I like this place. Its clean and the staff are very professional for the most part. Everyone doesnt do your nails or pedicures the same. My favorite Tech there is David. If I get David I am a happy customer however he is not always available.

I never post reviews but I thought this could save someone else from a bad experience.Me and my friend went to this salon. I told them I wanted acrylic with plain polish bc I was only getting a white stripe design. The lady tried convincing me to do gel and I didn’t see the point in doing gel if it was just white stripes. So I said no thank you. She then went and got a man to come and convince me. He was rude and I still said no. So the lady doing my nails was rude to me after I said no and they told me it would be 10$ extra for white stripes. I said okay. Then I overheard them tell someone else it would be $10 extra for her design and she said “you told me $5 extra” and they said oh yes yes $5 extra. The lady that did my nails did a very terrible job. And they don’t have set prices. They just try to run your check up. I spent a lot of money for an acrylic w white paint.

My regular salon was busy and given an emergency I came here for a Nexgen Set. Melbi did my nails and did a horrible job. She was going so fast and cut just about all my fingers. My nails are all different shapes and sizes; so bulky and lumpy. Of course when I asked her to fix them she denied any wrong doing and was upset. I ultimately paid and left highly upset. My photos speak for themselves! I will never come here again!

I’m not the kind of person to write a review but, I was highly disappointed by this place. I had only been 6 days before two of my acrylics broke in half l and hurt my natural nails. I’ve been getting long sets for over 5 years now so I know how to work with nails. I’m a hairdresser and it made my job really hard because the pain was constant through out the day. I couldn’t wait to be off in order to go back and have them help me. I was there 45 minutes before they closed and they still refused to even look at my nails and said they were all going home even after I explained that it hurt really bad. I’m mostly upset because I paid for so many extra charges on these nails only for them to last me 5 good days. I wish they would’ve taken accountability or at least apologized.

Ive been going here for 4 years. I have a regular girl. However Ive used some of the others when needed to get in and my girl was off or booked. If you have a bad experience at any nail salon but like the location and cleanliness, simply try another person. There are some that come and go but a person whos been there long term probably means they are good! Id say the other services Id had were good enough not as great as my regular girl as knows what I like. I love my experience while there getting pampered. They also do waxing.

Excellent pedicures for both me and my hubby and my NexGen was great too. Will be back.

My choice for Next Gen. Nails and pedicures. I recommend setting appointments once you find a service provider that you love, but they can generally accommodate you even if you have yet to find a favorite. Responsive and friendly staff. Clean facilities.

I went to get my toes done a Disney styled and the women painted my toes good but the lady who did the mouse kept taking it off and then told the lady that I was moving too much and free of charge and used fabric paint to put the mouse on she didn’t Evan top coat it and now I have let it dry for an hour it smeard I have to say they do finger nails but not toes

My mom has been with this salon for 9 plus years and Jon and Julie mainly Julie do her nails. I’ve been here twice the first time i had a pedicure and they pulled skin that wasn’t supposed to be pulled many years later it’s still sensitive from in that spot. This time I got a pedicure and and my nails done. The lady who did mine did them so thin you could see the tip that the put on and while taking off old nails she cut my thumb nail way to short I mean I was in so much pain I wanted to cry. The lady didn’t even say sorry or ask what was wrong she knew what she did. At the end she at an attitude and said “sorry for hurting you” and walked off. The next day my mom called and told them that these nails looked horrible in which they did it was over my cuticles it’s was gross. We specifically told them we wanted a different person and a new set. We wait for a good 10-15 mins and the lady who did the messy set comes out and is trying to fix them. She has a attitude the whole time yanking my hand. Squeezing my fingers so tight when I couldn’t move my other fingers fast enough out of her way she would push them back. Not to mention she she sat down her words were “what’s wrong with them” I will never be getting my nails done here here. She tried to glue my thumb nail on and under the nail was a clunky nail glue mess. At the end of the day my toes turned out great. My nails not so much. When she was fixing them she ended up cutting me more around my cuticles with the drill and didn’t have good control over it or her nail file. Then instead of buffing my nails she was busy talking she was buffing my fingers.

I’ve been dealing with this salon for almost 3 years and last time was my LAST TIME I’m never going back! Nina cut my skin TWICE I was bleeding and sore for days! Then I got a green sore on my toe nail from what I guess were dirty supplies being used! I’ve never ever had any type of damage to my nails until now! Never going back

I go every 2.5 weeks during lunch. I always do a pink and white. Was told my nail bed is too short to do gel? I got John yesterday. He asks if I want them shorter, I said yes a little bit.He took ALL OF MY NAILS OFF. I am now left with stubs. He kept burning me with the tools and when I said it hurts, he said your a big girl, beauty is pain. Seriously? I now have misshapen nails that look like I tried to do them myself. I dont know why I keep going back. I wont go back.

Brought my grandson in for pedicure. I asked that he gets the full Grand Nail Pedicure that I was getting. Didnt happen! He was done within 15 minutes. Im still sitting in the chair for 30 minutes longer. I asked in the beginning to pay for the adult for him so he wouldnt have to wait. Plus, Grand Pedicure calls for callus removal. Didnt happen. Had to ask for it after nails painted. Wont be back!

Worst experience ever! Made an appointment at 4 was seated and just walked out 45 minutes later. No one even spoke to me until I was walking out. Why even make an appointment? I observed people coming in after me being taken care of. I wont be back.

Usually, this is my favorite place for a pedicure. Not so much any more, based on my most recent visit. I think I may have been this guys first pedicure. Next time, Ill ask for someone with experience! Selected the Majestic pedicure, which is one of the more expensive ones and got what seemed like the most basic, subpar, not even worth $20 pedicure.

Very inconsistent. Today the lady who did my nails hurt me multiple times, got the wrong color on my nails that needed to be fixed, left bumps, and there was super glue stuck all over my thumb and pointer finger. She was also very rude and kept telling me to go home. The man doing my sisters nails also managed to cut her finger TWICE!! Do not recommend.

We just moved to Frisco and needed my nails done and a pedicure.Linh did my nails and did fine but my pedicure was the worst. The lady did everything the opposite of what I asked. I was rushed to pick out a color and I did not like the way the men stood over the women while they worked. It was uncomfortable even for me. The salon is nice on the inside but it was not a welcoming environment or a place I would recommend.

If I could give this place a rating of 0, I would. Twice now, I have had awful experiences here! The first time, I came in, and at sat FOREVER before anyone even spoke to me. When I finally got a technician and told her what I wanted....she argued with me! She didnt want to do what I was asking for! After MUCH back and forth, she reluctantly did what I wanted and told me that no one had their nails that way anymore, and I should just do what everyone else is doing because thats better. I was livid, but decided to give the place another chance. I made an appointment, and when I came in, I sat for 30 minutes while everyone just walked past me. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT!! I finally stood up and told the receptionist that if they couldnt honor the appointments they book...they shouldnt make them! I left having wasted 45 minutes of my life with nothing to show for it. Dont waste your money on this place. There are so many other nail salons you can go to that value their customers.

I did not have a good experience the first time I went in. The technician kept telling me I didnt want gel like I always get, and he did some sort of acrylic. I was furious!I came back to give it another try and had a GREAT experience!!! Kayla and Quoc were AMAZING!! I was so happy upon my leaving!! Thanks for the amazing service!!! After telling the tech she was going too fast with the drill, when taking off my nails, and it was burning, she blew me off and surely enough, it not only took off the nail, it took my own nail with it. After it was bleeding everywhere and they had to adminster first aid, they still wanted to charge me full price for a halfway done job, and a butchered finger. Never went back. Picasso Nails across the street is much better...anywhere is better.

The reviews are all correct. Against our better judgement, giving another chance, we tried this place again. My wife and family went the past three times and appears they have so much business they are rushing to push people through. My wife was told they codnt do a design on her nails while the tech next to her was performing the exact same thing. When she asked, they dodged the question. Then initially and maliciously filed her nails down. The manager took off the bill but cannot correct the damage. Wife left crying. We will never go back. Many nail places out there.

My niece went to get her nails done here today with one of her friends. We called the salon to pay for both girls as a surprise so they could keep their own money. The lady that answered the phone was very short and rude and refused to take our money. She kept repeating she didnt understand and they were busy so we needed to come in and make the payment. She kept repeating herself about how busy they were and wouldnt take the payment over the phone. She was rude and short so finally I explained how her behavior was so inappropriate I wouldnt be giving her our business anymore and she said fine and hung up on me!Horrible experience. First business Ive seen so reluctant to work with their customers and take their money. Hanging up on your customers is a terminable offense. If I was running this circus I would make sure she was no longer the face of my business. Furthermore they were not busy, aside from the girls there were only a few people in there. This employee actually identified the girls, went up to them, addressed them by name, and still refused to cooperate with us to take the payment.Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that cares about their customer base and is willing to communicate with them to reach an acceptable solution as opposed to resorting to rude behavior and hanging up on their customers.

I had been going here for almost 2 years. There are girls that do a better job and some that arent my favorite but the last few times Ive gone it hasnt been a good experience. I tried Nexgen for the first time and my fingers are in so much pain. I had to go home and peel off the paste from my fingers and around my cuticle it is red and open sores. I dont plan on going back ever again, which makes me sad because I used to really like this place.

Kim is the only one who can make sure that they stay on for 3 weeks and she gets them done fast. In and out in 40-45 mins.

I just went here tonight for a classic mani/pedi. This was my second time at this salon and this time did not disappoint. The manicurist who worked on me, Amy, did a great job, was professional and didnt force me to engage in conversation (Im not a talker). It was very laid back atmosphere, I enjoyed my complimentary diet coke and the massage chair was definitely a plus. I had a coupon for $7 off, which rocked. All in all a very nice experience. If youd like a high-quality establishment with high-quality catering to customers needs, Grand Nail Salon is perfect for you. :)

My nails came out huge, I asked for almond shape and got fat round nails. I was charged extra for getting them long and every single nail had an indentation. I literally wasted $45 because I went home and took them right off. I wish I could post the pic.

I took my granddaughter in with a broken nail she had done the week before, They took her right in, and fixed it, at no charge. GREAT PEOPLE! !!

This place has messed up for me three times and I definitely will not be going here again. The first time I got french nextgen and they didnt take off all the nail polish I had on before getting them done so you could see it under the new nail polish. The second time I went in was a week later because one broke and I wanted to get just the one redone. When I went in I told them exactly what I wanted, just the one nail and the lady decided that I didnt want nextgen nails anymore (without asking me) and said solar nails are thicker so they wont break as often and before I could say no she was already taking off the nails that were perfectly fine and then I had to pay for the solar nails and for her to take off the other nails and when I told them they said that since it had already been done they couldnt do anything about it. The last time I went I thought Ill give them one last shot and if they mess it up this time I will never go again and they did mess it up this time. I went and asked for this shade of pink in nextgen and the guy doing my nails said no, well do this shade of pink and I said I wanted the one I picked but he did his choice anyways. Then he asked if I wanted tips, and I said yes then he proceeded to tell me that I didnt want them because they would look flared out but Ive gotten tips on my nails plenty of times and theyve always looked good so I said I still wanted them. Then he told me no because they would look bad and just started doing them anyways. I was extremely angry at this point and ready to walk out but I had an event in a couple hours that I needed my nails done for so I stayed. When he finished the color he asked if I wanted my nails more round or squared so I said squared because I dont particularly like rounded nails but the guy once again told me no and that rounded looked more natural so he went ahead and did rounded. Everything I said he told me no to and did what he wanted instead of the customer. This is definitely a place I will never be visiting again.

Let me preface this with: DO NOT GO HERE!Thats for people being naughty and looking while driving by. This place may seem convenient but take my word for it and just keep driving!From start to finish my experience here might be the worst nail service Ive ever had. My husband works near by (I dont want to give that away) so I stopped by on a whim. I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years so Im well versed on what should happen. Im typically a very easy going person so the fact that my feathers were ruffled says something! I initially went in wanting a gel manicure (the first one in years since nexgen came about). The woman at the front was rather short and told me to pick out a color but didnt direct me where. After I showed a look of confusion she said Do you not know where they are? I just assumed you did I said no, Ive never been here before. This should have been her clue to give me the best experience ever! She had the chance to make a repeat customer.After finding a color I loved I stood around aimlessly for a few minutes before a tech approached me and directed me to my chair. She then offered something to drink, I asked for a water which she returned with in a styrofoam cup. I think this is repulsive. There are so many things flying around in a nail salon! Dead skin, dust, nail clippings, everything! I would have much preferred something with a lid.I couldnt decide if I really wanted to switch it up and get a gel mani and went back to look at the nexgen color options while the tech prepared her tools. The woman at the front said to me Those are nexgen, they will have to use files on you! She said that in reference to my 8 month pregger belly. Im fully aware of how nexgen works and told her this. She then rolled her eyes and complained that she would have to switch techs because my original one did not know how to do nexgen. I decided to do nexgen because I wanted to add a tip to a nail that had broken and I knew my nails would look more uniform with nexgen.The new tech arrives, does not introduce herself and just says Are you ready yet?. She starts filing away, I mention that I want to add tips to a few of my nails so they would all be the same length and shape. She refused! She said no, tips are not good for your nails. I said I understood that but none of this is really good and I wanted them to all be the same length. She blew off my request and continued as she pleased. Before she even put on the nexgen primer I said If you wont do the tips then I should have just done gel and gotten the color I really wanted She ignored my request again and started applying the nexgen primer.At this point Im annoyed, but still willing to give it a shot. Maybe they will still turn out looking good right? WRONG! She dips my fingers etc. then she shapes them. Each one of my nails is a different shape, when I pointed this out she said its because some of them are longer than the others ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Isnt this the issue I tried to resolve BEFORE we got to this point. Now I am pissed and ready to leave. But Im looking forward to my massage and cuticle treatment. IT NEVER HAPPENED. I paid $40 for a nexgen MANICURE. A manicure includes more than just applying a color to my nails. Thanks to my hormones at this point Im almost in tears and just want to leave as quickly as possible.So I left in tears with uneven miss shaped nails. All because my tech refused to listen. Lesson learned, I will always go to my usual nail spa or always check google reviews first. Obviously Im not the first one to have a poor experience.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE!!! THE TECHS ARE RUDE, YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, AND YOU WILL LEAVE WITH DRY CUTICLES!Im still upset I didnt get my massage. Thats the best part!

Very disappointed. Made SURE their website said they close at 6pm on Sunday and arrived ten minutes to spare. Even though the website, Google and door post that they close at 6:00, the man said they really close at 5:45. Ive been going there for 10 years and they didnt take me for being 5 minutes after their 15-minute earlier than posted close time. Not the customer service Im accustomed to 🙄

Nail polish never dries, top coat is old polish, color nail polish is oily and cracked and I was blamed as a paying customer for putting my shoes on after 2 hours of sitting under a fan. Clue in that maybe its the poor quality of the products you use and not the time spent drying. And blaming your customers, really? Frisco, lets take our money elsewhere!

This salon has gone seriously down hill. I’ve been going for years and after my last visit, I will not be going back. The service is terrible and the technicians are lazy.
