This nail salon, by far, is the best!!! I’ve been several times and have had wonderful experiences each and every time. The staff is so kind and friendly. My hands and feet feel and look so good after I leave. I highly recommend Chandelier Nail and Brow Bar and will continue going for all my pedicure/manicure needs.

Very great place. Nails were on point. I saw Brandy, and her professionalism was awesome. Quiet place so prepare to be relaxed in a place not full of other customers. They have complimentary drinks as well like mimosas and champagne. Also they have tea and soda if you want other options.

Chandelier had both great service and welcoming staff. The location is clean and well-kept. I was there for a pedicure with my wife and friend. It was a relaxing and restorative experience. I recommend the service to anyone who wants to kick back and be pampered. It was a good time, and Ill definitely go back again.

We recently had a group of us get manicures and pedicures done before our friends wedding. We had a blast, and loved our nails. They even had mimosas ready for us when we arrived and let the bride play any music she liked. I strongly recommend them!

Oh my gosh. We came almost at closing time and instead of seeing expected looks of brief dismay, we were warmly greeted! Daughter and i had a blast here. They were such fun. Nice to not wonder what people were saying in another language! I respect that they can speak another language..but I guess my upbringing and personal belief is that it is polite to speak in the most commonly understood language IF the capability or rather..ability.

I loved it. I was a walk in so they made an appointment for a pedicure an hour later. When I came back I picked a color and was treated to a warm foot spa in a massage chair and a complimentary beverage. I chose a mimosa which was delightful. My manicurist was polite without prodding into my personal life as they do with some salons. I had runners toe and had lost half a nail a few months ago. Not only was she knowledgeable about this issue, she gave me helpful advice on caring for it. I will definitely be back.

Great Experience! Everyone there is super nice and all very experienced. They gave me a super trendy almond nude nail - and did a very thorough job.. not like other places who try to get you in and out to get the next customer! Tasty refreshments as well!!

I made an eyebrow appointment for 1:45 pm on Friday because the lady on the phone said she leaves exactly at 2pm. I arrive and immediately notice a strong smell of rubbing alcohol. Chandelier smells better than most nail places, but it was still a shock. I was told KC, who was doing my eyebrows, would come for me and that I should take a seat. (I hope this place doesnt overbook because there were only 3 waiting chairs; two of them were extremely close together, so unless people knew each other, they wouldnt both sit there.)I waited until almost 2 and KC came out. She had another client. I normally wouldnt have cared, but that meant I couldve just had a 2 pm appointment and not have to rush from work.Its been awhile since Ive gotten threading and I forgot how painful it was. KC checked on me throughout to make sure I was okay. I kept getting hairs in my nose :x Shell ask you to spread the skin above and below your eyebrows while she threads. After she was done, she asked if I wanted lotion or cooling gel. I asked for the cooling gel. She even massaged my temples while she put it on - A nice touch! Then the moment of truth: the mirror. It looked great and everything was even. The whole process took about 8 minutes.I would suggest that KC ask people what size & shape they had in mind before she starts and to use a soft brush to get the little hairs off when shes done.Overall, KC did a great job on my eyebrows and did it much faster than me tweezing them.

Visited Chandelier Nail and Brow Bar as a bridal party of four preparing for the big day. Our whole experience from beginning to end was relaxed and lovely. The wine was tasty, the chairs comfy, the service top-notch, and we thoroughly enjoyed the conversation with the nail techs. They were great at offering suggestions for area restaurants and last minute wedding-related errands. I only wish I lived closer so I could get my nails done here more often!

Brandy are Marissa are the absolutely awesome. I love this salon so much. They are incredibly reasonably priced and do an excellent job and provide such a high standard of customer care. I will not be going to another nail salon anytime soon. And KC is the BEST at brows, i had never had them threaed before but i love the way she does it!

I visited today with my 10 year old daughter. My mom had taken my daughter to get her nails done at a place out of town, and they gave her gel nails because my mom didnt really know the difference. The wonderful tech (I wish I could remember her name) took the gel nails off safely and put on some new polish. For this reason alone, I look forward to going there myself in the future.

Update- Since hiring new staff, this place has become my go to for my nails. They do a great job every time and make sure everything looks perfect before you walk out the door. They are a regular stop for me every two weeks now.We had just moved to the area and I was looking for a new nail salon so I walked in close to 5pm for a mani/ped. They were nice enough to fit me in and did a good job with my nails. Before I left I decided to make an appointment for another manicure in 2 weeks. I specifically asked what time they are least busy so I would not feel rushed, and thus made a 10am appointment. When I arrived at 10 for my appointment I stood at the desk unnoticed as the 2 techs were starting pedicures. One finally turned around and asked how she could help me. I said I had a 10am manicure appointment. The tech had me sit down and kept asking if I had an appointment. Since she was already starting on someone else when I walked in, she only spent 20 minutes from start to finish on my manicure, I wasnt offered a drink like the other two women were and overall did not feel welcome. This place is only 2 blocks from my house but I dont think Ill be spending any more money here.

At first when I came I was super impressed. They have marble floors, everything was extremely clean, and the staff is nice and welcoming. Here are some of the problems from my visit last Thursday, I had to wait 30 minutes from my scheduled appointment to be seen. This place doesnt keep extra staff around, so you wont have someone do you nails and toes at the same time. So your mani/pedi can take a pretty long time. Chandelier also has a very small selection of me gen (dip) colors compared to other places I visited. Being that this place is about $5+ than other places I was disappointed. When I picked a color I asked someone if it was light pink and that I only wanted light pink, she assured me that this color always turns out light pink. When my nail tech, Amie, started doing my nails she didnt double check with me about the color I picked out with someone else over an hour before. When my nails were in the process of being done they were not drying correctly, they were sticky. They still have odd ridges that arent normal. Ive had the dip done 10* other times and this never happened. The tech had to keep layering on top coats and eventually it dried somewhat correctly. She called over another tech to feel my nails and hinted that something was wrong with the top coat. When my nails dried they werent pink - they were nude. She noticed this too and brushed it off. Ami was very nice but neither her nor the tech seemed to realize that I was paying a lot of money to get my nails done and they should be done right. It was closing time so I didnt want to have her redo them but this definitely wasnt what I expected. On top of all that they only accept cash tips. I had to go get cash out of my car to tip 😕 Overall I would say this place is very classy but its not worth the money. My nails were done perfectly at other places that were less expensive. The nail techs are nice but the service didnt align with everything else.

Update: Im extremely disappointed with my last visit to the salon. I no longer wish to return nor recommend it to anyone.Out of my allocated 30 min pedicure, I received 10 minutes. I usually look after my feet and to the salon I go for that extra shine and good feeling of rested and relaxed feet also to get a chair massage, which I couldnt even enjoy until the end as she was in a hurry.She cut my nails edgy and randomly, filing was rough and hurt, after I made a request she couldnt understand anything of what I asked so she just left everything as is.My feet are still feel ing heavy and tired.Never offered a drink.I could have gotten a one hour foot massage for the money I paid for that 10 minute absulolute waste of a time so called pedicure.Waste of money AND I have to do my pedicure again.Highly unprofessional place - dont recommend it!Its ok. They do good feet massage. But the rest is not worth it. I end up going home and redoing my entire pedicure/manicure myself. But they have good massage chairs and you can get drinks, so if you have 35+ $ to waste on idle moment in life, this is the place to go.

I really do love this salon, its in my area, the staff is friendly and professional... my only problem was the manicurists had to answer the phone and book appts during my manicure! I felt a little fustrated with her having to answer the phone and get up to the counter and make appts. They need someone up front to do this, other than that this place is great!!

Walked in and was talking to the lady at the front desk and some woman rudely interrupted our conversation and asked if I wanted my Nails now and I told her yes and she said later? I said no now she said okay come on hurry up. She went to go sit down at her chair and kept rushing me and said hurry up and come on and come talk to me while I was still talking to the lady at the front desk. That is so rude and Im not coming back here.
