Extremely disappointed! I was falsely charged 130$ for a simple medium marble nail and a French tip! Usually other shops around frisco would charge 70-80$ but this shop charged me A LOT! They lied and said that my nails are long when they are not long I even told the lady that did my nails that that I wanted medium and she understood the assignment but yet the manager continues to say my nails are long when they are indeed not long at all . I work at a warehouse so I wouldn’t even think of getting long nails . Then to get a design on your toes they’ll charge you $15 and that’s fine I just would like for them to let me know the prices like anyone else would before charging me so I can at least have a choice weather that’s what I would like to do or not! overall the experience was decent but the over charging is what made me not want to ever come back I literally felt like I was robbed

I was wondering why on the reviews all the nails were short or looking like it’s their real nails. It’s because they literally charge extra for any length over your nail bed. Also what salon doesn’t know how to do an ombré nail😒 I had to have two techs doing my nails because the first tech did a horrible ombré so he decided to take it off. The over charging is just not necessary when the nails are of good quality 😕 then as I am telling the manager I’ve never been outrageously charged like this he then tries to argue that all frisco nail salons charge this way and honey I’ve been to plenty of salons in frisco and never have I ever gotten medium length nails but charged for XL length! 10/10 do not recommend. Should have known better when there wasn’t anyone in the shop but two people on a Saturday evening 😳 The sides of my nails aren’t even painted it’s more I can go on and on ! Just know I do not recommend. Now if your a manicure girl who likes short short no apex having nails this is the place for you !

First time at this location! Very happy with my nails and the service. Nail tech Crystal did my nails and Lee did my feet. I feel amazing! The Spa is very clean and everyone was so nice. I was having a bad day and needed a pick-me-up; so, I came here to get my nails done. Feon did my nails and he did an AMAZING job! His attention to detail without me having to bring concerns to his attention is the best characteristic (for me) in a nail tech. I got long stiletto nails and his shaping is flawless! I was very pleased. Heidi also did an amazing job with shaping and painting my toenails. The entire staff was attentive, accommodating, and friendly. The salon is also very clean. I went in looking a hot mess and came out looking a hot mess with gorgeous nails!

Krystal did my nails and gave me exactly what I was looking for, back to the basics, clean and pretty! She was very patient and gentle removing my old nails and her services were quick, professional and perfect.Linda did my pedicure and was very sweet and did a great job on my French top toes and massage was so relaxing! I just relocated to Dallas from Savannah GA. This nail spa has the best service I have ever experienced. They are very nice and positive. My nail chipped within three days of getting it done, when I went in to get it repaired they were happy to fix it for me. They did a really good job on my nails, daughters nails, and boyfriends nails. I plan on making this nail spa my regular location.

I was looking for a nail salon in my area and stopped at the first one I saw. I’ve visited other salons in the area and I’ve either gotten a great acrylic nail set but horrible pedicure or vice versa.Today I think found my go to Nail spa!! From entering the salon they were friendly and extremely helpful. I was seated immediately and given the choices throughout the entire process. Adam was absolutely amazing and extremely informative. I have small nail beds so I tend to get my nails done more often. Rather than allowing me to be misinformed he advised me of how different methods of acrylic powder in combination with gel over lay would give me the same wow effect as the glittery acrylic powder which saved me $. Different salons will up charge you for things that won’t benefit you. Thank you Adam!!!Lizzie(I hope I spelled it right) was did an amazing pedicure. I opted for the luxury pedicure and occasionally she’d ensure the pressure of her massage was to my liking!Overall I had a 5 star experience and I will be back!

My 2 friends and I went to this salon for the first time today! I had my pedicure done by Adam and I loved him! Not many people try making conversation while I get my nails done, but Adam was very enthusiastic and entertaining and kept up with our conversations effortlessly! He did a good job with painting my toes and kept asking if I felt ok throughout the whole process! Very professional and I will definitely be coming back here! 10/10 recommend for the affordable prices as well

Going there for many years. Of course with the new ownership some stuff changed. One thing bothered me was the fact employees talk very load among themselves. I mostly go to do my nails to get relaxed after a busy day at work so Id rather to be in a quite environment than loud.

First time coming here and it was amazing!The manager is the sweetest man you could ever meet, made sure everything was correct and made my nails look amazing! The woman who did my pedicure was a great person, interesting conversations and took care of my toe that was injured.Speaking to both of them made me feel at ease and also made me realize this establishment thats under new management has 100% potential to be the best place in frisco to get your nails done! Second time I’ve made an appointment and they “forgot” and still expected an hour wait. Too many good quality nail salons in the area. They are not staffed and slow.

I came in late on a Sunday thinking it was 5:15 because I haven’t changed the clock in my car yet but it was actually 6:15 🤪. They closed at 6 but still took on my gel pedicure and manicure. I was treated so kindly. I had a GREAT adult beverage while enjoying my after hours mani and pedi! I never felt rushed; in fact they encouraged me to relax and enjoy myself!! I rarely get ME time and this just made my day!!

Well, I have been here several times, however, my friend and I walked in on Saturday to get a pedicure and they were completely rude. We did not know that we needed to make an appointment, as I have never made one before, so when we walked in, they immediately asked if we had an appointment and we said no, do we need one and the guy rudely smirked, uh, yeah. We walked out and I will never go back. You could have nicely explained that to us. There were maybe 3 people in there, so social distancing was not an issue. No worries though becaus I found a much better nail salon and they did an excellent job and were so nice.

They did exactly what I wanted, even better. I go there all the time for my nails because they always do an amazing job. Their customer service is amazing too, they treat you like family and will always try their best to make you comfortable.

Was my first time going here. I appreciate the clean environment & the fact that all the employees paid attention to hygiene & were all very friendly & welcoming. Not pushy to add on more services like other Nail places but instead asked what I needed. I also loved the pedi, mani & waxing that Nancy & Tom provided. Will surely keep coming here.

Adam is fantastic at his profession. I have come here twice and it is single handily the best salon I have come to. They can freehand and do designs, they have Gucci/Prada/Chanel/playboy stickers, and 500 colors to choose from. Adam is a sweet man and while always make sure you leave happy.

I’ve been a customer of Rich and Famous Nail for around two years good service! However for the last two months I’ve noticed there’s been a change I don’t know if management has changed there’s definitely a new person at the front desk.She is setting the tone for this new environment!For the second time within a month I’ve gone in there and I have been overlooked for the customers who came in after me I’m not going to insinuate anything other than the fact that I was sitting at first and there seem to be a preference for people that are not like me I’m extremely upsetI was in there first and three other people came in after me I was overlooked so I walked out of course and found another salon.Rich and famous is not the only nail salon and The competition is quite step and I know that if anyone asked me for a recommendation of a nail salon I wouldn’t even mention Rich and Famous!Especially for people who look like me, their preconceived notion’s are definitely a driving factor or determining factor In actuality it doesn’t matter I’m not going back there anymore and I will post this review to more than one social media site

Friendliest service I have ever had in a nail salon! My nails came out perfect.

Everything was clean, chair was sprayed and wiped before I sat down for my pedicure. They did a great job on my feet, made sure I was comfortable, and all of the workers were very friendly!

Began coming here about 3 months ago after my former go-to nail salon changed management (Happy Nail Spa). Was well taken care of by Kim. She consistently provides impeccable nail care. Perfect shaping, friendly attitude and meticulous of her work. Will continue supporting this business and requesting Kim specifically. (Front desk guy is always nice as well.)

I just had a wonderful pedicure at Rich and Famous Nails. Very relaxing and I really like this place. Every time I have gone there (this is my second time) there are men there getting pedicures. Im going to have my husband start going there. He has diebetes and should take better care of his feet.

Snow has been doing my nails for over a year now she is very nice and we have good conversation she dips my nails how I want and always takesHer time I’m just down the street from this salon so it’s super convenient

My wife has had her nails done here several times and the last time she went, she came with a friend. The staff, for some reason, only addressed my wife despite her friend standing nearby waiting to receive service. They refused to proactively address her. Additionally, the staff were looking at her and making comments in their native language that appeared to be about her (but maybe the glances and body language they were displaying meant something else). Regardless, my wife wont be returning after such rude behavior.

Walked in to Rich and Famous for the first time last night and I was delighted at the beautiful atmosphere. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and even served me a glass of wine. Lewis, the owner did my nails. He introduced me to a healthier option for my nails and my nails look great. I have found my new home at Rich and Famous.

Ask for Tony, he gives the best foot massage ever. Very clean.

I have been going here for Nexgen powder nails for a while. Hank and Heidi are the best! I also get pedicures sometimes, and they do a great job at those, as well! I recommend making an appointment with either Hank or Heidi and you wont be disappointed!

Myself, 2 friends, and our 3 children went and tried this place and the end results were terrible!!! We get 5 nexgen, 6 pedicures and 3 eyebrow waxes every two weeks and we were very disappointed with our nails. Mine personally are not even to the cuticles, are very uneven and go past my nails on the sides. My pedicure is less than par. Everyone else had similar dislikes. Although the staff was friendly it was not worth the extra $11 per person vs other places we have tried. We will not be back and that is almost a $600.00 loss for them every two weeks. Beware!
