This place is a hidden little gem. It was clean and the vibes were amazing. There arent 2 people working on your hands and feet at the same time, which is great!! I could tell everyone was relaxed which helped me to relax. I will definitely be coming back.

There are many nail shops in Fort Worth but I dont really know one that can touch Ocean Nails. Great service, fast, friendly and very clean. They stayed late tonight to get my nails and toes done and I wont go anywhere else. They always do a great job. Thank you see you soon.

Sky did a fantastic job! I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and he was able to do exactly that. I also brought my own glow in the dark powder, and he was able to incorporate it into the manicure for me. 2nd time at this location, I’m not disappointed 👏🏽

I have been getting my mails done for YEARS and they ALWAYS lift and some fall off before 2 weeks when I get a fill. Ive gotten my mails done here twice. The first after 2 weeks, the second now 3 and they are still on my nails. I didnt know this was ppossible! I will be going to get a fill today after 3 weeks! (Ive been out of town) I will continue to go here!Plus they will put any design on your nails you want. Just show them a picture and they will re create it!

My sister suggested this place, but I will not be returning. The guy doing my nails, Sky, wasnt friendly and worked way too fast which caused him to nick me twice. The nail station table had a broken wrist holder which kept moving when I would place my hand on it. Although my nails turned out nicely, I wasnt impressed with this place.

I’m new to TX,and I’ve been having a time finding a nail tech I like. But I’ve been here a total of three times,and I get Sky each time. He’s honestly has given me exactly what I asked for every single time. I can show him a photo, and he will go from there. I currently LOVVVVE my nails right now. Thanks.

I had lost my faith in getting my nails done due to cut cuticles and nail techs inability to shape short to medium length nails correctly; but Oceans has restored my faith. The staff was polite and professional, the establishment was clean & my tech, Sky, was amazing! No nicks or pain from that dreaded drill. He was meticulous, gentle and you can tell he takes pride in his work! I absolutely love my nails! I will definitely be a regular customer!

The 1st time I came here, they did my nails perfect but ever since then they havent been able to be persistent. Ive tried to give them multiple chances but today was my last time EVER going back to them..

I would give zero, customer service is terrible and they did an awful job on my nails. And when I asked her if she could fix it, she said it was my fault. And was mad about fixing it. I was literally sitting there like she told me, not sure I ruined it. Then when I asked about pedicures, she tossed menu at me. And then never asked me to sit in a chair or anything. Please go anywhere else to get ur nails done.

First and last time going! The lady that was doing my nails was rude anyway, but the fact I had to change the color that I wanted 3 times because they were out?!?! I ended up having to get regular polish, wanted matte for a top coat, didn’t have that either!!! Not sure if she just didn’t want to do MY nails or they were truly out of everything, but I know I will never go back!!!

It’s sad that I’m even having to post this but I can not stand and be silent about the situation.. I have been coming to Ocean nails for a very long time now from getting married to being pregnant and having my baby.When I first met Evon and her husband they were the most awesome people customer service was out of this world and I swore I would never go anywhere else they took care of me like no one ever has! So I stuck with them ever since I want to say about 3 or 4 months ago I noticed a change in Evon her attitude was very nasty and rude but I let it slide many times because I understand everyone has “that day” or just things going on at home.. but as I continued to come it was getting worse and worse not only to me but to customers just the way she would respond wasn’t professional.I went there this past Wednesday to see if they were able to trim my toenail I was having a bit discomfort they ignored me for about 10 minutes and when she finally came over to me very rudely she asked me what I needed I told her and then she walked away? Not saying anything so I waited.. another 5 minutes then I finally asked if they were able to help me or not she started going off saying how I only let her husband do my pedicure and that he isn’t there and what not all this in the rudest way ever no professionalism whatsoever, at that point I knew it was time to say goodbye to this place. Her husband is the sweetest man ever but her she’s someone I definitely don’t want to be around especially somewhere you go to relax and unwind having that type of service is unexceptionable.

I got acrylic nails and Sky was my tech. My nails look horrible and my fingers are cut. I want them off and Ill be going somewhere else to get them redone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! Tried calling to leave a message about my dissatisfaction and wantingt money back and they dont even have a voicemail set up.

These people were so rude to me. This was my first time i this salon. The man with all the bumps on his face never asked what kind of pedicure I wanted. Then when I asked for the things that I wanted he explained that he forgot to ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted. Probably because he was too busy watching a college football game. My big toe bail was also crooked and he got agitated when I asked for it to be filed evenly. Then they started speaking another language and staring at me like they were talking about me. Furthermore, after he finished he left me sitting there for about 20 minutes without explaining that the other lady still doing pedicures would do my nails. When I tried to get his attention he ignored me until I kept saying, Excuse me sir, louder and louder. So, they kept doing the eyebrows of everyone who came in after me as I just sat there foolishly believing that I would get customer services. When I decided that I would no longer take this act of discrimination and got up to leave I asked for the owners name, which the guy with all the bumps on his face wouldnt give me. I also got the number to the licensing and Regulation department I will be filing a complaint with them. I am also going to post this on Google and file a complaint with the better business Bureau. Even though they tried to delay me I still got a beautiful overlay at my regular nail salon. Worst experience Ive ever had in all my years of going to nail shops all over the country.

I had a young male tech, he worked too fast and left my nails looking a mess. He was constantly on his phone and worried about something else rather than doing a good job, I had to tell him 3 times to fix my nails because they were uneven. Waste of money and time. Pedi was done by older guy which he was rude and didn’t understand English so he didn’t know what I was asking for.

Me and my mom go there all the time and were friends with them and me and her are now regulars so now when i get extra on my acrylics they still charge me the 22$ instead of 25$ They are really friendly and my mom and i kinda have a regular person that does our nails 😍😍there amazing i stronly recommend it.

The only reason i give 1 star is because when i walked in everybody spoke. But sky did my nails i was referred to this place i go to legacy nails on hulen but i tried someone different and never again. He did my nails in 2.5 seconds he rushed i dont like. Thats what i get should have never went to nobody new now i have to go to my nail tech tommorw she has to fix my nails

Y’all.I can’t even DESCRIBE how much I loved my experience at Ocean Nails.Firstly, everyone is so NICE. When you walk in, you’re greeted, they ask you what service you’d like, and they do their best to make sure that you’re comfortable.Secondly—the PEDICURE. Surely the work of the gods... Ven’s hands are incredible. My feet are STILL baby soft. Hahaha!Thirdly—EVON. The woman is a magician when it comes to nails. A MAGICIAN. She’ll try anything, and her portfolio is FABULOUS.They even have a pedicure station FOR KIDS! So your little girl can get her toes done like Mommy (so precious)!The whole environment is fun and light, and really even the customers make the experience better. We weee able to just relax and have good conversation with each other. I’m not going anywhere else for my paws and claws. This is the place to go!

Really liked my nails she was very talented and had good service and it’s why I still give this place 5 stars only down side was that there was a lot of residue left on my nails around the cuticle area and it was time consuming to take off I have pictures as well .. I was also scrubbing pretty hard at the nail salon and had to come back home and scrub them again :(

Horrible,,,,for the third time I was overlooked,,,the shop is too small for have appointments,,,ppl from out of the neighborhood make appts and ppl who live in the neighbor who walk by never get service,,,,they dont even acknowledge that the have kept you waiting,,,,,bad service,,,poor workmanship on a couple of clients waking out the door

Ive been going to Ocean Nails with my Mother since we moved from England in 2004. Theyre amazing! Jennifer and Tina are the best for Mani/Pedi and eyebrows. My mother has terrible feet with her arthritis and Tina is very gentle with her, but always meets her needs. Mum cannot go anywhere else. I have been other places just because of the convenience but always regret going and should have made the time to go to Ocean Nails!!I always feel like ive had my feet done! lol, cleaned up, energized/relaxed at the same time, and feel much better after going.For those of you who get mani/pefis I think youll know what I mean. They massage your calves and feet, it feels great! Never had that done anywhere else.I cannot say enough about them, ok sometimes the wait time is a little long, but honestly, its always worth it! Theyre family owed, always busy - so get there early and leave plenty of time for waiting a little bit. They do a wonderful job and you have to understand, if you were the client in the chair while the other person waits, wouldnt you not like it if they rushed you just because theyre busy? So, take the time, wait a little bit and youll be rewarded. I hate that I live so far away now, and cannot go so regularly, but when I do, oh man!Thanks everyone working there, youre awesome! :) Im not sure what took me so long to write a review. :/

The prices have gotten outrageous compared to what they use to be.. Jennifer had become very rude mind you I have been going to them for 5 years now and they treated me horribly the last two times that I have went to their establishment. I really miss Tina and wish I knew which nail shop she moved to.

This salon use to provide great customer service but as it grew its business the customer service really went down the hill and also the quality of the work ...had to get my nails fixed three times and still was breaking within a week .

Only go here because Ive been following my nail tech wherever she goes.

This was my first time and I got acrylic and they were WAY to thick and I asked if they could file them more and he gave me attitude about wanting them filed and start filing my cuticles to much whIch really hurt but they’re aren’t professional at all!

Ive had my nails 4 weeks and my nails usually break by the 2nd week, and have a paint chip, yes i do have acrylics . And i only paid $25 . I will be going to the again😁
