The pedicure was amazing! I am very pleased but, my manicure with dipped powder is not up to par. My nails have dents in them. I had to tell to the tech that my nails looked crooked.

Ask for Apple. Shes the best. Me and my husband only use her.

Im picky with nail salons but this exceeded my expectations! I got a pedi and Nexgen... I absolutely love it! The staff is friendly.. and frankly- they understand what you want as opposed to other places. I didnt feel pressure to be upsold, and most important, very pleased with how CLEAN the salon is. This is a great place to come, unwind, and feel pampered. Justin is super friendly and great!

I can honestly say this the best nail experience I ever had. Tony was the greatest and ask for his mimosa. They are great! Apple was amazing and great to talk too! She did amazing and she very knowledgeable. I cant wait for my next appointment. I have already booked!

I was seated right away. However, left my feet soaking for over 30 mins. Water got cold and i kept asking them to make it warmer, tech kept saying 1 minute but never came.

Very nice experience for me and my 4 yo. Clean and good cleaning policies in place. We will be back.

This nail salon is by far the best in Frisco. The owners will go out of their way to make you feel at home and part of their family even if youre not Vietnamese. Apple and Tony are the locals favorite bar...except for nails. Love it.

I wanted to love this nail salon but am extremely disappointed. Came in asking for a dip and was sat down right away. Someone started working on my nails, but then left mid way through to work on another person who just came in. Sat there for 30 minutes wondering if someone was going to come back and finish my nails. Then another person came over to finish them. Proceeded to not do the dip but something completely different despite me asking why he wasn’t doing dip. Then at the end I was charged WAY more for apparently getting “a full set-$10”, “unique nail shape-$5”, and “fake nails”. Paid over $50 for something that I didn’t want but the tech insisted on doing.Was there for almost 2 hours to get something I didn’t ask for and to be overcharged in the process. Will not be back.EDIT** Despite the person from the salon that tried to defend themself, I have the receipt and the proof of time spent there. You trying to deny the actions of your staff and your horrible service to a first time customer is just despicable. I was at your “salon” Embellish Nails in Frisco and I was treated terribly.

This is my favorite place (and only place!!) I go to get my nails done. Annie is my nail hero!! There was a time before I started seeing her where I was unsatisfied, and she offered to fix them and made them lovely again.

I am recently relocated to the DFW area and was referred to Apple by my coworker. After having stopped doing my nails due to not being able to find a good nail tech, I have found her. Apple made my appt and actually started on time. She helped me pick my color bc I’m fickle, which I really appreciate. She has quality products for more than a fair price. Her work is quality, and the BEST I’ve had in years. Not only that, she did a full set on me in under an hour!! Apple is a service oriented tech, using high quality grade products, who is quick and efficient with beautiful results. I couldn’t be happier:)

I’ve been coming here for a year & a half. However, it’s all because of Kayla (Kieu). She does a fabulous job. She’s very thorough in the cuticle clean up process and is very good at the painting of the nails. Plus she always has a friendly and professional attitude. It’s her that keeps me coming back time and time again.

Guy was extremely rough and could tell I was uncomfortable by him asking me every 5 minutes if I was okay. 3 of my nails were bleeding and literally felt as if he was sanding my skin. Half way through he made my friend pay.....when I wasn’t asked to do that nor was it okay. When going to pay my nails messed up after he insisted my nails were dry. It’s been 2 days now and my fingertips are sore, still. I’ve never wrote a review before but felt the need to write one today.

I have gone here for a year. Never had a problem when I saw Stacy (shes gone now) and paid A LOT of money. I went on a Sunday and had solar with gel. TWO days later the gel peeled off of two fingers and my solar start separating from my real nail. I called the owner last Sunday and all he said was come in and we will fix those two fingers! He just kept repeating that. Needless to say I found a new place that did an amazing job and she explained that the powder was old and the gel color was defective. I want my $$$ back! Never again!!

First time going in and the service was great. They are kid friendly and gave them something to drink while I got my pedi done.

Sweet and Friendly staff! My mom, 6 yr old and I went in to get a Mani and pedi. They were especially good with my daughter, offered popsicles and juice! She had a blast. :)

This was my absolute worst experience with nails ever. I went in to have nex gen powder and the lady spilled the powder everywhere. Now I understand accidents happen, but when she proceeded to scoop it all up off the floor and continue to do my nails I was disgusted. The powder spilled on my dress and all over one of my shoes. She didnt do anything nor did she apologize or even acknowledge the mess. She cut me twice and made my fingers bleed. She used the wrong color and then left me with pink and dust all over my hands. She said thank you and walked away. I couldnt believe she was actually done. Then when I went to pay they actually tried to over charge me by 55.00!!!!! I will never return to this place. They didnt even try to offer a discount or anything to remedie my ruined shoe or dress. Horrible experience.

I have been coming here for years and the service and the people have always been excellent. The cost is fair for the great work they do. I get Nexgen nails and a regular pedicure when I come. Anyone can do your nails and pedicure and they will always look great. My Nexgen nails last 3+ weeks, they dont chip or lift. My pedicure I can go without a pedi for 5 weeks because they dont chip, mind you I do wear open toe sandals and gym shoes. I have gone to places where my toes chip within 2 weeks so this is how I base who has great service. I highly recommend Embellish Nails and if you have any questions or concerns while you are there say something and they will take care of it, they are HUGE on customer satisfaction 👍🏼😀

Nail tech who service me with a full set did not do a good job at all the amount of acrylic used varied on each nail some thick some thin I am sure these will not last long.

Always nice and Chris does a great job on the powder nails.
