Top Tech Work…. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Suppose to be almond shape (paid extra). So thick. Tech asked very uncomfortable questions. My niece was with me and was also very uncomfortable. Tech talked the entire time to others, which I am fine with but need quality work if it is also going to be social hour. Paid $70 for mediocre work.I called the manager once I left and discussed my thoughts and he said I could come get them fixed but after being in there for 1.5 hours and already not receiving quality work from their “top tech” I am choosing to go somewhere else to get them fixed. HOWEVER my niece got hers done by a tech and they looked absolutely beautiful.

Lovely techs and clean building. My tech was super efficient and nice. Im happy with my nails, but the reason Im giving this salon three stars is because the colors in the books they have you look through do not match the actual color. I wanted a darker nude pink and loved the color of the sample, but my nails do not match it at all. My friend also ended up with a different color than she picked from the sample. Overall, great salon and great techs, just need to make the sample colors more accurate or warn people theyre not exactly the same.

8/26/21 was the first time I visited this nail shop. Overall I really enjoyed myself. I made an appointment the morning of the visit. The staff was friendly & nice. They definitely make sure you know how much your paying before the job is complete. Mr. HENRY DID A GREAT JOB on my toes. Alex did my nails. I was skeptical in the beginning but they turned out great. I’m pretty picky when it comes to my nails & toes & they definitely met my standards. The bathroom was also clean in addition to the salon. I wanted my eyebrows done and the techs were very honesty & said they didn’t want to mess up & wasn’t able to do them exactly how I wanted. Loved that!! Great first experience & will be back!!

I can’t say enough great things about this place. I came here after having very inconsistent results at the Onyx. Everyone is so friendly and professional, and their work is more like art than simply manicures and pedicures. Fantastic and beautiful results every time. The best in Frisco!

Ashley- using my husbands google sorry. I really wanted this place to be great my nail tech and pedicurist was nice. My toes look fine but my nails looked like my 7yr old did them I was so upset and then literally the next day they were chipped. Not only that but they were not set to dry so they ended up smudging a few hours later. I probably won’t ever come back. It was pure chaos when I went in. I had to do this form which I’ve never done at any nail place I’ve ever been and they want to nickel and dime you for a removal never in my life have to been charged to get my nails removed to get a different set on. That’s just absurd. I had to change what I wanted to do because I did not have time for sitting there filling out a form instead of just telling them what I wanted done. It was ridiculous. Then they made me pay in the middle of getting my nails done instead of letting me relax. The picture is just two days after having them done. One of my nails on the other side has already tore off like the tip of my nail (mind you these are my real nails).

I really wanted to love this nail salon. It’s close to my house, beautiful and clean.Pros: Julie did a good job on my nails. The salon is clean, and pricing clear unlike other nail salons I have been to. The nail color and art is well organized which makes it very easy to pick a color and/or design.Cons: The nail tech did not keep her station clean while doing my nails. She left the dirty foil and cotton from my dip powder removal on top of the towel she used to service my nails. After filing and sanding my nails, I had to flip the towel to the clean side prior to her putting on the top coat. Sanitation is important and a requirement for all salons.The service felt very rushed and lacked a personal feel/touch. The receptionist kept speaking to her in their language. She mentioned she only had an hour to do my nails. At the end of my service, she had me wash my hands. As I was washing my hands she thanked me and told me she would see me next time. I had to ask for oil for my hands which was put on at the register while I was paying for my service.Note: If you would like a design on your nails or any additional service, you have to mention it at the time you book your service. They do no allow you to change your mind/do add ons once you’re there.Overall, I did not have a great experience for my first time visiting the salon. I consider the nail salon “me time” so I don’t want to be rushed. That said, Julie is really sweet and have great attention to detail. I’m very picky and a little OCD when it comes to cleanliness. If the above does not bother you, this is the nail salon for you.

I had a great little salon I went to previously and then Covid happened and they went out of business. So I had to search for a new place.First of all, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly, personable and easy to converse with. He was professional at all times.I had a 1pm appointment that I arrived on time for. I was confused why I needed to fill out a paper if I had an appointment but realized it was how they track what you’re requesting along with the employee that’s done the work. I also noticed they’re using the same system as traffic controllers use, which is super impressive to me. They didn’t over book, as people came in they were seated within minutes of arriving. Several walk-ins had a 30 minute wait for service and to my surprise they actually chose to wait! That says something when people are waiting 30-45mins for walk-in. I was sat close to the door which is why I noticed this.Anyways, once seated I was offered a drink. I wasn’t thirsty so I declined but the lady next to me asked for the drink menu and I was sort of leaning over to see what they have. Two full pages of drinks like water, soda, and alcohol. Looked quite yummy, I regretted not getting one. I was also asked which scent, so I chose lavender. It seems so silly choosing a scent when wearing a mask because I couldn’t smell the lavender 😫 but that’s not their fault.Back to the nails. I got the $26 manicure along with French tip polish (not gel, regular polish). My nail technician did a fantastic job fixing my jacked up cuticles. I told her before she began filing that if she like is too rough with my nails the natural nails will break and she was quite gentle. Barely even roughing up the top, light touch with that buffer thing. The massage was excellent, the paraffin wax was amazing. She asked me all along the way that all was good for me, and each time I said yes I truly was pleased. They turned out dang near perfect. Definitely better than most places. While my nails were drying the fan battery ran out and I just said oh no it stopped and the lady working on the person next to me helped me get a new fan which was super nice. She could have been like not my problem, not my tip.I kept looking around noticing everyone else’s nails and the care that every technician was putting into them. They were beautiful. Such nice work on all of us.The checkout was nice as well. I handed the gentleman at the front desk the card I previously filled out and the technician put her information on. The gentleman even offered to pull my card out of my wallet so that I didn’t smudge my nails (regular polish takes a lot longer to dry).The tools were sanitized used on me, there was great attention to detail for the customer experience and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.Update: I go to the gym and am not particularly careful with my nails. Considering I got regular polish, the nails held up well. Definitely need a new polish job but this review remains 5 stars. The polish lasted about a week before I saw obvious signs of wear and tear. Pretty dang good for not being gel polish.Update 8/1:I took my mother in law and we both got our nails done. I got dip nails with ombré (see pic). The same as previously, amazing service, attention to detail. Super busy as usual. Still a 5 star review!Update 9/19:I got Alex for the first time. I showed him a photo and he said “I can do that but better”. Loved the enthusiasm. Saw some of his other work he showed me on his phone and knew I had the right person for the job. They turned out amazing and look better than the example photo. He nailed the design, wish my photo could do it justice!

I have been a couple of times. It really depends on which tech you get. First time I got a pedicure and a dip mani, I thought both techs were trying to kill me, but I dont remember their names. I went back and Tien was my tech and she did a french ombre that looks fabulous! This pic was taken a week later.

This place is exceptional! I have had my nails done all over the country (heavy work travel) and I am SO impressed with this spot!The facility is always spotless, and they offer free dust beverages! Their technicians are attentive and highly skilled, and I dont even request anyone specific because they are all wonderful.Their technique on pedicures is wonderful (and Im very picky) and they have so many options for jut the right one!I highly recommend coming here! Walk ins are welcome, but reservations are available as well! You can reserve side by side visits for friends as well!

I just moved back to Texas from NY, and I haven’t been able to find a nail tech who could deliver to my detailed expectations. “Superman” aka Alex is exceptional. You must book with him. He will listen, pay attention to details and exceed your expectations. So happy I found this place. Ask for “SUPERMAN”

Made an afternoon appt for 2 people and walked right in and they were ready for us! Henry and Holly did wonderful nails. The salon is so clean and modern. Receptionist and manager were up front, fully available and greeted each customer. Thank you!

I’ve been to this salon several times now and each time it’s been fine. Today I had a gel manicure and left feeling disappointed. The technician was pleasant at first, but soon as he started working he told me to relax my hands. I felt relaxed overall and happy to be getting my nails done. But he must’ve not felt I was. He repeatedly told me to relax, repositioned my hands many times, and gave me looks that made me uncomfortable and definitely started to not feel relaxed. Towards the end, my nails were not buffed at the tips, as he seemed to be done with me and left a few nails jagged, and the polish uneven.

Honestly today was my first time coming in and will be my last time, my nails look uneven and the nail tech literally missed putting the clear polish on my nail so i have one hard nail while the rest are polished. worst nail place ive been to hands down.

Spacious salon with lots of seating, appeared clean, had a lot of colors from multiple brands, and seemed pretty organized despite being quite crowded on a Saturday. Prices seemed a tad high for polish services but maybe I just dont know market rates these days. Service was good overall, the only issue I had was they didnt seal the tips which helps keep the manicure last longer.

TAMMY is the one on my nails. An appointment is required because she stay booked and busy. SONNY is the guy on the pedicure. He gets all the way in. LOU on the drinks and I always leave with a smile.

First time coming here, filled out a paper about covid safety and precautions and I didn’t have an appointment. They attended me right away and offered me a beverage. Michael did my pedicure and Hannah did my manicure, both did an amazing job. Customer service is amazing and they have the sweetest staff. I’ve been to many nail salons and this one by far has been the best experience for me. I will definitely come back!

Really nice women. We made an appt for 11am Sunday when they opened, but it seemed like they were letting people in before that since we got in at 1050, and there were some people were finishing up their pedicures. Either way, we got seated immediately and got mani/pedis and did the full deal. It was very nice and relaxing. If I lived closer I would probably go every week.

Service was not inline with the pricing. First time at this nail salon as I have just relocated to the area. Requested an acrylic fill & wanted my nails cut down since my nails had grew out and shaped. There was an a la carte approach; a charge for the fill plus the trim down plus the shape. Talk about nickel & diming you. His answer to the pricing was that everything is expensive now & that I lived in Frisco.Also the person doing my nails was way to talkative to others in the salon. I came in for a relaxing experience & he kept telling the other workers that he loved them & telling me how good he was and that he was Superman. Annoying.Also got the spa pedicure & it was not great.Spent $80+ & was very disappointed. Will not return.

I started going here about a month and a half ago after my normal salon closed. So, so glad I chose this place. Everyone is nice, professional, and the salon is beautiful! I have loved my nails from the first visit on. Nancy is my nail tech and she is great!!! I even referred my sister who loves her nails too. If youre thinking about trying this place, give it a try - you wont be disappointed!

I was referred by a friend to this salon. I arrived for my appointment on time and was made to wait 45 minutes while I watched several other people come in and have service before anyone spoke to me. I spent over $150 and left feeling taken advantage of and very unhappy. I witnessed another customer also come in with an appointment as well and she was also made to wait over 30 minutes. The nail tech argued with me about the color I chose, a neutral light pink, telling me it wasn’t in fashion and I needed to try a brighter color. As I was leaving I also overheard the guy at the register telling another customer they didn’t want to do her nails anymore. I can’t even imagine how this salon is so busy. They were just so rude, disrespectful of my time and other customers time, and very verbally insulting.

Julie is the best for everything, Jason best pedicure and Hannah is the best for everything as well. This place is a gem. I found this place after being at another well known salon and was scared to make a move even though I was not being treated well at the other one. But I have to say that if you are looking to be treated as if was your first time every time you go in this is your place. They treat you exactly what you are going in there for.... to be pampered. My husband has even decided to keep coming with me for a pedicure and manicure. Greystone is absolutely the best find for me in 2020. They make sure they keep everyone safe and very clean salon.

The work here is impecable and every penny is well spent. I’ll never go anywhere else. My hands are in practically all these photos. I always come out with incredible nail designs that make me feel beautiful and I love it.

I got the manicure plus dip nails for $63. My thumb nail looked awful even while there but I had to leave for an appt so couldn’t ask them to redo it. However, literally 6 days later multiple nails are coming up and not staying on so this expensive manicure didn’t even last a week before I’m needing to go somewhere to have it redone.

Manager is SO rude. They overcharge you and don’t tell you how much their over priced services are going to be until after. Do not go there.

I love this place. Everyone is nice and friendly. They take their time and do a great job. No ruckus back and forth between the technicians - very relaxing. Tammy does amazing job on my nails - I am very picky because these are my natural nails and I only use gel. Leo is my pedicure go to.

Although my appointment started on time the app for my daughter in law started 30 min late. I don’t believe She received the full pedicure I paid for. Mine started before hers and ended after hers and we had the same service. Jason did a fantastic job for me.

Omg I am so blessed to have found this nail shop. The people are honest and they really care about service. It’s not about the money they want to make sure they show love. It was a joyous 2 hour and thirty minutes. I can’t wait to go back.

I called ahead to schedule an appointment for a mani/pedi. The man on the phone and at check-in was very nice. The man that did my pedicure was really nice and did an excellent job! The lady that did my manicure seemed disinterested, was not very gentle, and didnt do a good job on my nails. She didn’t get the polish close to my cuticle so my nails looked like they were painted two weeks ago and the polish chipped the very next day. The lady that checked me out was very nice. Overall the experience was really nice. I just hope to get someone better next time for my manicure but I will definitely be giving this place another try.

Only thing I can say was the customer service was great. But they are very much overpriced....

She’s the sweetest and always goes for perfection!The place is beautiful, clean, and right now with covid, they follow safety precautions well.I’ll be going here as long as they continue to satisfy my nail needs!

My experience was beyond horrible; I made an appointment at 11:30 for a dip powder and pedicure only to leave at almost 2! After arriving, I was asked to chose a color, after choosing the color, the nail technician said “No, not that color, your skin is too dark”; I immediately asked for another technician. It was not a loud color that was chosen but even if it was, the technician was beyond disrespectful and tone deaf! I spent almost $150.00 in this establishment. No one should experience such comments when you’re spending your money for a service.

First time trying this Nail Bar after a while coming home not really happy with my nails.So, I cant talk about the others work, but I can say that I fell in love with Hollys work. She did an amazing job, the nails were shaped to perfection, all the sizes even, and the layers were not thick (which was one of the reasons that made me change salons). I am the perfectionist kind of person, the one that always fix anything that people do for me, so it takes me a lot to leave a review like this.Try HOLLY, you definitely wont regret! The work that she does is worth every penny.

Probably the worst manicure I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t get anything fancy because I naturally have strong nails, so I only get regular manicures. The woman barely cleaned my cuticles, didn’t clean under my nails and didn’t even bother to shape or file them.The gel pedicure was pretty average. Which is the only thing bumping up this review to 2 stars.As a whole, the salon looks really nice. But no amount of free drinks and perks makes up for quality of service for someone wanting a regular, clean mani and pedi.Lastly, I see mani’s and pedi’s as a pampering service. The last thing I ever want is to feel rushed the one time a month that I treat myself to this. This place over charges for this type of experience.

3rd time coming here. Hubby and I live up in Aubrey and will drive the 20 minutes plus pass up about 8 nail salons to come here. Very clean. Big, nice and spacious. By far the best place for pedicures.

Positives: nice, clean and really enjoyed my daughter being able to sit in a princess chair to get her mani/pedi right next to me.Cons: waited 45 minutes after our appointment time to have someone start my pedicure...then waited another 20 minutes for someone to begin my daughters. We didn’t get to enjoy it together even tho we were sat together. Others around us were offered a drink and we were not.Not sure if it’s any better organized for timing during the week or earlier in the day.

I love coming here. Have a lot of different designs to choose from but not enough staff that knows how to do the designs. At the end of the day I left in love with my nails.

This is my first ever Google review so for me to take the time means a lot lol. But if I go another appointment without acknowledging how amazing Julie is at doing my nails Im just gunna feel guilty. I have seen both Tammy and Julie (Tammy is talented as well I just prefer certain times with Julie) and I have nothing but compliments. I’m about the pickiest when it comes to nails. While some people need their hair/skin to look nice, I need my nails perfect. I moved to frisco and tried probably about 15 or more salons spread over the county (including private nail techs) and I ALWAYS came back to Julie at Greystone. She’s kind, clean, professional and can do just about whatever you want her to do. I have never been disappointed by a set and nothing has ever been less than top-notch. Her recommendations are great and I always leave happy knowing I’ll not only get compliments on my nails but they’ll LAST LONG. Thank you Julie for such great service and amazing sets that everyone around me just loves! I look forward to our monthly appointments.If you haven’t tried Greystone, Dave yourself the heartache at another salon & try it out!!!!!!

I love Gray Stone Nails Bar! I have been using their mani&pedi services for a year and I couldn’t be more happy with them. They are professional, friendly and very talented. I always bring pictures of different designs, and they always go above and beyond my expectations. One of the things that I love about them is that when you have a broken nail or the nail polish got smash, they are always willing to fix the nails with no extra cost, but most importantly with a good attitude, they always make you feel welcome, which made me choose this place as the only place I go.

The worst service that i never had in my life. I dont know how can they have a 5 star reviews from???. I came to get my nails done for my birthday. Leo did my pedicure and Lucy did my gel polish. Both of them were rushing on me. The manager asked for my drink, but never brought it until i was almost finished my service. I feel every body rushing to kick out customers instead of giving  customers relaxing and good service. My gel polish was peeled off on one nail and another one was cracking. I think Lucy just started her job, she did not polish well, she left a big gaps on my cuticles. She was running back and forth while doing my nails. She was not even finished my nails yet, and i saw her to start  preparing supplies for pedicure of her customer who sat next to me. Ridiculous! Leo did not clean my heels well. Callus was still left over on my right heel. He seems having less experience on doing pedicure. Polish was still remained  on the skins around some toes  without cleaning, woo. I promise that i never want to come back here. Terrible, and wasting my money.

I came here last weekend to get my nails done for my wedding. I got the ombré Nexgen Gel pink and white and my tech I believe her name was Lisa but I am not sure, she did an amazing job and I can’t thank her enough. Very nice and understood exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much! I will spread the word and return next week!

I have been going here for a few years now and I cannot say enough good things about Grey Stone! The services offered at the prices are a good value, the care taken of customers is terrific, the salon is clean and well maintained, and the staff is wonderful!! I always have Tammy take care of me, and when they are busy, I have had other staff handle my pedicure while Tammy does my manicure. They have all been just fabulous! I HIGHLY recommend Grey Stone!!

I come here the first time, but never again. The shop was big and very quiet. The young short guy did my pedicure, and the polish was peeled off so quickly. Crazy!! He hurt me many times when removing the ingrown on my big toes. At the same time, I got my nexgen nails with young skinny girl. She did it too fast, two nails were broken next day. She was talkative, she told me that she came from her country. She tries to go to school to get her license 5 days a week. She needs to work here to earn money for studying. She asked me to tip her in cash because the owner will take her tip if i tip her in my credit card. I felt really stressful when i came here to get my nails. I understood she needs money, but she needs to get her license before starting working on customers. It is illegal. I will never come back again, even it is free.

This is the cleanest nail salon I’ve ever been to. Since Covid-19 hit I haven’t been to get my nails done and my old place completely shut down. I decided to try Greystone because of good reviews. So glad I did! Their protocols are perfect for keeping everyone safe. Kasey did a fabulous job on my nails and Sony did an awesome pedicure. Will definitely be back! 😊

Today was my first time at this nail salon. I walk in and it is clean and precautions are taken for everyones health. The staff was very nice and accommodating. My nail technician took her time and made my nails look amazing. I definitely will be returning as a regular.

I used to live over by this place and i never knew it was here. very clean nice staff. ashley worked on my nails and did an amazing job, there are probably my favorite nails yet!

They were very friendly, had good conversations, and made my husbands feet brand new!!!

I love this salon. Henry did the best job on my Nexgen nails, they look perfect. My friend had Seven for gel nails and her nails look fantastic too. The salon is clean and thoughtfully designed. I will try a pedicure too next time. They also have a full bar so we were able to have mimosas with our nail treatment, so fun!

I always go to Julie for nails, and Jason for a pedi. Today Julie was booked full so I requested Emily. She did a fantastic job! Third visit here and I have yet to be disappointed! They always have so many options and are always willing to fix anything!
