Online checkin never works correctly. Still have to wait long periods of time. Original checkin said 50 mins then after a while jumped to 68 mins then shortly after I get a text that said I’m up. I show up at the location and still have to wait 30+ minutes.

Awesome hair cut. More expensive then NYC at the barber shop, but eh’. Good to be back in suburbia that rhymes with the good times in NYC and Long Island NY. Skills up to par, and is hard during these times. Don’t forget to tip your stylist or master stylist (believe mine practiced over 15 years) a reasonable amount such as %15 or 20%. Not sure what the average tipping percentage or amount is here. Just know you will incur a different reaction vs. my old 💈 at the Russian stylist joint in Queens.Keep up the good work 😌 🥲 😇 and the CLEAN looking Hair Dos ✂️

First time at this location and it was the best experience iv had getting a haircut, both the manager and assistant managers were very friendly, funny and gave great haircuts

DANIELLE is by far the best stylist I’ve had in forever. SHE TAKES HER TIME, asks all the right questions, doesn’t assume what you want, and gives great advice on what would look good.Whether you’re a local or from out of town, this is your new stylist. Second time ive showed up at opening time and the employees are late. Standing in line 10 minutes after 9 and the lights aren’t even on yet.

I believe Ive now had my hair cut once by all the stylists there (I somehow never get the same one twice, haha), and they have all been awesome as far as the quality of their work goes, in addition to being awesome to talk to. Highly recommend.

As is so often the case, your haircut boils down to the person doing it. Ive been coming here and seeing Kimberly for years, and it shows. Not only is she excellent at cutting hair, as Im sure several people here are, she also has a genuine appearance of affection for her customers and their families, their stories, and all that they are going through. The price is fair for todays rates, and Sports Clips has a number of methods to reduce your wait. It is worth making an account and doing online reservations, especially when, not if, you land a favorite stylist.

The stylists who did my two sons hair were fantasic thank you so much ladies. My boys left feeling so good about their hair!

Waited for over an hour to be told it would be at least another hour if I couldn’t pay in cash and even had people come on after me get a hair cut before me and leave. Rude staff when asked how long it would be they told me not to complain finally just left

Waited an extra 15 minutes beyond my scheduled time. I should have taken that opportunity to leave. Botched cut, clumps of missed hair all over including the front (which I didn’t see until I was able get a different view and my hair dried). I won’t be back.2 stars because the staff was at least friendly.

After only going to the NEX for years to get a military haircut, it was so nice to finally have someone do it correctly! Kimberly did a phenomenal job! Will definitely be back. Highly recommend for all military who are looking for a precision fade.

Hire more employees.The last three times Ive gone here I checked in online only to wait more than an hour each time. This last time I waited two hours before finally calling it quits. Dont go here until they hire more people.

I went in there thinking I was going to feel good coming out like a new man instead the stylist cut my bangs at an angle and part of my bands is missing cause the way she cute it and it’s not even at all the person that cut my hair was awful at cutting my hair and next time I’m going to ask for another worker

My stylist started by asking if my boyfriend was my son. Im not even old enough to have an adult child, let alone a 30+ year old... The first time I went here it was awesome; I loved the people, the experience, and my bf and I could get our hair done together. Now Im just mortified. My bf is older than I am.. that was so unnecessary.

Most of the time I walk out of sport clips feeling great. I dont know what happened this time. I came out looking like a Jehovah witness not to mention I was asked so many questions about how to cut my hair; I started thinking I could do a better job at home. To top it all off my medium skin fade is uneven.

Let me start off by saying I have had every style and cut of hair. Buzzed, bobbed, down my back and everything in between.The two stars only go to Adrienne for attemtimg to save what’s left of my hair, if I could give 0 stars for crystal, I absolutely would.I went in to get an undercut, asked CRYSTAL if she had done one before, showed her the picture attached and asked if she was comfortable with cutting it and she said yes absolutely.It started off two inches higher than i asked, and when I attempted to address it before she cut she told me ‘I’m still cleaning it up’OkI leave the picture open and on my lap for her to reference15 minutes later and she shows me what looks like a child’s attempt to draw a tree with clippers.LiterallyNot only is it absolutely not even close to what I wanted, she has the audacity to justify her mistake, not by owning up to it, but by telling me I’m looking at it wrong.No.I asked for a manager, and was directed to Adrienne.Several apologies and a straight buzz to literally half of my head and the designs are gone, thankfully.Had the mistake been caught early, I probably would’ve been ok with a quick attempt to fix.Now however I’m half buzzed.I get married in a day and a half.I’m sure that I got a bad experience out of plenty of possible wonderful ones, however I will never return to this location and will never recommend it.

A lot of people I know think its too expensive for a haircut here, but I personally think its priced very fairly. I have never been disappointed with my haircut here. I do a fade with a hard part and textured top, so it can be easily messed up, but they always do a great job! The staff is friendly and personable too. I recommend it!

Great haircut, Ronny was excellent stylist considering the pandemic and I was in hippie mode.

Wonderful first experience here. All the staff were warm and inviting. There was a very short wait time before being seen. I was unaware of the check in process but one of that staff walked me through the process. My stylist Tami was very personable and engaged in conversation through my whole trip. Absolutely loved the massage chairs in the back. All in all a great experience and looking forward to my next cut.

As a loyal customer, I have been coming to Sports Clips for almost a year. I tip the stylist $5 every time ($25 total) because I enjoyed there service. Unfortunately, yesterday, my hair was not cut very well by a new in-training stylist. Obviously, I didnt recognize how poorly it was cut until I showered and noticed that the top back of my hair had not been cut, some inconsistencies with the fade, and some uneven hair cuts where my hair is combed over. I went back the next day thinking it would be a simple fix and probably wouldnt take any longer than 10 minutes. I spoke with the manager (not by request) and mentioned the deficiencies in my hair cut. I was told Id have to wait to have it fixed and the wait time was over 1 hour in which I mentioned to the manager. I nicely asked if theres anything they can do now. The manager offered for me to come back the next day and she would have it fixed. There wasnt anything else she could offer me. She didnt even ask for my name, who cut my hair, or even look at my haircut. She didnt give me any reassurance or apologize on behalf of the stylist. Its unfortunate that Sports Clip would lose a loyal customer over something that could have been fixed in 10 minutes. I will not be coming back and hope that in the future Sports Clip has a better policy and provide better training for new stylist on the floor such as having the trainer review the haircut before the customer leaves.

I love the set up, plenty of room to wait if its busy. In a great location, very safe, very up scale. Have never had a bad cut there and have been to two different stylists so far with great results. Would go back next time i need a cut, and the MVP concept is pretty crazy (Getting your head massaged with a hot towel on your face is crazy, but of course you pay a little extra for it!). Good stuff.

The atmosphere at this location is incredibly awesome. Ive been going to SportClips over a year now. Theres a few stylist I try and stick with, in case I show up and one of them are not be there. The top stylist that mostly go to are Bree, Danielle, and Brianna. Ive seen the other stylist there, and they also seem to do a great job on others hair. I stick with the same stylist because theyre familiar with my style. :) Convenient, clean, and professional here at this location. Highly recommended.

I use this location exclusively. I have never had anything less than a good experience, usually its absolutely excellent. I usually ask for Danielle, but, the word is out on how good she is. Dani and Bree both do a great job as well. It is certainly more than a classic Mens Barbershop, but I cant think of the last time I went to one, got a great haircut, a scalp massage, my beard lined up, and, a shoulder massage. You get what you pay for...

Waited 45 minutes after my 8-12 minute notice. Still waiting as I type this, actually. Two employees working with an hour wait. Good thing I planned an afternoon for this. Probably going to look for a quicker option next time.

So we stopped by this place for a haircut for my husband and 4-year-old son. We’ve been having issues finding a good place to get my son’s haircut because Pigtails and Crewcuts has been ridiculous with the wait and the horrible customer service, not to mention half- finished haircuts. But Peggy did a really fabulous job with him. She was friendly, engaging, fast, but thorough! Most people give up on this squirmy guy, leaving him with semi-shaggy cut. But she refused to give up on him until his cut was done. I was really impressed.The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because they charged $21 for his cut, which I thought was a little pricey.

I love sports clips, I frequent them for all my haircuts but today I got the most half a** barber they had apparently. I told her Id like it trimmed up and off my ears. All she did was scissor cut the back and then tried to push me alone before she realized she didnt even touch my sideburns and quickly trimmed those. She didnt shorten the top or the sides at all. Very frustrated, im now headed to a different salon to get my haircut fixed.

I have been a customer here for years. Upon walking in, I know to expect a wait. Recently, I have been using the app for online check-ins. This is the second time I have arrived at my estimated arrival time but yet still have not been seen now some 45 minutes later. Do not offer this feature if it is inaccurate. I make plans around being able to be seen by online check-in.

I go to this place often but the haircut I get are hit and miss. It is either really good or just ok but the staff is super friendly.

This location is criminally understaffed! I know they provide a quality service, but to see only two stylists working and a 3-hour wait on a Sunday is ridiculous.

The hair cut is great but I’m always getting skipped. I check in online plus show up early sign in. Check my time. Might go to target because the wait says more than a hour I come back and my wait time is the same. I’m finished with sports clips.

Check in online. There is normally a long wait (30 minutes or more) if you just walk in other wise. Ok hair cut I am never happy about the price i feel like it is on the high side for just a hair cut without a straight razor shave

Had a 30 minute wait time after checking in but was in the chair getting my haircut in less than 10. Fast, friendly, and did a much better job than Super Cuttery.

Price is steep for just a regular haircut. Extras cost more like what most mens barbers use, a shoulder massage, they charge extra for that. If you tip two bucks, your going to pay $20 for a simple haircut on your first visit.

Hubby goes there once a week. He almost never has to wait (but swears its bc he knows when to go). Hit or miss on whether or not he comes out with a great cut. A cpl of the ladies do excellent work, a cpl are just ok. Had them do my one-yr-olds first haircut & she did a perfect job, even with him squirming! Wish I knew some names so I cld give these ladies props! Only downfall imo is price. $17 + tip for a touch-up seems a bit steep, but Im a cheapskate!
