Love this nail salon!! The staff is very friendly and very talented. The prices are great but the customer service is outstanding!! You feel welcome as soon as you step thru the door. My husband and I are enjoying a staycation in Frisco. We live in Arlington and were already planning to drive back to this nail salon in the near future.

Omg where do I start this location is BEAUTIFUL...not only that but TINA the manager is AMAZING.. I love the way she runs her place of business as it is a great reflection of her establishment... she raises the bar when it comes to her nail techs and even herself.. you will not walk out of here disappointed at all!! Best service ever. I got the jelly pedicure and that is a definite recommend. Nails and toes turned out great! The owner was so funny and it got kind of warm at one point and they gave me some water to cool down. There is wine and mixed drinks. Would definitely go again!

Peter did a great job on my SNS dip powder French nails! Very professional and service with a smile! Francis was excellent on my deluxe pedicure! The massage portion was GREAT! Holly was very thorough on the neck massage with the Queen Lavender deluxe manicure. Love all the amenities to all services. Great friendly staff. Cant wait to go again!

My pedicure experience was incredible, however my manicure experience was not the same quality. I would understand getting cut once or twice when doing cuticles, but almost every finger was left bleeding in multiple places. What was meant to be a spa day left my fingernails scabbed and sore still. Photo for reference

This nail salon is officially my new favorite. This place is AMAZING! The owner(s) clearly care so much and are obviously very picky about the nail techs they hire because I’ve never had a bad experience. I don’t get my nails done but every 6 weeks and they always last 6 weeks without breaking AT ALL! Just got another set on to last me another 6 weeks 👏🏻 they’re all so sweet.

If you have 40 minutes - 1 hour to wait WITH AN APPOINTMENT.... this is the place for you. They schedule appointments and then make you sit there and wait, taking walk-ins before appointments. This has happened to me so many times I finally had to post this to let everyone know they do not respect the time of the customer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I got nexgen when I visited and it was beautifully done. However, the website listed it as $36 but I was charged $60. Please be clear about the pricing of your services. I’m taking away one star because of this.

I just moved here from Alabama and was nervous about finding a new salon. I googled and found this one. I’m so glad I came! This was THE best pedicure I’ve ever gotten!!! Annie was amazing. She took her time and was very detailed.This was the most anyone has massages my legs and feet at any salon I’ve ever been to! The massage was HEAVENLY! I 110% recommend the Jelly Pedicure!!!!Tina (the owner) was very attentive to everyone as well. She walked around and made sure everyone was satisfied. Steven is EPIC. My feet were way past due do to a pandemic and a recent loss of a parent. His care, attention, demeanor and healing hands had me calm for the first time in a month. Hes programmed into my phone. After countless pedicures in my life, including several deluxe spas, this was the BEST PEDICURE OF MY LIFE.

I brought in a picture of an orange ombré nail design and Ms. Tina gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. She’s so nice and funny too! I will definitely come back here next time I need a full set.

Very pleasantly surprised when I walked in. Did not have an appointment and was quickly greeted and sat in the pedicure chair and had the best pedicure from Frances I have had in a long time. Place was very relaxing and was not loud and chaotic like some nail salons can be.Spoke with the manager Tina who was very sweet and welcoming.I will definitely be back and have told a couple of my friends about this little hidden gem. Please give them a try....you won’t be disappointed.

They did a ok job on my nails the customer service is left to be desired but not a bad place in a pinch.

I went to this place today and was very happy with my experience. They required face masks and kindly asked me to sanitize my hands before I received my nail service. I came in for NexGen because I had bitten my nails pretty badly. They were not judgmental at all about my nails which I appreciated. The shape and color of my nails came out perfectly. I also received a hand massage after my nails were done which my normal salon doesnt do. I definitely recommend this place and I will be back! Thank you, Nail Idol, for providing excellent service.

Nexgen nails: I have been to this nail salon twice now and both times I have had a wonderful experience. I have a job where my nails have to be durable and ready for wear and tear. The first time I got them they lasted 4 WEEKS, typically they only last about 2 weeks before coming up on the back or popping off!! I also want to brag on Kylie, she has done them both times. She is so friendly and does a beautiful job, as well as quick!! Granted I have only went on Monday’s which is their slower day. Very pleased with Nail Idol so far!

Lovely staff and pedicure was amazing

My husband and I go every few weeks and love the service and atmosphere! I get Nexgen and my husband gets a manicure and we both get pedicures. They take their time and do not rush which I love. Tina is great and makes sure everyone is given the best service! All you have to do is mention anything to her or the receptionist and she will make sure it is corrected. I tell everyone about the great service and my nails look great and last 3-4 weeks easy!

I wish I could tell you that I had finally found my nail place. I arrived around 5 and it wasn’t busy (Saturday) they were able to see me really quick. Which was already a good start, and all the workers were very nice. Now I’ve been to other nail places and they always make sure to push back your cuticle and then put the acrylic. She did not, which I thought to myself was weird, but okay I’ll go with it. It’s been 2 hours and my nail polish is already chipping off, and does not look good. Now I never get gel I get regular polish. But, this has never happened to me where my polish is already coming off. My full set (no gel) cost $35. I only went here because there was a lot of good reviews and it wasn’t expensive, but now I’m regretting it.

Don’t waste your time coming here. I made an appointment for my husband and I and they kept saying they were gonna help us and had us waiting in the massage chair for over an hour. This place doesn’t respect appointments. They only care about taking anyone that walks in the door. Their work was as good as any other place. If you have all day to waste then this is the perfect place for you.

I absolutely love the presentation when getting a pedicure; its a really nice touch. This also shows the owners care about the little details that go into your overall experience. I recommend the Idol pedicure it completely relaxed me and I loved the combo of cold and hot lotions, wraps and stones.The owner Tina goes out of her way to make sure your 100% satisfied & gives a great manicure. Kylie gave the best massage and I loved her eye for detail on my pedicure. Im very particular about straight lines which isnt so common and she nailed it the first time.Im happy to have found a nail salon close to home & Ill definitely be back.

Ill start off by saying the salon is very clean. I called before to make an appointment, the gentleman on the phone was very accommodating which is awesome considering it was Mothers Day. When I got there, I was taken care of right away and was offered water, wine or soda. Great right off the bat!Peter was amazing! Im from out of town and was looking for somewhere to get my nails done before going back home. I got a gel manicure and gel removal. Peter was not only gentle on my nails removing the old polish but was extremely patient with me as I picked my color out even helping me find the perfect accent color for my ring finger. He was very knowledgeable and professional. When I make it back this way, Im definitely coming back to this place.

I moved to Texas a year ago and was on the hunt for my go to Nail salon. I always get my usual nail extension NexGen and spa pedicure. I was referred to Nail Idol by my co worker and I’ve been coming here twice a month ever since.I am ALWAYS satisfied with the service I’m provided. I love their variety of spa pedicures you can choose from. The quality of service speaks for itself, I always leave happy with both the health and appearance of my nails.The staff of Nail Idol is the main reason I come back every other week. You can find a good nail salon but it’s the staff that makes the experience incredibly special. Tina, Peter, and all of the staff are always so welcoming and willing to make sure my experience is relaxing, comfortable, and top notch. I look forward to going to Nail Idol and I love to bring friends and family here as well.I highly recommend Nail Idol and all their services offered.

I have had consistently good service here. I relocated to the area over a year ago and was convinced that there were no quality nail salons in North Dallas and had truly given up. I gave this place a try not expecting much based on a year of bad nail service but Nail Idol delivered. Ive tried 4 of the nail techs and they have all been superb. Tina, the owner, holds her employees to high standards and it reflects in their work. If Im impressed, then take my word for it, this place is worth it. Im a bit of a diva and hard to impress but the service here is truly top notch----hands down! Keep up the great work and the standard of excellence!!!!!

Everyone I encountered was nice and accommodating. Tony provided the best pedicure ever (wonderful foot massage too). The place was clean and well staffed. I arrived on a Saturday right when they opened and did not have to wait.

My cousin and I came in here for the first time about a month ago, was a little strange they didnt offer us anything to drink we were told that the state wouldnt allow them too give out refreshments bc of the covid19 stuff which is understandable.. except this hasnt been the case at other nail salons. I liked the girl who did my nails she did a great job and the man who did my feet also did a great job I had no issues with my service, my cousin wasnt as happy with her services she had a few issues while she was getting them done and then also one of her nails broke 3 days after she got them done, her feet also didnt last long at all and started chipping off around the same 3 day mark, not sure what the issue was could have been her being too rough with her nails idk loloverall my experience was ok here I definitely would come back.

Tina and her staff are simply amazing! I have lived in Frisco for 6 years, and FINALLY found a professional nail salon that I will continue to use. When Tina does my NexGen nails - they last for 1 month. I have been to salons in many states and countries and I have never found a salon that even compares. I am ecstatic over every manicure, pedicure and shoulder massage. I cannot say enough good things about Nail Idol. I feel like part of a family not just a customer/client. Although I usually have had great service here, today I am disappointed. The nail tech got wax all over my pants while doing my toes, and had to redo my toes twice because I didnt like the color and told him to swatch it before putting it on. This and a basic manicure was almost $70. No sorry or slight discount offered from the guy managing the salon. I will be looking for a new place that is less expensive and doesnt get wax all over my clothes.

Ive been coming here for almost the last 3 years and these folks really have it together. Im disabled and when I still had 2 legs they took great care of my physical needs while fixing my beauty needs. Now that I have 1 leg, that same care and patience is still there PLUS my hands and foot look amazing! Theyre personable and professional. Its a big deal to me to have BOTH!!!

I was a loyal customer up until this past weekend. This was the only place I would get a pedicure, but now I have to find a new place. While I was soaking my feet, the woman next to me mentioned that her finger soaking water was too cold and that she would like it a little warmer. The man working on her dumped her water into MY foot soaking water. I did not appreciate that, at all.Another reason I loved this place was the fact that every single time I came in, they had a new sanitized bag of tools every time. This time, the woman brought her tool box and did not have sterilized instruments. Either she opened the sterilized bag and put the tools in there and I didnt see or she just didnt feel like using new tools. Either way, I will not return.

TERRIBLE PLACE! Save your money and you time. If you make a appointment forget it because you will wait anyway. I watched the so called manager work on 5 different people at once doing a step at a time then running to the next. I watched them use the tools on me then switch to my husband and use the same tools on him. I was cut 3 times on my tors and once on my finger with every nail being crooked. To top this nightmare off, the so called manager did my eyebrows and left the glue all over my face. This is hands down the worse place I have ever been too! BEWARE

I had the most amazing experience at Nail Idol. Peter was patient and did a beautiful job shaping and dipping my nails. Yuna gave me the gentlest pedicure with a great massage. 10/10 will be making the hour commute to come back again.

The guy that did my pedicure today was more interested in the TV than paying attention to what he was doing. Nothing like having someone attempt to remove calluses and cuticles when they arent even looking at your feet. My feet have never felt so rough after a pedicure. Not sure he removed anything. Never going back here. What a waste of money and time.

The manager spent the entire time praising herself by telling me how great her salon is b/c she has nothing but repeat customers and doesn’t have to advertise. I wish she would have spent more time paying attention to her work. Unfortunately, the dipping powder manicure she gave me was mediocre with a lot of mistakes. These services are not cheap so it’s frustrating when they do such a bad job.

Sloppy work and beyond rude!!!! My entire experience was horrible. I asked for a pedicure (french) and a leg massage and it was done without care. They lady barely put in any effort for the massage and did not care at all. The manager at one point came over and told the lady that was painting my nails to go and take care of another customer right as she was about to start painting. The manager continues the pedicure and does an atrocious job with varying thickness in the white tips...

Got my Prom nails here May 2017 and was very pleased! They care for every person who walks through the door and I was very impressed being my first visit here. Fast forward to today and I took my 3 sisters here because they needed a new place, 2 asking for nexgen nails and 1 asking for nexgen nails and a pedicure. My sisters are as impressed as I was my first time coming here, and were happy to have heard of this place! The staff is so kind, and precise with their techniques (never rushing and always helpful with all of your needs). Tina and Peter helped my siblings and myself out so much! Highly recommend coming here and trying it out, you will NOT be disappointed!

A “take off” was 12 dollars. And the polish change that lasted 1 day didn’t even look good when I left. I could’ve paid 20 dollars somewhere else and they would’ve done a MUCH better job. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Disappointed with todays service. Been coming here for years and usually I have a good experience. Today I opted for the $75 collagen pedicure. The nail tech was literally dozing off during the much anticipated massage portion. I wont stop coming because maybe he was just having an off day. Still mad tho.

I wish I could give 0 stars.This is the very first review I write ever, I’m so sad it has to be such a negative one.I haven’t been getting manicures regularly lately, but have a function coming up so decided to spend some time and go give my nails a “face lift”.I was seated very quickly and this guys started doing my nails. He spent maybe 5 minutes cleaning my nails and decided the manicure was good enough to slap some polish on. The nails looked awful at that point, uneven, the cuticles were not cut off, the nails were different shapes and lengths. Of course I objected. He told me he would get another person to finish up my manicure. I had to wait 15 minutes for that person to free up, which is not so bad, but pretty annoying.I finally get this lady to start on my nails. She did a very average job on my nails, nothing to write home about. But I did end up with better looking nails than before. I did get shellac polish. THREE days later, my polish is lifting off my finger nails and chipping!Needless to say, I will not be back, nor do I recommend this “salon” to anybody.

Kylie is absolutely fantastic with nails, especially NexGen. The person who did my pedicure was not that good (parts of my toe nails were not painted, uneven paint job, etc). I could even deal with the mediocre pedicures, but my biggest issue is the billing upon completion. It seems the prices vary. Ive always gotten the same thing... but the price seems to differ everytime with the manager saying something about a discount but for next visit. Whatever!For Kylie, 5 stars (she is the best! )For pedicures, 3 stars (nothing special)For prices, 2 stars (expensive, not consistent)Overall...3 stars.I only go back for Kylie...!

It is right next to Palios Pizza.Wait time: Short for me because I called ahead.Staff: Tina is the manager and she has a great attitude, she is a busybody, but she makes sure the clients and her team are getting her personal attention. If there is an issues she works hard to find a solution. I have had 4 pedicures ( I usually just get polish change) and three were great and one was blah.Finding that a salon that provide the best customer experience can be a challenge to say the least. According to my google search today(02/22/2019) Frisco has 90 Nails salons and who know how many new ones will open before the end of the year. NAIL IDOL IS MY FRISCO PICK AND LUXY NAILS(JOHN FOR NAIL &VE VE FOR PEDI) IN PLANO IS MY OTHER SPOT.Example of other salons check fees: You ask for Nexgen and they will tell me the price, then I select the colors, I may need a tip or two, and again I may ask for three nails to be pink, two nails to be gray and the rest to be ombre. After all the work is done, its time to pay, then they want to charge extra for the shaping(seriously...that is a part of a manicure), then they get you with the fee for tips added (the charge for 10 tips because the can charge for individual tips, and this one really is really my pet peeve, the will try to charge you because you used more than one color( come on now (4 glitter, 4 pink & two soft white ).I had this happen to me and they TRIED to charge me $145.
