I came in today for a refill nexgen and pedicure changed my mind twice on a color. They were so accommodating and happy to oblige. Two ladies worked on my sodcusl request. I chose a pale pink/peach coffin shaped nails and asked for cheatah print on two nails and Lina and Ly went above and beyond!! Bring a picture and they’ll do their absolute best! I love my nails!

First time getting a manicure at this location. I had very high hopes, but was very dissatisfied. I asked for coffin shaped nails and after repeating myself to reassure the nail tech understood what I wanted I received nothing close to what I had asked for. Charged me incorrectly close to $60. Friend who had visited this salon was charged 40 for the same set. Price list needs to be consistent and clear. I left the salon feeling frustrated, nothing was done to resolve charging issue. My hard earned money is not a joke to me. Steer away from this nail salon.

I tried this place out today for the first time because it’s close to my house. Ive been shopping for a new place because my regular place is pretty far. Anyways, I get NexGen religiously every two weeks and honestly this is the worst my nails have looked in a long time. I’m so torn on this review. Everyone was really nice and the salon was clean. Everyone there seemed to be regulars who enjoyed the salon. The issues started when removing the old polish with the drill and I kept feeling the heat through my nail. After flinching enough the nail tech was softer. Next, when buffing she cut me around my cuticles. Finally, when done, I left with old polish on my fingers, a random color (not my old polish or my new polish) on my pinky finger and my coral color all around my actual nail. Not to mention my fingers just look terrible and dry. Other salons put on lotion, so Im not sure why this happened here. Regardless, I have been trying to pick the polish off my fingers now for the past couple of hours. In the pic, you can see the coral color on my skin, it is like that on most of my nails. I really dont want to ding a local business, but I wish I had the experience of all these other reviewers. I would like to give this place a second try, but it may be awhile.

Great NexGen today; it’s my 4th visit. Great place with a happy atmosphere. Everyone is very nice and very professional. They use top notch products...no nasty dried out bottles or mixing of nail systems. My NexGen remains beautiful until I have them redone only Bc they’ve grown out. Lots of colors. Clean salon.

Yesterday was my first visit. I’ve tried several salons in Frisco, but always came up short on quality.This post rating is for Chris & Chris alone. He does amazing work! My nails look the best they ever had. He made sure everything was perfect & took his time caring for my hands & nails. Chris deserves a 5. I’ll be back just for Chris.Now the rest is not such a great experience. The receptionist is the unfriendliest receptionist I’ve ever encountered. Either she doesn’t like her job or she doesn’t like people. This is probably not the job for her.My pedicure is the worst I’ve ever had. It started with lukewarm water after asking twice for hotter water.My pedicurist must have had a cold. She wiped her nose several times and rubbed it on the towel where my feet where. I told her to please stop & I was uncomfortable most of the time because I had to position my body not to allow my feet to touch the towel where she had wiped her snot. I should have asked for another towel since no one else was available to do my feet. But I was caught off guard.And last I still had dead skin on my feet🤦🏾‍♀️.Chris, thank you for the best nails!

Highly recommend. Personable staff. Talented nail artists. Clean and comfortable. Jenny takes care of my nails. Shes been doing dipping powder manicures for years. Shes fast and good. Ive not found anyone better than Jenny.

I havent had nails put on in over 5 years. I had solar nails previously, but not NexGen. Jimmy and Chris were amazing! They talked me through what would be the best product for me and my lifestyle. Im so grateful and its like, 4 minutes from my house😀👍🏽👍🏻👍🏾

I would highly recommend this place! My mom and I decided to try this place out from her driving past it. We were not disappointed; Betzi was fantastic with placing me with the right nail tech. I had gotten my nails done a week ago somewhere else and they did a horrible job.I was placed with Cindi, and she did an outstanding job. My nails look amazing and they are exactly the shape I wanted. Cindi answered all my questions and also made sure multiple times that I was happy with my nails. I was expecting to pay a larger amount than I did because my previous nails had to be removed but I was taken care of and I cant wait to go back!

Long, did my pedicure, AMAZING! Im happy with the results. He took his time and was very detail with my feet. Very unpleased with my nails and the customer service from beginning to end. Was greeted then told to sit and wait 5 minutes. Once the tech called me over and started working on my nails he was not gentle and he was rushing the entire time. The coat is very thin and see thru, did not file my nails smooth enough around the corners and Not once was I offered water or anything to drink. At check out the front desk lady gave me some type of attitude because I pulled my card out of the machine too early.Overall, I was not happy with my experience and not happy with the outcome of my nails. I will not be returning.

Best place I have ever gotten to get my nails done. Its a nice, clean atmosphere, with friendly staff. Best quilty nails i have found so far and the man who did my nails, Jimmy, was absolutely marvellous. Will be returining!

I took my daughters here to get mani/pedis before school on Wednesday 8/14/19. I indicated I wanted two child mani/pedis and one adult mani/pedi. I was charged for two adult mani/pedis and one child mani/pedi. I asked why and the guy at the register said that is what they charged. I made my request clear when I walked in and again when the girls were in the chair. To top it off the guy at the register said our nails were dry when I was under the dryer, so we could hurry and pay. My nails smudged as soon as I got in my car. I wont be back!

First visit today...manager on duty was very nice. Got a mani/pedi. Mani tech was horrible-very rude with a nasty attitude. Nails looked awful. I was told it was a bad dipping powder color. I actually think it was the technique of the tech. Had to get a color redo and the second mani tech also blamed it on the powder. By the time the redo was done, my nail color looked totally different from the display. I politely left...I will not go back.I don’t post reviews, especially bad ones, but had to share so as to spare the next customer the same disappointment.BTW...the pedi tech did a very nice job, was attentive and pleasant.

Charge an extra $5 for literally everything. they look like my name is karen and i have a bowl cut and need to speak to the manager. which is maybe what i should have done because they are uneven and chunky and smudged
