Called ahead and they said they had time for four people. When we got there they only had 2 people working and one of them with another client. When they got to us they poorly did our toes and left me sitting with my fingers in a bowl of acetone with no assistance for 45 minutes, so I didn’t end up getting my nails done but they still charged me for the soak off.Charged 10 dollars for a flower design and the paint job was on the side of our toes.Do not recommend.

They were very sweet! However, I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 12 and I believe my nails could have been done better. The young women who did my pedicure and my mother’s manicure were sweet and efficient . The young woman who did my nails was also sweet but gave me a poor excuse as to why my nails were WAY too thick . Also I don’t mind paying for QUALITY nails but my nails alone were $60, tuh. I got acrylic and gel and feel they were too thick whether I asked for two coats or not . “It’s the way your nail curves” is the excuse I received . When asked to file down, she only filed under the nail and left the top still thick . I’ve been in Texas from Atlanta for only almost two weeks now and will most likely come here for pedicures but travel elsewhere for my manicures.

They were not upfront about the prices they charge, and you end up leaving there pay wayyy more than the service is worth or the quality they provide. I had 6 different ladies rotate on a basic mani and pedi.Never coming back!

Visited 5/2/18 got nexgen with tips and pediNexGen with Tips- No! Just no! Super rude and sloppy. I asked for a light pink with one accent glitter nail on my ring and got glitter pink on all of them. I asked for tapered square and got wide square. The women was very rough even after I told her my cuticles were sensitive so to please be gentle. My cuticles are now messed up and and even hurt now and its the next morning. And as you can see in the photos she did a very sloppy job.Pedicure - She stopped like 6 times to start other people so I had to sit on the chair for an additional 35 minutes. At that point I told her Id only want my toes painted because I had to go. She insisted I get a full pedicure and I told her once again no I just want my toes painted. She then pulls out the cheese grater thing and foot scrub. After 10 minutes she paints my toes and tells me its $40. I almost lost my mind.I highly recommend to skip this place. theres about 50 other nail salons within 2 miles from here. We as consumers shouldnt take this treatment any longer. We deserve more if we are all spending close to $100 just to get our nails done every few weeks. Im over the nail salon industry.

Tiffany assisted me, she was very professional. I love the hospitality here. Her shaping game is on point. I am from out of town and I don’t get the same service nor the style. I definitely will be visiting again. They are COVID precautions. I love love it here. Thank you

I never take the time to review nail shops, but this one needs some shine. It’s in a good location, it’s very clean and organized, the staff is kind and professional and don’t make you wait forever to be seated. My friend and I went in to get full sets and were very indecisive on what we wanted. They worked with us and helped us pick the perfect shade of acrylic. My friend changed her mind while she was already seated. The nail tech didn’t even get mad. She laughed, removed the acrylic and did what my friend asked for. She even ran across the shop to get my friend an iPhone charger. I thought that was a nice touch. The whole time we all just laughed and talked with the nail techs and other customers who were there. The place has good vibes. They don’t take forever to get your service done. Tiffany is amazing at shaping nails!! Oh and the lady who does eyebrows is really good. I’m picky with both my nails and my eyebrows. With that being said, I will be driving from DeSoto to Frisco to get my nails and brows done every two weeks. So worth the trip. Please check them out!

A great place to go for quality work. Tiffany and Anna always take care of me. New chairs and new tables. Nice to relax, sit back, watch Tv or take a nap. It is a family atmosphere, same owners for 15 years, people are experienced, and have worked at the same location for over ten years each.

I am so disappointed! if I could give this a zero starts I would! I am from out of state and while in Frisco, I went to get a pedicure and color change. My gel has chipped on 4 nails in just 5 days! Honestly, it was the strangest gel application of gel I have ever had. I was worried that it would not hold up and it didnt. I usually get 3 weeks out of my gel manicure and I have only lasted 5 days. For the amount of money that I spent, I am really upset. Not worth the money. I would never return here again when I am back in Frisco!

One of my cuticles got sliced open by the grinder she was using and she didint completely cover the powder with clear coat so my nails are rough. They also kept trying to push more sales on me and thats the only time they said anything to me.

I was very impressed by Nails America! I suggest that everyone give them a try and ask for Tina or Tiffany! Very impressive work. In addition to their top notch customer service, I am very pleased with my solar nail fill! It looks so good and Ive even gotten compliments on them. If you try these guys, I venture that you wont be disappointed!

So I just moved from Pennsylvania to Texas. And I am looking for a new nail place so I came here. So I got a full set with gel nail polish when I called on the phone they said they would charge me $40 for it. They ended up charging me 60 for it. The quality of work is horrible I have globs of glue and acrylic under my nail the nail polish quality is horrible and the technician didn’t even shave my nails probably or do anything that I asked they are all crooked and uneven. $60 for what??

Few weeks back I called to ask for price of full set, and they said $22 so I told her I would schedule when I am free. I called back today to confirm the price and someone on phone said $30. I made sure we were discussing the same service so I repeatedly confirmed she’s quoting me for regular full set, and she confirmed. I thought it was odd that I got two different prices but it wasn’t much of a difference so I ignored it. But half way into my service before she polished my nails, she said $40. There was someone sitting nearby so I didn’t make an issue, even tipped $10 additional despite her doing my nails very bad. But I quietly sat down for polish when I raised the issue of the price, she started talking in her language, and replies oh it’s $35 and $5 for shaping, you misheard. I don’t know how I misheard when I’m told several times it’s $30 for a fullset. I didn’t even ask for some complex shape, just that I needed my nails tapered a bit because last person did the tips too wide. That is a very standard shape, I shouldn’t even have to ask. I would have let it go just like I did first time but my nail polish is so messy and the edges weren’t cleaned properly. Instead of taking accountability for the misinformation, she’s instead pushing dip on me when I don’t personally want that because it’s not the best choice for me for several reasons. I asked if she’ll honor the price quoted but she kept speaking in her language and again proceeded to push dip next time so nail polish doesn’t take long to dry, I’m not sure why she’s so concerned about future services when the current one made me upset. Of course I’ll never go back, not for a free service and definitely not dip nails. If the owner is reading, please practice more responsibility and own up when you make mistakes. I am a business owner myself and I manage multiple employees, so I know to take accountability on my own doings. You will lose clients but I will definitely not come again. I would rather make the 20 minute drive for someone honest than to come to you even if you’re a block away.

I have been searching for someone who does acrylics well. I have had them for over 10 years and Im pretty particular, but I also dont like to pay over the top prices. I try Nails America and Tiffany did a awesome job on Pink and White! I felt I owed it to her to write a review of my experience.Not only did Tiffany do a great job, she was timely (but not rushed/sloppy), had great attention to detail, and the prices were very fair. Most women who do my nails ask if I want square and I say yes, they literally make my nails look like a straight rectangle that is too narrow and unnatural looking. Tiffany, on the other hand, noticed right away that I like squared edges but not to file the sides of my nails down a ton to make the nail square, but to make them a little wider on the sides. It took about an hour for her to do my nails, which is what I expected. There was only a $6 charge for my design, which she executed exactly as I had described.The salon also has a good selection of Shellac, Gel IT, Gel II, OPI over hundreds of colors. Id definitely recommend making an appointment ahead of time, especially if you want to see Tiffany. Overall, Im very pleased with the work she did on my nails, and I can say that she will be my go-to from now is Nails!America.

They rush you in and rush you out. They dont clean under your nails, and they charge for every little thing, even nail shaping. I can go to Rockwall and request a full solar set, Chocolate pedicure with hot stone treatment, and nail art and an eyebrow wax + tip and wont touch the $90 range. And theyll even offer a complimentary beverage. Also, what nail salon plays sports on the TV? Its kind of odd to have on sports in a nail salon if im going to relax. I would rather drive 40 minutes away to get equal QUALITY for the quantity of my dollars. I wont be back.

I have been going to Nails America for 13 years now. I love that there are still at least 4 of the original ladies working there. They are always welcoming and do their best to accommodate you. I have never felt rushed and love that they listen to my needs!

Used to go with friends every couple of weeks. They have an older lady who works there that is just rude and unprofessional. I had told the manager on more than one occation about this emplyee with no noticable change. There are far too many good choices to pay for rude service.

Got two nails taken off, nail cut down on nextgen with tips and eyebrows done and all was horrible. I got my original nails done elsewhere and just happen to be in the area so stopped here. My Eyebrows looked like blah no shape or nothing, the nail cut was not shaped evenly had ridges and I’m used to nail removal wrapped in foil with Cotton she wanted to stick my nails in a glass bowl with acetone. For this to be in the area that it’s in I thought the service would be much better, will never return and I do not recommend.

I went in on a Sunday a week and a half ago. And Ive been going here about 3 months ago. I always get nexgen. The day after my thumb broke and then two days after I got my thumb fixed my other thumb broke. And yesterday I got my thumb fixed and now two of my other fingers have broken. Ive been getting nexgen for 6 months now and Ive never had such cheaply done nails before. Dung did my nails this time and they are very thin and break so quickly. Would not recommend. Also when I was there 4 women had gone in and said that they nails were cracking and breaking.

Pedicure was $35 for basic pedi and $40 if you want hot rocks. Place was busy. The lady who did my pedi was nice.

I moved to Frisco and been going here for 6 months . The ladies are always super nice and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door offering water and etc for your needs. They also love to converse with you about your personal life and etc which I love ..I had one lady do my nails all times and she does as a decent job, every time I broke a nail(which was often) she always fix it for free! She always does my nail as I like them.To the reason I give them two stars is because my nails were never the best every time. Sometimes my nails are great the next two weeks I went in, they are horrible. I dont like how they rush on my nails sometimes and you can even see it. I feel like you should always put the effort into doing your best. Also my nails break too easily and I always get long nails but somehow they break every time I go to this place, even another girl at my job nails broke two days after getting them done.Also, they add on charges at the end of your set so make sure you pay before getting them done!Also, I went here a month ago at 6:00pm and the lady who usually does my nails was on vacation(which was fine) . I let another lady do them and I ended up having to wait 30 mins to get a pedi & mani. They also kept putting other ladies before me but I didnt complain . The problem was it was almost closing time before my nails were done and the lady rushed on my nails and even had someone else finish them. THEY WERE HORRIBLE! MY NAILS & TOES WERE 90$ and I never paid that much and get the same length and etc every time so I felt played. She fixed the price but ended up charging my card four times having no knowledge how to refund it . It was 9 oclock and she talked Im guessing her son on how to do a refund, she even asked me to do it and Im like lady I dont work here !I ended up getting a receipt of a refund that was NEVER even a refund . I waited a whole week before going in there to ask why my money wasnt loaded on my card, my bank even stated no refund was given . The messed up part is these ladies come to my job (which is a couple doors down) all the time and see me, I seen the owner and she didnt even ask if I was refunded or anything.I went in there to check on my refund AND THEY WASNT TRYING TO GIVE ME MY REFUND! THEY MADE IT SEEM LIKE I HAD ONE CHARGE, EVEN THE LADY WHO USUALLY DO MY NAILS WAS STANDING UP FOR THEM AND SHE WASNT EVEN THERE!I WAS SO UPSET I HAD TO YELL AND ETC TO GET MY REFUND IN CASH AND THEY COULD HAVE DONE THAT THE VERY FIRST DAY. I DIDNT EVEN HAVE GAS FOR WORK AND A BAD MANICURE AND PEDICURE. THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT LISTENING TO ME UNTIL I STARTED GOING OFF.I liked this place and will not be returning here again after that . As someone who puts customers first, I didnt deserve how I was put last ..

I have never been more disappointed in a set of nails. I went in today during my break for a fill on my acrylics and it was over priced($35 for a fill in on regular acrylics???) and over all a bad final product. The nail tech did a terrible job in shaping my nails and didnt apply the polish correctly. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Ugh hate my nexgen set sigh bumpy and thick around the cuticle. Shaping is horrible. What a waste of money grrr

Pros:-Good color selection-They do dipping powder (nexgen) correctly-My toes looked nice after my pedicure-they pay attention to your requestsCons:-Infested with crickets. I was surrounded by at least 5 and laughed at when I asked them to remove them-unsanitary. They use the dreaded cheese grader on your feet and they do not line the tubs with plastic like other salons-no wine. This is dfw...what do you mean no wine?Overal the salon did not feel clean or well kept. I will not return. Much better salons in the area that you actually get what you pay for. This should be a $20 salon for what you get. Not $50.
