She is a master nail designer and a very kind, efficient, and humble person.I am partial to the acrylic overlay and the temperature changing gel polish!! Tina creates a unique and very elegant by hand nail design each time I visit. She is EXCELLENT!!Its a one stop shop for beauty as they offer a wide variety of beauty based services.TINAS BEAUTIFUL WORK IS PICTURED BELOW!

A sweet little lady did a basic but wonderfully thorough pedicure for $25

Joyce is amazing on the feet. Kim is great for nails, but at times she rush the full set!! Overall Ill return but I wish they will slow down a little. I will pay extra for good work. Feet: pedicure $25 Hands: Full set, Black tip $35

My service is always exceptional my nails never break. I am a customer that gets everything done eyelashes, nails, wax, pedicure along with designs. They always have a abundance of colors to choose from. I have been a customer for over 5 years. I love Glamour Nails.

Tina stop rushing when your waxing eyebrows.

I am shocked the way my nails looks (horrible.) They only really have two good Nail Technician there. Do not sit in the old woman’s chair she’s not good at all.

Kim who I do believe is owner very rude waited 3hrs cause I heard she was the best, the wait wasnt the issue, she had to re- buff and file my nails 3 times cause she was rushing. Very rude when I brought to her attention poorly down for 60.00 bucks . Was brush off I do not care if it was 5.00 bucks Im paying my hard earned. Money nails done 4 days ago looks like theyve been on for weeks...horrible

Kim is absolutely rude. Totally totally rude. I have been patronizing this salon for two years now but her customer service is ridiculous. She did a subpar job on my brows the last time, even though i noticed it she insisted it was great and wouldnt correct it. My friends were shocked at the gross wax job. On my next visit (which is today), i politely informed her that i would love a better job than the last time and to please help fix the ruined arch. Kim told me that if i need something better than the last time then i should step aside and wait for another rep. That she doesnt have much time for complaints seeing that she has more customers waiting. Apparently, they have way too many customers and thats why she gets away with being so so rude. I calmly walkesmd out of their salon and went to a better, more professional salon to get her mess fixed. Terrible service terrible

They ONLY received 1 Star because I couldn’t proceed without selecting a star. The lady at the first desk (Kim) is extremely rude. This is the 3rd or 4th time that I have gone there and had a negative experience with her. It’s unfortunate because she does a great job with my eyebrows and that’s the ONLY reason I returned. I will not continue to be disrespected by her and her sarcastic comments. Good work means nothing if your customer service is horrible. I would not recommend this place!

Not a long wait at all. Price is average. But the young lady that did my nails was superb! I was very happy with her work quality, as well as the outcome! They lived up to the name, Glamour Nails!

I did not get my nails done. I had left a facial box for her clients with her permission. She (the owner)was extremely rude to me. And when I tried to offer a thank you she turned me away. If you want to be treated disrespectfully come here. I will not offer my business here ever because of the treatment I received.

If I could give it a zero Stars I would. I walked in and asked if they could do a nail design and she rudely spoke to me without even looking at me and said were too busy. They had two customers in the whole place. If thats busy then they need to just shut their shop down. Incredibly rude I will never go back there.

I came and got a pedicure it took the poor little old lady 2 hours to do the basic pedi my heels looked the exact same as they did when i came in when I questioned the issue she told me she could not do so the paint was horrible horrible horrible experience

I went here About 3 times to get my lashes done the wait is LONG and the lady that does them is really rude. Anyway I have to pick up my daughter after work (shes 3) and I went to this place and waited for about an hour for my turn then they denied service to me because of my daughter. She was sitting next to me watching movies on my phone. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN! Im not even gonna start on when I get my nails done here.theyre too rough.

The woman that do lashes is very rude she is always late seems like she doesnt like her job plus she makes people wait to long shes extra rude to me so makes me go last even though I was waiting before they opened up seems like they dont like blacks

Service is horrible. I just waited over an hour only to be skipped by someone who just walked in. Only one person in the entire shop can do many services. The other workers are her teenage kids. Employee asked me if I wanted to wait on someone else to do my lashes. I told her I was fine with getting my lashes from her. She made me wait longer and then flat out told me she didn’t want to do lashes. Even though I had been waiting longer. She preferred to have me wait and just do the nails of the customer who walked in an hour later. I asked her why would she skip me when I know she can do the lashes. She’s done it before. She simply stated she didn’t want to. This has happened to me on many occasions. I will never go back again. Always an inconvenience

Its always a lonnnnngggggg wait to get your lashes done..one or two lady only..🙂.if thats what yall are good at...because from the looks of it (there nails staff suck) they should invest in more lash tech 🤷minus the owner shes a witch last and final time. Ugh

Horrible service. They arent up to par on any of the trends. I went twice, just to make a fair decision. Both times, different people. Both times, just as awful. I had misshapen nails, and when I complained, the lady told me why I was wrong!! As if I didnt see the obvious! Just save your money and time.

This place is horrible. I saw them reuse the same stick in the wax when waxing eyebrows . I confronted them about it and they did nothing about it but acted like it did not matter. The older lady that sits in the front is not a good nail tech, she did my feet and half way finished them. I had to make her fix them. The guy that works there cut my nail until it bleed and had no remorse at all. He just sat back and was rude. I got up and left. Do not go here. I repeat Do not go here.

Worst customer service ever, nail work actually trash If I can give it 0 stars I would. I came on a busy day with only two lady employees so they were kinda rushing... One of the ladies burnt my eyebrow & did nothing but brushed me off & told me it’s just my skin & that my skin just dry. But I have never had any issues with my skin being dry. I’m plus I know what a burn is. also I sat in the salon to call the complaint number & she took pictures of me as I was a threat or causing a scene. Don’t come here

Worst place to go for nails. The staff is so rude. I went in for a full set and my nail tech started on my nails and when she started filing them they were all different shapes. So I told her that they all looked different. The lady kept arguing with me that they weren’t. Then another lady comes I believe her name is Kim and told me “Get Out”. Literally yelled. I was treated so horribly at this salon. Never ever would I go back. Please save your money and avoid this horrible place. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. So many nail shops with good customer service. Which for me is key when paying for a service.

Horrible service.. Came here as a backup for eyelashes ( my original person from another salon was sick) for my birthday. They dont have a eyelash chair your sitting in an actually seat getting your lashes done. The person doing your lashes does not apply tape to your lids to avoid them getting sealed. Before she started I let her know I was interested in my eyelashes looking as real as possible not to thick.. doing the actual installation shes literally applying more and more tabs on my eyelid. I asked her several times if it was thick she replied no.. she final showed me her completed work on one eyelid and I was horrified!!!! It was extremely thick, unnatural looking and I could see the glue. I told her that this was not what we discusssd and her reply was to take it off in bathroom.. after I did that I came back out to see her now attending to someones pedicure.. I waited for 5 min and than she says we no help you I explained to her that I didnt want them thick and could she please put the minimal on.. her and another employee began to argue with me on how it had to be thick in ordered to last long and since I didnt want it like that they refused my service... so instead of her telling me this from the beginning she waits until my time is wasted.. it was so much glue on these tabs that it came off like eyelash strips and it removed my natural eyelash..So unless you like the thick urban looking eyelashes that look like brooms this is not for you

It’s nothing glamorous about this place. The owner of this place doesn’t have any respect for her customers . I watched her be rude to all her customers.She was doing my lashes in the glue was getting into my eye. I begin to wipe it out in she pushed my hand down. 1st and last visit! I didn’t want to leave no star!

I really tired to like them... but I really hate the staff. I hate how they do things. I hated what they did to me... Ladies just safe your money and go some place else. Its better to spend a little more for what you really want.

I went there about a week ago. I must say I will never go back. I had my nails and lashes done there and two of my nails have fell off and my lashes are starting to fall out. I have always been able to wear my lashes at least a month before I need a touch up and 2 1/2 weeks before needing a fill in.

I was a paying customer for 2 years.. Oneday owner did my lashes bcse her sister wasnt there. Lashes was hurting my eyes she got mad & said she will not do my lashes or nails anymore.. I went in there for the sister to do my lashes waited over 1 hr for her to tell ne NO .WILL NOT EVER GO BACK THERE THE OWNER IS HORRIABLE HER SISTER DO TRY TO MAKE PEACE...
