Walk in experience-- wonderful establishment! I did not call ahead and they were very accommodating. Jimmy who seemed to be the manager was so pleasant, he assisted in recommendations for a white that wasnt opaque, but not too stark white. Peter did my manicure & dip nails and was very detail oriented and didnt miss a beat, made sure to clean up my cuticles and got the shape just perfect, I like my nails very short and he was sure to ask and confirm I liked the final shape. Lisa did my pedicure and was very sweet & my polish was stunning, perfect coverage without any polish on my skin. The facility was clean, and had frozen mixed drinks available, as well as sodas.

Worst manicure ever!! The technician was rude and tortuous. She made my cuticles and nail beds burn with pain. She definitely didn’t care at all about my experience there. She just wanted to get done as quickly as possible to get me out of her chair. I got acrylic fills with regular nail polish. Gel is so expensive and I’m broke right now so regular polish it was. I was treated like because I was getting the cheapest service, I was beneath them. After burning and grinding my cuticles, not a single drop of cuticle oil was applied, which would’ve been the most minimal nice/kind touch. Like I said she wanted me out even though I was pretty silent the whole time. When it came time to paint my nails, she did coat right after coat with no fan drying in between. Then she plopped me down under a very weak Uv light and just left me there. Never came back to check on me. I sat there for 15 minutes and they still weren’t dry at all. I managed to pay and go but the wet paint definitely got marks in it. I sat in my car with the Texas sun baking my nails for 10 minutes. Still wet. Rushed home to get ready for work and they still took about 20 minutes to finally dry. The paint is so screwed up but I can’t bring myself to go back nor spend my money there ever again. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will take my hard-earned money elsewhere, thank you very much

I’ve been to this nail salon twice now and both times I had a great experience. I got gel pedicure and it looked flawless and has stayed on for a really long time. I’ve never had to wait, you walk in and they get you with someone right away. They also have a lot of options on services they offer. Like different kinds of pedicures and manicures. So if you really want to splurge you can. I will definitely be coming back. They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

I’ve gone here for gel nails twice and they didn’t cover my full nail, and the nail tech didn’t massage for more than a minute.This place charges more for manicures than other places, but they don’t have anything special about them. Just a nice, fancy place but nothing special.Would only recommend if you don’t have anywhere else to go cause they are overpriced and don’t do a great job

So prior to me coming in I looked at their website online and it had a picture of the services and how much it was and I wanted to do acrylic. My personal preference is acrylic nails. I go in and I tell them I want to do acrylic nails with French tip and they said that they suggest dip instead. I told them no I rather have acrylic and the gentleman just kept making up excuses to not do acrylic nails. They said all of the sudden it would take a long time to do acrylic nails. I’ve had acrylic nails with French tip before and it does not take very long to put on my nail. If you don’t suggest a type of nail you shouldn’t have it on your service binder. All of the sudden he told me that it would be a very long wait to do acrylic nails. So I asked them if they could just do gel nail polish color. After that I was treated very poorly I wasn’t asked if I wanted to drink and I sat down with the nail tech “Lisa”. She was very rough with my hands and she was not very nice. I go to check out at the front and I was treated very badly. I give him my card and when he gave it back he slammed it on the counter. I was very frustrated and put my card away very quickly. After that he said something in Chinese that was very aggressive. I’m not sure what he said but I will not be returning to the salon. I just wanted acrylic nails because that’s my personal preference and they pretty much refuse to do that. I got solid white nails and there are a lot of smudges and some of my nails are longer than the other. I will not be returning to this location ever again and I suggest other people shouldn’t either if they want to be treated badFor wanting a specific type of nail.

I went here for my first time today and I got a pedicure and dip nails. My pedicure turned out fine but my nails look like I’ve had them over a week. They look grown out because for some reason he go all the way to the base of my nail. He cleared my cuticles there but just left that space empty. He also didn’t go all the way to the sides. There’s a space there as well. The place is clean and nice, but I just didn’t care for how my nails were done.

I love my nails. I will be going back here from now on.I will call ahead and request Nina.

Okay, so I showed them what I wanted before hand and I did NOT get that at all. I wanted a thin French tip and like a quarter of my whole nail was the tip. And the Pedicure I got was totally wrong too. Only half of my pinkie nail got painted. And they cut my cuticle with the electric file.

I know that some people are giving this place bad reviews but after waiting for 30 minutes at another nail place we decidded to leave and just try this place out. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. There were 4 of us getting pedicures on mothers day and they took us immediately, offered us drinks and were very nice. I got the peppermint pedicure and it was $35. I dont think that is expensive for an hour long pedicure at all. I would gladly come back!

Ive been going off and on to Saginaw Nail Spa after moving to Eagle Mountain Lake. I had a rough time with my gel nails that only lasted 1 day before repairs and then 6 days after the second repairs. Ive worn gel for three to four weeks and never had any nail repairs same with dipping powder. After a rocky visit the manager worked with me to give me $10 off dipping since it had only been a max of 8 days since my set was put on. The person who did my dipping powder was excellent and my pedicure massage was fabulous. I am happy to say I finally found two technicians that are really good. I look forward to my next visit.

I used the same lady for my nails for 16 years, when I was told she no longer worked for the company I have been looking for someone that is able to do top quality work as I am extremely picky, Andy is now my new nail tech after 2 years of searching. Excellent quality and perfection! If you want top notch work ask for Andy!

Dip nails fell off within 24 hours and then I called back to get them fixed and the manager acted like he couldn’t get me in. I decided to go back to the salon and then was told I could be served in 20 minutes, at which point I asked to have my nails fixed and was told I would still need to pay. Will not be coming back.

Love this place! They’re very efficient and take good care of the customer. I will always ask for Nancy - she’s quick but careful. Never harsh on your nails or cuticles. Do not use Lisa...she’s rough, nicked multiple cuticles, and did not put a cleaning agent on them. It got onto my dip nail, and she painted the top coat right over it. It’s been great service except for her.

Absolutely terrible service! The nail tech absolutely refused to do my nails like i wanted. I wanted regular acrylic with french tips but i wanted the french tip part painted on with nail polish. The tech told me they cant do that there because nobody really paints white tips on anymore. She then did solar so i was charged $45 instead of the $30 that i selected on the sign in sheet. Plus she gave me a very bad infection around my nail.

Beautiful indoor decor and they are doing a great job keeping people apart with COVID every other seat is being used and there is a screen in front of your nail tech.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at this place. Been there before with no issues, but tonight was horrible. Walked in with my sister at 6:30 and signed in. After waiting an hour one lady began on me but it was another 35-40 min before they started on my sister. I was offered a 10min leg massage, and she wasn’t, and that kind of upset her. The lady that did my feet barely touched my foot with her pumice. I wish now I would have asked her to apply some pressure. The bottoms of my feet are just as they were when I walked in. So no smoothness. Bummer. BUT.... the worst thing about tonight was the behavior of the owner. I guess he could sense the tension of the long waits for the customers that he was going overboard with what he deemed as kindness. I saw it as invading my personal space. Let me explain. As he walked us to our chair he puts his hands on my 8 month baby belly and shakes it. I asked for a towel to put at my knees since I was wearing a skirt and he proceeds to stuff the towel down my sides and then UP THE MIDDLE OF MY LEGS. Literally almost touching my lady parts. I had an immediate reaction to slap his hand away and tell him no thank you. Just awkward and the service was lame. I’m tempted to never go here again. We ended up being there for 2 hours for a classic pedicure that should have been maybe 40 min. Very very very disappointed and a little disturbed by the owner. Oh and I wasn’t the only women he was inappropriately touching. Gross.

Great customer service. No wait. I wish the nail tech would have done a better job on my gel set. After two days, my polish was peeling back. She recommended i get dip multiple times but I personally dont like dip. Went back to my old nail shop in Keller and havent had an issue with my nails. Sad because this place is closer to my new house.

I love this place! The salon is so nice inside and the customer service is great. Everyone is so nice and they offer refreshments for you to drink. They did a great job with my nails and made sure they looked good. Every time I go my nails stay looking pretty for a long time after and the paint doesn’t chip. I have also had my eyebrows waxed several times there and they do an excellent job.

My favorite nail spa BY FAR!!! I gave this place a shot a few weeks after it opened and have been returning at least once a month ever since. The staff is super friendly and fun and the faces you see are consistent every time you visit — proving the staff even enjoys to work there as well! Stations, chairs, and the overall general space are kept pristinely clean. If an issue does arise with a nail, the staff is eager to make sure it gets fixed properly. I always pop in last minute without an appointment. The place is generally packed, but I’ve really never had to wait. I look forward to my next visit!

I recently moved to saginaw and wanted to go to a nail spa near my home.My nails look like liquid correction was put on them. They are so thick and shaped so incorrectly... absolutely nothing about them look professionally done. They have sharp or square shaping. I only gave the one because the staff was nice. I will try others in Saginaw, clearly they all are not so bad.

They took great care of us on mothers day.Place is spotless. Didnt even see dust anywhere. Elegant. Prices are great. Service provided was the BEST I have had in the area!

The spa is REALLY nice!!! I was blown away by the decor and the girl that did my brows did an awesome job. Where I’m from we don’t have many nail salons that look like this. My brow arch has never lasted this long and it’s been over a month. I don’t know what she did but I will go back for sure! I hadn’t tried the nail service yet but I hope they will not disappoint.

If you have been to this facility before and were not completely satisfied, you may want to consider trying them again. The reason is while this place is still basically new, it has already changed ownership.I had the pleasure of meeting the children of the new owners and I was met with professionalism and courtesy.Had a pedicure from a young lady named Van. She was excellent! Very gentle, yet thorough. I will definitely go back and ask for her.

Front desk personnel is absolutely awful. Very sad as I really liked my two nail techs, but will not return and give someone so rude and inconsiderate my business. They are never on time for appointments, even though they love to throw it in your face when you don’t have an appointment....and need something fixed or a polish change, forget about it....it’s the end of the world at this place. Loyal customers mean nothing to these folks, which is a shame.

I recently moved to the area and decided to try this place because it looked nice and was close to home. I always get a gel manicure when I get my nails done. The first time I went in the woman did an alright job but nothing amazing. Decided to go in again and this time they did an awful job. The woman even cut me multiple times. My gel polish even started peeling before I got home. I went right back for them to fix it. At first they argued with me and didn’t want to fix it even though I had just left 10 minutes ago. They finally agreed to fix the polish but made me wait 45 minutes. Will never go back

Horrible experience!!! My daughter and I went in for solar and pedicure this past Friday. The nail tech that worked on my daughter cut her long nails only to add fake tips. When I questioned the purpose, he said her nails were not that long and tried to charge me an extra $5 for length. I asked for specific nail design and instead of giving me what I wanted, she did what she wanted. My pedicure polish was terrible and I had to tell that tech to re-polish my toes. Not even 24 hours later, two rhinestones have fallen off my nails, the side of a nail is cracked, and you can see the old nail color under the newer color. I’m debating whether to go back and allow them to fix it even though I spent $120 there. Never again!!

This place was horrible. I came in and the guy standing there was rude. I picked out my colored I wanted and asked if I needed to tell him and he didn’t respond so I walked away and he got upset with me because I needed to tell him. It was my first time there because I just moved to the area. I came here because I didn’t want to drive to find the other. Total regrets. Won’t come back.

First, this nail salon is entirely too expensive. It’s $50 for a dip powder gel manicure. Even the Onyx Nail Bar at Alliance (which serves complimentary real cocktails—with a fully stocked bar) charges $41 and your drink is included! Second, there’s no service here that warrants the higher price, everyone I’ve seen still rushes the experience, and almost doesn’t pay attention to what they’re doing or how heavy handed they’re being. My guy cut me twice around my cuticles last time. And then proceeded to tell me not to move my hand—as if I had moved in some way and that’s the reason he dug into me with his power tools. That’s not what happened. The only person moving my hand around was him, and he was moving too fast and I suffered for it. I don’t know how you can possibly provide a relaxing spa like experience when you’re practice is to rush through your services. Especially at the prices they charge. I go to it simply of its convenience and proximity to my house, otherwise if you want a truly great experience I’d head over to Onyx Nail Bar at Alliance.

Defiantly recommend for nails, but highly recommend you do NOT get your eyebrows done here. Trang took off over half of my long thick arched eyebrows for thin lines. Very disappointing.

Not happy with my first experience. The good: the place is clean and the workers are kind. From what I saw they had a lot of beverages and lots of options. The bad: I waited 45 minutes before I even got started. I sat and watched a woman and her daughter who came in after me and got the same thing as me get started way before I did. Not only that but shortly after they finally started on my nails, a previous customer messed up all of her nails so I had to wait an additional 15 minutes while they took care of that. Plus I paid $50 for a dip powder manicure and basically just got my nails filed and then the dip powder applied. No hand massage or the extra here and there’s. Granted I did go during the busiest hours on a Sunday but I feel like 2 hours and 15 minutes for a manicure is way too long.

I have the most awful ingrown toenails. I was very pleased that Sonny took time with me and didnt rush. Not only did he cut them out, but the massage I got was the best Ive ever had! I will definitely be back! Even got my step daughter a tween pedicure. Its nice to have such a classy place in Saginaw! Thank you!

My daughter and I come here, we always are greeted with a smile and great customer service. Mix that with a great atmosphere and great services. Well keep coming back knowing well enjoy our time here.

Had a pedicure Friday with Lieue. She left 2 cuts in my toes. One is about 1/2 inch long and is now red and sore. The other is a very small cut. I have never had anything like this happen. I do not recommend going here.

This place does not even deserve a star in my eyes. I went in with acrylic gel dipped nails and they were taken off without asking. Then my nails were soaked in cold water. Then the technician knew I was annoyed and stopped doing my nails and had someone else take over. I ended up getting gel done and it lifted within the week. The gel was put on too thick. My nails broke because they were to thin after stripping them.My friend had gotten her nails done as well and her nails also broke and the gel lifted within the week. The technicians changed numerous times and had 3 different people doing her nails. Unorganized and not relaxing.Never will we step foot in this establishment again! If they were nice and not rude I may have considered giving them another try.

DONT GO HERE. I went here for the first time and ended up with 5 fingers and one toe getting infected and having to go to care now and pay way to much money for pills and cream to kill the infection. The doctor said it was caused by them not cleaning their tools and using them on multiple people, the care now is right next door and he told me hes had several people from this shop come to him with this issu . If you value or nails, time, or money DO NOT GO HERE. Not to mention I had nails break (dip) two days after and i went back in and they argued with me that i didnt go there then I produced a receipt and then they argued with me that the color I took a picture of when I got my nails done was not the color that they were (which they were)

Ive given this nail salon one too many tries only because its close to my house. Everytime I have gone its always a disappointment and they are overpriced The guy at the front is always rushing for us to pick out the color. This time I went my nails came out horrible and to top it off he cut my finger pretty bad with the nail buffer machine. The shape is horrible and my nails look fat and lumpy. My daughter also got her nails done here for homecoming and they were messy. This will be the last time I ever go here again. They talk about you in their language but little do they know I knew everything they were saying about us.

Great local place in Saginaw for the full spa day experience. Great customer service and quality work from the staff. Quick service too. I love it!

Beautiful shop and decorations! Makes me feel like Im in a palace getting my pedi. Chairs are like thrones with a million fingers massaging my back and neck. Everything is brand new and my feet feel like a million bucks!

The inside of this place is beautiful, and victor was accomodating. However I was disappointed with the way my nails were done. I had tips with gel powder put on. My nails are longer than what I asked for and the tips of my nails are uneven and wider than my nails making my nails look really big. I called the next day to see about getting them fixed. They said just come back in. I was given the same nail tech and he did some filing but to the underneath and not the sides or the top. They look the exact same. Very disappointed.

I had the worst experience ever. They are so rude and the owner was so unprofessional. I go to this nail salon every 2 weeks since its closer to my home. The boy who was at the cashier told me that I have some accumulated points for the next service. Next time when I went there, they forgot to deduct that from the charge. And I really didnt care and when I went this week once I gave my credit card I said that they told me I have some points that I can redeem and the guy(I assume he is the owner) got so arrogont and I said no worries and he was rude and was saying its not okay and you dont have enough points and so and so. Well, I pay to get a service so I dont want to see your rude attitude and I was just asking. I would never go there.

Ive never left a negative review before, but OMG, Im beside myself with this place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON!!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!! Ive been a customer for at least 2 years, getting nails, pedis, inviting my friends and family, but NO MORE. This past weekend, I had my usual full set of dip nails done on Sunday. By Monday afternoon, one nail had lifted. I had to run drugstore to get nail glue that night to keep the nail from completely falling off. After I glued it I figured all was good, but wait, a second nail is now lifting and its only Wednesday. So Im thinking, Ill just stop by after work and have them fix it, no problem. I drive over after work and tell the man at the front desk(I think the manager) about my nail issues and he says its fine, they will fix it and then tells me to go sit down. I ask how long the wait is and he tells me 30 minutes. WHAT???? I dont have 30 minutes to wait for them to fix a problem of theirs. Ive already spent over an hour this week just getting them done, I didnt have time for that. Then he asks, Can you come back tomorrow? WHAT???? Not being the confrontational type, I said well, Ill try but I dont know and he just shrugged his shoulders at me. I walked out fuming and thinking of all the things I shouldve said while I was in there. IM SOOOO FURIOUS AT THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Ive had some slight issues with this place before but nothing like this. Well, Im done. Ive given them other chances after not having that great of service but now IM DONE!!! If there was a way to give a negative star count, I would.

Very clean and friendly. My sister and I walked in and or in a chair in less than 3 minutes. There was no rush with out pedicures, like some places to get busy do.My toes were perfect and with my callused dancers feet, my Nail Tech had to work hard, lol.My sister loved her pedicure as well. Both ladies who worked on us were very sweet and we talked a lot; I am a people person and love to chit-chat. My tech had to redo my big toe nail all over again when I accidentally messed up the polish. She did so without hesitation and with kindness, unlike other places who give you a dirty look and just touch it up so it looks okay. Though I was just visiting my sister that day and we stumbled across Saignaw Nail Spa, I will make the 30-minute drive to get my nails done here from now on. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Walked in asked how much for acrylic I was told 3.00 more than web page. Asked how much a pedicure was and she abruptly said here’s the menu. After deciding I’ll try this as I was new to the area I said ok and was led to pedicure chair 2 techs came over one for hands one for feet and started to work. Unfortunately this was not relaxing at all because you were constantly looking up and down and having to continually move yours arms over and down to accommodate the nail techs reach. My shoulders should have been massaged from all the stretching. Everything happened so fast your were not able to enjoy the massage. When I went to pay and additional charge of 5.00 was added because I had a coffin shape that was already started and was told if you have a square or round there is no charge. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IF YOU SHAPE UP AN EXISTING STYLE OF THE COFIN OR SHAPE UP AN EXISTING ROUND OR SQUARE.the difference is your ripping off the customer with a awful explanation. If your desperate for money because your business is terrible find another way. I WILL NOT GO BACK.

I came in today (on a Saturday at 1 PM) and was seated in a spa chair for a spa pedicure and manicure with dip. I was completely done by 2:30. The staff are friendly and very professional. This is my new self care day place when I am in the Fort Worth area.

Hmmmm not sure what to say about this place so Ill start by saying its a beautiful establishment and is very nicely decorated, however; the customer service is bad and I actually stopped coming to this place because out of five technicians that I tried none of then could shape my dipped nails without humps. The manager guy walks around only communicating with the customers he chooses as if were not all paying with the same money. And the last straw was today when I told the lady doing my 5 yr old daughters mani not to use the sharp cuticle cutter and she persisted despite my objection until another lady had to tell her to stop...craziness yes I know, Im her mother, you do what I tell you to do to my child. Anyway, I hope they get better management and techs, but people will continue to come here because it is in a good location, but not me.

I have been here several times and it’s always a hit or miss. The customer service is not great. They have several nail techs but you still sit and wait for at least 30 minutes. And I have also been moved around several times if someone comes in and ask for a certain nail tech. It seems like the manager will only walk around and talk to regulars. The nail techs are so busy that they rush through the whole process. I won’t be going back.

I went in wanting lavender nails and came out with pink on the bottem half and purple on the top and the acrylic nails are not straight

My first visit there. Went in at 3:45 for a fill. No one waiting. They sat me at a station, I was watching tv and I realized I had been there almost 40 minutes and still hadn’t started on my nails. I left and won’t go back.

Nice, clean place. Service was not satisfying, I went with my mother and we sat next to each other and our nail techs couldn’t stop talking to each other long enough to properly massage, kept pointing off at other things or people and also washed all their utensils, bowls and tubs while our timers were on.

My daughter and I both tried the dip nails and enjoyed the experience. Clean, welcoming location, friendly staff.

It was an okay place. The owner seemed genuinely nice, but the person who did my pedicure and massage was less than mediocre. Wont be back

I go there alot but yesterday I checked off mani and pedi but only got pedi. The past two times Ive gone, they have messed my nails up. I think that there are better places to go

Walked in and all i asked was if they could reapply the clear top coat on one nail for shellac and the owner told me no we can’t do that we have to redo the whole nail. I told him that i didn’t need that but insisted on redoing it all. Expensive and for any little item they charge a lot.
