We had a great experience while there, but I hadn’t noticed how bad my daughters pedicure was until we got home and she showed me there was paint on her toes. He missed half her nail on some toes and on others got it on her skin. I could have done a better job at home. If I had seen it there I would have had them redo it. My pedicure was great and had no issues.

I did my nails with Tuan and was so happy. I have been looking for a place that was very current with nail designs and can accurately execute the designs. Tuan certainly delivered. Do not pass up the chance to do your nails here :)

Everyone was attentive, kind, and compassionate. Laura has been doing my nails for months and I love the way they come each time, no matter how many times I switch it up - they look fabulous. They are all even and the shape is exactly what I want. Every. Single. Time. - Just to let everyone know the shop was bought out - This is a new family now. I visited the salon to get a manicure for a special event. I found them via Google and was given an appontment with Laura. Upon entering the salon I was greeted at the front desk and escorted over to Laura. Laura was friendly and very inviting. She made small conversation with me while she completed my manicure. The ambiance of the salon is great. Looked to be recently remodeled and had modern looking chairs. I will definitely be visiting this establishment in the future. If you are coming here ask for Laura. She will be the only one I will schedule my future appointments with

Tem rushed through my nails and cut me. He was very impatient and demanding. At the end I didnt let him finish my nails because he was so rough. They also took a walk in mid appointment, so I spent about 2 1/2 hours there for a dip mani and gel pedi even though they started on me right away. I had dip on my nails already that needed to be soaked off but they took the walk in so my cuticles and part of my fingers turned yellow from soaking in acetone for so long. My toes look decent.. little bit on my cuticles on a few nails. The color choices for gel were great. If your going to come here then wait until the older woman is available. She did an amazing job on my best friend and was so sweet. Pictures say it all.

The place looks incredible since the remodel last year if you havent been there lately.Loved their covid 19 protocols. Prices have increased a little since being able to reopen since we got hit with Covid 19, but thats understandable. Nikki always does an fabulous job. I live across town, but always come here. I highly recommend it.

Not a great place to go. They say they specialize in pink and white but nails come out uneven like a child did them. They will tell you 15 minute wait and have you wait 45 minutes, they are very rude and unprofessional

I had my nails done by the same woman for years, and she decided to pursue a new career, so for 6-8 months now, I have been searching for my new nail girl or guy. I have had THE worst luck at a handful of places, every time! HOWEVER I just left Pink Nails and I am happy as can be! I feel so relieved to have found a great place close to home. Laura did my nails, someone I know posted her nails on social media and I found that Laura did them so I went to see her! She was personable, and helpful in the decision making of color and other details all while patient and funny. I also got a pedicure with Tee, and I have no complaints at all. Everything was perfect from start to end. The owner Nicki was great too! She made sure everything ran smooth and I felt the hospitality in the customer service and the experience altogether. My nails look great and I’m FOR SURE going back. This review is one to pay attention to because I am SUPER picky!!!! GO SEE LAURA OR NICKI OR TEE! This is my Go To Salon. Nikki the owner is amazing and so nice . Laura is my nail tech she does my nails exactly how I like them. She brings my visions to life and is capable of doing any kind of nail art you want .

Pink nails is under new management and I love it. The new owners are amazing and the work is worth every penny. I disagree with the color selection, they have more than enough gel polishes to choose from. Nikki is very pleasant and Her customer service is exceptional. Im very happy to finally find a nail salon where they do know how to work the nails right! I have gone from salon to salon n they just leave you with Godzilla nails!! This time, my nails look n feel like my own. Not having to get adjusted to them ! Fantastic! So I went back n let them do a pedicure also.. Very satisfied... I have gone far looking n looking.. To find out the were only five minutes away from my home. Great! Highly recommend so far.. Another thing, Vicki, the owner, accommodated me in to her busy schedule with no fuss.... This was my first visit to Pink Nails. They had a nice salon interior and good service. I did, however, receive a gel manicure (which boasts the benefit of more staying power than traditional polish) and that same evening several of my nails chipped. By the next day, half of my nails were either chipped or peeling off. I haven’t had this happen to me with gel manicures I’ve received from other salons and for the price of the service this is less than ideal.I would not return here.

I really love this place. Nikki and her husband do the best acrylics i have had done in a very long time. They take walk-ins and appointments. They are fast and friendly and very clean. Their pedicures are a bit more expensive than i am used to but it is well worth it! i am here every two weeks without fail!

Wasnt the best nail salon ive been too. For 30$ on gel polish it wasnt worth it my nails look like they are peeling already and its only been a day so i dont think ill be coming here no more.... I gave it a 2 because the first time i went they did an ok job but this wad my second and they have alot of new people that are just not that good im sorry

I first came to pink nails to do my nails with a male. I am very demanding and particular about my nails especially because most of the time I do them myself and have a particular nail bed. I am very nice with my demands and the make was patient. Did everything he could to please me. Eventually I was passed to the owner because I didn’t like the work and she kindly removed my polish and her daughter Debby did my nails. She is just as particular as me and understood everything I wanted. I am simple and always get simple nails and gel color sometimes. I haven’t had any issues. My pedi and mani is well done, not as clean as I do myself, but i know it’s because of concern for cutting which I totally understand, I don’t have the easiest of nails to clean because they are so small and yet Debby always does a great job. Every time I express my disatisfaction I let them know quickly and they are more than happy to change things up for me. I’ve never had a bad customer service experience. Never had fungus or any issues with my nails.

I was recommended by a friend didnt know who to go because it was my first time. I was given Kyle for my pedi and mani he was rude and didnt greet me. He was disinterested and the service was not good he did not ask me what type of pedi I wanted and finished my pedi in 15 minutes! I opted out of the mani because I didnt want half way treatment and service with that too! What a shame I only live 2 miles away and was really looking for a good nail place in my community. Not sure if I was treated so poorly because Im African American. I did however notice the Caucasian ladies were treated quite differently! If youre black I dont reccomend this establishment its clear they have preconceived notions about black people, give us sub par service and dont value our dollar.Update: Upon my departure I voiced my disappointment in Kyles service because she Im assuming a manager wanted to know why I opted out of the mani. She sent me to Vicky and she was attentive and took her time with my manicure. I felt good about my manicure but wont be returning.

The salon was sold to a new owner in mid march. The new owner is amazing. I randomly stopped in for a fill and pedicure. I waited no time at all. The owner took care of me herself. She took her time. My nails were fixed (the last place I went made them to wide and werent even completely attached in some places) to perfection and my feet looked/felt sandel ready. I am sold! Best place Ive been to yet.

Another great place my daughter is the one who taught me about this and pink nails is the only place I go now for a pedicure or manicure my daughter too and some other people she knows theyre faster clean very accommodating

I found dish salon by accident really it was next door to my doctors office and I have never gotten such a wonderful exciting invigorating pedicure in my whole entire life.TWAN is the best. Went in for a simple refill and design no one here knows how to do designs properly.. you are being charged 15 dollars extra for a limited supply of gel polish(25-30 polishes at max) ...a lot of the polish do not even match what is being displayed..the techs are very undertrained and unqualified for the pricing of the service. The new manager Nicki is extremely rude and does not listen if you ask for anything too specific. Please get more nail colors, and update youre crystal selections.. invest in your business...it shows. Im never coming back...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went here a couple of times for pedicures. They were decent and decent price. I was getting ready for a trip to Hawaii about two weeks ago and went in for Nexgen and a pedicure. I have never had nexgen before so I had no idea what to expect. The guy was rude during the process. He was rough, my cuticles weren’t done, no maintenance to my natural nails was performed and I kept thinking maybe it’s done at the end. Stupid of me. The guy did a horrendous job. He left them globby and all over my skin, he did nothing to file them down and make them look neat and nice. Just trashy. The pedicure was half done. He didn’t finish painting my toenails. They were missing polish and barely filed. I got to my car and noticed in the sunlight how awful. I went back in and Nicki the manager decided the best idea was to throw another coat of polish on all of my toes. They were ugly clumpy and sloppy looking. I paid $62 for the worst nail job I have ever had. I called because I was so upset after going to in to another salon and them telling me they were not done correctly and nicki offered to redo them. I had minimal time before my trip and I work late every night I work. On Monday they are closed. I went in to Venetian Nails on Monday after work and had to have both my finger nails and pedicure redone completely. I am so disappointed. Venetian did a much better job, as I stated before this was my first time doing nexgen and the difference between what the guy did at Pink Nails and the next salon was exceptional. The price was a $6 difference. I will never return to Pink nails unless they decide they giving me a refund for the horrible services rendered. I will be sharing this on Facebook as well and hopefully someone else will save themselves $62 dollars. I requested a refund and was denied.

Pink Nails clean and updated salon but their Custoner Service is rated very poor. I made an appointment for both my husband and I, we ran errands and arrived on time for our 4pm appointment, only to be told that weve a 20min wait. The shop owner never acknowledged my presence nor did she apologize.

Twan is great. Clean place. Chair massage needs to be updated, or the chair I got was less than great. Otherwise, its always a good experience here.

I got an ombre with dip powder, It was very nicely done, the guy that did them took his time... but all i would say is it took longer than expected about an 1hr and 30min....good thing i was not in a rush da day but overall happy with the result...

I went to Pink Nails to get pink and white on my nails, the job the guy did is horrible, I ask him to make then thinner he say he couldnt, then when he put the pink on my nails he didnt clean the white and my nails are all stain. Also by the next day my nails were lifting from the sides. And I am able to feel all the bubbles from the last coat of polish he put. I am ashamed to show them cause they look ugly. And I have to remove them myself, because they are close on Monday. I wish I can upload a photo. If I didnt say anything at the store is because the owner had left!

This place is so wonderful! Everything is so clean and relaxing. Bianca and Vicki are both so great! I went in for a mani/pedi for the first time last week and this is now my new nail salon. They have a great selection of colors and they really make sure that you leave feeling refreshed. Ive been to so many different nail salons over the years and not one of them spent as much time as they do massaging my hands and feet. AWESOME PLACE!

I recently got my nails done here before maybe about a year ago with the old owners and I HATED them so much! They were so rude to me! But now they have new owners and inside looks completely different omg! It looks like a spa and they have calm music playing, I almost fell asleep! I got a gel mani/pedi by Linda and I LOVEEEE them! Shes fast but good also, I recommend this place to all of my friends!

I am a licensed cosmetologist and was getting my nails done here for a few months (onr full set and 2 fills) . I needed a break from my acrylic nails for awhile, removed them, and was shocked and disgusted to find green fungus on one of my nails. I know the lady saw it the last time she did fills. Instead of being professional and discontinuing service so she could remove the nails and address the problem, she hid it from me and covered it up to make money. I knew the first time I had my nails done the tips were not glued down properly, but thought maybe i would be okay. NOT THE CASE. In the beauty industry when the money, not your client or professionalism, is the main focus the results lead to disaster. Save yourself from staff that does not care about your wellbeing and get your nails done elsewhere !!

Got in, no wait and I should have known this was a red flag. Rushed through and my gel polish looks ombré Bc the color is darker at the tips. Sloppy and had to remind him to put clear nail polish on my toes and toes partially polished. I am so upset that I spent almost 90 bucks and I have to take off what the did. Owner Vicki did ask to do over in an hour, however she tells me she sees nothing wrong. It infuriated me that she could not see the discoloration and sloppiness. Husband is very rude, started to yell at a customer for taking off the foil and possibly ruining chair. Unprofessional! Meanwhile, the foil was on plastic. I was so embarrassed for the customer. She was a repeat and was sitting next to me and complained that her nexgen didn’t last not even a week. My daughter got her nails done same outcome. Sloppy and polish is see through and all over skin. Please take your business else where, not worth the disappointment.
