Would NOT be coming back and would NOT recommend. The nail tech clipped me a few times with the nail drill. My nails are not even, have air bubbles on multiple nails, and the color does not even fully cover the “French tip” part of my nails on ANY nail! The lines under the French tip part are uneven. Overall MESSY. There are also some white marks on the bottom portion of my nail that’s supposed to be clear. I am very disappointed and am very tempted to get them removed ASAP and go to a different salon to get something else put on.

Both portions of the mani- pedi were amazing! I dont like anyone touching my feet, but when they did, I didnt hate it at all. They are very good quality and would recommend to everyone.

Open late! This place is good for a last minute mani/pedi. I had a wedding and needed to get my nails done late on the day and this place was open so I went. I would only recommend for late night or last minute stuff. There are better options available in the day.

I am in LOVE with my nails. There’s a new worker, his name is Jake, he is very kind and gentle as well with your nails. He does an AMAZING job I keep looking at my nails. I recommend him ☺️👍🏾

I went here the other day to get my nails done. I dont usually go to new nail places unless I know someone whos been and liked it but I saw they had good reviews and took a chance. they were a little busy but made time for me. I got dip nails with tips and it was $50 for a whole set. the shape is perfect and im really picky about that.

I came based on the reviews about the bar and the pedicures. I got the most expensive pedicure because I wanted the experience, and honestly I wasn’t as thrilled at first with the customer service. I had an appointment for 6:45. I didn’t get seated until 7. Didn’t actually get serviced until 7:10. There was a bit of a language barrier when asking for a drink. I wanted a cocktail as there is a full bar there, but no one could understand what I was asking for. After going through 3 different people I just settled for a coke.HOWEVER, Helen came in and saved the day. I never was able to get my mixed drink, but she was an ABSOLUTE sweetheart!!! She was VERY attentive to detail, listened to what I wanted, and took her time with my pedicure.I will go back and give it a second try with the hopes of giving 5 stars instead of 3 next time.

I love that theyre open late since I get off work a little later. Niki did an amazing job on the coffin shape and she was quick which I love. Good prices too.

Ceci is amazing. This is honestly the first time Ive been in love with how my nails turned out. They are even, smooth, and just perfect. Definitely worth it and will definitely go back.

I came at 8:30 pm the gentleman told me to come back in an hour so I did. The young lady CeCe was super rude when I came back telling me they did not have timeI told her I’d wait and I’d be here whenever they are ready. The gentleman began to do my nails but was limited on what he could do. He doesn’t do any designs so CeCe still I guess irritated with me because I decided to stay when he asked her to do my design she without even looking to see what I wanted told him she didn’t have timeI was amazed that she could be so dismissive of a customer. If I’m paying and I’ve got time then I’m not understanding why their services are dictated by what they feel like doing basically.I’m accustomed to Hawaiian Nails in Mansfield where they sanitize and ask you to wash your hands upon entering and everyone wears a mask. I definitely expected better service and cleanliness in this part of town.I’m new to the area and this nail salon received great reviews and was open late but was slow to accommodate. Poor professionalism.Must do better. If you are going to stay open until 10:30 then service your customers as though you’re still open. If you want to stop servicing early then close early.

I loved it!! They pay excellent attention to detail and are knowledgeable. Yes, I agree that they do rush, but in my case, my nails came out looking great. I picked what I thought would be a pink color but as they explained the color was a sheer, clear color. They suggested another which came out as rose quartz (from my perspective, that is). I got so many compliments on my nails and questions about it. I was happy to recommend them this salon. I was very happy with my experience with them and will definitely come back! With my friends!

Not a good experience. The guy that works there really didnt know what he was doing. Was trying to rush and they said they couldnt fix two nails that broke off. Will not go back.

Asked for acrylic nail set and even put it into their little computerized ordering system; the woman proceeded to do a regular manicure. I stopped her before she put anything onto my nails and clarified that I’d asked for an acrylic set, she and the manager Emily then argued that I never asked for that. So I left with short stubby nails that I do not like in the slightest.

I love this place! They are quick and amazing. I got the cutest ombré nails today 💜 the pedicures come with a foot massage that is longer than anywhere else you’ll go (I think 10 minutes total) and free drinks is always a plus 😉

Quality nail shop in Frisco! Must come again for more! Especially for the vast amount of drinks selections they have!!Made my weekend.

Needed to post this months ago! Had been going for over a year and on Mother’s Day they sent me a text, not even a call, 15min before my appointment to cancel because they were closed. Very unprofessional . I had made that appointment like on Monday or Tuesday and they could have called back with time to let me know they would be closed. Will never go back again.

Its bad. It isnt even worth elaborating on, it was that bad.

The customer service is terrible. I was seated to have my nails done and they did not attend to me for a good 30 minutes. There was no communication on when they would start my nails. They also began seating other before helping. Terrible service.

They have happy hour, posted online and on their door. I called 20 minutes before I went in to get a service, they said that they were honoring the 15% off happy hour, after I got the service and went to pay they said they weren’t honoring it. I will not be returning. I called after I left and they told me that I was lying that I never called.Nail quality is good but I won’t come back. All they want is money and they will do anything to get it. Highly disappointed

I made an appointment this morning to get a full set at 9:00 pm because I have a fashion show tomorrow and I arrived at my appointment at 8:57 pm and was told that who ever I spoke with didnt put it in the system and since THEY didnt put it in the system I could not get my nails done. Such a HUGE inconvenience since its not easy to find another nail shop open this late. I followed their rules and made an appointment and they didnt hold up their end as a business. VERY unprofessional and I would not recommend.

Toenails different shapes. Painful technique for cutting and pulling cutical. Very painful. And why on earth would you use a dry and rough sponge on soaked tender skin???!!!!! That was extremely agonizing. Please train your younger staff properly.

The service was great the nail tech had great communication skills very knowledgeable of her job .offer drinks of any kind they also used new tools out the package and the chairs are cleaned before and after each client and they are so welcoming they have a forever client . Customer service was extremely excellent

I heard this new salon is under new management, therefore i decided to come back during Mother’s day weekend. Although, it was a busy weekend, but i didn’t have to wait that long till my technician. My tech was very cool and did a great job on my pedicure.I had green tea pedicure . The materials are very fresh. the staffs are nice, friendly and professional. i will come back next time, i glad that i found a right place.

Went there for a relaxing time and really enjoyed it. Beautifully decorated with love and details, I love how the pedicure ingredients were all natural and organic. Skin felt soft and smelled so good. They open late too!!

Just switched over to Afterain after several months trying to find a convenient, quality salon in Frisco. Staff is very friendly and they have a great 12 day warranty that other places don’t offer. The facility is clean and inviting and I was in and out in less time than any other place I’ve been to.

Open until 10:30pm... Excellent attention to detail. 12 Day Warranty!!!??? Emily and Tiffany did a great job. Think I just found my new nail salon!!!

Nails were fantastic, but I let her convince me to wax my eyebrows. I did not want them skinny. SooooooSkinny. I also had a space that I knew about. I did not want to take the end off. She said she would just clean it up. I have round brows now. Almost no arch. Do not let them wax your eyebrows. I do love my nails. But Im 45 and my eyebrows will not grow back. Soooooo upset.

Gave this place 3 chances until I’ve finally decided not to go back. After a few hours of getting my nails done, my nails were very sore and throbbing. The nail techs rush while doing it and make you get up and move to different tables... You’ll most likely have 3 different people working on you, so be prepared to get up and move three different times. It’s not the best job.Also this place doesn’t have glitter, very disappointed

Afterain is open until 10pm!!Great service and a full bar, you may receive 2 complementary cocktails with your service. The team is very warm, welcoming and friendly. Afterain pedicure with peppermint is my favorite it includes a 10 minute foot massage!

Absolutely in love with my new set. Ceci did an amazing job from start to finish. The spa is nice & clean inside. Glad to find a new place to stick with. They were pretty busy when I arrived but I was seated down after 10. Ceci gave me so many colors to choose. She made my new set of Nextgen within an hour or so. Made it smooth and even, color all the way to my cuticles. Definitely come back and highly recommended.

I stopped in because I saw their Grand Opening sign. The guy who did my pedi/feet was falling asleep while doing them, tried to file down my bare skin, and seemed inexperienced. Then the lady they had do my nails was more involved in her phone than doing her job. she disappeared multiple times for long periods of time. Worst set of nails i have received at a salon. the only positive thing i can say about the experience is that when I went in there was a lady who greeted me that seemed nice and helped me decide on mani/pedi package. I would not recommend this place to anyone i know.

Emily and CiCi amazing! I have been lucky enough to have Emily as my nail tech and friend for almost 2 years. Im so happy for her and Cici! Following them to the new salon was a no brainer for me. If you are looking for people to do a great job on your nails everytime and to leave feeling relaxed come here!

Pretty place and generally good customer service, however my middle finger had got a finger infection due to them pushing my cuticle way too far back, allowing for bacteria to get into it. [UPDATE: after getting my culture tested, they found 2 bacterial organisms in which they said would’ve had to come from unclean utensils being used on my nails] I have gotten my nails done more times than I can count and have never experienced this, so take this as a warning if you are considering attending. In addition, do take note that rather than other nail salons that do it for free, After Rain charges an extra $5 to get tips and price their Nexgen nails at $40 rather than the standard $35. Overall while the staff seems friendly enough, I would not recommend due to better pricing at other places in town and for the fact that they potentially are not well trained which can lead to unfortunate outcomes such as my own.

I came in and told them exactly what I wanted and when the lady doing my nails started she got an attitude because I told her he already gave me the price for my nails. She started snatching my hands I asked her not to do it then she got another tech to help because she’s unprofessional and couldn’t explain to me why it was a different price without getting annoyed so I won’t be back next time I’ll just skip and go on my trip without them getting done because If I paying my money I should be able to be treated with respect if I don’t understand something. My technician for my pedicure was very nice and polite Wish I could have gotten what I wanted but again it’s my fault for waiting until the last minute
