Having a car shop you can trust is important. This Jiffy Lube location is phenomenal. From the moment you get there they take your car right in. I needed an oil change and they explained to me what kind of oil I need. They were quick and the service they provided was top notch. I plan to come to this location again. When I arrived, I was the only one in the bay initially, yet the whole service was painfully slow. There was no sense of urgency or care.Jiffy Lube is supposed to provide a service review to every customer. They are to go over each vehicle recommendation from the manufacturer and to verify the cost of your service that day. They did not with me. There was no CSA for my service. Only a tech who says “This is your air filter if you want to replace it?”When I realized no one was going to perform a service review, I went outside and requested my tires be set to 100psi instead of the 110psi the tire plaque indicated. I then watched the rest of the service performed and was asked to go inside to cash out. It was then I found my total for a 13 quart oil change on a diesel to be $250!! What? I was livid.The receipt shows they checked the rear differential. They did not. The tamper seal from Havoline Express was still there from the last service. The receipt shows they vacuumed and cleaned the windows. They did not. The tire pressure on the receipt shows they filled the tires to 95psi even though I requested 100. They did not. My front tires are still at 60.Jiffy lube charges by far one of the most expensive services in the Carolinas yet does not complete the service it promises. I used to work for Jiffy Lube until the management became shady and wanted us to perform services that were not needed to meet your monthly goals. I had only hoped after 6 years, things would have changed, but clearly they have not.

Burkhan was the young man that helped me out. I had been trying to find somewhere to get my AC fixed last minute and so stressed out because I didn’t want my children hot! He got my car right in and they had my AC blowing crisp and cool! They made me feel so welcomed and the place is always in tip top shape. I know where I’ll be getting my car serviced from now on! 🥰

These guys are always my top choice. I never have to question whether I am going to receive quality service and sound advice about my vehicle for a great price. I stopped at this Jiffy Lube because my car didn’t feel right while driving on the highway. I am from out of town and was overly anxious about car troubles being far from home. It was the closest, most convenient location to me at the time and luckily for me, I picked the best one to go to. The team there is so nice! I don’t really know much about cars, so they were helpful and so informative about what was going on and needed to be done. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of or on a run for my money. Josh went over everything with me in detail, answered all my questions and made me comfortable with the whole process. Also the price was reasonable and service was quick. It was a great experience, especially being at a car shop. I definitely recommend this location, you will not be disappointed.

I brought my car in to this Jiffy Lube on the advisement of a friend. It was the most professional and kind service I’ve ever dealt with. The staff member that worked on my car explained everything to me, in details I could understand. The owner Josh was also extremely helpful, he made sure I understood what work was needed and going to be done. As well as, not charging me for things I didn’t need. All the work was extremely fairly priced. I will def be bringing my car back to this location in the future!

Read your Manuel before going in...you have to educate yourself. They are trained to upscale services.

I went to the Jiffy Lube on Cherry Rd in Rock Hill. It was my first time ever at a Jiffy Lube. Everyone was very helpful and nice. The gentleman in the office was very informative and nice. So far very happy with my visit

I visited this JiffyLube for the first time, partly because it was closer than my usual shop and they advertised a $12 off sale. Sounded good.Only one car ahead of me when I arrived, but still waited 30 minutes to get in the bay and another 30 minutes before I was on my way.My bigger surprise was a bill for nearly $100 for my little 4 cylinder. Even with full synthetic this was $35 more than I ever pay for an oil change in this car even without a discount.The staff was polite, though they moved about the garage like slow-motion Keystone Cops. And after all that, they forgot to vacuum the car - marked completed on my receipt.I gave three stars because ultimately I got what I went for. But I wont be returning.Follow-up to this review:I received a phone message from a Jiffy Lube representative telling me they regretted my experience and wanted to make it up to me with a gift card. I called back the same day. There was no answer. I understand. People are busy and she couldnt answer. So I called again the next day and still no answer, so I left an SMS message - which was the only option provided. She did not call me back and I didnt bother calling a 3rd time. They couldnt even make good on a promise to make it good.

The store manager Burkhan was awesome he helped me out a lot with letting me know what was wrong with my car, he’s very reasonable & I really appreciated everything he did for me today ..I highly recommend everyone to stop by and see him for all your car services .

!!!BEWARE!!! AVOID THIS JIFFY LUBE ON CHERRY ROAD AT ALL COSTS!!My wife took my 2018 Nissan Rogue in here for a routine Oil change back in October 2020. 1 month later I am driving on highway-85 South and my car completely stops working in the middle of the highway. The engine would not respond and was knocking back and forth. Luckily I was able to get off the road without getting in an accident. It’s 5pm and I have my AAA service tow my car to their AAA car care center to be looked at the next day. The AAA car care center tells me that whoever touched my air filter last put it back in the air filter Cabin backwards, thus allowing debris to fall into my Mass air flow system, which in turn caused my mass air flow sensor to malfunction. The mass air flow sensor needs to be replaced along with air filter, costing approximately 750 dollars. This is why my car stopped working completely in the middle of the highway and needed to be towed. The last person to touch the air filter at all was the technician who did the routine oil change/ multi point inspection on my vehicle at the Jiffy Lube on cherry. That same technician is the one who put the air filter back into the air filter cabin backwards. However, because I did not think to bring my broke down car off the side of the highway to jiffy lube in rock hill at 5pm, the people at jiffy lube say the warranty on their work does not extend to what happened to my vehicle. I have physical/ photographic proof and professionally licensed car mechanics verifying that the negligence by jiffy lube is what lead to my car breaking down, yet they refuse to take responsibility for it. I asked to speak to the owner or their liability insurance and they refused to let me. This is customer service at its worst. Do not let the staff at this Jiffy Lube lay so much as a finger on your vehicle, I was lucky to come out of this with my own and my wife’s life still intact, you may not be so lucky if you let them work on your vehicle.

Burkhan is a great manager and the guy is pretty good looking too! Lol. Seriously though, I had major issues with a Nissan Rogue Sport and he really helped me figure out the issue with my vehicle. Im so loyal to this place I just bought another car and Im definitely going to continue getting my services done here because of Burkhan. He is currently my go-to guy here because I dont trust other places and my customer experience has been phenomenal with Burkhan. Hes a genuine, honest, and trustworthy guy. We need more people like him in the world.

This location looks like it has not been open for too long. The property is immaculate. Above that, the service is great. I was greeted by Jon, William & Ellison in the bay. They were friendly and professional in handling themselves and me, as a customer.Burkhan, the Manager, is running a great operation there. Everything was smooth and easy. Burkhan was very professional and make you feel at home.A lot of these oil change operations are just out to get your oil changed, but find a million other things “wrong”. These guys are not that place.Burkhan came to me to let me know that there was no detection of oil leaks, everything under the hood and underneath looked good. He did have my air filter in hand. It was very dirty. We It would have been no big deal, no pressure to say no. I saw it obviously needed to be changed, so I have the go ahead that it could be changed. They were VERY HONEST, which a breathe of fresh air!At the end of the oil change, Burkhan walked me to the car himself, took the old sticker off and personally thanked me for coming as he replaced the old sticker with the new one. You COULD NOT ask for better service than what I had today!

Miguel was such a blessing! After Lugoff Dodge nearly destroyed my Dodge Durango no longer without my vehicle. They were able to replace the radiator hose that Lugoff had left dangling for nearly a month and was ultimately shredded and destroyed by the fan. They properly diagnosed all of the other issues on my vehicle and were able to assist me with identifying all of the problems that Lugoff had missed even though they had had my truck in their shop over 8 times within the last year for the exact same problems and ones that they failed to catch.Miguel was awesome and I am so grateful I found this location, or else thanks to Lugoff Dodge, I would still be stranded. I will definitely be referring soldiers and veterans alike to Jiffylube and this location in particular.Knowledgeable staff.Clean facility, waiting area, and restroom.Kind and considerate of my time and specific vehicle needs.

2nd time trying to do business with this location. Could not repair flat on Honda Civic first time that Drums tire ended up plugging. 2nd time they wanted $198 to change oil. Said all they had was synthetic.

Everytime I come here its a great experience. Even my wife likes to come here. These guys are professional while still being very personable.Dealt with Miguel today, and this guy explained everything that was done, What he felt needed to be done, and how serious each issue was or wasnt. Thats the kind of honesty you dont see much anymore.Highly recommend these guys and this team for your car needs.

How is an oil change $64 and how are you out of regular oil??? i dont understand how you say im paying $64 so u can vacuum my car and top my fluids then neglect to do so. also did not need to attitude over asking what i was paying for. dont take advantage of kids who dont know any better
