First time coming, Amy was great! :) great customer service, she made sure my nails were the length, shape, & thickness I wanted! I walked in 30 minutes before close & she still took the time to stay late & do my full solar gel set. Price was great too, thanks again Amy!! Ill definitely be coming back

Ive been to this salon twice, and I love it! Michael is very thorough and knows what he is doing. If I see something that I dont like, he doesnt stop until its corrected the way I like it. Michael and Kim are both very nice, and go out of their way to make you feel valued as a customer. I will definitely be back!

I have been coming to this place for a few months now and they are absolutely amazing. The salon is clean and it doesn’t smell like a typical nail salon. They are very friendly and they do a wonderful job. I usually see Kim and get my acrylics done there. These nails stay on very well. I am very active and use my nails a lot, hunting and car work, and these are the only nails that stay on well. Overall, they deserve more than 5 stars. They provide excellent customer service.

I been coming to PureLux for about 3 years and I absolutely love the customer service. Michael and Kim are extremely efficient and they know what they are doing. I am a regular customer. I honestly don’t trust anybody else to do my manicure and pedicure. Every month I get the lavender pedicure which I absolutely recommend. Thank you for always taking care of me.

Kim and My were excellent! My mom and I both got pedicures. They were patient and very thorough. I got the Aloe Vera Pedicure. I don’t know many places in Fort Worth that use the real app Vera plant for their pedicures. We both agreed that these are the best Pedicures we’ve had in awhile!

Been here many times. Their price reflects the quality of service. Top notch. I went to another one down the road, it was cheaper, but the service was terrible. Ill ONLY go to Pure Lux.

This place is the best! They are really professional and have great quality. They take care of their customers. This was my first time. I went with my friends and we all were taken care of.The manicures and pedicures were top notch quality. I had Suki, Kim and Michael. They made me comfortable. Even fed me cereal and cookies when I was hungry. I had a great laugh and honestly enjoyed their service.I have very brittle nails so they explained and recommended I get the dipped nails which was new for me. They feel so natural and were painless.I also got the basic pedicure which was wonderful.Anyone looking for a quality place this is it!!!

I love this nail shop. Everyone there is so kind and the customer service is amazing. I always love my nails- theyre the only place that can do my nails exactly how I want them to. They always aim to please, but some people will not be happy no matter what. I always have a great experience.

This was my first experience here after having a very poor experience at a different salon so I was a little nervous. I checked them for Cleanliness and workmanship and They did a great job! My mother and I both had Mani/Pedis and are both very satisfied. They had several return customers while we were there. We will definitely be back!

Good customer service but their products are very cheap. Twice I did powder dip and within 5 days, 2 - 3 nails had popped off. I was told my nails are too oily. I finally tried a different nail shop and my power dip nails last for over 3 weeks. Pure Lux needs to improve the quality of the products they are using quickly.

Love this salon! I have been going for about 8 months and they always do a great job! They take their time and my nails last for a month to a month and a half every time.

I went in for dip powder nails but Kim convinced me to do gel. Not really sure why since the gels are cheaper. This place is very small and dusty. They keep their supplies on the floor in a box. She kept stopping to check on the other employees. She cut my cuticle and made me bleed. Kim has long and very sharp nails of her own and she kept scratching me. The reason they have so many good ratings is bc they will beg you to leave a positive rating. Overall, i do not recommend and will not be returning. Id rather spend the $40 at a higher end place.

Never again! I was told they stopped taking walk ins at 6:45 (which is fine, it’s saturday. I know it’s busy) So, I called to see if they would be able to service me. I spoke to a guy that said” yes, you want to come in?” I replied “yes, I’ll be right in”.I walk in at 6:30 and one of the worker asked me to write my phone number down and to come back.You close at 7:30, exactly at what time do you expect me to come back? 10:00!Bad for business

I love this place!! Kim, Michael and Julie are always welcoming and their prices are very reasonable. I always go to Kim for my nails and she always does an AMAZING job. Highly recommend them to any and everyone.

Love this place so much! I never do girly things like this and decided on a whim to go. I got the Shellac Manicure ($35) and Pomegranate Pedicure ($35). Seriously the best massage chair Ive ever sat in. Michael did my hands and Tiffany did my feet. Im telling all my friends!

Contrary to Jennifer’s experience. I had an awesome visit! I was treated like a queen. Unlike in big salons i got special attention and an awesome pedicuure. I found Michael and kim to be very personable and they have great customer skills. I got one of the best pedicures i have ever had for christmas. Thumbs way up. I am more than satisfied. Will come back here for sure and tell my friends!

Nice place! Im happy with my nails. First time for the SNS or dipped nails (whatever you call it). Lol they were pretty confident that they are among the best in the area. Nice shop and they are very friendly and cool. They kept emphasizing the importance of customer service and that their customers were like family. My nails are very thin from previous filing from other places and they were gentle on my nails and suggested I do the dip powder on my natural nail. I originally came in for a full coffin set and had a broken nail and even mold starting to grow from the previous set. Bye bye acrylics!!! Thanks, Michael and Kim. And thanks for pronouncing my name right on the first try. I will be back.

This has recently become my salon of choice. Kim & Michael are both incredibly customer service oriented and kind. They will stay open late for customers who walk in right at closing time.I have been getting solar for years and Im VERY PARTICULAR and I couldnt be happier with the amazing job that Kim does. Anyone who says the people who work here are rude are not very adept to how customer service works.And for the terribly rude people who take jabs at the accents and language, which by the way, you idiot, is VIETNAMESE! You make me ashamed to be American. Grow up!

Great service and experience. This salon is very detail oriented and customer service focused. I got a great pedicure and manicure. I had 2 different techs, one for pedi and one for mani, and I could tell both were highly skilled. Everyone is very friendly and happy and working hard to give each customer the best experience. I will keep coming back here.

I have been coming to Pure Lux for almost a year now and I wont go anywhere else in Fort Worth for nail care. Michael and Kim are AMAZING. They are both so kind, friendly and so very detail oriented. They are both perfectionists! They have the biggest selection of dip nail powder I have ever seen and everything I have had done there (gel nails, dip manicure, pedicure) has been the highest quality.I have never been to a nail salon that is as clean as this one is. The pedi baths are always used with a liner, and they actually use their autoclave! A new, sterilized set of tools is brought out for each customer. I dont think I have gotten newly sterilized tools at any salon before this one.I look forward to going to Pure Lux every few weeks and I am so impressed that Kim and Michael remember everyone who goes in the shop. They are consummate professionals who care deeply about client satisfaction, are happy to answer questions and help you select the service that is right for you but I have never felt pushed or pressured into anything. I have never been upsold there or made to feel like I should get a more expensive option. I love being a regular there and I have recommended the salon to everyone I know!Treat yourself today! You wont be disappointed!

This was my first experience in a nail salon - it was ok they were a bit pushy about me paying first & they did treated me a bit rude as well but only reason they get 3 stars is for the $8.00 paint job - it is a good deal. Two stars off because I didn’t need the rudeness & attitude!

I waited over an hour even though i was told it would only be a 30 min wait which was fine not an hour tho. Two weeks in and my nails are falling off!!! I will never be coming back.

TERRIBLE PLACE! I do not recommend it to anyone. Its an hour wait and the prices are ridiculous!!! Service needs to be quicker. Wasted an hour and a half of my life that I will never get back!!!

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but they FAILED big time! The 1st time I went, I got the SNS nails, which I usually get at another salon. Kim did my nails and she did a decent job. The whole time I was there, all they were talking about is how theyre the best at it and good luck on getting SNS done correctly anywhere else... Well, a week later I had to go back because my nail broke. I walk in and Kim tells me they are too busy and that she doesnt have anyone else, other than herself who can do the SNS nails. Great! I drove there for nothing! I eventually came back and got my nail fixed by Michael. He charged me $7...$7 for a broken nail and even had the nerve to say that it was a lot of work, and that its like getting a whole new set. I paid and walked out...luckily I had cash because apparently they dont take cards unless its $10 and up. I decided on last Saturday to give this place one last chance and they failed me once again! First I called and had an appointment at 6:30, gave Kim my name and told her Id be there at 6:20 so I can get my previous SNS powder soaked off. I get there and guess what? She started doing nails on another lady and had the nerve to say, oh I thought she was the customer who called. My response was, did you not ask for the name and the correct time?! She starts speak to Michael in that foreign language that they speak. I had 2 people soak off my nails. She didnt start on me until 7:20! Beyond ridiculous! Not only did I wait for over an hour, she messed my nails up really bad. The white powder stuff was all on my nails and very noticeable. She tried to correct it and still failed, then had the nerve to say the first time I thought it was my fault and I tried to fix it, but its the powder. Of course she starts speaking in that foreign language with Michael and then he gets involved that the powder is like that.. Well guess what? Fix it! Thats what I said! Kim tells me its already 8:30...meaning she doesnt have time. Not my fault! But guess what? You lost a customer and are now getting a bad review! If you had changed the color of my nails to one that was not messed up, you wouldve had a happy, satisfied customer. Oh and I took a picture of the nail buffer you had on the floor and tried to use on my daughter and I; I gladly have sent it to the report I made with the state. Also. They charged another customers card 3 times because their internet was down; come to find out one of their employees by the name of Sam accidentally had disconnected the wifi. SMH. The customer was pretty mad and called them out. He even called the police. When he left, the whole time they were bad mouthing him and Michael even said he acts like a woman and that hes a fing idiot! Wow! I was in shock! Just stay away from this place. Theyre a joke. Cheap products and a horrible staff. Theyre money hungry and do not care about the customers. Theyre more like Pure-Shi*, not PureLux! I will never go back to this place again. I will also be contacting the owner.

Heres my experience from point one. I came in because I had an ingrown fingernail. I walk in mani and pedi? Me: just a mani please them: have a seat in chair 2. You want gel? Me: no just a polish them: if you get a pedi we give you five dollars off and can start you right now. This went on for 5 or so minutes of them trying to upsale me. I sat in chair two for 20 minutes before they got to me. This whole time I listened to the woman complain about how she didnt make enough money working here and how broke she was. (Seemed like a giant tip me more if you ask me.) this worker had her daughter in the shop with her because she was to broke to send her anywhere she contributed to gripe about how she only made 50 dollars a day. So after waiting in my chair for 20 minutes they get to me. Then someone else walks in and says they have an apt after waiting for 20 min with my hands in cold water they just removed polish off of one hand when they dropped everything left me sitting at the table and started attending the other lady. My tech came back another 20 min later I informed her I had in ingrown nail and the whole reason I came was I wanted it removed. She asked if it hurt and I said very much and showed her which finger. She ignored it and squeezed me finger when filing etc she took a lemon and rubbed it into my sore. I reminded her of the nail and asked her to remove it at first she said I was wrong that I didnt have one because she couldnt see it I told her that I felt it and I can see the puss coming out of it that i know o have one then she said no that she didnt want to be sued and would not do it I told her that was the only reason I was getting my nails done today. She tried to sell me gel nails I told her no again and again and for ten minutes she tried to sell me on them. Then she asks if I would pay BEFORE I got my nails done. Hell no! After it was all said and done they didnt have a dryer so they put my hands in front of a desk fan and forget about me I was there 30 minutes and my hands were freezing I finally got up went to her and asked if it was ok if I left. She said yes I paid and then tipped her. She grabbed the receipt from me before I could even finish signing and was looking at the tip amount (10%) I quickly left. I sat in my car to send off a short text and I was honestly afraid she was going to come running out telling me my tip wasnt enough. I got home and my nails were so jacked up its not even funny. I sent a text to my boyfriend and he said even I could do better then that. Not to mention the whole time I was there they wouldnt shut up about how they were the best and the only place to get your nails done that they fix everyone elses mistakes and everyone comes to their shop because it is the best. They must have had a very cheap nail polish because it never dried. Hours later I was awakened because my finger that I had an ingrown nail in still hurts and is still there. Basically I waited 2 hours to get my nails jacked up.

I went in last night and I’m not satisfied I paid 55 for ombré dip nails and I wish he would’ve just told me he didn’t know how or wasn’t that good because my nails look a mess they are lopsided bumpy and the ombré affect isn’t there at all I feel like a cartoon character with these nails on I don’t like confrontation and I went In late last night so I was extremely too tired to notice much so when I woke up this morning I realized that I Just spent 80 dollars on work that isn’t deserving I am truly disappointed and I won’t be back
