HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! 🚨🚨🚨Went there yesterday for an emergency fill ( I got me tech) First thing I noticed they don’t have any color acrylic 🤯🤯🤯Then they told me they would need to remove all the acrylic I got... I said ok! When the lady comes ( half hour waiting on the table) she said that if we remove the acrylic it would take too much time so it was better just to do the fill!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE MY FINGERS ARE ON PAIN!!! SHE CUT ME SEVERAL TIMES AND MAKE ME BLEED WITHOUT ANY CONSIDERATION... IT WAS A PAINFUL FILL! She barley use acrylic on me it was a really thin layer and they still charge me $50 just for fill and let all the previous work there! (You can see on the pic. Pink color from previous) Last night taking a shower I realized HOW BAD IT WAS AND HOW MANY CUTS I GOT DUE TOTHE PAIN!NOT GOING TO THAT PLACE EVER AGAIN IT WAS JUST TO PAINFUL AND EXPENSIVE DOR A POOR QUALITY WORK!

I went 6 days ago to get a pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure was great. The gel manicure not so much. The girl doing my pedicure had to fix a finger while I was still there. 2 days later, 4 of my nails started peeling. I go yesterday to have them fixed… I don’t know if he’s the manager or what, but his name is Ethan and he seemed super annoyed to have to fix my nails. He buffed them didn’t completely remove the polish, didn’t dust them off before just applying the black color and then top coat. So no big surprise, they’re peeling again already today. The pedicure was great but the gel manicure was not. And they did not rectify the situation correctly when I came back to give them a chance to fix it. I won’t be back and will make sure every one I know knows not to waste their time or money.

Paid $200 in total for my birthday went here and this is what I got! Steer clear go somewhere else!

When I tell you this is the best nail place in town I’m serious. Tammie and Brenda are the absolute best at applying the perfect nail and providing amazing customer service. I have gone to this nail salon many times along with every other salon in town. This one can get very busy because they are the best! When you go ask for Tammie or Brenda and you will not be disappointed I promise!

I came in this morning and I have no regrets! I walked in and they gave me a courtesy mask since I didn’t have one. They took my temperature and I was sat down right away. I had my nails done and got a pedicure. I even bought a cute mask because I havent found any floral until now. Also the massage was nice some places don’t massage long enough but they got all the knots in my feet out. Best set of nails I’ve had in a long time, theyre clean and friendly, I can’t wait to come back!

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Find another nail salon. The owner did my nails!!! I went in got them done and she asks why that color. What does it matter its what I chose. The edging of my nail was done poorly. I had to return within 2 days 6 nails broke. They were dipped. She said she could replace them all but give me a discount only. I told her no, I wasnt going to pay it hadnt been 48 hours. Why should I. She them said i had to wait to get them done. I told her thats fine. 30 minutes later she got someone to redo my nails. I told them all should be replaced because they dont look right. Literally the next day the rest cracked off. Never again will I return, i hope you dont either. This is my nails after I went back. I had them clean the edging a little and still looked Terrible.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Horrific experience!! This was the worst experience!! They soaked my nails off before allowing me to choose a dip color and I went through 5 colors on their color swatches that they were OUT of before they admitted to being low on color choices!!? Had I known they wouldn’t remotely have a color that I could choose, I would have gone somewhere else! I was forced to use a color I did not like. The FIRST of several POOR business sense moves. Next they were super rude and NEVER apologized! Next they charged me MORE than I have EVER been charged for a set of dipped nails, not to mention didn’t offer any discount for my inconvenience. $52 for mine and $67!!! Yes, $67 for my daughters nails. The usual place we go charges $40 and they are wonderful. As if that’s not enough, the girl doing my daughter’s nails kept stopping to look at the phone of another girl, who was apparently on break, doing some online shopping!!!?? I say great if you don’t have a client in the chair but are you kidding me?? Shopping while you have a client in front of you???- Stopping SEVERAL times to look and discuss their outfits they were ordering! If my daughter hadn’t been with me I would have had MUCH MORE to say to these inept individuals’ attempt to run a business. I paid and got the heck out of there but will NEVER make the mistake again of going back to this establishment that has NO business sense or concern for customers being happy or returning!! Be advised!!! FIND ANOTHER NAIL SALON!!!

I haven’t had my nails done in years but my nail tech Jason was absolutely amazing professional kept a great conversation did a wonderful job on my nails and he knew it’s been so long since I had them done he took great care of them. I will definitely be back

I felt very rushed into what to get, staff was not polite, I got a classic pedicure, but they left my toe nails dirty and not properly cut. I had rugged edges and corners not cut or trimmed my girlfriend and her sister thier nails were not done in a precise manner. I have been to better places, I politely told the cashier I was unsatisfied with the work, and all she said was sorry, she didnt try to see what can be done for a better experience or anything. It was our first and last time to visit this place.

Very clean. Real nice people. I had Amanda and she is great. I will be going back again. I had a pedicure, eyebrow and upper lip wax. Very reasonably priced.

This not only is the nicest, cleanest, and most sanitary salon Ive been to, the customer service is amazing and that is why I chose to work here. You also receive 2 complimentary drinks while you visit! I personally could not even fathom you going somewhere else, after stepping in here!! The spa pedicures are designed with fresh cut herbs and scents ❤You have wonderful massage chairs for the adults, and Hello Kitty chairs for the lil ones! The selection of paint and gel colors is vast, not to mention the dip colors as well. If your in the area you will want to stop in and give us a try. You will be really glad you did! Tom does such an amazing job on my nails every single time! He’s very detailed and efficient. He also tints and waxes my eyebrows I’ve never liked anyone who has done that before - he nails it! Perfectly!! He’s my go-to nail and brow guy for sure!

Sam hooked me up with a fresh set of nude pink coffin dipped nails. The color is gorgeous however as soon as I got home I realized they were not shaped . $110 for 2 full sets on a tues. I’ll let u be the judge...

I got pedicures done here. It was super relaxing and professional. They have pedicure chairs for little ones which is perfect as I love taking my girls with me. Drinks are delicious and my feet feel amazing!

Had the worst experience trying to make THREE people understand the request my mother-in-law had for her french gel mani. Her request was simple; a natural color instead of clear. However, they kept insisting they only do clear. I explained that I understand that’s what they usually do but we were requesting something different. The nail tech also said it was gonna look bad and she kept trying to argue the photo we presented was clear while the polish was included IN THE PHOTO. This is the first and last time I will suggest or step foot in this establishment. I got a pedi in hopes of relaxing on my day off. Instead, I had to argue with three individuals that should understand we are paying for their service and our nail requests should be as we please or just say no from the beginning so we can go elsewhere.

Went to them on 7/1 for manicure and pedicure and they charge more than I’ve ever had to pay for a full set $50! 3 of my nails have fully came off so far an it’s only been 8 days …I’ve NEVER had this happen before and this was our first experience here but definitely our last for the prices and service.

So the place is very nice looking on the inside and all that BUT I probably wont be going back my nails are very sharp on the corners and my middle finger nails look1 super big and they all feel super thick and heavy I will say the lady who did them did take her time and not blow threw it like most people do

I’ve been here twice and been disappointed both times. I wanted to give them another shot this weekend but I wish I hadn’t. I spent over $100 and after I left I realized the paint on my fingers is super uneven and looks terrible. The paint on my toes doesn’t look clean either. I truly feel like I could’ve painted them better myself. I like coming here because I’ve never had to wait, but it’s definitely not worth it. Lesson learned!

First and last time coming to this place. Front desk were pleasant but the service was so overpriced for the fast-half a job that was done. I requested mani and pedi, pedi was not as long as it promoted on the menu and the tech barely massaged my feet. She was quick trying to get me out the door and rushed me to the front to check out. Poor communication in their part because my ticket should have told her I was needing a manicure still. I think that was my first sign to leave. I received a manicure (dip) and when I asked why my nail was left that thick she stated it was because I did not add tip to the nail and it would be hard to add dip on short nail. Then she asked me if it was my first time getting dip because this normally happens, I reminded her that I normally go elsewhere. Two other woman came to sit next to me and another tech informed her they would be next so she barely gave me the massage the manicure included so she can get to them first, she only rubbed lotion on my arms and said okay bye. I was left with tadpole fingertips. PLEASE DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THE NAME OF THE BUSINESS, this place does not know the meaning of quality service and upscale.

Today my sister and I went for the first time and I loved it! They are very friendly and attentive. Lynn did an awesome job on my nails. Diana did my sister’s nails and she also did an awesome job. We will be going back.

I usually get the acrylic pink and white ombré and I came here for the first time yesterday since I’m new the area. I was talked into doing the dip. I was a little hesitant at first to get it but I’m really impressed with the finish ! The salon was very clean and had a positive/upbeat vibe. The owner is so sweet and very proud of her salon, and it shows in the quality of technicians and work they do. My technician was also very sweet ! I forgot her name but she specializes in ombré.

It was so horrible gave me con artist vibes, I got my nails done & they broke in them same day they made my nails very thin because i didnt want to get dipped or gel nails. Customer service is trash very rude, except for maybe 2 workers .

Ive only been in Texas for a about a year and a half now and have only had my nails done at two salons. The first one sucked and I didnt go back. But then I found this one and they were everything I was looking for! The environment is so welcoming, relaxing and yet fun. The music is great and the staff is incredibly friendly. Amy is my favorite! I take my 6 yo daughter here too and they are wonderful with her. Upscale is definitely my go-to place for nails. There was one time I noticed before leaving that under my nails was gunky from the dip powder. When I showed it to them they instantly fixed it and the guy showed the technician what hed left behind. I still left happy! Im going back today and cant wait to leave feeling better, like I always do.

Been here once before and they cut me so I had avoided going back. I was gifted a gift card so went again. The young girl (I didnt get her name) she was African American did an amazing job with massaging my legs. She was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately she didnt get to finish my pedicure because she was rudely pulled to start on another client. The man that guides all the technicians was the one that quickly painted my toe nails. He left nail polish on the skin of my feet. I was very happy with the young girl but felt that the Male was rushed and rude, reason for my 3 stars.

The lady that did my nails was in a rush kept leaving to go do I dont know what. Left color on the sides of my nails and bumps.

I use to love this place and even though I felt I was overpaying I didn’t mind because of the great service and calm setting. The last few times I went, I was rushed, they were all over the place and rude. I will not return.

This is the only place I will go to to get my nails done, they are so patient friendly and clean! I brought my sister along with me and amber mastered her ombré marble sunset nail set! They even made a custom color glitter mix for my nails! Definitely recommend this salon and Amber!!

Cherry is amazing!!! She is an all around beauty guru. I have been doing my lashes with her for the past 3-4 months and the lash retention lasts pretty long. Cherry is gentle and is attentive to your needs. Other than my lashes she also does my pedicure and manicure she has very great attention to detail. I do dip for my fingers and i never had a problem with it, it also lasts for a while. She continuously asks if everything is okay and if I like it. Cherry is one of the best lash and nail techs ever.

I had been there before and had no problems. I have had pedicures and facial waxing. Today I went in, they were not busy, I asked for a plain manicure and a facial wax. They sat me down and the tech came out with some towels and a bowl of soapy water and said soak your fingers in that. It was so cold I ask if that was normal and she replied, it doesn’t look matter. Awful manicure took 20 minutes. On to wax with different tech. She waxed my whole face and got wax in my hair. She got that out. When I got home half of my lip had not been done. And I found a huge glob of wax on the other side in my hair! They won’t give me my money back and I won’t ever go back! Beware! I have been a stylist for 38 years and I never have had service like this!!!

Everyone is very nice and if you have to wait they continue to check on you! Very helpful when it comes to finding colors and everyone seems to get along which is great to see in a salon!

Ive been going here for a few months now and was satisfied for the most part until my last visit. I paid $50 for glitter dip and they did not last a week. I went 7 days later. They repaired the 3 broken nails almost 2 days later those same nails chipped and broke. I call and speak to the owner and she offers me a discount. No maam. The dip didnt last a week and is down right horrible right now so Ill pass. We pay way too much money to get our nails done to deal with a bad product and application. If you visit, do not get Jen. Nice guy but bad application.

Had my daughters brows done. We were greeted immediately upon entering and the employees were kind, professional and worked quickly. The best part is- my daughters brows look GREAT! And was only $10!!!! Wont hesitate to come back!

I called and tried to get an appt as I had somewhere to be within an hour. I just wanted a basic pedicure. They were so poorly organized, put me in a dirty seat with a dirty rag they partially tried to clean it with then I waited forever while they took care of people that came in after me. After waiting 30 minutes for someone to work on my pedicure, I finally got up and left. I will never, ever be back and neither will everyone I know. Good riddance!

We had a great experience here! My daughter and I both got pedicures. They have child sized seats and child services. Complimentary drinks are very nice. There were a lot of technicians available and working which meant we only waited for 3-5 minutes. My only recommendation would be to add more colors to the choices for nail polish. Other than that, everything was great!!!

My first visit I loved it, Jackie was GREAT! Reason why I went back. But this time I got another person. It was awful. I did not feel valued as a costumer. My feet were left rough after my pedi not baby soft. Not the best experience.

I walked in to Upscale Nails Bar and they were super busy but Kim greeted me with a smile and even though she was with a client still made me feel very welcomed. Kim is also the sweet lady that helped me. She made sure to do exactly what I wanted. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I will go back to her! I finally found the best nail salon. Only took me 6 years but I’m so glad I went in here tonight Kim is AMAZING!

As a first time customer, this nail salon has met my expectations! Very clean nail salon and very open space. Jason did my nails and he was pure awesome! He made sure I was happy with my nail length, shape, and color! I also liked the fact they played hip-hop music, making it more fun and comfortable for me to enjoy.

I love this place but I wont be back for a long while. They are flunking Covid-19 protections today 6/12/20. They are not enforcing wearing of masks. One lady does not even have one to pretend shes complying. Others are wearing them on their chin or letting their noses out. No good. I should have left even before my pedicure was complete. I did not feel safe.Previous review:Stylish and comfortable place. No wait at 2 pm on a Friday. I had a Deluxe pedi and Classic Mani with buff and no polish. Reasonable prices. This place was so bad!I had a guy named Kevin do my nails and from the get go I could tell they weren’t going to turn out good. I got dip they are awful. He didn’t even cover up my entire nail with the color, so I have spaces on the bottom and sides of my nails that are bare. He did nothing to my cuticles! I waited for him to at least put oil on them and no he went outside. Didn’t get the massage in the description. Not even a basic manicure before the dip. And he left some nails so chunky!My pedicure wasn’t worth the money at all. Barely massage and she cut my big toe all jagged and still painted it. LolFrom start to finish I was probably in the chair maybe 30 minutes?I complained at the end and the manager was sweet. She put the oil on my cuticles and offered to fix my nails. She agreed with me that they were awful. I didn’t want anyone else in the salon to touch my nails so I said no I just want to leave. She did half off of my price and gave me $20 gift card. But I will NEVER go back! All my friends and family who saw my nails said I was crazy for and even paying for the nails I received.This is what I get for not going to my usual spot. Anyone in the Saginaw area got to Saginaw nail spa off of bailey Boswell. Ask for Michael on nails and Vivian on toes. They do an awesome job there!!

My daughter and I went in to get mani, pedi’s and waxing today. We absolutely loved it and enjoyed our time there. They are, in my opinion COVID “friendly”. They will take you’re temperature at the door, provide you with a mask, staff will bewearing gloves, and have you sign a waiver. I felt safe there, Lym took very good care of us. I have visited salon multiple times before the pandemic and I will always recommend. There is new staff, so I’d you’re in a HURRY pleas plan to be there just a little longer than usual as they ladies there are making sure to keep a safe process for all of their clients there’s (which of course more precautions needs more time and attention). Googled nail salons near me because I had friends come in from New York. Upscale had great reviews so we decided to give it a try! There were 3 of us getting mani/pedi’s. The staff was so accommodating and did a great job. I wanted mirror polish on my toes and I have gone to 2 other salons who said they couldn’t do them, guess what? Upscale did! They are just what I wanted. The owner was super nice and chatted With us. The margaritas were delicious. Will definitely go back!

I went in paid $75 for dip nails after I waited more than hour for someone to start on my nails! The nails only lasted 10 days!!!!! Disappointed!!!! Wont be back........ when I talked to the owner about it she said I can offer you a $20 discount #@%#@ you can keep your discount

Went here for the first time this week. Services were a little more expensive than I usually pay, but the quality made it worth it. The ladies (Wendy and Cindy) were quick and professional, and did an amazing job on my hands and feet. Even gave me some cuticle oil to take with me since my job requires me to wash my hands a million times a day and my cuticles are always dry.I will absolutely return!

The store itself is nice and modern-ish. The workers are not very friendly and are very short spoken. Was asked to choose my color more than once in a 10 second time frame and before I was finished logging in. The 3 pedicures that my sister, niece and I were supposed to get together all started at different times. I wasn’t in my chair longer than 7 minutes and the lady was already starting on my polish. I have had a long week of moving and was really looking forward to some relaxation but this was for sure the wrong place to pick. Will NOT be giving this place any more business. I’m not usually someone who complains but I had to let people know before their money was lost. Oh and to top it off they have a full bar but had no clue how to make the martini I tried ordering.

WILL NOT RETURN. I made an appointment for 5 pedicures, 2 adults 3 kids. Quickly got us seated but waited probably 15 minutes before anyone started on us. My tech, Jason, was quite frankly a HUGE JERK. Kept arguing and criticized me for having acrylics on my toes. I asked for the deluxe pedi, he didn’t take the dead skin off (which was included), didn’t buff my toes, polish job looked a week old as he didn’t even get close to my cuticles. Another tech told one of our girls “no” to having a softball stitch design done. Same tech had to redo a paint job (twice). All around horrible experience and we will never go back nor will we recommend this place to anyone. I’d give negative review if I could.

First time here today, the place itself was beautiful and clean. Front desk lady was friendly but my pedicure was definitely not worth the money . Not even close actually, the tech was unfriendly an as per usual when they aren’t friendly she just spoke to the other tech in their language or watched the texts in her phone. I asked if I could get the one pedicure that offered hot rocks but get the paraffin wax instead she said I had to do the next one up for that . So I did . I paid 48$, did not do the rocks .. she barely exfoliated an the “massage” part was so slow an barely touching that it became uncomfortable an I was ready to get done. The menu says 50 minutes, I was irritated by the price jump so I timed it - actual time .. meaning from when she actually started until paint was 31 minutes. For me a 50$ pedicure better be everything it says, an you better leave feeling great . It did not and I did not .

I walked into the salon asking to do acrylic, but they insisted I do dip.. not being very keen on dip so I hesitated. I asked the process of acrylic nails - which is clear acrylic and they paint the top with nail polish - but I also didn’t like the sound of that.I settled for the dip nails, and they did come out nicely.During my session, I tried to make sure I was vocal and pointing out things that worried me or made my unhappy about my nails. Each time my nail tech just said “I’m not done yet”. As the session progressed, the communication began to develop, but at first it felt as if he thought I had no clue what I was talking about.But considering the end result, I’m walking away with only slight problems with my nails.Besides the nails, the atmosphere is terrific, the owner is fantastic, she gets to know clients and builds a bond with them. She’s very passionate about her salon and it shows through her work.

I went 3 weeks ago for the first time and took my granddaughter. We had great service! Very clean and upscale. Will be my new nail salon from now on.

I get my eyelashes done here for months and I love cherrys work she always make sure my lashes look natural and full without over stacking the lash extensions. I recommend this salon if you want grate lash extensions!

Came in with my mother for pedicures and dip nails. They did a great job. It was my mother’s first time getting dip, and she had a wonderful experience. Definitely our new place in Lake Worth!

My favorite local nail salon. PERIOD. It’s gorgeous inside (sparkle wall!? Check)! The pedicure chairs are the best I have sat in!!! The massage options are built into the arms of the chair (no more remotes on cords that you have to chase, drop or wedge under your leg). The bar. That sweet little bar!!! They make AMAZING mango margaritas that are just heavenly!! I would go hang out there just for those! It’s just a MUST! Nails. My husband & I get ours done as a “date night”. We haven’t had a bad nail experience here yet!!! (We have tried several of the pedicure options they offer & all of them have been great!) They have the biggest dipping powder color swatches I have ever seen. Unique, fun colors that other salons just don’t have. They are NOT pushy & they don’t rush your service. They actually care about their clients. (Shocking, I know)! I refuse to waist any more time searching for a legit nail spot! (I have been to nearly all local nail salons & not one of them comes close to here!!!!) I highly recommend this place! 💕
