First I want to say I’ve spent hundreds of dollars with this business.Had an appointment today at 6:00 full set & pedi. I’m leaving now it’s 8:14 only got my stoes done. They was ready to go home bc they close at 8 and started rushing & messed my toes up they NEVER did the full set. I will NEVER come back ! They make appointments & make you wait hours just ridiculous no clue of what a appointment is. Horrible business not professional

Lies about price over the phone up-charged when I got there. Cut my pinky so bad he had to superglue it shut. Literally 2 hours after paying for these nails the top coat started peeling off and now is almost completely gone. Won’t be back.Update: 2 days after I got my nails done one cracked down the middleUpdate #2: at official a week my nail completely in half and broke my real nail underneath.Update to their response:I did specify the shape and length I wanted over the phone, so yeah they did lie.

This was my 1st time going to ocean nail and spa. When I say I will be going back I mean that. This place was amazing. Helen did my pedicure, and oh my she’s the best!!! She’s doesn’t rush she takes her time. Most ppl rush and don’t care. Then Annie did my nail exactly to the T of of what I asked for. Couldn’t asked for anything better. I definitely would refer this place to anyone!! 5 stars ⭐️ hands down

Update: to date, I have been to this nail salon several times since my last review. To be fair, the owner and family is extremely nice but the service is very inconsistent!! As much as I wanted to make this my go to nail salon, I cannot deal with the inconsistency!! Over booking is an issue, especially when you are not adequately staffed.I was highly disappointed with the recent service received as my first experience was very pleasant. My second (and last time) was very frustrating. I had a scheduled appointment however, the walk ins received service first. What should have been an hour service for a fill and toe polish change ended up being THREE HOURS!! My nails were rushed and they didnt pay attention to detail as they had the first time I went. The owner was very nice BUT needs to learn that a customer with an appointment should be serviced before a walk in! And, being consistent with the service is KEY!!?.

This was my first visit and felt very welcomed. I love my nails especially since I’m such a simple person this style was perfect and right up my alley. Can’t wait to go back in 2-3 weeks for my birthday nails..

I came in to get my last minute prom nails because my last nail lady canceled. This was my first time coming to this nail salon. My mom and I got pedicures and my mother ended up not being very happy with hers but they very politely fixed it to her liking. The store was suppose to close at 7:30 but they stayed till 11 just to finish my nails. The woman doing my nails never complained about being out late. My mom wasn’t getting her nails done so one of the other nail techs was always making sure she was taken care of. My nails turned out absolutely GORGEOUS! I am 100% in love with them and it was definitely worth the wait and money. I will be coming back, with some friends. The staff is very friendly and funny. It was a little bit of a wait before we got started but that’s because the nail techs take their time and really make sure everything is perfect just for you. Shout out to them for making my prom nails breathtakingly amazing and being very sweet and kind during the process.

Don’t waste your time nor money.And my point exactly why you have NO business. Not professional and no good customer service. Practice on greeting the customer when they walk through the door it will take your business further and by the way, I took my business elsewhere and I LOVE my nails and I paid the amount you were going to charge me but because they were very nice, had my color yellow, and good quality I didn’t mind paying. You LOST 6 new customers. Have a nice day :)

I asked my nail tech repeatedly if she could do the style I asked for, and if she had the colors I asked for, she said yes. The job was so bad. She didnt have the skills or colors I asked for. And to top it all off she said I was being too picky because I asked her to fix the lines on the nail next to my pinky. The pain is so chunky its coming off. Save your money. This place is garbage. If I could add a pic I would.

Wanted to take my family for a day of pampering. We scheduled an appointment for 6:30pm on 5/15, a Friday evening. Arrived, but was initially only able to be seen sporadically. We spent a total of three hours here. 😔 While I understand Covid guidelines, I don’t understand why they’d accept an appt for four ... just to continue to see walk-ins. This extended our time there unnecessarily.We paid $220 for four pedicures and three gel manicures. Even after advising the owner that my five year old will remove the polish, he reassured me that I should pay more for the gel polish.My 5yr olds gel polish was gone by Sunday. Today, 6 days later, my nails look horrible.Edit: I called to see if anything could be done about the quality of the nails. Upon arrival, the owner checked out my nails and asked if I had got them done there. 😑 Nevertheless, Anni/a was able to help me. She removed all the gel from the initial application and reapplied it properly. Her entire process was completely different from my first experience. She was extremely thorough. If I ever return, she’s the only tech I will use.

If you got an appointment with the other nail salon you must keep that appointment instead you came here. My nail tech files your nails put tips on all your fingers and then you said you booked with other place. Seem to be pretty good when it comes to designs and jewels but they’re not very good at shaping nails. They’re crooked and some nails are longer than others. Had to fix them when I got home. Also they used shellac and after a week they’re already peeling. Not sure if I would come back.

I started going here a couple of years ago although the atmosphere has improve, service is not terrible but it is not as good as it was

10/10 Would NOT recommend. The nail tech doing my pedicure BURNED my foot and didn’t even know how to put gel polish on correctly. When I decided to tell her that I changed my mind about getting acrylics on my hands, both of the nail techs came at me with an attitude and kept asking why very rudely then decided to keep looking at my boyfriend while speaking another language about us. I should not have to give you a reason as to why I changed my mind nor should I apologize for not wanting acrylics after all. Now the gel has chipped off and she somehow got my lower leg to bruise and my feet to hurt.

The best nail tech I’ve been to ever! She can do any design you could imagine. Since coming here I cannot go anywhere else (:

I had a beautiful experience here. They serve red wine, you control your massage chair, plenty of designs to choose from and they can do anything you can imagine. Very generous and friendly staff. They make sure everyone is taken care of. One of the top spas to visit.

Worst set I’ve ever had. I only wanted solar nails but then she convinced me to pick a set from “her” pictures. Looks nothing like what it was supposed to. I’ve never walked out of nail salon more disappointed in my life. Also paid a total of $90 for a pedicure (which was fine) and a new set. The set should of been free for how terrible of a job was done. If “zero stars” were an option, that’s what I’d have given. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The person that did my nails cut my cuticles multiple times while buffing even after I said please be careful and started bleeding. They seem to do a good job on long fake nails but I’m not going through that painful experience again. It’s honestly pretty dirty too.

Love! They are amazing, not too pricey, and take their time, i would advise you come when you have a lot of time or make an appointment. I tend to be quiet rough with my hands and would end up breaking my nails, but i come here all the time now and i NEVER break these.

When I first moved here I enjoyed coming here, but it seems as if over time they have gotten lax and lazy. The customer service is not nearly as good as it use to be. They cant seem to keep any workers and their work on nails is reflecting it. The shop is nasty they are using the same toe separaters for pedicures well reusing them on customers and the brushes at the sink are dirty but in a clean bowl. They try to serve you cookies from their hand. Im sure if the health inspector came there would be a plethora of violations. I waited 2 hours for a simple fill. I will be looking for a new nail salon.

I went in with a picture of the nails that I wanted and what I got looks nothing like it. You could clearly tell that the guy that did it (I didnt catch his name) didnt know how to do what I wanted. They didnt have the colors I wanted so I picked from the colors they had, but when he came back with the blue color, it looks nothing like the swatch did. I went a little over a week ago and my nail is already lifting, if you dont know how to do something please tell the customer, I wouldve much rather picked something else than pay for something that didnt turn out right. My mom also got a pedicure and when the lady got done she did not sanitize anything and put the clippers back in the plastic like they were unused. Not worth the $90 we spent.Update: 2 of my nails came off, 5 nails are lifting and it hasnt even been 2 weeks since I got them done.

Evon is awesome and so talented. I have never had my nails done the way she did them. This was the first time I experienced nail art and it was so much fun! All of the salons I’ve been to were so basic compared to Ocean Nails. Previous salons charged me the same as Ocean with only basic dip. Evon is an artist. She works in a state of the art salon. They can even print a picture on your nail! So glad I found them. Give them a try you won’t regret it.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.! I love to get my nails done, this time I wanted to venture out and try to put diamonds on my nails. Since they had good reviews on Google, I decided to go. But before I went I showed him a picture of what I wanted and ask them for a price he told me $40. I said I will be back after going to the store and when I came back they sat me down and began my nails, first off they didnt have the color I wanted, so I went and chose a closer color, a younger man started my nails, he did NOT file or cut my nails, just threw on the glue and fake nails. When he put the fake part on, he cut them down, but he didnt cut them short enough so I asked him if he could go a little shorter, he went a hair shorter and I asked to go a little more, and he sighed this UGLY sigh and went a hair shorter...so I stopped asking and kept it where he had it.THEN after another hour of filing the gel powder sooooo slowly, they were all crooked!! THEN when it came to putting on the color, he spoken Chinese which I knew he was saying I cant paint these, so a lady ( Who I think is the owners wife now) came and painted my nails.... when it came to the UV part, I told her the light was not working. She told me yes it is and put my hand in there. Turns out I was right, it wasnt even on at all! So When she pulled out my hands to see if they were dry she touched one of my nails, she had black nail polish on one of her fingers and it smeared down my newly painted, not dried nail. Then she said oops, and got me a new UV light but never fixed my black smear. THEN it came to the diamond part, she put them on with a tiny bit of glue(so you cant see it on my nails) and then she was done. LATER THE NEXT DAY A DIAMOND FELL OFF ( and when I went back she had an attitude). Anyways when it came to paying she told me 45$ and I said he told me 40$, she said no its 45 so I payed her with three 20s (60$) and she took it and threw it in a drawer behind her full of other money and said thank you, goodbye. At this point I was not going to tip so I asked for my half back...she have me 5$ back and said okay bye bye...so I left. Losing more money then promised and had HORRIBLE nails that actually lasted a week and a half. NEVER COMING BACKP.s little did I know that the week before they had just gotten robbed and the wife got kidnapped. Hate to say it, but I can see why. They did HORRIBLE.I recommend nails and beyond on camp bowie!!!! Wonderful!!!
