I’ve been a patron of Villa Nails for more than a decade. Over the years I’ve had girlfriends ask me to get my nails done with them at other nail salons… but I’m never as satisfied as I am at Villa Nails. I’m a perfectionist about my nails and they always deliver consistently beautiful work. Recently I started using Mike for my nails and Paige for my pedicures. They are both insanely talented in their craft, professional and kind. I’m overly satisfied each visit!

Been coming to Villa Nails since I moved to the area and had a consistently good experience. It took me a little while to find the stylists I really liked, but now I go out of my way to make appointments with June! She’s the best. My newest glitter ombré nexgen has been my favorite combo so far!

Ive been here a few times and had good experiences. Anna did my pedicure this time and she was amazing. I will definitely be back - the best massage Ive had in a while.

I’ve been a loyal customer. The last two times I’ve had not so great customer service. Not only this, the front lady always gives some sort of attitude when i ask for my teacher discount. I wasn’t given my teacher discount and the tech asked me to pay before given my service. Her explanation for this is because dip/acrylics don’t take long to dry while regular polish doesn’t which is why i have to pay first. Please tell me how that makes sense. I won’t be returning after my subpar service and excuses. Also, I’m Vietnamese and understand what they talk about. I would come in with a Vietnamese friend next time so they can tell you all the things they’re saying. It’s not positive this last time i went. I won’t be returning to say the least. Take your money else where with the same prices but better services.

My mom and I went in for the first time and got our eyes brows waxed. We were greeted sweetly, and it only took a few minutes for us to get ready for the waxing. The lady who did it, her name was Paige, she was absolutely incredible. Me being Italian I have thick eyebrows and she told me what she was gonna do before starting, to make sure I liked the shape and the thickness they were gonna be. She was incredibly sweet and did an excellent job on both me and my mom!

I wish I can give zero stars. I have been going here for some time and it seems like every time I go they have the attitude as though they are doing me a favor or giving me something for free. The staff is very unprofessional and always has a negative demeanor. I will never go back there again. The lady that receives people in the front is very rude. When I asked to get my nail fixed she said that her techs did not want to do my nails. I was astonished, I have never felt so disrespected with no explanation or justification. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! I just went to another nail salon and I was able to notice a major difference, everyone is so nice and welcoming. Don’t waste your money or time at this place. Much better places out there.

I had Wendy work on my Nexgen nails for my birthday and she did a BEAUTIFUL job! I asked for a black to red gradient look, showed her a picture for reference, and her execution was flawless. She took her time to make sure each nail looked perfect, even if that meant redoing it a couple times to find the perfect method. I paid $65 and it was worth every penny!!

I went the weekend before Thanksgiving. The picture of my nails are a will later. They were busy but I was helped quickly. I was not offered a drink. The last that did my nails, Jennifer, was sick. She kept having to step away to cough. I felt so bad for her. She was doing her best. Usually my nails can go two weeks maybe three before having happy like this, and the dip was far too thick. Could be because of the light color. She used the drill too hot on my nails, I had to pull away a couple of times.Maybe when she is feeling better it will be a better experience, but for now Ill stick with driving a little further and going to my other place.

My girlfriend has been going to this nail place for a while and has always complained about the customer service. I went with her this past time and she is correct. They treat the customers with no respect nor are they open minded. She asked for her nails to be cut shorter and they told her it would cost $5... if you go here be prepared for awful service.

Got my full set powder dip by Mike and my pedicure by Don and they did absolutely amazing! 100% satisfied with my nails and toes and they made the whole experience just great, super friendly and absolutely amazing at their work!

The 1st time I came here in April it was great, I was a walk in so I got my nails done within 10 mins. Today my 2nd visit here I waited for 1 hour, even the girl that came after me got her previous nails soaked off and another full set done and I was only half way done lol. Anyway I like my nails but next time Ill set an appt maybe.

I finally decided to get my nails done post pandemic (almost)I normally drive to Plano but this salon is closer to my house and gave it a try. I have to say they are definitely taking extra steps to ensure cleanliness. They ask that you wash your hands prior to being seated which is great!I showed my nail tech what I wanted for mani off Pinterest and ensured that I was satisfied. They did talk me into getting ‘The Grand’ pedicure and was worth it. My feet feel like butter.

Stop by there to get a pumpkin cheesecake. My family loves them and we get one every single year. Also those wonderful hamburgers they have with the onions that dont bite back. They do have bad days occasionally but not often.

Be aware!When you come in you are treated like a princess, but when your service its almost done they through you out of your seat like a rat. The costumer service its the worst. After you pay, you are worthless for them.The end result can be a hit or a miss. It all depends on the person that you get and their idea of the shape of the nails. Every time I went and ask for the same shape I got totally different results.Not coming back!

THE worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. The ladies doing it were rude, my nails are soooo sloppy, I still have cuticles on my nails and toenails. My toe nails were actually clipped CROOKED. Absolutely awful experience. I ended up filing my own nails because the manicurist kept filing them square when I told her I wanted them round. She never even asked me which shape I wanted. “Kelly” was doing my manicure and said she’d come back to do the top coat. When she came back and had to re-do one of my nails she said “I’m busy!” And then left again and never returned to finish my top coat. Never going here again, I suggest to stay away for any future customers. This place is a joke. Just look at a pic of my pedicure.

Wife has been going here for about 3.5 years and has always had fast and great service. Even during COVID, they are very thorough and follow all the safety precautions with masks, face shields, etc... The wife always loves her nails after going there. Happy wife, happy life.

I have gotten my face burned by their cheap wax! The managers have been very rude and today is the last day for that! I won’t be back. They need to have better customer service. Please take your business elsewhere. This is horrible

Arrived at 1:30 PM and waited for 45 minutes before I was seated for my pedicure. Once I was seated, the service was good. I will return at an earlier time for my next pedi to see if my wait time will improve. Overall my service was good.

This was the worst pedicure Ive ever gotten. As she filed my nails first thing, she cut my little toe and it was bleeding. Then she was scraping my cuticles while she buffed my nails and it was very painful and I kept flinching and asking her to not do that. One week later and I still have scabs on my toes from this.

I went to this place with my sister and a friend of mine a week ago. I had the best experience ever! They greeted us right away, the nail tech i had was Joann. She made me experience a blast, she helped me picked my nail color ( which i love and i get alot of compliments on) just easy to talk to wonderful customer service from the people at the front desk, to Joann. I will be returning and i will be asking for Joann😀✨

This is a review for the employee, not the business itself which is why it is 5 stars. My friend had a terrible experience with the manager and her nail artist. My first impression was not great. I will admit the water was cold when I got here, but my lady fixed it. We did have to ask twice because the guy didnt really understand the first time. I know they were busy but I was waiting for her to get done for 20 minutes andwe started at the same time. If it was for the business I would have gave them 2 stars at most

Villa is always the best experience and finest quality. I love Villa because it is clean and the tools are always in sealed bags so I know they were cleaned and sanitized correctly. I always request Britney for my manicure/pedicure because she does an amazing job and gives the best massages on my arms and legs!

This is where I always go to get manicures and pedicures. Theyre so friendly. Theyre very effecient and speedy and try to get you seated as soon as you walk in. They also accept reservations. They have a huge selection of colors. My last gel manicure lasted over 3 weeks! My favorite manicurists are Yen and Jasmine.

Looks nice from the outside and inside but NO. They’re over priced, say they can do anything but their designs are terrible and they rip you off. Every time I’ve come in here, my acrylics or next gen rip off my fingers and I have permanent nail damage. This is the only place my nails have broken from. They also never fix anything for free. Don’t waste your money here, it’s not all that nice. And their workers never look happy. They’re obviously not treated right.

This was the worst place I have ever been to. You would think for an upper end area they would provide better quality. They sure want to stick with the upper end pricing but not provide the upper end service. They had to have a different person come redo and finish my toes because the guy that started had no idea what he was doing. I just did a polish change and I was there for over an hour.

I’m a very nice and modest client to have at any location. I’m generous always with tipping for reasons that coincide with having worked in customer service industries to get through college. I can 100% in honest unbiased words say that this experience was unacceptable. I was calm, polite and poised as I didn’t want to have any conflict or ruin anyone’s day. The second I was sat down by my nail tech, Kay, she was rude and unwilling to want to listen or even do a fill. She was impatient before she began and I felt very uncomfortable. Due to having a meeting the next day and a tight schedule at night, I knew this place was my only option since I was already seated. Again, didn’t want to cause conflict. I think had she been a bit more patient, nice and willing to wiring with me I wouldn’t have had a low quality experience. I let the beginning impression go as it’s holiday season. Another issue I had was when she finished and left black marks or dots in the nail that was done by the pink powder which obviously stood out, when I asked her if she could please fix it she began to get mad and impatient again. I think I’m customer service industries customer service is clearly key but aside from that.. wouldn’t the owner of this establishment want their clients to be given 100%? I’ve worked in dental industries, an elite hair salon, Drybar, and have worked in surgical industries. Customer service is key. I’m writing an honest review because it’s dederved. This place rushed and didn’t give me the quality I was looking for. Next time I will go back to Beverly Nail in Uotown which was the place that gave me exceptional experience. Living near Frisco made me want to try convenience and I decided after tonight I would go ahead and continue making further drives for people who want to give exceptional quality and decent customer service experiences.I run a business now and know that this isn’t the way you treat a client. Rude, intolerable and impatient behavior pushes people away. Thank you for the time but I won’t be back.

The nail tech wasn’t careful of my cuticles and I ended up getting cut with the nail grinder, the cut got infected and is swollen/painful. the nails are uneven and when I asked for my tech to watch out for a nail that I hurt he didn’t listen and it ended up bleeding also.Not a good experienceUpdate: my cuticle has started receding off of my nail and the nail is turning yellow/orangeUpdate #2: it’s been a month and my nails fallen off and had to regrow, not happy

Friendly staff, they care about your experience! I got the nexgen nails done, Ive had them done other places and they seemed to not really care. Here they made sure I was okay through out the process and made sure I liked the color before they put the finish coat on. I live in Celina, so its a little bit of a drive, but will be coming back!

Wendy and Anne are the team to get!!!I have been seeing Wendy for over 3 years now and she is THE BEST at Nexgen and Gel- manicures! She always does my hands and Anne always does my pedicures.These women work extremely hard, are friendly, and always strive for perfection. Wendy feels like my family! As long as they are here, this is where I will be! :)

Just about done with Villa! Tired of being rushed through like a herd of cattle. Went today, and my tech was going so fast and so rude, then the manager (the female one) came about half way through and told him his next customer was there, so he goes even faster, and got even more rude. Ive been going there for years and its gone down hill! Hey Villa, your not the only shop in town!

I live in frisco and every time Ive been here Ive gotten a severe nail infection in every cuticle and even under my nails...they never wash their equipment and make fun of you when you say ouch as they grind off your skin. Its been WEEKS and Im still battling this infection..just yellow goo oozing from my inflamed nail beds. Theyll give you a pedicure and then rub in the lotion with the plastic wrappers of their tools. For a place that looks so nice inside you think they would treat people better.

We showed up at 1 and sat for over an hour in the chairs before anyone came to work on us. My daughter just needed a manicure dueing my pedicure and even after that hour, no one had approached her. I had asked twice when she would be taken care of and was told “in a few minutes”. Not sure I will be back

Go during the weekday if possible. Very busy on the weekends and you will have to wait about 20-30 minutes. I highly recommend Helen for doing a pedicure. She does a very good job and good massage.

Visited with a friend and our young daughters. We were told there was no wait which is why we went in. We were quickly seated but My friend and the girls waited like 25 minutes before anyone attended to them. I ended up getting done well before everyone and then had to keep the tired kids entertained while they finished up with my friend. The complete opposite of being relaxed!No one came to offer explanations or updates until we asked. I understand if there was a wait, but tell me this before when I ask.They didn’t even offer to help me get the girls out of the pedicure chairs resulting in me ruining my manicure even before leaving.Not coming back!

Eva is just the best she always does exactly what I want and Im not even a picky person! Shes been doing my nails and toes for about 2 years now and they always last forever, never break off etc. I usually never write reviews but this place is wonderful, kind employees and great customer service I highly recommend it to anyone.

Bad experience! I walked in and the didnt even reply hello and the guy who did my nails left a nail powder all over my nails and he didnt cleaned it . They charger me $35 for coloring my own nails only and I left a $5 tips ! They didnt even ask if I want to drink any thing like other nails spa does ! I will never go back again Im so pissed off

This Villa Nails in Frisco is the worst salon I have ever been to. They want to get the customers in and out as quickly as possible. You walk in and tell them with limited knowledge of the various products or services that you want. There are only two or three people that have a limited grasp of the English language to help you. Once your in a chair and trying to talk to the technicians, they give you advice on what they understand. My daughter asked them not to machanically buff her nails. They advised the nextgen and the first thing they did was start bugging her nails. They left both she and I with product that wasnt removed. When I spoke to the owner, she degraded the pedicurist by saying She just does pedicures. She doesnt know anything about manicures.

I came here for prom and the salon was completely empty except for my friend and me. The technician rushed and gave me the sloppiest french tips I’ve ever seen. There were smudges everywhere and she blamed me for them. She also broke my thumbnail and tried to cover it up with nail polish. With as many nail salons that are in this area, don’t waste your money here.

Have gone here fro 2 years, huge place, great services. Clean and most techs speak English. Recently a lot of turn-over.

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAINFirst time ever to come here. Worst experience ever. I walked in with long nails (by extensions) and nexgen. The nail technician - Eva did not ask if I wanted to keep my length, how I liked the shape nor explained to me their process. During the process she took all my length off (which I did Not want) and then said you can add tips again but they will grow and proceeded to go on.The ENTIRE time she was either talking on her phone, texting or checking her phone. At one point she said my Air conditioner is out I believe that was her apology and excuse that her phone conversations were more important the job I was paying her for.She finally finished her calls and subsequently my nails, asked to ring me out. Got her money and said thanks and walked away. My nails were still wet so I had to ask the customer to my left how long I needed to wait for them to dry... Since the technician never gave me instructions let alone talked to me.Horrible service!! RUDE and disrespectful technicians!! The prices are higher than I usually pay... Not to mention she actually charged me to remove my length when I didnt even want it to be.Worst place ever.

This place is horrible! I went with my daughter to get Nexgen and a pedicure the service was rushed and sloppy. The technician was rude complaining and mumbling and then we were waiting for our nails to dry and we were kicked out and the place was empty. I do not recommend this place spend your money somewhere else.

I have been going to this salon for a long time. However I had to stop due to two different times of getting a fungus.

Sat in the chair for 30 min before getting treated. staff are mixed between nice and rude. expensive for what it is. it is also very hectic. do not go here if you want to relax. pop music is playing and multiple tvs are on at once on top of the nail tools on. more nexgen nail techs working rsather than people that just do polish

The worst place I’ve gone to.... I went to get my gel nails and they used the UV light on my nails but in the process burnt my hand.... and now its all red and hurts to touch... basically like I have a sunburn on my hand.... don’t go here.

Let me start off by saying I love TREY he has always done a TREMENDOUS job on my nails which is why I always schedule an appointment with him. This is where my problem begins...I have now arrived TWICE to scheduled appointments with Trey and both times I have been pushed over to someone else to do my nails and unfortunatley both times within days I have had 2-4 nails crack...NEVER before has this happened when Trey has done my nails. I get extremely frustrated with the fact of if I scheduled an appointment with someone please dont put me with a person I did not request. I understand if you dont have an appointment its solely the luck of the draw on which nail technician you will get but, I feel like they should honor your request when you c all and make an appointment A WEEK ahead of time to make sure you get a time slot with the technician you like.

Pedicure and manicure here is great! I always request Helen as she maintains attention to detail and a great massage EVERY TIME!Most NexGen nail techs will get the job done nicely! Have yet to find one I would request the following visit....seem to have less time and dont pay near as much attention to detail as my requested mani/pedi tech.

One thing you want when spending your money is to be taken care of in this instance as previously we were not even offered a bottle of water as my wife and I sat there getting her nails done and me getting my feet done I noticed they all had water, now before I cry racism, I generally give people a chance until they hang themselves, rigor mortis just set in.

I go to nail spa every 3 weeks but this was worst of all... We went there in a group of 7 and took an appointment bfr going... Right from the moment we entered they were in such a rush... The only thing they focused on was price of everything not quality and not interested in listening to us... The person who did my nails I showed her 4 nail designs very simple ones and she picked one tht she could do... She did on one nail nicely but the same design on other nail she was not able to do neatly and very rudely says that i am tired I cant do it.. I am getting late... She sends someone else to do it who also couldnt do it but was courteous and apologized for the other ladys behavior... The only person who was nice n knew how to behave with the customer was Lynn...We all payed without any complaints but manager was very rude..

The service is hit or miss here.Free beverages are advertised, however they are not always offered and on occasion when I have asked for a beverage, the salon attendant has acted as though they were thoroughly inconvenienced by my small request.At todays visit, I was charged an additional $5 fee for Nex-gen removal. My nails are my own, I simply have the Nex-gen powder applied on top of my own nails. On my past visits to this location, Ive never been charged a $5 fee for this. Im simply getting a change in color! I also requested an extra coat of the Nex-gen powder because my nails are thin and my nail technician refused to do it! She said, I dont do that! . Um, wow, this is another first for me! She also told me that I was a very picky customer and told me that I needed to relax. Yeah, I will get right on that, after being insulted. After paying $50 to have Nex-gen applied on top of my own nails, I was pretty disgusted.Upon leaving, I had to go home and file my own nails. Not only were they rough and uneven on the surface, they were also unevenly shaped. I should have asked for the DIY discount!After giving this location several chances on multiple occasions, I am done. Visit at your own risk.
