The ambiance/aesthetic is relaxing and lovely to be in. Its classy. You feel like youre in an upscale salon. Everything seemed very clean. Prices are totally fair. Convenient location.

US Pro Nails is clean, great service, and amazing color selection!! This is a large a clean nail salon. I loved my pedicure experience. I will definitely be back! The staff was polite and friendly.

Their nail artist is very good if you want to get custom gel nails. My manicure was spectacular. Literally only place Ive felt safe going to during COVID! They are also extremely nice!

I needed a full acrylic set last minute and my tech fit me in the same day! My tech was the NICEST, SWEETEST nail tech. I knew I was making her behind on her schedule and it just really meant a lot - such a kind-hearted person.

My manicurist did my nails and she absolutely killed it. She took the time to really clean up my fingers and cuticles before starting. Will def be back!

My nails were awful. The place was very busy so the receptionist did my acrylic extensions with gel polish since i wanted a seemingly simple matte black coffin shaped nail. My friend got another lady to do a more “artsy” design and her nails looked fine. However, my nails were gloopy, there were globs of acrylic under my nail, they weren’t uniformly shaped whatsoever, they werent even really a coffin shape, and the gel polish started peeling off just an hour after my appointment. I ended up going to a different nail place to get them redone a day later because they looked so awful. It turns out the lady had not dried the gel properly because she put it on so thick, and the new nail place went through 3 drill bits trying to take it off because it kept gunking them up. If you go to this place DO NOT let the receptionist touch your nails.

Got kicked out when I came to get my nails redone when I complained about my nails breaking 3 days after I got them done. Two of them broke just from texting on my phone and the other one broke while driving!

I live right across the street and needed a new nail home and honey I found it. I used to only go for my eyebrows which they do great. But now is my second time going for my nails n toes. So to start off, I think its luck because I always come in just before the rush which is early afternoons on Saturdays and am seated right away. They are friendly welcoming and very clear with services and prices. I always come in with the picture of the nails I want and she never disappoints. I have a fear of the rotary blade used on acrylic nails and she was super patient with me. We laughed and talked and she really listened to what I wanted and included me in her designs to make sure I was satisfied. They are great people who do great business. I will forever be a customer.

I came here to get a full set for my birthday which is something I don’t usually do. They also had a weekday eyebrow wax special. My nail techs name is was Lou. She was so short and sweet! Gentle on my nails because I explained I don’t wear acrylic nails. My nails are even, solid and I love the length. My eyebrows look great. She arched them without any instruction to perfection. I came back the next day to get my toes painted and I had to write a review. Will be coming back to visit my girl Lou.

Just moved in the area and thought I would try out this salon since its close to home. Came for a pedicure. Tech very inexperienced. I feel like I only received a re-polish done. Will be going to back to my old salon. Only giving 2 stars because she was nice.

Im absolutely disgusted by the service went on Sunday for a full set. Was not happy with them the lady didnt know what she was doing. Came back for a cut down trying to see if I can get them fixed they was rule acting like I was in the wrong for not liking the nails. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME THERE

Kristie was wonderful! I usually have small issues with getting my cuticles cut too short or my nails damaged. I had zero issues with her! I will definitely be returning!

My expensive was the worse, I would not even give this place a star. so yesterday I went to get my nails done right after work I waited about 30 min to be seen by someone. after I was already embarrassed by the face she made by my nails after I told the lady what I wanted done. so when I sat down so she can start doing my nails. she started to size the fake nails with my real nails. dipping the fake tips with the monomer Im not sure why so after she glued the fake tips on, on the right hand she glued the tip on my thumb skin. I told her the nail is on the skin she said its ok she will build and you do not want your nails to be fat, I did not want to fight, so I let her go on, so she asked how short do I want the nails I said short please. so she cut my nails down to the length I thought was ok. I looked at the nails I said ok thanks. so she started doing the dip powder. it was all over the place on my skin lumpy. woooah yeah so at this point I was like Im not pleased but it was already to late she was almost done. so she started to file the sides down. on the pinky finger she cut the side of the skin so bad . so she got a towel and wiped it and started going over it again then started to bleed once again so she wiped It and started with the next finger . going on to all 10fingers she told me to wash my hands. in the middle of washing my hands she went over to me and said dont use the brush I was like ok. kinda rude but I get it I was bleeding at one point. so I sat back down and she put the clear coat on and said wait 5 mins in the 5 mins I was looking at the nails all disappointed I say that the left hand middle finger was way way shorter then the rest of the nails. so I told the lady she got the nail clippers out and cut the other middle finger on my right to make it even. let me tell you she did not even think about now all of them will not be even I told her that because she did not care she did not even file the nail down after cutting the nail to the same length. she just put some oil on my hands and walked me to pay for the nails. she handed me the receipt I put 0 right down on the tip part and she said um thanks good bye.. not only was she so worried about other customers and answering the phone. so im sorry but this place needs to be shut down. lol thanks

Received a very poor acrylic manicure. The nails are not lying flat down. Instead, they are curved upwards. I asked the manicurist to fix them but she did not. I do not recommend this place

This is mine and my husbands go to for a pedicure. Absolutely the most relaxing and thorough pedicure ever.

I had my nail done to match my costume as poision ivy came out perfect.

Horrible experience yesterday on my birthdayThe nail tech nicked & nabbed my skin from my pedicure to my manicure.The experience made me contact my lawyer I woke up out my sleep in pain from raw skin that was inflicted by the nail technician
