This is the only dentist in my life I actually like going to! I have had many problems with my teeth before going to see Dr. Behnke, he has done a superb job with my root canals, crowns and fillings. He explains everything so you know what to expect. Dr. Behnke has a really gentle touch and caring demeanor. I highly recommend him!

She is very professional, gentle and very friendly. The ladies at the front desk are very nice, as well. Ill be seeing the dentist next week and Im certain that will go very well, too. I highly recommend this very clean and efficient dental clinic.

My first time being there. The front receptionist were very friendly and welcoming. And the dentist that cleaned my teeth’s was also very friendly. She explained everything she was doing and giving suggestions for my teeth and what I should do. Overall the experience was AMAZING!

It was my first time visiting the office and all I have are positive comments. My onboarding as a new patient was handled efficiently and quickly! I love that they will communicate with you in the method that is easiest for you (I chose e-mail!) I arrived for my appointment a little bit early and was called back quickly. My hygienist did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable, answering my questions and advising. Overall an excellent experience!

I snapped a tooth off and made an appointment with Dr. Joshua Behnke. He was able to save the tooth that had a root canal, and put a crown on. The crown was a perfect fit and color match. Dr. Behnke did a fantastic job for me.

I felt for years that Kim had the most gentle touch while cleaning your teeth. That being said Robyn is just as gentle and has a witty sence of humor to boot! Thank you for your expert care!

Ive been going to Midwest Dental for many years, and the service and treatment has always been stellar. Dr. Miklesh has the best hands of any dentist Ive been to, which makes even difficult procedures far more bearable. I wouldnt recommend any other dentist in the area.

I have been assigned a new dentist each of my four appointments without any prior notice. At one appointment in which I was supposed to have four cavities filled at once with the possibility of nitrous, I was told when I arrived that the dentist who diagnosed the cavities was no longer there and a new dentist would be seeing me. However, I was told this dentist would not do all four at once and would not work with nitrous. This was unacceptable to me, as I had to take off work and find alternative childcare just to attend this appointment. At that time, the office assured me I would be booked with their main dentist to do all four with nitrous the next month.When I got to that appointment, it was with another new dentist. He was not friendly, laughed at my anxiety, and had a severe tremor in both hands that made it very scary to have him with a needle and drill in my mouth. The nitrous did not work at all, yet I was still charged $59 for it. Also, this dentist looked at the xrays and it was obvious that I only had one cavity, making it clear that the other dentist was trying to get more money out of me. That previous dentist had also told me my thyroid was enlarged, which my physician later said was not true and problematic for her to have been inspecting.I will not be returning to this practice, nor will I recommend it to anyone in the future.

Very nice hygienist, nice staff, thorough cleaning with great respect for my sensitive teeth issues. However, I switched to this practice because of Dr. Van Dyken and was not told he is no longer there. I wish I would have known that. I think these dental franchises are a bad idea. its not like fast food where you go because a McDonalds is the same everywhere. You go because you like this ONE dentist. I am older and have issues and need an experienced dentist. Im sure the new dentist is capable but I really wanted a dentist with a lot of experience. I know they all need to learn somewhere but nobody told me my dentist is no longer there. So i give a frownie for that part.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Micklish at Midwest Dental for years. We feel that not only do we receive excellent care, but also we feel privileged to be part of the Midwest family. No matter what the procedure, our treatment has been of the highest quality.

Dr Miklish and the staff are the best.... very personable, friendly, caring, gentile and above all professional. The staff treats patients like family. I never dreamed an (2) implant would be absolutely painless. I know other people that have had them other places and had horrid times.They are all angels. I looked forward to my visits. Hopefully I can find another clinic like this now that I live in another state.

Ive had an extensive and varied amount of work performed by Dr Miklesh in the last few years. Prior to having any work performed, I was always provided a list of options, including pricing. These option lists are greatly appreciated - they allow one the ability to properly assess what can/should be done and determine the best possible timeframes. Dr Miklesh and his staff are always professional and courteous. I highly recommend Dr Miklesh (Midwest Dental).

Midwest Dental provides quality care and the staff always displays professionalism. Dr. Van Dyken is my main DDS; however, I have also seen Dr. Micklish and both are excellent in their delivery of care and have terrific beside manner. My Dental Hygienist, Tricia, is phenomenal...love going in to get my teeth cleaned as there is no better feeling than clean teeth! I was told somebody would get back to me within 24 hours via email. What a joke. Nobody contacted me and absolutely no consideration of me being a patient for over a decade although everyone certainly loved the huge procedures (and expensive) that I went through.Day three. No response of any kind from anybody. Sad. I also requested via their online appointment scheduling an appointment for dental cleaning. Nobody has replied yet. Need I say more..Yesterday I posted the review below. Nobody got back to me not even with a generic thank you for your input and well get back to you. Again I have been a client since 2000 with an enormous amount of work done between this office and my endodontist.I also used the online appointment scheduler yesterday and again nobody got back to me. Not sure anybody checks it.While Dr. Miklesh is great as was Dr. Van Dyken and my incredible oral hygienist, Kim who left, i was totally offended and humiliated with my last cleaning with Adrian. I give D. Miklesh, Dr. Van Dyken (who left) and Kim all get 5 stars. Initially I liked and respected Adrian. I gave him excellent reviews on this website. Cleanings were cordial and friendly and he was competent except for my last visit. Cleaning proceeded as usual and then at the end I expected my appointments. That didnt happen.I have had my teeth cleaned every three months for years after my many past health issues, surgeries and treatments, experimental treatments. It has taken years to get my mouth back in somewhat of good order as during my health issues my teeth fell out and gums bled. I have been automatically scheduled every time I have a cleaning for two visits. One in three months and one in six (for years without any problems). I also have paid for the cancer screenings for the year.This time, for whateveWell it is now August 22nd and I have NOT received any correspondence from Midwest Dental nor the corporate office. So much for being an exemplary patient/client I have now decided to completely change dental offices. What is wrong with you?ne (which would be three months) and if something opened up he would contact me. He did not offer any times. Just said no. I was never contacted during June. He was dismissive and lacked any empathy or understanding nor explanation for him not wanting to see me other than he was booked and I didnt need the three month appointments. I disagree.My next appointment is in October I do need the three month cleanings and checkup. That is what got my mouth into good order and if you saw the extensive amount of work I have had done that isnt saying much. I was in major anxiety by this time as it caught me off guard and pleaded if he would schedule me if for no other reason then the psychological reason that I need it and count on it after coming off so many years of horrendous health issues and finally feel better. He said no. I was really having major anxiety as I walked out. After years of going thru what I have with my health crisis this was more than upsetting, scary and confusing.I have never had this happen with Kim who for years got me thru the worst of the worst times. Always had my appointments ready for me. I didnt have to ask. I used to have my whole mouth frozen heavy just for dental cleanings it was so bad. I am humiliated and confused. My bills are paid and I have been a patient since 2000 and I continue to be an excellent community member, elected official, volunteer although that should not make a difference. My bills are paid. Nobody should be treated like that. I have no idea why his demeanor at the end of my appointment was so drastically different from my past appointments with him. Thank you!
