Took my daughter to get her nails did. She got both hands and feet done. She loved every second of it. Dad didn’t mind waiting in the massage chair watching the Cowboys game either. The staff was very friendly and they had drink for all ages!

Ive been going to Bella since they opened. I always get great service there. They are very attentive and the pedicures are the best!

I am just floored by the awesomeness of this salon!I was looking a nail salon nearby in the area where my family lives and I decided get my nails done here.The place is elegantly decorated with a stylish touch. The customer service is exceptional from the moment I stepped inside to the moment I left. I simply loved how much attention and care they gave to my nails. The price and value is reasonable and also that I didn’t have to wait so long even through I didn’t have an appointment. I can’t wait to come back here with some of my acquaintances and share this wonderful place with everyone I know.

UPDATE: My first experience was wonderful, but very disappointed the 2nd time around. Although my nails look good from a distance, up close they were sloppy. I felt rushed while they were being done. When I brought up something it was brushed off as nothing wrong... It hasnt even been a week from spending about $75 & Ive had to continually file & shape my nails because the lengths dont match on hands...some shaped awkwardly, glue & stuff under nails, and the dips are not even at all, some lumpy & some transparent through half of nail. Also you can see the powder is already about to chip near cuticles...and it has been 4 days. The first time I went they lasted a month. Ill admit I am picky, as I like my nails to be all the same length and shape, no clumps on under side of nail, uniformally dipped and filed/shaped, basically I want someone to pay great attention to detail...however, I pay good money for this. It seems once someone has you as a customer they dont care anymore & rush .... I wont be going back... too bad I didnt have the same 2nd experience as the first....I got the dipping powder full set, by Grace. She did a wonderful job & checked in regularly to make sure I was happy. Im very picky & hadnt had my nails done in years, and I am super satisfied. Kevin did my pedicure, which Im also picky about & easily displeased. He was amazing!! He took his time and the massage was perfect & not rushed. I got the milk & honey.... so happy I chose this place as Im new to the area and was on the hunt. Last place I went to for a pedicure was super high priced & used timers & felt very robotic. This will be my new place to go! See Kevin & Grace!

I was so excited to get my nails done, I liked my tech but my nails turned out HORRIBLE ! I wouldNOT RECOMMEND this salon. My nails were SO thick AND UNCOMFORTABLE and wider than my actual nail . When I commented on the thickness I was told it had to be thick to hold up against daily chores around the house . My skin was stuck to the acrylic on every nail, my cuticles were cut and underneath the nail was a mess . I went to another salon today to have them fixed and they were shocked by the amount of acrylic on my nails . They had to soak and file for over an hour to get them off . I wish I could get my money back, don’t waste yours!

Vivian is the best! She was so kind and helpful to me to pick colors and ensured to check in with me to make sure I liked my nails. My dip nails lasted 4 weeks without chipping. Got a pedicure and felt like I was at the masseuse too with all the pampering. Love how my nails turn out. Definitely will be my new go to!

They skipped over me. Then, I had 3 different technicians do my pedicure. It was rushed and sloppy. Eva who did my gel manicure was good, so I tipped her very well when I left. No one offered apologies or acknowledged the sloppy work. I had to get up & interrupt someone elses service just to get someone to come and clean the polish around my toes. The guy who came to clean my toes was rude & acted as if this was not a valid request. I will not be back!

Leon is the best he pays attention to every detail which I love and is so funny. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I’ve never been here before, they took great care of me. I’m pretty picky when it comes to my nails, especially my dip manicure. Grace was awesome! She did a great job making them look perfect! Eva did my jelly pedicure, which was the coolest thing btw. She made me feel so relaxed. I felt like a brand new woman! Also, I was the last customer and I never once felt rushed or pushed out. They took their time taking care of me, which is so rare! Overall, I would definitely come back to see them. I’m so happy!

I have been to this nail salon for the first time today. Beau, River and Kim did a great job on my nails! I also got the best foot massage from River. They are very polite and professional, I will be coming back for sure.

I had a very great experience here. My technician was Tammy and she was so sweet and treated me with so much care ! I came in for a toe acrylic and I was very insecure about my toes, but she made me feel better about them and had my feet looks very pretty, thank you !

They were kind to me and my boyfriend offered us drinks and wasnt upset about my nosey 2 year old. I will definately be back because they were professional and a definate 5 star experience!

Just had the worst experience in this place. I dropped off my daughter to get her nails done, when she finished she called and said the bill doesnt look right. And since I need to pick her up, I said wait im going in and undeniably it was wrong so i asked for the price menu. Long story short their only explanation was that she didnt say her mom is going to pay and they thought she was paying on her own. Be aware if you send your daughter by herself the price will be different

They sit around and talk about customers in Vietnamese and assume nobody else speaks their language. I understood every word and WOW I cannot believe anybody would return to this business! They talked about my race, my hair, and even laughed about the mole on my wrist! They have full conversations with 2-3 nail techs while doing your nails. I should have recorded what they were saying! So unprofessional!!!!

No idea why I gave this place a second chance. Went in to get my acrylic nails removed, assuming they would be properly soaked off, but nope! Instead the nail tech used his FINGERNAIL and a nail tip to dig in between the acrylic and my natural nail and force it off, which is EXTREMELY unhealthy for the natural nails. And I had to pay $10 for that as if I couldn’t have done it at home. The new management ruined a used to be great business.

Unfortunately this business doesnt respect people time, I had an appointment at 6:30pm, waited for 45 minutes and then let the person who booked after me to go and get her care done, I dont recommend going there, very unprofessional

We visited this salon by recommendation of family who we were visiting this weekend. Bella Nail Salon provided us with great customer service and did an appecable job on our mani and pedi. The ambiance was amazing and everyone was required to wear a mask. We enjoyed the staff who serviced us. We will visit again when we return.

The atmosphere and services were so relaxing that I fell asleep at least three times. The staff is very friendly and meticulous. The menu is extensive and so are the color choices. This was my first time here but it will not be my last.

I went to This nail salon because they are open a bit later than all the others, until 7:30. I had a bit of time after work so called at 6:40 and hoped they could squeeze me in. They did and they were so gracious about it. Kim did a fantastic job on my gel nails, never grumbled at me when I changed my mind on the color and was so kind despite the fact that I was there ten minutes past closing. She was meticulous and didn’t mind my pickiness. Loved it.

I scheduled an appointment during a holiday weekend so it was a bit busy. I do appreciate being greeted upon entry and they were able to seat me pretty quickly. My nail tech was super sweet. I wish I had gotten her name! We had a pleasant conversation. Which for me is rare. This is my first time chatting with my nail tech.She was gentle throughout the process. My feet are pretty maintained and dont require intense treatment. So I appreciate her not scrubbing my skin too hard.My polish has also lasted almost a month without chipping. So I am very pleased with the overall experience. I plan on coming back next month for another pedi :)

Best nail salon in Frisco! The owner, has high standards for cleanliness and quality. You wont find a more trustworthy and honest salon owner out there! She also does a great job with my gel manicures (I have been going to her every 2 weeks for about a year). Because of her high standards I also trust any of the other ladies in the salon too - Ive been to Julie and Vivian as well and both are fabulous. They have a huge range of gel colors, a beautiful salon and everyone is extremely welcoming. Love it here!

I get my nails done here regularly. Theyre professional and my nails always come out looking nice. Wide selections of colors. I always get the gel colors and it lasts me a good 2 weeks even more sometimes. They also have nice side services that they offer like neck massages and foot massages.Would recommend!

Usually, when it comes to most services, one has to compromise either quality, affordability, or, efficiency in order to get what you want. Not here! I absolutely love this salon! The staff there are extremely kind and well experienced. Julie, who did my full set did my nails better than anyone has in years! She gave me EXACTLY what I asked for, I was in and out within 45 minutes. I was expecting mediocrity given the super low prices. Quite the contrary. This manicure is so much better than places that I have charged me double. This will definitely be my salon of choice from here on.

Very poor quality on my nails. I asked for acrylic red and the guy that did my nails did them super thin and put finger nail polish over the acrylic . Then I told the lady I didn’t like them because I don’t do the polish because it takes to long to dry and she said it’s to expensive for you. She does not know how much money I have to be saying anything like that. Just very unprofessional and very rude. The next day which is today my polish is turning pink when it’s suppose to be red and chipping nails . Very very low quality would not recommend to nobody.Thank you for responding 3 mths later. The reason I didn’t return was because you guys did such a horrible job why go back. Just went to someone else and got everything I wanted.

Today was my first time at Bella Nail, but it certainly wont be my last! Cristina was my nail tech and she did a great job. She was super sweet and very gentle. One of the most relaxing pedicures Ive ever had! Their massage chairs are great as well. I will definitely be back next time I need a pedicure!

So, I went to this nail joint on a Sunday. A SUNDAY LADIES AND GENTS! I had went to 3 nail places before finding this place because I had a nail crisis. I was turned away all three times because the full set ladies werent in. Gratefully, I walked in, and Tuan took care of me right away! He was so kind and so helpful! Ive been back multiple times with Julie and Vivian. They are awesome. My daughter and all her friends go here now too. They do a great job with tips, gel, and dip powder. Today Vivian put cute tattoos (temporary design) on 2 of nails and it is so cute! Highly recommend this place.

Soooo I call to get the price for an acrylic refill the guy tells me $20. I go get the refill completed and the woman says $30. I ask her why, she tells me 5 for coffin and 5 for length. The length I definitely understand they are long and to be expected but my nails were already coffin shaped when I arrived.HOW DARE YOU CHARGE FOR WORK YOU DIDNT CREATE. Then she had the NERVE to catch a attitude for trying to OVERCHARGE ME!!!😡😡😡😡. THAT TECH LUCKY that mgr didnt cost her her tip. Smh, this is false advertising and extortion. The work gave this 2 stars, it deserves a 1 star. UGH.

Let me start by saying that the vibe in this place is the best. The music and ambiance is just so relaxing. They took three walk-ins last minute and were so polite.They have a time of colors and the largest dip color inventory I have ever seen !!! I went on google and I see her and search and I took a chance well I was not disappointed at all the people were very nice to me and the two people that I had to take care of me Julie and Vivian were wonderful. Vivian shaped my nails very well she was fast and very neat. Julie was wonderful with my pedi she took her time and my feet feel so well, my toe nails were polished so neat. I will be back.

Absolutely awful service from the manager, the technician named Sharon did my pedicure....she half does your feet using bare minimum effort on your skin, nails, cuticles and barely messages your legs and feet then had the nerve to wrap your feet in barely warm towels....and when you ask to have the towels exchanged for ones which are warmer she refused and referred me to take up the problem with the manager. The manager then proceeded to try and look at me like people never complain about their service there and that the towels are always hot....thats just like saying the water you put your feet in to soak is always hot, but often its not the temperature is adjusted for the clients comfort at the clients request therefore so should the towels if they arent warm enough point blank period....the customer is a businesss life line at the end of the day....respect the constructive criticism and provide a decent service and when you cant do the work promised with at least a minimum standard of perfection then be prepared to get complaints and give discounts on services!!!

I too had the gentleman who was too busy watching tv and not paying attention to my nexgen nails. I asked for a cuticle trim as well. It was very sloppy. Not to mention the two knicks in my skin from him not paying attention with that tool they use. I had to ask the owner for someone to clean up after his sloppy mess. The people were very nice and I might have had a much better experience had I experienced another tech. Debating on giving it another chance with so much competition around...

This is the worst establishment we have ever been to! Hellen was very disrespectful and rude! Hopefully it wasnt because the color of our skin but she treated us like we were trash off the street. We usually pay 160 for a new set in uptown Dallas so we are use to being treated fairly! We will never come back to this establishment!!!

Found this place on Google while I was in the area. I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was crowded with several people waiting. I thought I was going to have to wait awhile but due to me only getting a French Gel manicure I literally waited for 3 mins before it was my turn. The lady who did my nails was awesome and quick. I did not feel like she rushed my nails, she did a great job and made me feel like I was the only one in the salon. Weekends are crowded so try to come during the week day.

Originally just came in for a pedicure but decided to get my nails done as well. Julie did a great job with designing my nail! I prefer SNS so it doesnt damage my nails so she did SNS on the bottom and gel for the color. Also wanted to do a little more glam so we decided on unicorn chrome and some gold jewels. I always love coming back to get my nails done!

Back again to see Julie for pedi and nail jell. I love her work. This is the most relaxed place I have been to, and Ive been to many different salons over the years. If you are looking for a place that is clean, pleasant, relaxing and where they do a great job, this is the place.

Ok so my birthday was last week & my friend referred me to this nails salon & I must say this is the best nail salon ever the guy that did my nails did an amazing job like usually when I go get my nails done any other place I complain I didnt complain not once I love this shop & my friend for referring me here lol i sound dramatic but its not easy making me completely happyIll definitely be going back on a regular basis.I will definitely keep coming back.

I have been going here for many years. Even when I moved away from Little Elm/Frisco I came back here. I have tried other places and always came back here because they are consistent. Find the nail tech you like and stick with that person for consistency. I love this place! :-) Vivian is fabulous! She has been doing my manicures for quite awhile.I was there today and a new lady did my pedicure for the first time. She was good but she could slow down just a bit to provide a more relaxing atmosphere. Her technique was a little more aggressive than I am used to.Thank you!

John is the best in the biz! He knows my nails are sensitive to excessive grinding so he takes extra time to make sure the process is comfortable for me.

I used to drive to The Colony to get my nails done, but the road construction nixed that. My dtr and her fiance recommended Bella Nails after having a great experience. I highly recommend John and Vivian for nails. Both are excellent and their nails are gorgeous. If you want to leave a tip, you cant put it on your debit card so give it to them in cash.

I was fortunate enough to find this place wow! I got Tuan who is an artist and Vivian who was very nice as well for my mani and pedi. They did an AMAZING job, photos speak for themselves! I definitely found my new nail place. NICE!
