Read the bad the reviews first! The same thing happened to me.It’s very frustrating having to pay for something you did not get a great service for. I asked for my nails to be cut down multiple times, the lady kept saying that’s as short they would go. Not true. you could see the white tips of my nails before she painted them.Second, she didn’t know how to properly paint nails. She did not paint the sides and my nails look horrible. I asked her to fix them, but she still didn’t get them right. She also painted part of my skin and now I have to go home and fix them myself.I really dislike when nail techs don’t listen to what you ask them for and they do what they want instead.Very frustrated and upset.

This is by far the worst nail shop I have ever experienced. I am not sure how this shop is still open. They need to get some real nail techs in here. I went to get just a balance. The First Lady seemed like she knew what she was doing. Then she had to go tend to other customers who came in for pedicures. The lady who finished me did not know how to properly complete a balance. How do i do a balance without filing the nails once the acrylic has been applied. Never will i come back to this place. I just happened to drop my kid off the the barber studio next door and thought i would kill two birds with one stone! Wrong!! Worst idea ever

Honestly, the best pedicure i have received at a very reasonable price. Rosa does it each time. she spends so much time and does such great work. I tend to go when they first open on Mondays or Tuesdays. i dont ever have to wait. They also do an excellent job waxing my eyebrows and with the manicures. Ask for Rosa to do your pedicure! You will NOT be disappointed.

Got my first set of acrylics done here and Im so heartbroken by how terrible they turned out to be. The technician did not file them down before applying the powder stuff, she just cut down the plastic tips to a short length and went about her manicure. She didnt understand me so I couldnt really say much. Two of my nails are crooked, some are more square than others, the nails are incredibly thick, and one of my thumb nails was half an inch longer than the other and I had to trim that one at home. Super disappointed and I wished the technician had tried harder instead of trying to rush me

They dont even deserve a star honestly.DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT GO THERE!!! You want a cheaper price, youll get just that and cheaper service and nails.First of all, as I was walking in, there was a lady completely frustrated, complaining at the staff because of the rubbish manicure they had just done for her. I should have taken that as a sign.I went to get a acrylic fill and pedicure. Chose a color and was lied to that when it sets in it will look like the one I chose. Then the pedicure was done so carelessly, continuously painting not only my toes but my skin with half her body turned away from the the entire time clearly not caring. I only stayed because it was too late and I couldnt go anywhere that time before my flight.My manicure was also rushed and not properly done.I will never EVER go back again. Please do not waste your money nor time thinking your are saving a buck because of there prices. You are only asking for unnecessary stress.

I am diabetic and need special care for my feet. The staff has always given me top rate treatment. The pedicure stations have the new disposable liners which are very sanitary.The staff is accommodating and friendly. They get to know you and you dont feel like another number. There are several shops with the name of Star Nails in that area. I suspect some of the bad reviews may have mistakenly posted on the wrong location.

I called to ask what time they were open until, and couldnt get an answer but I was told to come in now and they could take care of me.I did, and everything was beyond rushed. I paid for a mani/pedi but just got a terrible paint job and someone to put lotion on my hands and feet. It really was the worst looking mani/pedi Ive ever seen.Im giving them 2 stars because they were nice, but I will never spend money there again.

Hi I went star nails today. It was very bad experience to me. That lady who takes care about my pedicure, she is totally hurry and she didn’t done properly. It’s waste of my time and money. I am not going to recommend this.

Worst place I have ever had my nails done!!! Got there at 6:30 she told me 20 mins. and started soaking nexgen and didnt start getting my nails done till 7:30 and didnt leave there till 8:30....I am never going back!!! My kids where pissed they had to wait there that long!! And I wasnt the only one there for that long there was a lady that got there before me
