Oh my goodness - this place deserves 10 stars! I am 36 and have been to several nail spas for many years.. this one is absolutely the CLEANEST, and most HYGIENIC of them all. And for all my OCD peeps out there, the nail polish wall is fully organized by shade. My heart was so freaky happy to see that!!Love this place. I will NEVER go anywhere else again!

Very clean salon! Felt very safe here in the midst of COVID. Appointment only as well. Only con is it seems only 2 nails techs can do a good job unless you want simple polish or gel. I have had to go back to get nails redone. Paid for dip powder/tips and got a redo with gel. Overall, good service.

I took my college aged daughter here yesterday for a little pampering after a long semester of hard work. We both got manicures and pedicures. It was a truly wonderful experience. The spa itself is spotless and run with the utmost concern for health and safety. The pedicure massage chair was a pleasant surprise as was the hot stone foot and leg massage. The quality of the pedicure and manicures were outstanding. I am not someone who gets manicures or pedicures frequently but this place might just change my mind.

I got a basic pedicure was $38, and nextgen with a repair, they charge $5 for take off and $5 for the 1 tip. Why charge for a service that is required with that type of nail?? 😟😟 My pedicure was nice, but when it comes to the nails, I could tell they didnt know what to do. My nails were already shaped a certain way so they literally just had to follow the pattern, one hand turned out similar to the point almond shaped and the other hand Im not sure the shape. They tried. I did tell them that they were 2 different shapes and still paid and they asked for a tip. Wasnt going to give one but I did. And then told me to come back next week and they would fix the shape for free and that it was always best to schedule an appointment so one person could do my nails. 😟 I probably wont come back to this salon. If you do come here just make sure you ask for the best person that knows what they are doing on nails. Money wasted on nails but I would have gladly paid for the pedicure.

Great experience! I got the Aromatherapy & Reflexology Spa Pedicure. Bonnie did an amazing job! Their prices are higher than some other salons in the area, but you absolutely get what you pay for. They even have a membership program so you can earn points towards earning free services. I just moved to the area & this is definitely my new salon!

I would give the 5* just from the reservation process. The rep, who also handles the check-in/out is awesome. The service is great, too!

Great experience for my first time. I’ve been to several salons in FRISCO and this is by far the best one. I felt special and they listened to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable. Very nice and friendly staff that you can understand the whole time. If you want to be pampered Go here

I got a basic pedicure, that was pretty pricey for what I received ($38). Im new to the area so that might be the norm, but its not for me. Outside of that, I was pleased with my service. I was a walk-in customer and was seated right away. The color selection was great, and no one tried to upsell.

This was my first time visiting this nail salon. I am very stingy about where I get my nails, but with quarantine and limited salons opening back up, I had to branch out of my comfort zone a little and Im glad I did!First off, Moonstone Nails did a fantastic job enforcing all quarantine precautions in order to secure the safety of not only me as a customer, but their employees as well. Masks were required for all persons, I was temperature checked at the door, then shown a place to wash my hands before getting settled. There were screens between the nail techs and their visitor and the techs wiped everything down after each use. Very impressive and very assuring.The place itself is small, cozy and clean. I know a lot of reviews say the price is a bit much, but I disagree. For me, a NexGen removal + reapplication + regular pedicure was about the same as any other decent place I have been to (about $90 not including tip). It may seem steep to some, but the quality is impeccable.I was especially impressed with my NexGen removal and reapplication. They charge a small fee to remove the NexGen dip polish which I saw a lot of people grumbling about, but I assume thats because they do it in a way no one else does (plus it takes a lot of time). They soaked my nails, put my hands in individual heating gloves to soften the polish and repeated this process until it was all gently removed. I have never seen that before! So impressive! Also, with the reapplication, my technician was so precise about my nail shape and cuticles, she used nail tools Ive never even seen used before!When it comes down to it, if you are willing to spend a little extra for great quality, good communication, and people who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, then do it here at Moonstone. Im glad I did. Highly recommend!

Finally a place that takes their time giving a good quality treatment! Im hard to please with pedicures because I love a good massage and most places hardly do one or its really poor quality but Moonstones was excellent! Such a great massage! And they even massaged my neck and shoulders while my nails were drying. Highly recommend it.

Came here with my wife for a pedicure for our Friday date night and for this occasion it was an excellent service and great pedicure. Bonnie did an excellent job for me. If you’re here with your spouse, ask for the private room. My wife enjoyed her pedicure as well with Sarah. Will definitely be back!

Did an ok job. Nails were very cute. However, it’s so rude to tell a client how much tip you expect. Ridiculous. The service is already high as hell. And not worth the price. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Love this place! Great staff who do an excellent job. Convinced my husband to get a pedi on his birthday, we had the private room and Bonnie did a great job on him. After coming with me to just humor me ... he is looking forward to going back and said that every guy should have one!

If you want to feel like royalty this is to place to be. Everyone is super friendly and pay attention to detail. Amazing massages, well ventilated areas and a gorgeous layout make you feel comfortable and taken care of. Id drive across the country to come back here.

My daughters orthodontist office was 5 minutes away and I desperately needed my nails done so I decided to try it out. The staff wasn’t the nicest and it took over an hour and a half to do my nails. The place was clean and charming but I don’t think I would visit again.

The best of Korean beauty right here in Frisco. Love these ladies who put customers service excellence first. Best mani in town, whatever application youre into: NextGen, Gel, Chrome, seasonal design... You name it & theyll kill it. And dont get me started on the pedis. Just a couple of minutes of massage with Bonnie will leave you feeling like a new person.

Best manicure Ive ever had!! My nails look perfect!! All the cuticles are trimmed, the polish is pristine and I leave super relaxed and happy. I highly reccomend Moonstone Nail.

Hidden Gem this place is, my daughter found this place, now my whole family go here, the owner and whole staffs commit to high quality services, Ive been to many resort spas, the quality of services are better than any other fancy places, I get massages from Bonnie, cant even describe with words how well trained in both eastern and western massages put together, to me she is more than a doctor in her field, my husband and daughters just love and respect her very much, also I love how sanitary this place is!

Second visit. My friends LOVE it here. First time I bought a membership. Not sure really why. I wasnt asked which pedicure or which manicure I wanted, never shown a menu. Just charged $75 for a basic mani/pedi at the end of 1 hour. (I am used to paying $50 for both, and was informed my natural color hand polish was premium so add $5 - weird). First time had a nice long leg massage, this time I left in one hour start to finish, so I think Ill go back to my regular place - better value.

I showed up at 6:30 when they close at 7 to get a fix up on my one nail that chipped 1 week after I got it done. This is the second time my nails have chipped/looked horrible after going here. Now showing up 30 minutes before they close and their doors being locked is HORRIBLE. I have tried to go on a Monday and they were closed and now it’s wednesday and they closed early. Their service is horrible and they are way over priced. I highly recommend NOT going here.

My daughter and I walked in to this place today for a mani pedi and I will never return nor will I recommend this place to anyone. I explained to the lady we had never been there before and asked if they could do little girls nails. This place had two cars in the parking lot when we pulled in and this lady explained that they were too busy. We were turned away because of my daughter. There are much more accommodating places in the area and will never return here.

Not a great experience, I must say first time I visited and last. I went in for a pedicure and nexgen. The environment is very soothing and relaxing. The pediciure was great, I was surprised to not have been given an option as to what type of pedicure I wanted.I was given a hot stone massage which was nice, but not something I probably would have opted for depending on price. Nor did I see a price sheet but I figured it would compare to most other nail salons. I was then moved to a chair for nexgen, the nail technician I had seemed as though she was in a great hurry. The job was horrible, very very messy. She was rough with my nails and cuticle, that was the worst job I have ever experienced, ever! I am not going back, for the price (it was about 20 more than other nail salons) I expected much more but walked away with the worse nexgen I have ever seen. I will not be going back!
