My friend and I went here Thursday to get our nails done and Tim did an amazing job on MY nails and everyone was so nice which is why we didnt have the heart to tell the people that did my friends nails they did a horrible job. She wanted a matching mani pedi and the colors are WAYYYYY off her manicure is not up to par and we are pretty sure they double charged her for something she paid $140 not including tip her manicure was $50 she asked for a basic pedicure but they took it upon themselves to do something extra which is fine but the pedicure he did was only $65 so unless my math is wrong something is not adding up long story short make sure you are checking your receipt before you leave and make sure they do EXACTLY as you ask!!!!

Top notch service. My dip powder nails were PERFECT and long lasting, wish I took a photo when they were fresh. Pedicure was also excellent, I have alot of dead cuticle and theyre one of the few places that get it all off completely 😊

I walked in a couple of months ago without an appointment and they took great care of me. I’ve been making regular appointments ever since then with May because she does a fantastic job on my long nails. I do nexgen and switch between coffin shape and almond shape. May never disappoints. She’s also really nice and sweet.

People were very nice and the build out is very relaxing. When I go it’s often not very busy which I like. One thing I don’t like is when they ask you about certain services they don’t tell you that it’s an additional charge. How are clients supposed to know?

Unfortunately my two visits to this particular location were not the best. I was first introduced to this location when my nail technician Dean switched locations. He is absolutely amazing with nails but the service as far as amenities is not up to the same standards as his previous location, and today is what sealed the deal for me to return to the previous salon and find a new nail technician there. I walked in for my 10:30 am Saturday appointment (an appointment made Thursday) to find out he was unavailable and was double booked. They asked if I could come back at 6 after I had already drove there. I was not happy because that was the purpose of an appointment. After the receptionist could tell I was not happy he asked if another nail tech would be ok.I told him I made an appointment to make sure I got Dean and if hes busy what was the point of the appointment. Additionally, to offer a 6 pm appointment was a ridiculous timeframe from a scheduled 10:30 am appointment. Feeling my frustration he asked if someone else could start the process and Dean could finish. I said yes but while waiting for them to set up I called my previous salon where Dean used to work schedule an appointment. They were able to fit me in no problem so I left. Customer service is huge and because of my busy schedule I make appointments. Unfortunately, I love Dean but Im not sure Ill be back. I just havent had the best experience with this location.

Worst service, not friendly. Everything was mechanic and they tried to lie and tell me that they dont service damaged cuticles. When I told them that their location 7mim up the street did, the blonde hair lady told me she could for $5 more. Felt like a scene out of an Anjelah Johnson comedy. Definitely wont be coming back to this location!

Walked in for an appointment and stood in line for the front desk to ask me what I was there for. I was thrilled because I called for an appt and he said he could service me in 10 mins. I arrived in about 5 minutes!! Another young lady was behind me and the man at the front desk completely ignored me even though I was in the middle of talking to him and letting him know what I was there for. He completely ignored me and went straight to the young lady behind me! I guess I didnt have the correct skin color for service because he only asked me what I was there for after she told him that I was there and had been in line 1st! I politely walked out and will NEVER come here again. My name is Toya, Im tall and there was no way he could have missed me standing there! 2 nail techs with tons of people in line is overbooking... period!!.

I had a wonderful first experience here they did fabulous nails, definitely someplace you’d enjoy, ask for Tim if you want some Outstanding nail art and Nick was a perfect addition for a the pedicure. Looking forward to my next visit

Wonderful place. They took 4 of us at one time for mani/pedis. Offered drinks. Prices were fair and the quality was great. I had my elderly mother with me and they were very caring and patient with her. Will definitely be returning.

Went to get a nexgen manicure. Arrived at 4:30 and was placed in a chair to have foil with acetone applied to my nails. The lady who was doing my nails, suddenly got up from her chair at about 4:34 when people that she obviously knew walked through the door. She went to the back and I didn’t see her until about 5:13 and by that time the acetone had started to burn my finger tips and 3 other customers who had walked in after me were already almost finished. I had to remove the foil myself and walked out at 5:20!!!! So rude and unprofessional!

I have been 3 times so far. My manicures have lasted longer than anywhere I’ve ever had them done!! I’ve had Joseph do gel for me twice, and he is now my person. My nails break and bend easily, so manicures don’t usually last. The techs here get the details of the edges just right so they don’t mess up as they grow out. Pedicures have been really good too. I’m impressed.

My nails are horrible! They are so bad I was in tears. My feet are decent, but these nails are just the worse! My tech didnt speak English so communication was poor. I will NEVER go back. EVER!!!!!!

I appreciate an owner that cares for its customer and always come by and ask you if everything was alright. Very nice people from the whole store. My super nail tech was amazing. She took good care of me and make sure Im satisfied with my nails on Evey step. I appreciate the quality work and service!

Came here for the first time a few weeks ago and had a great experience. I got a lavender pedicure and it was great. The entire space is so neat and clean. Will definitely be back!

Best salon hands down. It is so classy inside and the service is great too. Ive been to so many salons and the prices are pretty similar, but this salon is exceptional. You feel like a million bucks when youre inside. I love it!

My wife and I first time here and we loved it! She got a gel manicure and I just got a basic manicure. We both loved our services and great experience. The staff are amazing and very nice. We love our nails and this will be our to go salon

This was one of the best pedicures that Ive had in a long time. Nail salons are a dime a dozen and on every corner so finding one where the techs are skillful and do quality work is very difficult. Nina did my pedicure and nail repair and she really took her time to work on my feet. A previous salon butchered my nail repair and she corrected their mistake. The nails that she repaired look very natural. Overall, she did a great job and Im very pleased.

So Im usually super picky when it comes to my nails but Amanda literary nailed it! She does THE BEST shape ever and her nails always last me at least 3 weeks. I highly recommend her, she is so sweet, and friendly. Amazing job!

Totally disappointed. The man who did my nails was rough on the filling, made my nail bed hot and hurt multiple times. He scraped my cuticles and did a horrible job laying down the dipping powder. My nails came out looking like bubble nails’ cousin. After day two I could see some weird white line in a few nails, definitely low quality powder. I would never stop by here unless I know it will be a specific nail tech that does the job right! Until the end he was snappy and arrogant. When I would look at my nails, each time he would respond with a quick and loud “what!”-just like that.I would avoid this place if I were anyone else.

Awesome spot. Rachel is amazing manager and has excellent customer service. Gwen is my favorite nail tech, she is a professional and a nail expert who keeps my natural nails looking healthy with nextgen dip for 2 years! 5 Staras 😃😃😃

Great team with great service. Judy always does a fantastic job. They have lots of space for pedicures and offer a large menu option. Plus free wine or water while youre being pampered.

Ask for Amanda! She does the best nexgen nails. She specializes in short or long nails. Any shape from square, coffin, stiletto, almond. Everything!! Always does an amazing job. Youll wont regret checking her out!

This is a very nice salon and great customer service too!.the tech here are real artist who know how to do design on your nails.they are pros with design so come here if you want your nails to look pretty for any event. I was very happy with my nails!

The nails look good, BUT - $55 for Ombre nails (Next Gen) is ridiculous! My nails are short and I didnt even get a massage or manicure for that. Guess they dont want any repeat customers because Ill never go back and pay those ridiculous prices again.

Walked in without an appointment and was pleasantly surprised!!! The service was great and Kenny did an amazing job on my nexgen coffin shaped nails. My pedicure was also great! I’ll be back for sure!!!

What a find! They have a nice selection of manicures and pedicures that include more than a normal mani-pedi would. I really enjoyed my services, they did a great job. Would love to come back and try the other types of manis and pedis.

Very disappointed with results for the special day. Not the color requested, cut my fingers twice with machine and disregarded. Overpaid for not so special results, went back for repair, not helpful. Very disappointed.

Tried this place multiple times to make sure it wasn’t me, but every time I came in my nails would rise from the cuticle. EVERYTIME. And I tried someone different each time, and the only frustration of having to come back every week to fix it the customer service is poor. Last time I come.

There is something called NO SERVICE.why take money and give bad service to shoo the customer?my nails are still painful after 24 hours. it burning where the cuticles were bleeding
