Excellent quick service! 1st time visitor, was very pleased with the level of safety & professionalism. Tien/Tina got to know me, picked out the perfect dipping powder color, took care of my cuticles, gave me the perfect shape. I will return and definitely refer friends.

I have been coming here since they opened. They do a great job and have always been very friendly. I worry if they will survive the pandemic.

After trying to find a salon that would do my nails the way they needed to be done, I finally found Thumb Nail and have never left. Why change something that isnt broken?! Ive gone to Tina for as long as her salon has been open, at least 16 years. All three of my kids that are now adults have also gone to Tina and Lisa. They are like family and they treat us like family.When I go to the salon I never ever have to think about the service Ill receive or worry that everything isnt going to be perfect. Nails, toes, eyebrows, etc., I receive the very best service every single time I go.

I went in for the first time there were soooo many problems. First off the color that I choose didn’t match what they put on my nails. She had to change colors on my four times. At the end I still didn’t get the color that I picked at first. The second thing was I had to ask her to fix a lot of the areas and then she tells me that I am a very picky person ( whooooo says that?!!). Third thing they kept asking me a lot of personal questions... that is a BIG NO NO! I have never been back since my first time there. I called them to get myMoney back and they hanged up on me. I called my bank to get my money back and my bank is saying that they are refusing which then my bank will forcefully have to get my money back. DO NOT GO HERE! TAKE THIS COMING FROM A FRIEND!

My favorite nail salon! These ladies are like family. Ive had my prom nails done here, my weddings nails and every nail in between for over a decade now. The work is excellent!!

Have been going here for years, and their service is great. Many of the staff have been there for years. Unlike other salons, they do not push the menu service and you can go in and get what you want done without being pressured for unnecessary services. English is broken but sufficient.When someone comments that they were refused service, remember there are two sides to every story. Maybe they didnt feel comfortable trimming toenails without being able to soften them in the spa first. Be thankful they didnt provide a service they didnt feel like they could do adequately. If they had done it, and it didnt go well, they would probably have been sued. I understand having a disability is difficult, my thoughts and prayers go out to you. But finding the right place to provide your service is important. This obviously wasnt the right place for your needs.

The only place Ive trusted to wax my eyebrows for the last 7-8 years. Theyre super friendly and fast, Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes! (Usually not even 2 minutes)

Horrible service. The wait time is forever and they provide bare minimum service. My sister and I waited about 45 minutes after coming in because the lady told us to wait and shed be right with us. Anyways, she and another women spent about a total of 10 minutes with us before we were done. There was no one else in the store after us and they spent FOREVER on the lady in there before us. When she came to us she barely scraped off the calluses on our feet, put lotion on our legs and feet and painted our toes, rushing the whole time. Like I said, the bare minimum of service was provided. Also!!!!! There was no lining in the tub, and she was putting everything she used on us BACK in the drawer!!!!!!! Disgusting and unclean. I will DEFINITLEY NOT be going back!

Only service that was acceptable.Pedicure1)No liner in tub.2)No lotion to soften rough skin or cuticles3) no jets working in tub, tepid water (at first it was scalding)4) used the grater on my feet. Heels still hurt 3 days later. Feels like they were sliced5) cut big nails WAY TO SHORT and at an angle that will almost guarantee an ingrown toenail as it grows back6) dust from something got into polish and nails are rough, not smooth7) tech kept stopping to turn around and watch TVManicureWorst manicure ever.1) NO cuticucle softener/remover...just clipped them.2) No mousterizer on hand or massage3) I have natural nails - SHE CUT THEM ALL OFF.4) had a french done. Hair in on nail in the polish. Crooked, messy french trim.Very difficult to communicate with them (not uncommon in nail salons, but it was worse than usual salons)

I was refused services when I went in to Thumb Nail to have my toenails trimmed and painted because I use a 3-wheel scooter for a mobility device. They asked if I could transfer into their salon chairs and when I said no, I need to stay in my chair, they said We cannot help you. Sorry. and ushered me to the door. I did try to explain how other salons work around the scooter and that I was not there for a full pedicure, just a trim and polish since I cannot reach my feet with my disability. I was interrupted and told, once again, We cannot help you. Im shocked that in this day and age a business would not at least make an attempt to speak to me or listen to me before out-right refusing service. I will not be returning. And just a forewarning: I cant imagine they have great customer service with this kind of attitude.

Took my wife and daughter there to celebrate my wife birthday. The staff was to busy watching tv to take care of us. Did a sloppy job. One girl was talkingnon her cell phone and watching tv while trying to paint my wifes nails. My wife has gone there for years. Service keeps getting worse every time. This was the last time we will go there

Used this salon for years and every time I go in get less and less service, but I draw the line at watching t.v and being on the phone while painting my nails, I took my daughter for a treat also, I wont be going back and after 7 that says a lot
