I have been going to grand Lux for about a year and their quality has gone down. Every time I go I get same length and dip. I don’t typically stick with one person. But every person charges their own price. Mai charged me 70 dollars for the same nails I get done for 45 dollars. French nails. She said due to each nail is 2 dollars extra. I decided to try gel nails and my nails broke. I went back and show them and they said it I need to ask for think gel nail so they will be strong ? This was my last straw.

I so needed this! I had Danny for my pedicures and Lyn for my manicure/eyebrows. They both did an amazing job! I decided to go for the gusto and get the organic combo. Absolutely no regrets! They have 5 star to keep Track of your rewards. They offered me a deal for being a newcomer and not having any rewards that I could use! However even without the rewards I would be happy to come back!

The manager always ensures every guest is promptly and properly serviced. My bi-weekly pedicures and gel polish manicures always turn out great irregardless of which tech I get and they are great with special designs and embellishments too! If I were going to change anything it would only be to update the gel polish color offerings.

So I called this place in advance and made an appointment and I asked a guy why I didnt get the girl I asked for when I got here... his response was to get mad and raise his voice a lot around other customers while I just asked a question. I got really upset after because of the way he answered that and then I found out that the girl I requested had the same time I requested booked already and he never said that over the phone, and I was going because I had the appointment with her because I like her work. He was really rude to me and I wanted to leave but I stayed because I had someone with me that was getting them done and needed them done that day that time! Don’t get me wrong all the other staff has been nice and I havent had a problem at all:) but it was Tony who was extremely rude and just wanted to share my experience with Tony

Never had bad service. Friendly staff. Clean and quick. During covid-19 they are social distancing and wearing masks and other things to keep everyone safe.

Ive been here 3 times and only liked my nails 1 time. Paying $50.00 for my nails, I want to love them. 😞

The supervisor is very unprofessional and unethical. I had got my nexgen nails done last week and 2 of my nails cracked and couldn’t do any work as it bends causing pain n discomfort. I called 10 AM on a Saturday morning to know if there is any nail salonist available. He asks what kind I want after I said fixing nails he goes we are busy right can you come later, I asked when he says 6:45 PM that’s is when the store is closing.How rude! Seems like they don’t have time for fixing nails which they did in their own salon. The guy was a lil sarcastic the day I had gone first time. I will not recommend this place where you get poor customer service.

I enjoyed my pedicure but they are a bit on the pricey side. New to the area and looking for a new spot. Didn’t make me feel warm and fuzzy. Hubby loved his technician.

They waxed my daughters eyebrows and used a blade without asking. It irritated her skin so much she had to go see an aesthetician! Then they made me sit 30 min without telling me in advance when I had an appt, and tried to make my daughter wait when she also had an appt.They ask me probably 4-5 times what kind of manicure I wanted when I kept giving them the same answer. Service here is terrible.

Only nail salon I recommend! Super sweet employees who treat my needs and concerns with my feet. I dont even make an appointment I just walk in and havent had to sit/wait for longer than 3 minutes.

I used to go to this place for a while, because I always asked for the same nail techs; they were great! Good skills and conversation. The manager at this location was not professional at all. Didn’t have my appointments on the books more than once, and talked to the customers crazy. The last straw was when he raised his tone and told me to calm down AFTER I told him I called days before, and made an appointment. Very unprofessional and condescending.

Grand Lux is my go to nail salon. Tiffany is awesome and gives me exactly what I want. Tony is so friendly and does a great job managing things. I went in to promote my sons fundraiser. They donated proceeds for an entire weekend. Now Im a loyal customer.

POOR QUALITY, My daughter came home from getting her nails done tonight - color all over the place and a cut finger. Images attached. She had them done by Jennifer T who was too aggressive and rushed so the quality turned out bad plus they didnt do the whole process - no oils or lotion. Just not professionally done.

Too many customers and staff not wearing masks correctly. The girl who did my pedi was way too gentle... No massage really.

This is hands down the best nail salon ive ever been too.Ive been going for around 3-4 years and have recommended so many people to try this place and they always say they love it.Tony who is the manager is so friendly and always makes sure every visit is one to remember. All of the nail techs here do an amazing job. i would definitely come here if your looking for long lasting nails because ive had sets that have lasted almost 2 months and none broke the quality is amazing!!!!

Cheap deals from the reward point system come in through text message! Sign up at the front desk. And their customer service is amazing, the guy on the phone used my nail throughout the chat to make an appointment and he offered other services as well. The nail techs are all professional and clean and do everything you want at a great cost. Love it here I’ll never go anywhere else!

Superb owner and amazing team. my nail tech there never lets me down. i show her a photo or let her freestyle and she goes above my dreams! everywhere i go people ask who does my nails, even when traveling for work!

Over charged...told me they charged me for long nails and my nails arent even long. I took it out of their tip. Scam artists. They dont do good enough work for what they charge.

Worker told me the wait is 10-15 minutes and I left after waiting over 45 mins. My last straw was when a person who knew the worker came in 20 minutes after me and got service before I did. Very unprofessional and have lost my business. Would not recommend

Wouldnt go again. Leg massage during pedicure hurt and was way to rough and intense. I dont think he knew what he was doing. It wasnt relaxing. It was painful. Nails werent done completely. You could see where the edges werent painted. Heels werent done properly and he seemed rushed to finish. Wasnt worth the money sadly. I had high hopes from reviews, but it was disappointing.

Hands down the best place in town. I finally found my forever nail salon! The most amazing technicians. Andy is my fave...he is detail oriented like no one else Ive ever experienced. My nails come out looking incredible every time and lasts more than 4 weeks. Ive always had issues with previous salons...breaking off, cracking, drilling my skin, and/or pulling up from the base of my nail...that NEVER happens here. Always perfection and consistency. Andy is professional and wonderful, as is the rest of the staff. I highly recommend trying them out...you will find your forever nail salon too!

I visited this salon 3 days ago. I’m normally pretty loyal to my usual salon but they were short staffed and booked this weekend. I had shellac on my nails and toes that I wanted removed and then shellac applied again. It was probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had. However a different person did my manicure and it is awful. She didn’t get anywhere close to my cuticle line with the shellac so it looks like the manicure is weeks old. I normally go in every 2 weeks but this looks worse than the 2 week old shellac they removed. My cuticles also look really bad. It just doesn’t look good at all. And it was more expensive than my usual salon and I got a worse job. I don’t think I’ll go back. I only went this time because of highly rated it was.

I didnt have to wait. they got me right in. service was quick and thorough. the staff is always hospitable and attentive.

The staff are always friendly and easy to work with. My husband has ingrown toe nails and they are always able to help alleviate the discomfort he experiences.

Love this salon been coming here for awhile. Phoebe is my go to person for my nexgyn. Mia did my eyebrows and to be honest I think shes the best one to have done them so far. Tony is always so helpful and very nice

I took my mom here for Mother’s Day pedicures today and we had a great experience! The place was very clean and everything is run so smoothly. Everyone is very nice and things are priced well. If going on a Saturday, I suggest making an appointment. We did and got in right away. Other people who came in around the same time had to wait. I will definitely be coming here for my pedicures from now on!

I went in a week ago and my nails looked great, after just one week all but two nails polish started peeling off. I had never had that happen to me before and I get my nails done every 2 weeks. I decided to try this place bc it was close to work. I go back in there and show them what was going on. He sends me to a lady who just slightly huffs it down and puts a new top coat on even after I told her she missed places and you can still see underneath where it was peeling. I will not be going back to this place!

This is the best nail salon i’ve ever been too. i walk in and immediately i’m getting greeted. everyone that has done my nails there they’ve lasted up to a month or longer.

Ive lived in Frisco for 12 yrs and this is the best salon ever. I absolutely love this place!!!! My nail salon forever. The salon is always clean, staff are very nice and helpful, they make sure you are satisfied!!!

4 of my fingers were bleeding. One was bleeding heavily the manicurist was hoping I wouldnt notice and tried to squirt some sort of saline on my fingers to quickly wash the blood away which had some sort of alcohol in it and burned. He never even acknowledged that he cut me until I loudly said “ouch” and pulled my hand away. Then he said “oops I cut you just a little”. I wish I would have walked out. I let him keep going and he kept cutting my skin. I also got a pedicure and that was great. I dont Like they were on one ticket. I told The pedicure woman the tip was for her only. The manicurist didn’t deserve any of it and not to share it with him.

I’d never been to any nail salon before today, very nice place, friendly staff! I got a pedicure and it came out lovely. Only reason for knocking off a star is because I wasn’t told that gel was going to be extra. In my mistake I should’ve clarified prior to getting them but they still look very pretty.

Just moved here and was looking for a new salon. Everyone was nice and the salon was clean. They have very good prices compared to other salons I’ve been to. I’m happy I found my new salon place!

Fantastic nail salon! Super nice and friendly people! They do such a great job, and fix problem nails within two weeks of having them done. They really want you to be happy with their work and come back to them each time. That’s what I will continue to do! This Nexgen has kept my nails from breaking this winter and I’m really grateful to have found Grandlux Nail Salon.

They don’t value everyone’s business. The services were okay, nothing special.We arrived right at 11:30 on a Sunday when they open. We were the 5th people through the door. It was an hour before they could ‘find’ someone to help my youngest daughter. I was completely finished, my older 2 were 10 mins behind me. There’s nothing worse than watching your kid’s absolute joy over a fun girls day dissolve into sadness as she watches other people be put before her. If I hadn’t caught Andy twice to complain, I’m not sure anyone would have ever come over.

They destroyed my eyebrows! I left that place crying still can not believe that. I definitely no recommend that place!

I usually go here to get my nextgen nails and they usually do a great job. But this last tech seemed rushed and cut me around multiple nails with a nail file leaving my skin raw. The next day my nails were already lifting and I have cuts all around my cuticles. Very disappointed.

This is my favorite place to get my mani and pedi!!

I went in to get a Gel pedicure this past weekend. The price was $55 and I gave $5 tip and wrote $60 and signed. I sat down to check my debit card transactions this morning and noticed a charge for $110 from them. I was stunned. They added a 0 to my $5 tip to make it $50 and charged me $110. I immediately called them and they asked me to come in. I immediately drove over there with my 4 months old son and confronted them. Their excuse was their machine must not been working right. WTH!!! I wonder how many people they have been SCAMING like this. The person who assisted me said he has to call his manager and eventually they refunded the money back to my card. This is FRAUD!!! Please check your receipt and ask them for a copy after you give the tip. Keep your receipt until the transaction clears!How do you charge $50 tip while I clearly wrote $60 as a total and signed??????? They did not want to answer that question. They kept saying their machine might had a problem during my transaction. SCAM!!! FRAUD!!!! BEWARE!!!
