First time here as a customer! I really love how my nails turned out. Nail tech, Kimberly did the exact same artwork from the photo I showed her. I still can’t resist how beautiful my nails turned out! The atmosphere and environment was great too. Will definitely come back if I were to get more art design applied to my nails in the future!

My experience here was more than what I expected, I have been looking for a good nail spot for a minute that values their customers. An this is actually what I got, Phillip was so patient with me even when it came to me not knowing what color I wanted. The manger was also amazing he made sure all his customer was well taking care of. The shop was clean and sanitize. My favorite part about it was they will work a client in after hours now that’s great customer service. I will say I have found my new nail bar and if you haven’t tried them yet then you are missing out on great customer service and great nail art.🤗

Beginning to end this place is fantastic, definitely my favorite Sunday spot. If want you to be treated like royalty, this is the place to go, and the drinks are refreshing. Overall it’s just a great atmosphere and always a great experience.

After a bad experience at Left Bank Nails & Spa I decided to try this place for a new set of acrylic nails. The salon itself is beautiful and clean. You are not crowded and sitting on top of other guests. They have a full bar. The spa is very luxurious. My jaw almost dropped to the floor when I saw my receipt- their prices are unbeatable for the quality work. Nicole was amazing and I will be going back to her regularly.

Deluxe pedicure and dip nails. They were so friendly, accommodated our group even though we were 15 minutes late for our appointments. They are the only place in the area that stays open late to accommodate nurses schedules! I highly recommend checking them out.

Lily is my FAVORITE! Her pedicures are always done with so much attentiveness. I’m very picky about my pedicures and she’s definitely a go to person if you are!!! The only person I let touch my feet now!

Took my daughter to get her nails done for the first time, we did not have an appointment. They were very friendly and welcoming, we will return in the future.

They mixed my cousin and I color up even though the container had an incorrect number and we told them. The nail technician that I had rushed to do her job and it wasn’t even busy. My nails look bulky rushed and she had cut me as well.

This nail salon is absolutely amazing!! On a Saturday it gets busy so make sure you get in because any technician gives fabulous service. Tony is amazing, he pays attention to detail, makes the best recommendation, and gives an amazing foot massage. Best experience I can get on the weekend for my crazy med student life. Love this place! I walk in all the time and I’m greeted by the man in front. All the ladies/techs are super nice and helpful. I have gotten manicures, nails, pedicures, and facial waxing! This place has the absolute worst customer service! I have been here 3 times and I’m hopes to receive better service boy was I wrong! The service became worst. After bringing my concerns to the manager he was unapologetic. He did not apologize nor offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience. Definitely do not recommend this place nor will I be back! Save your money and take it elsewhere because they for sure do not deserve it!

My daughter and I found this wonderful nail salon on Saturday morning! I was very nervous since I hadn’t been to a nail salon since 2018! Well let me tell you, I’m not disappointed! I’ve never had a great experience at the nail salon, and our visit was beyond great! Jenny did a perfect job on my nails and the lady who did my pedicure, was a gift from God! Very sweet ladies with wonderful spirits! We will be returning in the future because I’ve now found the perfect nail salon!

This shop location a recent addition to West 7th conveniently located just across from Montgomery Plaza.First thing I noticed was how aesthetically pleasing this place was with well lit stations and circular design concept.The nail tech I worked with was fantastic and more of an artist if anything. I was very imrpessed with his work and attention to detail. I made small talk with the shop owner. Top, He was very knowledgeable of his place, the materials, and made me feel at home. They do have a full bar and offer complementary drinks to their guests. They also offer discounts on certian services. Always check when you arrive. I am in search of a new home nail shop an this is in my top two rankings. Drop by and see for yourself.

I came in on a Sunday for a pedicure. There was a bit of a wait, as it was Mothers Day and a bit busy, but I was allowed to wait in a massage chair with my feet soaking. Everyone was very attentive and kind. Lisa did my deluxe pedicure and she was incredibly thorough. I am a new mom to a four week old, and Lisa was very gentle and let me rest. Im pretty sure I fell asleep during her massage. It was so good! Im very much looking forward to returning. Thanks Lisa!

I do appreciate this salon being open early but this wasn’t a relaxing experience. Felt very assembly line like. My royal manicure with regular polish.. the polish on my nails didn’t look “polished” looked like something I could have done, not very clean or neat. The “massage” that came with the manicure, I only got one half of my back done. My dress got wet in the water because neither one of the techs cared enough to pull my dress up. I wasn’t given a pillow ( I saw other women with pillows who were getting same service as me) or towel to put over my legs so my business wouldn’t be showing while be serviced. I only came here cause it’s across the street from my wax salon. They tried to charge me $6 extra than the prices listed on website, I won’t come here again.

They broke my real nail in half. They did not complete the nail that I asked to them do and when the boss found out it was wrong he stood over my shoulder the entire time which was very uncomfortable. I asked them to correct the nail color and was told no. Overall terrible experience and the nail art is not good. There are bubbles in the colors on my nails

I saw that this place recently opened and wanted to try it out and I’m glad I did! I had Jenny who did a dip ombré to my nails for $50. She was fast but didn’t skip any steps. Overall I had a great time and will be back!

Everyone in the nail salon was incredibly helpful. We were addressed right when we walked in the door, and were asked if there was anything we’d like to drink. Our appointment started right on time. The nail techs that worked with us were very friendly and did a great job. The owner was also there and once he found out it was my birthday had everyone sing. Great vibe. VERY clean. I will be back. I got this awesome Jelly pedicure here and it was one of the coolest things ever. Kathy did my toes and Jenny did my nails. Both were extremely professional and friendly and clearly like making their customers happy. Overall this place has some of the best varieties in services I’ve ever seen and I always have a wonderful experience here. I always leave feeling like a princess.

Best deluxe pedicures ever! They take pride in their work and it shows! Kathy and Ethan took their time and massaged our legs thoroughly even though I have psoriasis and my daughter has eczema. They never questioned me about my psoriasis like other places always do! Their pricing is about what you pay other shops that make you feel insecure about skin conditions. I had a peaceful time and my technician was professional and polite woman. I love my nails, she wasnt rough and appreciated she took her time.

I was not impressed with the service, it seemed as if no technician wanted to do my nails because I wanted a simple manicure. I am pretty sure the technicians were arguing about who had to do my nails. I ended up waiting far longer than should have. The quality of the manicure was poor. I normally go to Left Bank, but they had no availability this day. I will not be returning here and stick to Left Bank.. They are much friendlier, and produce better quality work.

Everyone was so nice and did a great job. We had Kathy, Jenny, Terry, and one other who did the mani. I didnt catch his name. But everyone was funny and sweet. They all did a great job as well. Our toes and nails came out beautiful.

The nail tech is excellent she is the reason why I keep coming. I pay the same price everytime. Yet on this visit they want to charge me 7.00 difference than what she told me, then said oh prices went up. No you dont do that. Not good customer service. Then didnt want to honor my coupon that they sent me. Which they kept trying to explain. Please be consistent at all times. Dipping says 40.00 polish on toes say 10.00. My charge was 45.00 / 12.00. Thats not what your price list states.

Went in tonight with four of my girlfriends, the staff was super friendly and the place was really clean and beautiful however my technician rushed through mine and I’m really disappointed after paying almost $60 for dip. I asked for a simple design of one simple black line across a few nails and one dot on others and it’s so very sloppy. I also had what felt like glue under all of my nails and have never experienced this with dip, I had to go back and ask him to remove it. I also have the glue all over my fingers and had to go home and use acetone to remove it. The nails are not smooth and truly look like I attempted them at home. I would have hoped for $60 the quality would have been better. Overall the atmosphere is great but the quality from my technician is severely lacking.

Not pleased with this place. I paid for the pedicure that removed calluses and has a ten minute massage. They did not remove calluses and they spend about 7 minutes of the massage on one leg. Not even my feet or toes.

The lady that did our pedicures was so nice and sweet and made us feel so welcome!! Our toes looked great. The place was really clean and they were very hospitable. However, I don’t think the waxing technician knew what she was doing and it took over 30 minutes just to wax lower legs. Other than that, we had a good time!

We visited this salon for my daughters wedding last week with a party of 8 and we enjoyed our time and visit very much! Got my nails done the day before Valentine’s Day. & on the third day of having them my nail broke like super easy. It hasn’t even been a week & my nails are starting to pop off my real nail whole. Don’t let the guys do your nails. I think he didn’t glue them on right that why they are popping off so easily. I think one of the lady workers tried telling him something & he didn’t listen to her.

I had Ethen and got the deluxe pedicure amazing got all of the dead skin off which I had a lot because I have eczema so dry skin too. Skin felt nourished and amazing after the pedicure. Also I’ve gotten a bunch of pedicures where they do want to massages your legs but not here they to an amazing massage and that just with the pedicure! Make sure to ask for Ethen!

Highly recommend Vangie! She’s very professional, clean and delicate. Came in for a dip set, she works relatively fast but she took her time to make sure they were even and the right length, plus she saved a few broken nails I had. All for $40! Love my nails, they came out beautiful :)!
