Horrible. Came in to get a quick dip powder overlay on my natural nails. First manicurist ignored my request and cut my natural nails too short. She asked about my thumb as it was the longest. I said to trim JUST the thumb to make them even with the others. To remedy she offers to add tips (which I rarely get because no one applies them correctly); since this was offered at no charge to fix her mistake, I reluctantly accepted. Then they switched manicurists and a gentleman finished. He was gentle but the end result is a shame. No apexes whatsoever- all nails have a dip where the apex is supposed to be. Inconsistent length and shapes. The ONLY thing I like about these nails is the colors I chose. I should have just taken the extra time and done them myself.

I have been going to this salon for awhile now. It took some time for me to find my favorite tech - Steven always does a fantastic job and he is very gentle. Highly recommended!

This salon was my go-to for pedicures since they’re very big on cleaning. The experience I had on Saturday was so bad I won’t be back. First of all I told them I wanted an express pedicure & for my nails to be cut down. The woman ignores me and doesn’t cut my big toes because she recommended I not add tips for the pedicure and just keep length. I wanted my nails cut but to add tips to get back to that length, and they really tried to talk me out of what I’m paying money for so they could do less work. “Why do you wanna cut the nail just to add tips- I recommend” um no I’m a paying customer this is not a debate. The lady doing my nails adds tips with an attitude, had 1 toe crooked and the other completely straight but noticeably longer than the other toe. I pointed this out and she said she could just take it all off and I can go because she’s tired. Just a hot mess and rude! Won’t be back.

This was my first experience at this salon and it was fantastic!! Vivian did a great job with my nails based off of a design I found online, and I have been getting so many compliments! Would definitely visit again!

I’m usually a very picky person when it comes to nails and I only go to one place. But I decided to try this place out and it’s definitely going to be where I go from now on. Anna gave me amazing customer service and listened to all my requests. She was super helpful and made me feel comfortable, unlike a bunch of other places. My nails turned out amazing. I can tell Anna, and all the rest of the employees work hard. Highly recommend this place !

This is my second visit to this nail Spa & I had a good experience. I liked it better the 1st time when lady did my nails. This time a guy did it which is not bad but can be better.Express pedicure is really nice. My Nails color stays for months whithout a scratch.P.S. After waxing your eye brows just check before leaving the room. I have a thick eyebrows so many small hairs were remaining. It just you know how you like better.Think about which nail color u liked to have to save time & dont be shy away to ask mix the sevaral colors to get the shade you want. Also check the final finishing is smooth or not.Overall- They are professional and friendly staff and in the time of corona very much cautious. So will recommend it.

This was an absolute terrible experience!! I decided to try this place out since the outside looks so new and my usual pedicure expert was out of town so I took my chances. Never again. I asked 3 times if they were sure they knew how to do fake toes and they gave me their word they did. Just let the picture speak for me. Its so embarrassing and she didnt offer to fix or for me to not pay. She just said omg. You can come back we will do it better next time. No!!! How could they possibly mess my toes up this bad.?

Whenever I did dip before in different places, it never changed color before due to cooking or eating food with hands. This is first time here at this place, it changed color after lunch. Now my both hands have different shades 🙄. This happened with gel once that is why I switched to dip few years ago since dip never had this issue until this time at this place.... Are you guys using same product other places?

Every time I go to the shop Im greeted when I walk in They are very clean and very safe with covid-lprotocol. Anna is my favorite she is very fast and great at doing my nails. The whole shop goes out of there way to make your feel comfortable . I also I the receptionist that is doing nails now. I strongly recommend this place.

Most places will start you off with hot -warm water and then add cold to turn the temperature down. In this case it was opposite. Feet soaked in cold water for over 45 mins had them put hot water in twice. Unfortunately due to the long wait the water did not stay even Luke warm for at least 5 minutes.

Unfortunately, I’ve been to this nail shop 3 times in one month for the same issue and was charged each time. Totaling over $250 for me and my two daughters. Tried being reasonable paid not to be labeled dramatic. But beware you will not get quality service nor will you be tested fairly for their unprofessional mistakes. My daughter and I came in without appointments. There was a little girl in front of us and then two people came in after us. I specifically asked if they had enough people for me to get a pedicure and my daughter to get a manicure and the receptionist said yes. A family of five came in after us and it was crowded at the front area, which is why I asked. I was seated quickly and my daughter was also seated, but I could not see her. I got my pedicure and went back to get my eyebrows waxed. When I walked to the front to pay, my daughter had not gotten her nails done. They left her sitting there for an hour!! All the people who came in after us were being helped. I understand when it is busy but dont lie to people. It wasnt like they didnt know she was there either. The lady knew. She apologized but that was really unprofessional. I live close by and will drive farther to avoid this store.

I have visited this spa many times, and they do a wonderful job on dip and gel nails as well as pedicures. They are very careful with COVID precautions. I requested a chair away from other patrons as I’m high risk, and they made sure I was comfortable where they had me sit. The next time I went back, they remembered and again made sure I was comfortable. I always have a great experience here.

This is by far the best nail salon I’ve ever been too. Lori does a great job with Gel polish. Very clean. Jasmine at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming. The manager is very helpful as well. Definitely my go to Salon. Thank you for the beautiful job y’all did for my fall pictures.

I got off work and decided to find the nearest place to get my nails done. Never have I been here before. I walked in and even though it is Covid was greeted nicely and in a professional manner making sure to keep both me and the staff safe. I was asked to wash my hands and take my temperature. And then I was greeted by the most wonderfully person in the world. If you want To have a conversation, And have your nails done With someone who cares about quality and detail ask for Irene!! I must say I have been getting my nails done for a very long time and haven’t felt as comfortable and haven’t walked out as happy as I did today. Irene is the best I will definitely be making this my home. She was so sweet to me! Even though I am the most tense person in the world and can never keep my hands relaxed we laughed and joked about it the whole time. I hope she never leaves because I will be super sad I’m never letting anyone else do my nails but her!

I just had a great experience at Pretty Nails. Upon walking in the door with my mask on, I was asked to wash my hands then my temperature was taken,and I was asked to sign a release. The salon was clean and everybody was socially distancing. masks are required by everyone inside the business. Plexiglass partitions are between you and the technician. The technician that did my nails did a great job. I will definitely be back.

Always do my nails here very nice when we start going there.then the got teacher discount when you ask for it the ask for ID if you dont have you can bring next time the do it.a Montessori school dont have teachers ID but shirt.Then the send you coupon when try to use it long story again.the all about money money.especially the 2 sisters and the front desk girl.will never go back there.Went to cosmo nail twice the did great job visit there friends you will love it.

They have happy hour specials, discounts for many things even recently back to school specials! I love it. Even if you ask for a basic service they will go above and beyond to give a free complimentary oil massage. I have great conversations with each tech that isn’t too excessive it’s minimal but still good ! Pretty nails use to be a great place to get my Mani/pedi done; I use to be totally satisfied with their service. But my previous appointment that I had was just so horrible I have to give it 1 star. Upon walking In we were greeted; asked to wash or hands etc. Then the front desk girl asked what service; upon her asking that we then explained to her that the last time that I came in my mom and I spent over $200 and the coupon was not applied; then the owner approached us very disrespectful and that its not their job to apply a coupon until we remind them to do so; and that we should have reminded them upon checking out. Cmon now Im spending over $200; it cant be that hard to apply a coupon. I simply asked if my coupon would be applied this time; and the owner got an attitude and disrespectful about it. It seems like this place is ALL about money; and not providing proper service. The $200 we spend for the Manis and pedis wasnt even worth that. My nails werent shaped properly for coffin shaped it was square instead and they charged for the shape; and the pedicure i paid for a deluxe and got the treatment of a normal pedi; my heels werent properly done etc.I would recommend to find somewhere else where you get your money worth.

They also offer a huge variety of colors, styles and luxury pedicure options! Love how sweet and personable everyone is. Pretty Nails & Spa is fairly new in my area, so I tried them out. I loved it. I was a walk in and I was seated right a way. I was a bit nervous due to a medical condition that causes my nerve endings in my fingers to be highly sensitive. Frankly, the sander horrified me. However, Michelle proved to be highly experienced with unparalleled in her knowledge and skill. I explained my condition to her and she successfully took all necessary precautions and skill to make sure I was safe. I chose the next gen process and my nails look awesome. Today was my second appointment with her and I plan to become a permanent client. The atmosphere is nice, the employees are very customer oriented and eager to please. I will recommend Pretty Nails & Spa (especially Michelle) to all my friends.

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon, and they saw me right away. I asked for a different type of design than they were used to, but they did a fantastic job!! I love the way my nails turned out. :)

I actually used to love this place, until the last time that I went and ended up with terrible pain on my thumb for over a week. The nail tech had clearly not paid attention on how to cut cuticles or do nails. I had gel color on to begin with that she had to remove. I think she soaked my nails for about 2 minutes before taking off the foal and started scraping away. Apparently unaware you have to let them sit a few minutes to eat through the color or else your tear off half the nail scraping away! Then to make matters even more painful, when she was doing my cuticles she started pretty much cutting half my thumb skin away around my thumb! It got to the point I had to ask her to stop because after she worked on my thumb for I kid you not over a minute, it was time to tell her YOU GOT THE DANG CUTICLE. Im pretty sure she cut the entire top layer of the sides of my thumb off. It was sooooo painful for the next week and a half or so I could honestly barely use my thumb for much. Wanted to continue to love this place because its so close to my house but nope, never again will I be going there.

Don’t even bother to get here. I decided to give it a chance, even when the star rating is not that good. An old man did my nails, these have been my worst nails so far in Dallas. He did not even bother to get my old dip out, he just put the new color on the top. This is sad, $38 directly to the trash. I am heading to another salon to get my nails fixed.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I was looking to get my nails done and my normal salon wasn’t open yet so I came to Pretty Nails & Spa. The lady who was doing them was rushing and my nails came out uneven and bumpy. And when I said something she told me the it was because I could not bend my fingers. I will not be going back to Pretty Nails & Spa.
