I moved from Mesquite to Frisco 4 months ago. I’ve been searching this whole time for a great nail technician and I’ve found her at this location. Eden is amazing. They’re super busy, but of course is due to the great work they do here. I highly recommended to try this nail salon if you haven’t done so already. Thank you for a great service and a frozen margarita. I will be coming back for future services.

I’m a black woman, so u already know I got the worst service EVER .. I literally sat in there n hour plus NO SERVICE but the white women after me got service of course. I’m so mad but who cares right. Just like them I have money and wanna look nice to. I forget this Texas so if u ain’t white of cares

I am really not sure why the bad reviews because this place is amazing. The manager and staff is very accommodating and that work really hard at it. As a business owner I know how very important it is to deliver excellent customer service. They never disappoint. As far as bad reviews go, no one is perfect at all and if you don’t express your concerns at that moment, allow them to rectify to go home and right an ugly review is so mean. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen, you Rock!

Been coming here for years, every single time it has been such a plesent experience. Every person there is friendly, fun, and works their butt off. Huge shout out to Sandy, Lisa, Van and Don. You guys are amazing, part of my family. I appreciate Charmlux and wouldnt go anywhere else. This place is the best!!

Pricing listed on website and menu is different than what they charge you. $40 for basic acrylic set. They will give attitude and huff and puff if you want acrylic instead of Nextgen. Makes for an awkward relaxing time. Over an hour and half when we had made appts 2 weeks ago. We Will stick with our usual place down the street. At least our other nail techs appreciate the generous tips we leave so they make our experience enjoyable.

This place is worst with the most arrogant staff. They get irritated if you just get a basic pedicure. They dont even ask you for any drink. Staff dont even know how to do basic feet cleaning I have to guide him and explain everything. Never going there 👎

This lady I had dummy speak much English, so any requests I had someone had to translate. I was sitting for like 10 minutes before she even offered me a drink. I think that the chick that did my toes could have scrubbed the bottom of my feet more, just my opinion. Overall it was a pedi. Ehhh

This place use to be the best, now I feel like they are trying to get too many people in as fast as they can. The quality of work is poor, and the last two times I have had an appointment I waited over an hour. The first time I had to reschedule, this time I just left...I won’t be returning... oh did I mention this time I was there because they did such a poor job that the nails started cracking the next day?

They do a great job, and they are quick, so you dont usually have to wait too long if at all.

I asked for “kids lavender” pedicures and wasn’t informed that they’d be charged as a adults. They didn’t take their own online coupon. And my 10 year old daughter was up sold without my knowledge to get her toe nails done as well. Ended up paying $174 ... zero tip of course:

Best place for NexGen in Frisco - trust me! I came to this salon after years of getting acrylics, and having to find a new salon after ownership changes forced me out. Charmlux was recommended to me, and I have been going ever since! I transitioned to NexGen nails, and have the BEST nail tech! They are so welcoming and friendly, the salon is always clean, bright and inviting, and they truly care about making sure you are happy with their services.

I decided to try this place yesterday. I showed them a picture of what I wanted thinking they would help me pick the colors. Wrong! Instead I had to try and find the colors myself. When I finally found the colors I thought were close to what I wanted. They didnt have one of the colors so I had to pick a different one. So I left unhappy with the job done with the filing of my nails. The girl seemed to be rushing and left me with jagged edges. I also ended up not liking the way the color came out streakey and kinda missing some spots of color. I then decided to go first thing this morning when they open at 9:30. Well, all the nail technicians were late. I waited for about 15 minutes before someone finally came. I told them about my jagged nails and the color how it was streaky. The two girls there told me to pick a different color, so I did. Whuch they were out of again! The girl did my nails again but it was better as far as the filing goes. The girl was done and I walked out and was in my car when the girl came to my car to tell me I had to pay. I went back in and the owner or manager told me that since I changed colors I should be paying. I informed her that I wasnt informed of that and if that was the case, I wouldnt have changed colors. I told the lady that I would no be coming back ever again.

Don’t bother to make an appointment. They are always at least 30 min late!!

Pedicure is a wonderful treat.

Tim did my nexgen nails and he was SUCH a perfectionist. I’m picky about my nails and he exceeded any and all of my expectations. I will definitely be returning.

I usually dont write reviews but this was absolutely worth it. Found them on a whim after getting a bad service the day before at another nail salon. Had nexgen and a polish change done by Tim. He took his time and did a fantastic job. Found my new nail spot and tech!

Chose to try this place because of a digital coupon on their website. Took a screenshot of the coupon page. At check-out I was told that a digital copy of the coupon was unacceptable, I had to print it out. So, I was refused the discount. Print it, really? Why is that necessary? I wont be back.

I have been here only twice, but find myself as a long-term client! The salon is beautiful, entire staff is professional, helpful, and extremely friendly. The nail techs pay close attention to detail and care about making clients happy with their services. 10/10 recommend!

Great place for a pedicure.

Christie did my pedicure and did a wonderful job. I never get my feet done because Im embarrassed of my calluses and peeling cracked heels. I left the salon with baby butt smooth feet and they looked cute too!!! Ill be back for sure.

I had such a great, first time experience yesterday! The manager Mime? (I cant remember how she told me it was spelled) was killing it for them just opening after being closed due to COVID-19. His spirits were high & very welcoming. I had the pleasure of having Van as my tech & definitely plan on seeing her again. She was quick yet accurate. No complaints at all! Plus they were playing country music which was a big +++ for me :)

We go every other week and always ask for Tim and Stacy. They are fantastic. Everyone is always so friendly and the salon is very clean.

This is the fourth nail salon I’ve tried in Frisco, and if you could give a 10 star rating, they would get it. Extremely friendly and professional staff. I did not have to wait at all. They took time with me matching nail and toe colors. My Nexgen nails are perfect, as are my toes. Best nail experience I’ve ever had!!

. Walked in was not acknowledged but once I was my service stared. Went in for a pedicure and solar pink only! Reviewed the website first for pricing, was told the website is not updated and it will be $5 more. Which is not a problem, but it’s not my fault the company website is not updated. The lady did my nails could not understand what shorter meant, so I had to repeat myself several times. This was my FRIST AND LAST TIME HERE. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS I WISH I WOULD HAVE!!!

Great service! I was in the market for a new salon that does good work on NexGen nails! I couldnt have asked for a better experience! I have had two of the employees to work on my nails and they both were so nice and welcoming to me! I really appreciate the time they took with my nails and I received the desired results each time! I will definitely be going back!

Clean, relaxing and amazing service. They were super busy but still managed to squeeze three of us in and didn’t rush through our service (three pedicures). It’s well worth the price! Only minor issue we had is that they had run out of supplies for mimosas and had run out of white wine and we were a little disappointed. But everything else about the experience was perfect! Will definitely come back again.

I had the $60 organic manicure. The person I got was good, but she was going to short me 10 min on my 30 min massage, but luckily I was timing her...I am not sure the ingredients were organic as the menu stated, but overall she did try to do as I requested with the massage technique. and gave a decent massage. The music was nice and relaxing.Probably won’t get the $60 one next time, but I will go back.

MY last time there, I waited 1 hr 30 min for a basic manicure and the gentleman I got was clearly ready to leave for the day and did not pay much attention. I did not catch his name because he never told me. The manicure was not great, the nail shape was okay but I did not realize until I got out in the light that the paint job was pretty bad. I have been a few times before and always had a great experience but not this time. I think I will try somewhere new for my next appt.

I’ve been to this nail shop a couple time and my last time going was completely horrible. I got my nails done and one of them broke... no big deal. I called to see if I get it fixed the lady told me she would fix it for free. Me and my sister went in because she wanted a set and I wanted my one nail fixed. The lady started on my nail and another man started on my sisters nails. In the middle of doing my nail she constantly got up to assist other guest. Each time she sat down to continue working on my one nail she would get up in less than a min. My sister finished her entire nail set and this woman still hadn’t finished my one nail. Then while she was filing my nail she asked if I could come back. Why would I come back when u already put the nail on my finger. All I needed was the shape and dip powder. I told her I couldn’t come back and she finished my nail very fast and didn’t do the same shape as my other nails(coffin) and when I told her it wasn’t the same she got an attitude with me. She fixed it but it still wansnt the same shape but I just left the shop. The next day I broke another nail and called to set an appointment to get it fixed and told them I was willing to pay and she said again can I come tomorrow. Overall they have terrible customer service and I will never return

I’ve been going here for manis and pedis since they opened. I love this place! It’s always clean. Everyone is so friendly and professional! Lee and Layla are my girls! They always do a great job and they are super sweet! So glad I have such a great nail salon so close to home!

As a guy I am embarrassed by my toenails so before I go on vacation this the last stop before the airport. If you live in little Elm or Frisco this is by far the best in the area. The customer service is outstanding. They take their time and make sure you look their best.

Im happy to say I found my new salon! I come all the way from Addison and its well worth the drive! Place is clean and has a nice feel to the place. Plus my nails look amazing! Recommend highly for quality service.

It was my first time at the salon and while it appears to be very clean and well maintained, I did not have a good experience. Eden did a good job on my nexgen manicure, but the pedicure was a different story. It took over two hours for the pedicure and while the lady was very gentle and kind, there are smudges all-around my cuticles, the nails are painted unevenly, and they are not the shape I asked for. She filed them painfully short in an effort to fix the shape after the polish was done despite me asking her to stop because the nails were too short to file. The lady checking me out appeared somewhat unapologetic did not offer any consolation/discount despite knowing my issues.

Everyone was so friendly & made you feel so relaxed. The atmosphere was really nice. And to top it off you can have a martini while getting your finger & toes done to perfection! Best experience Ive ever had!

My first 3 visits were great but this time I came in on a Tuesday so I figured an 1 and 45min would be plenty of time for a manicure and pedicure. I was only able to get a pedicure because they did 8 to 10 people’s nails while I got my pedicure and I’m sure some had appointments but not all. I got there at 2:45pm and they were going to start my manicure at 4:15 but I needed to leave at 4:30 so 15min would not have been enough time. Needless to say I will not be back and I will take my hard earned money elsewhere.

The employees were nice enough but I did not recieve the nail color I requested due to a communication error nor did my daughter. I also received a cut on my finger or rather a burn from the person applying my Nexgen nails due to his lack of attention while performing my service. I opted for the lavender mint pedicure it was underwhelming and poorly executed none of my callous were removed. I also did not enjoy the quality of the drinks. Spent $116. Will not return.

Second time here and loved it!After a long day at work I walked in.Kwin did my Nexgen I added paraffin wax that he suggested it was perfect!Sandy did a Alohaa pedicure added gel polish and spent time on me not worrying about they were closing. Loved it!They both made sure I knew their name before leaving I will differently make sure I see them both again!Not to mention the warm neck wrap and a margarita!What a way to end my day I was in Heaven

Extremely well managed. Very clean. Tools sterilized and placed in individual plastic packets. Very responsive to customers desires. Prices comparable to others, but frequent promotions. I was very pleased with my previous salon, but I wanted something closer to home. I was hesitant, but so glad I tried Charmlux!

Amazing experience! Meticulous staff that dont make you feel like they are rushing through. Nice touches like a warm compress for your shoulders and a shoulder massage with my manicure ! I got the lavender mint mani ($25) and the coconut milk pedi ($50). They have cheaper options but I loved the ingredients used. Totally worth it!! This is my new place.

What an amazing job and experience. I went in for nexgen after being told by a few friends that I should go. The salon is very big, relaxing with great service. Van did my nex gen and she did an outstanding job, I finally found a pace and nail tech that I love. I will not be going any where else from now on. The first time I went, I had a good experience so I decided to come back. Today was super crowded, and I waited about 30 minutes for a pedicure. I was never offered a drink, nor the hot neck thing. Pedicure was just mediocre. The water and wax was WAY to hot, and I dont think I will be back.

I just had my pedicure and nails done with Van and Khang. They re fabulous. Very detail work. Mojito was excellent. Manager and owner very involving and kind. Very good experience between jungle of nails salons. Worth every second and money!! Way to go CharmLux.

They did an amazing job! The place is very relaxing and its worth the money. I had gotten done nexgen nails with a basic pedicure and they did a great job. I had Eden (sorry if I spelled that wrong) and John. Everyone working was well respected and they are great people. Highly recommend!!

My first time here was this past Saturday, place is nice and staff are friendly. I wanted a certain design and they couldnt do it so I went with something they could do. Van did my manicure and design and at the end was rushing but for the most part did a good job. Her mom on the other hand did my pedicure, I had to tell her to clean from under the toenail beds and she barely worked on parts that callus, they are rough now. Not worth the $100+ I spent. Ill be returning to my original place, Grande Nails on 380 and Navo Rd.

First time in, got the basic pedicure. The girl who did it did a poor job. She cut my cuticles three different times, and filed my nails two times. Not the normal experience Ive had at other places. They are uneven and just dont look good. This place has good reviews but I was disappointed as I told the front desk that my pedicure was just ok and nothing was done.

The ABSOLUTE WORST in Frisco. The people there barely speak any English which makes it almost IMPOSSIBLE to get a clear understanding of what services you want! Today, the girl literally lied in Vietnamese to her boss that she didnt tell me what she stated. They wanted me to pay almost $40 OVER what initially told to me. Needless to say, I wasnt going to pay that... I wont be back, and I suggest you save yourself the bs drama while they try to RIP you off!

Today was my 6th visit. I have had a wonderful relaxing 1.5 hours without my toddler each time. Every technician is competent. I have loved my pedicure and Nexgen each time. The Nexgen lasts at least 4 weeks for me. Sometimes I go 6... everything is clean. Today was slow around 345p and I was pleased to see individuals finely detailing the chairs and scrubbing nail polish off of floors and walls instead of sitting around on their phones and looking unprofessional. Even when they are very busy they have adequate equipment and staff with minimal wait. Love CharmLux!
