Pretty good service all staff was very very nice and they were very accommodating squeezing me in during the busy graduation week it was great service and they work very diligently they do your hands and feet at the same time if possible kerry was amazing she was super attentive to detail. The only downfall was they were not trying to tell me how much the service was and never said anything was extra but I did get charged for pretty much two full sets on my hands they were $140 and then my feet were $70 I dont really understand why it was so much for my feet but I just didnt even want to argueOn their website it says $50 for feet and $80 for hands I do know that I added some length to my nails but I did not think that was going to be a $60 up charge I have never paid $140 just for fingernails it was $210 in total for a manicure acrylic with some jewels and my toes were just a regular pedicure with gel polish... I just hope they last like theyre worth $200

I visited here last week, and I am now extremely disappointed. I came in with gel polish on my hands and wanted to switch to regular polish, and the woman used the electric tool to shave off all of my gel polish. This was uncomfortable at the time, and it created a burning sensation on my nails, but I didn’t say anything because I thought that was just how it had to be and I didn’t want to be difficult. Now a few days later, my nails are extremely thin, weak, broken, and peeling (for reference my nails are usually quite strong). I’ve had gel removed before with a combination of the electric tool and soaking the nails in acetone foils, so I know the proper way it should be removed. I will not be visiting this establishment again.It gets two stars because it was very clean, and my mother, who comes here for regular polish, has never had a problem.

Friendly staff, clean and organized you can book online and choose the nail specialist. check their website they have nice nail designs, 💅 I had been going there for the last 3 years and every time I leave always happy 😊

They are so clean and professional when you walk in the whole room smells like they moped with lemons I walked in at my appointment time and was set down immediately no waiting they took their time on my pedicure and my fullset making sure it was perfect and all of the ladies are so nice I definitely will be back

My nails (fingers and toes) look great; however I did not enjoy my experience at all. The mani and pedi were done at the same time, so I couldnt read my book or phone and had to sit at a weird angle. This wouldve been ok since Im a bit desperate for adult conversation after being stuck at home with toddlers during covid. The 2 women working on me, and another working on another client only chatted with each other. They kept looking at me and laughing which isnt a nice feeling. Toward the end, the woman doing my pedicure went on and on about how much came off during the heel scraping. I was embarrassed going in but figured its a professional setting. Now I know why they were laughing. I have to go thorough several hoops to get out of the house for an hour. I was really looking forward to relaxing. Instead I sat at an awkward angle for an hour being laughed at.

Chic and well-thought-out decor. You walk in & feel like youre in an elegant, bubble, underwater.Splashes of sea green...ish color, enhance the walls as waves of it lead you to a perhaps a foot spa, or a manicurists station, or to a private room where an esthetician awaits.I got a gel set and I was very pleased.And to top it all off... The Nail Bar was reasonably priced!I am definitely going back!Everything is updated and goes along with an underwater bubble like theme.

The place was clean and the ladies were very nice! They are a little overpriced for the quality of the nail services they provide. My manicure and pedicure are mediocre at best and not worth $100. I did appreciate that they were on time....that was a huge plus.

On a new location with the friendship weve found this place is wonderful. The space is light and airy.the people are extremely friendly. I cant say it enough what a great salon this is.Brand new facilities, sparkling clean and reasonable prices.This is THE BEST place to treat your feet and pamper your paws (or claws). They turn my hooves into human feet again. A feat (pun intended) not for the getting of heart.

During this Covid period, they are only doing nails outside, under a covered patio. I didnt get the usual foot & leg massage. I brought my own polish. They charged me a whopping $ 50.00, and when I exclaimed a wow! thats a bit high, the boss just shrugged and blamed it on the Covid situation. That is not acceptable. It doesnt cost them any more than usual, to do what they are doing, and they were not hurting for business. It was very busy. My usual salon is charging $ 35.00, right down town Los Altos, on Main Street (much higher rent, Im guessing) I didnt realize they also were now outdoors, so I will happily go back to my usual place. One more shocker, when the boss asked if I would pay cash instead of CC, I handed her 3 $20’s and she she boldly suggested I tip an additional $ 10. Wow and wow!

After researching many places I decided to try The Nail Bar. It was amazing! Aesthetically the inside is beautiful and relaxing. They use hygienic measures (cover for the pedicure tub and packaged tools) which is a big deal to me. The premium pedicure was wonderful with plenty of massage and attention to my nails without any digging. I will come back here again and happy to have found a spot where I felt truly pampered! Amazing nail place! I have been seeing Susan for more than ten years. She is lovely, caring, and makes your feet feel amazing. Best pedicure ever, hands down. Gigi is also great, friendly, and very professional! The new nail bar is so beautiful and so comfortable. Everyone is friendly and goes above and beyond to make me happy! Love love love! I’ve been going to Gigi for years and she’s always taken care of me and any family or friends I refer. Naturally, I’d follow her to this beautiful new location that she opened up on Valentine’s Day.The space is welcoming. It’s decorated with soothing colors and new spa chairs/furniture. The music is relaxing and the people are friendly.Service is top notch. They take their time to really care for your nails and give you tips on how to keep them healthy. No cutting corners just to get the next customer in the seat. My usual is cut and clean with neutral colors, but every now and then Gigi will convince me to try some fun design or color. Always keeping it simple and classic :)Schedule your next appointment with her, you won’t regret it! They offer other services as well - facials, lashes, etc.

Gorgeous brand new nail salon with experienced staff. I have been working with Gigi for years and she just opened her own shop! It is stunningly appointed, fresh, and clean. The massage chairs are comfortable for plus size clientele like me and Gigi always works to make sure I’m comfortable. I love this nail salon because it features a state-of-the art air filtration system to keep the air fresh and clean inside the nail salon.

The Nail Bar Los Altos is the perfect place to go and relax. The team there is very talented, has amazing attention to detail, and are so creative. I do all my services there from nail art (2D and 3D), pedicures, waxing, and lashes. The owner Gigi is one of the strongest women I know. Shes opened the salon, survived in the crazy pandemic, and still makes every customer feel special when they come in.

Best mani/pedi in Los Altos and I have been to them all. Great selection of colors. Massages available too. A manicure is $20, vs $15 down the street but the difference in the whole experience is far worth the extra amount - and the manicure lasts longer!

This place is my new favorite spot for all things mani/pedi! Gigi has a beautiful location-- clean and classy all the way. Kim did SMS on me and it was total perfection. I am very picky about my nails and if there are any flaws I will start picking at them immediately so I have really high standards. Plus, when youre paying all that money you want it to be perfect! Kim is amazing. She took her time and is very precise in her work.
