Office staff assisted me in understanding a double nat issue today and helping me to fix it, so that I could keep gaming. They are always timely and courteous and help me to understand my actual network issues, so that I am more knowledgeable regarding it next time. For a rural provider, would highly recommend

I have been with this company for over a year now, and imagine my surprise when browsing reviews(after they just assisted a ticket of mine regarding connection) to see such a volatile couple of individuals just harassing and spewing lies, which is interesting considering you are very clearly just upset about being disconnected. This company has treated me extremely well, especially during the past year with Covid and its such a distasteful and rather sad display of adults throwing a tantrum below, will be reporting your reviews to google for repeat offenses.

You think about the reasons and circumstances of the trip.How much I didn’t pay them, they can’t provide normal service - there are always excuses (this is not us, we don’t know why). In this case, the connection may not be from 2-6 hours, and this happens 3-4 times a month.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS and LIARS.

These guys provide the internet with terrible poor quality!!!The amount of information received is not the speed at which blocks of information are received. Do not be misled, I called you 4 times in July because there was no connection in full. And your operators said - We don’t know why you are in trouble - no need to invent. And now about the speed, the receiving speed drops to 0.3-0.7mbps, but the most interesting thing happens with PING, it reaches 5000ms (AND THIS IS WITHOUT VPN !!!). And all this is reflected in our calls to your office - AND ALL WITHOUT RULES. You just took and disconnected the network for us. You are a terrible service with outdated hardware that keeps shutting down and rebooting.Close your business and DO NOT TORTURE PEOPLE with your deceit !!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS and LIARS.

Would give zero stars if I could. Wifi is always slow and we regularly get less than 1mbps. Everytime we call they talk to us as if we are dumb and turns the problem and blames us for it. Usually after a call we will have good wifi for the rest of the day, then back to less than 1mbps for months. Very unsatisfied.

SpeedyQuick charges a lot of money for a slow connection. Their people are friendly and came out to the house several times to attempt a fix, but they just cant deliver the bandwidth they promise. We were consistently getting single-digit speeds in our home, and SpeedyQuick could not deliver anything faster. We recently signed up with T-Mobile Home Internet and are getting 75-100 MB/s for 33% the price that SpeedyQuick charged us for up to 20 MB/s of service. It will stink to pay SpeedyQuicks contract cancellation fee, but their option is outdated and overpriced, and they cannot deliver.

Speed and customer service is terrible I feel like the tech support is a bunch of high school kids with no idea what they are doing.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company and the Tech Preston that came to our home. My elderly parents do not handle technology well and Preston went above and beyond to work with them and explain everything they needed to know! 10/10 would recommend this company and there outstanding customer service!

I had been with another company but kept having drop issues. I called Speedy Quick who said they could service my address and would be out in a week. They were polite, professional and very easy to work with. Kyle the technician, was great work with. Very knowledgeable and I was extremely impressed with how quickly he got us up and running. Total time was about an hour. Speeds have been blazing fast (20MB) plan since weve joined. No drops, and were able to stream something in 3 different rooms. Thanks!

We have been with SpeedyQuick Networks since 2003. Weve always been happy with them and they are great for rural service. For a few weeks we had an issue with buffering during streaming of tv shows. Kyle came to the house and determined there was a really complex issue where other routers from neighbors, radio signals from towers, etc. was causing the problem and connection issues from our router to our devices. Kyle is the MAN! and an absolute pro at diagnosing and fixing issues. He was able to go and customize the setting within the router to be able to deal with the interference and now we are back up and running perfectly. We really recommend SpeedyQuick AND if you run into problems you cant do any better than Kyle. He is quick, super smart and a good guy.

I have had speedy quick services for a few months now and the speed has been great, the one time I had an issue the customer service was great, sent a tech out the next day. Preston was able to fix the problem quickly and was very professional and helpful.

AVOID this company at all costs. Horrible installation; they left two holes in the side of my house due to their unprofessional installer. They never send invoices for payment, they didnt setup auto payments like they said they would, they never respond to service tickets. I have yet to get the 10 mbps service they said I would. Overall, this is a cheesy, fly-by-night company.

We have had poor quality internet service for over a year since we startedusing Speedy Quick. We have had several technicians out and finally have been able to locate the problem and it is all in having a good modem/router. (we chose to use your own) So far, for now, the connection is awesome and wed like to thank Kyle for his knowledge and expertise. We hooked up our Netgear Nighthawk Router modem combo.

Aaron just set up WiFi for us in our fifth wheel and we are SO thrilled. It’s been a journey trying to find good WiFi in the camper. We’ve tried extenders, jet packs, and ultimately had to end up using out hotspots on our phones. Not anymore!He was extremely professional and polite. Ive worked with many ISPs over the years and have never had the quality of service with any of them that I do with speedyquick. Ive had a few issues, but they have always been fixed fast, and the support team is friendly and really knows their stuff. Aaron Schweitzer has come out to fix a couple of them and hes gone above and beyond every time. It may not be the fastest internet in the world but the company makes me never want a different ISP.

We live out in the country and reliable Internet service has been challenging to acquire, that is, until SpeedyQuick. Aaron was very friendly, professional and accommodating. 05.19.20 update--- I would suggest Speedy Quick talk with your employee Kyle or go back and listen to the phone call. You suggest in your responses that you record the calls. Kyle advised that it wasnt likely service would be available, outside of coverage area. Kyle advised that it would need to be checked out and would not be able to have a tech come out until the day before service would be needed. I advised that maybe wasnt going to work as I work from home and had to have definite answer and have service to perform my job duties. I intended to finish out my contract until the above info was provided by Kyle.I would not recommend Speedy Quick nor the company that referred them to me when I relocated back to Idaho. Upon the recommendation of A+ Wireless, Speedy Quick was the recommended provider for my area as I did not have access to the major providers due to being in rural area. I knew that within a year or less I would be moving out of my sons home so of course I asked what would happen with the termination fee if I moved outside of their coverage area. A+ advised that he has seen Speedy Quick waive this fee on many occasions if they did not provide coverage to the new location. This question was discussed/asked with Speedy Quick during the first few months as I was I calling in often with connection issues.Well, I moved just a few weeks ago about 3 miles away from prior residence. I phoned Speedy Quick to see if they provided service it was advised that I am outside of their coverage area. So they put me on hold and start calculating up my termination fee of $150 some dollars. I bring up the aforementioned regarding waiving the termination fee due to the fact that they do not provide service to this area. It wasnt like I purposely tried to move outside their service area. In this day and age I was happy to find a suitable rental and only be 3 miles away. I mention all the convos about being outside the service area and what was advised to me by them and A+ Wireless. Their response was well you signed the contract and A+ Wireless is not affiliated with us. This may be the true however both companies, Speedy Quick and A+ Wireless are advising clients and potential clients with what they want to hear to gain a client and have no intention on making good on what they say only that they want your money. I will continue to tell anyone who will listen about my experience with them. I would be happy to pay the termination fee if I was in their service area and just decided to switch carriers however that was not the case. I did try to remain with them and acted in good faith..... buyer be ware.

We had Kyle Kline come to our home to address the internet problem we were having. He was curious, professional and addressed all of our issues. He ran a line from the modem to the room the internet issue was in. It has resolved the issue so far. Kyle is an excellent representative of your company and i would recommend him to everyone. Give him a raise.

Extremely overpriced and unreliable. Internet constantly drops to a crawl or does not even work. I had to wait 3 minutes for the page to load JUST to write this review. Unless they start moving to fiber, satellite internet is already a bad choice and their service only makes it worse considering its barely usable at 2 in the afternoon or 2am.

We took the service when we lived out in the country, we asked if we could have service in town, they said we could now that we are moved, they dont service our area, we are being charged with early cancellation fees when we were lied to. Now we are responsible for their lies?! They wont refund our money back to our account when they were told not to take any more money from our account. Bs!!!

I called because my internet was acting up and they got a tech out immediately. Preston was so helpful and sweet and got it up and running quick.

I don’t really like how often I find myself feeling like I need to call they’re support number because our wifi is down very often. We pay $150 a month for 30mb/s and I still can’t use the internet at the times I need it most. Especially at night when they’re already closed and I can’t figure out what’s going on. The bundle does come in handy living in a rural area though.

Im not one for leaving reviews... but Ive been with speedy quick for years and there customer service is surpassed by no one, specifically there worker named Kyle Kline. I even asked for his name for this review! Hes truly gone above and beyond what anyone can ask for service. Thanks Kyle! And as far as the internet, you cant ask for better wireless internet. They really have AMAZING up time when compared to there competition. I know because I unfortunately went through 3 other ISPs in the area before landing on Speedyquick.

Our technician kyle was awesome. He explained everything thoroughly. Even though hes probably super busy he didnt act rushed. Very polite and fun to be around.

I have had 3 different technicians come out to readjust my signal not including the installer. I HIGHLY recommend Aaron he absolutely went completely above and beyond!!! When he was told to pull our service because trees were in the way he saved my internet by moving the dish to a different location on my property!!! I have better service now than I ever did!!!! 😁

I am almost speechless about the treatment we received regarding this company. Not only did they blacklist my fiance from calling, but I was blatantly lied to on the phone about our account and service. I spent all day waiting for them to call me back for additional tech help, only to find out when I finally called our service was terminated even though it was supposed to continue until the end of the month. Ive done the call center job, and they do not hold themselves up to any kind of professional standards. Steer clear at any cost.

We have called multiple times about the speed of our internet. It was always blamed on the weather BUT its now winter and that excuse is old. If fog, clouds, rain or a dusting of snow slows the internet down or causes an outage then whats the point of paying for it during the winter time???BUT... I called again. Kids have school. We have work. hmmmIf you listen to my last call with a member of your team I asked a specific question 3 times and couldnt get a simple response. What router is best?We upgraded our speed but have seen drastically lower speeds. When connected to the router our speeds is slower than dial up but when connected directly to the black power box it was 8 faster than what we are supposed to receive. Okay BUT what is up with the router? We bought the specific one tech told us to buy the day it was installed. But the rep on the phone just kept repeating how we shouldnt be getting more than 20? I dont see how thats possible.We werent 100% on switching but after that last call we are. Our main concern was how absolutely slow our internet was. But then some how the recommended router throttles us down to .3 or that when connected to the power box we some how get 8+ more than we should.Judging by recent reviews Id say we arent the only ones fed up.

SpeedyQuick has great service in our rural area. Other providers claimed we could get fast speeds, but only SpeedyQuick has been able to provide. Their customer service is great. We wanted our receiver moved and they sent someone out right away. Aaron Schweitzer worked all morning to get the cable out of sight and the service installed the way we want. I wish I could remember the persons name that set us up because he did an excellent job as well. Thanks guys.

Been a work in progress. Get great internet for the most part, good customer service, even better service techs, but I feel I have to call for support alot. We pay $150/mo for I think 30mbps in the foothills of Middleton. So far they have been good and everytime they come out the internet is fantastic for about a month or two then I gotta call again. We have had alot of packet loss for awhile now! I will update my review as soon as my packet loss issue has been fixed. They should be taking care of their customers more now then ever seeing how starlink is right around the corner...

I highly recommend SpeedyQuick!! To say the speed is faster than the other internet service I had is a huge understatement (since I was unable to stream anything the majority of the time). It is also less expensive. The installation was fast and painless. The installer, Kyle K. was polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I am so happy! I just wish I had not wasted three years working with another company with practically unusable service.

She helped me me choose a plan that would work for my family. Today they sent Andrew out to get us all set up and he was awesome! SpeedyQuick is awesome. I’m saying this as a customer for almost a decade. I recently had a hardware failure issue, and SpeedyQuick made it better than right IN LESS THAN 12 HOURS!!! This may not be the norm, but after receiving such professional technical support on the phone, and then again from the techs that arrived, I can only believe that this is the level they operate on. Aaron and Steve showed up this morning and were ready to roll. Within minutes they had diagnosed the issue and got to work. You can really tell Aaron takes great pride in his work. I used this company for 2 years because there was nothing else out where i lived but now there is. When they came out to take their dish they took the wrong one down and then when they put the one that i use currently back up they messed up my current signal and i have to have a technician come out and fix it. One final screw up from this company before hopefully i never have to deal with them again.

Internet is horrible promised 20 by 20 and get a solid 1mb down and upload on a good day can’t play any games or watch anything not worth the money and they throttle back at random times

Very impressed with this company, they sent someone to take care of an issue having to do with our neighbors tree growth before we even knew it was a problem. Our internet is even faster than before now. Their technician Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very speedy at getting our issue resolved.

We moved to a more rural area in Canyon County last year from Meridian. Living in a more rural area of Canyon County, we have been limited to the internet providers we can utilize. Speedy Quick was one of our only options. We were experiencing some issues with internet speeds and Kyle was sent to our house to help. Kyle went above and beyond what I would expect from a technician. He was very professional and thorough in the service he provided. He was able to identify some things that were problematic when our house was originally built and able to fix the issues. Kyle was friendly and helpful and even let us know if we had problems in the future we could request him for support. In the weeks since Kyle came out to help, the internet problems we were having have been resolved and our internet works great.

We live out in the boonies so we called half a dozen companies, just to hear that we couldn’t get a signal from anyone. SpeedyQuick came out (Aaron was amazing) and our WiFi was humming right away with a superb connection. Aaron Schweitzer was out yesterday to finally get my internet service working so it was usable again. I have been having trouble for the last several weeks and asked for a service technician to come out but my request fell on deaf ears and I kept getting the run a round.. I called again a couple days ago and the next morning Aaron was here. He got my service up and running again and it is the best it has been for a long time. Aaron was very professional and checked with us before he made any changes. Aaron should be at the head of the class!!!!

My son is an aspiring computer nerd so he asked a lot of questions that Aaron was happy to answer.The network speed is 10X what we were getting from Rise, for less money, and so far, we are happy with our new internet provider.

Aaron came out to hook me up today. He did an awesome and fast job, and put the antenna in an unobtrusive place on the roof that still gives me a clear shot to my tower. He also stuck around to make sure my router connected up to their service. I supplied my own, an Orbi, and neither he nor I had experience with them, so he wanted to see what the process was so that he could help some other customer down the road if he ran into one again. I think thats a good quality in a technician, versus hurrying out the door to the next job.It has only been a day, but so far so good on the connection. I also consider Speedyquick a deal for the service provided. I recently moved here, and had fixed wireless at my old home, where I was paying 25% more per month for half the bandwidth.

I was a speedyquick customer for over a year. The service was OK in the beginning and then the speed of the service declined along with it completely shutting down numerous times a day. Reached out to support three times in 30 days never got a response back, completely ignored my requests.. I’ve switched to Tekfinity and so far so good.

We needed our dish relocated and it was scheduled the next day. Aaron Schweitzer showed up at the appointed time, moved the dish and upgraded my service in record time! Couldnt ask for better service and he was pleasant to talk with. Answered all my questions and made sure our upgrade worked before leaving. Awesome job and company.

I would not trust this company to clean my toilet. The managers and clueless, and second tier management are incompetent. Their prices are three times what they should be for the speeds, and you will lose half your speed during nights and weekend. There is a reason they advertise “up to x speed”. That is so they don’t have to answer the tough questions where their network operates at the speed of dial up. I wouldn’t walk away from this company, I would run the other way. Check out Safe-Link. Way better customer service and network speed and reliability.

I am very pleased with the service I received, Andrew was great to work with, he did an excellent job on the install and explaining things. I am also pleased with the speed I get, I didnt get very good speed with other providers. Overall I had a great experience, oh and he was here when they said he would be, how many people can you say that about?

I have been pleasantly surprised with the speed and service, we have had this service for almost 3 months now and have not had any problem. Kyle did the installation and he did a fantastic job, he even went as far as utilizing an existing hole (from previous cable) to run the wires instead of drilling a new one.
