nothing deluxe about it. Did not get dead skin taken off my feet. Horrible shaping of nails. They were repainted and spots missed. No top coat done. The hot towels were room temperature at best. Person doing my pedicure disappeared for over 15 minutes leaving these towels on my legs (smelt like they were old and moldy). Then came the hot stones, only on the bottom of my feet. One was room temperature the other was scalding. Never coming here again. Worst experience Ive ever had.***edit once I went to pay I asked about the discount they were advertising, sign said 20% before 3 pm, he stated I didnt qualify since I didnt get my hands done too. False advertisement. No where did the sign say I had to get two services to qualify. I also had to wait over 30 minutes to pay since he kept disappearing and since Im not a shady person I not just going to walk out of a place without paying. Such a waste of money. There is so much oil on my feet still it has ruined my shoes.

If you want quality services this is the spa to come to. They take thier time and make sure you are happy and your nails are done correctly. I ALWAYS have the BEST service when I visit Frisco Nails & Spa. I have tried many places in Frisco and McKinney, None of them offer the same quality. You are a customer at this salon, not a dollar amount.❤ Loyal customer for life

After going to another salon I decided to try this place. Ive been getting my nails done (acrylic,gel) since 1982. I love this place! Lynn did my nails. EXCELLENT! Will definitely be a regular!

Even though I had to wait about 20 minutes (they were understaffed) I was so pleased with my relsults and it was well worth the wait! I was on my way back from Collin College and decided I’d get my nails done for Valentine’s Day :) I’m so glad I came here. The woman who did my nails paid such intricate attention to detail! Will definitely be coming back!

After moving to Frisco I had to find a new nail salon. I fell in love with this little shop. Wonderful customer service and they do an awesome job on my nex gen. I go in once a month and almost always have to walk in because of my hectic schedule. Never a long wait, always quick and professional. Ive been going for almost a year now.

My daughter and I had the deluxe pedicure. Very well done and friendly staff. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Will return again.

Service was excellent! I had the best pedicure I have had since moving to Texas from Arkansas 2 years ago. My Nexgen nails are everything I wanted and more! Plus my daughter absolutely loves her nails & toenails - awesome design!! We will definitely be returning!

This place doesnt even deserve one star i got my nails done on friday and here we are monday and most of my nails have lifted from the bottom when i called last night they told me to come in at 10 to redo and when i got there they refused to do them. $60.00 what a waste of money.

Ive been looking for a new nail salon since moving to Frisco, after trying a few different places, I really like this one! I got a pedicure, and NexGen. My nails werent thick or crooked, they looked so natural. I was very pleased!

I got up to wash my hands and when I came back there was already a new customer sitting in my spot. No hand massage for me :(My friend had her nex gen removed by being peeled off, which resulted in her actual nails being peeled and one split down the middle. Rough and painful! We wont be back.Update: It has been 3 months and my nails are still recovering. Run far away from Frisco Nails!

Great salon and service. I have had Iris, Ben and Hong do my gel pedicure and nexgen nails and I have never been disappointed. They are always accommodating evwn on Sundays since I always walk in due to my schedule.
