The nail technician which did my pedicure was super nice, friendly, and she did not hurts me! She left me pretty much alone, just the way I prefer it. However, the paint job was absolutely horrendous! Corners were not painted, the nail polish was all over, and far from clean and neat. It literally looked like a 6 year old did it. I complained and went back the next day to get it fix. Once I got there everyone had a hard time understanding why I am back and what I wanted. Also, the nail polish that I wanted was empty, but displayed! They gave me the color menu and told me twice more they don’t have the color I chose! Super super disappointed about this very unprofessional setting and behavior of the staff! I will not return for sure!!

Lynn and Tina are amazing. Lynn polished my fingernails without melting them. Dremels shouldnt be used on body parts.

Mary was fantastic. My pedicure was very professionally done. I loved her massage technique. I will continue to use Nail Pro and Spa. They are clean, you dont have to wait long, and the level of service is excellent.

Called in to make an appointment & they told me to come in. when I got there they told me someone will be with me shortly but that turned into waiting an hour & 30minutes.Next thing you know, two Caucasian women walked in & they were offered service.I couldn’t believe my eyes!I was not offered a drink or nothing ! Not one employee cared! I just had to walk out because at that point I was obviously not welcomed here & so is all people of color !There is another nail shop down the street! We left! They are not friendly. Yold us it would be am hour. No problem, we were okay with waiting. One lady told us to go the 5he pedicure chars pointed at a char (it was 2 of us) and said sit. No turning on water, no clear direction no massage chair control, nothing. After 15-20 minutes another woman comes and they immediately sat her in a massage chair gave her water, etc. Im sorry with ordering over $200 in services, I thi k we at least deserve the same type of treatment, no matter the wait. Terrible customer service

My complaint is that my nail tech put my flip flops on while the dividers were still on. My flip flops didn’t stay on and messed up the polish on 4 toes. This was my first pedicure in 21 months and I came home and had to remove the polish and do it myself. She also “ forgot “ my manicure!!!I usually have excellent care but I am very disappointed!

I decided to change my nail salon and tried this one. My first time was great, the lady who did my french nails did them great. So I decided to go there again but this time it just sucked. First I walked in and one of the ladies came to ask what I wanted, told them mani(dip ombre) and pedi. She proceeds to talk to the 3 other girls sitting close by and then turns to me and says the new rule is that I pay first before my service. This made me immediately uncomfortable because a quick sweep of the room made me realized I was the only black person in that place. So I asked why I had to pay first? And also I had been there a few weeks prior and they didnt have that rule then. They proceed to talk among themselves, not in English of course, and then she tells me its ok. I can pay after my nails are done. Only reason I decided to stay is I had a function soon after and didnt have time to go to another nail place.Just to make sure I wasnt tripping,I paid attention to customers leaving and noticed they paid after their nails were done. And I saw they never asked anyone else coming in to pay at the door before they were serviced. It was profiling at its best and Im not going back to this place ever again. Ill take my money elsewhere thank you!

I am so disappointed with my visit. I’ve been sick for a month (non-Covid related) and decided to get my daughter and I out the house for pedicures. I felt like this was SUCH a wasted outing. The women were rude and gave poor service to me and my child. Did not offer a beverage to my child even though that was included with the service, didn’t use a hot towel- hot stone which was supposed to be included with the service and did a poor job in the quality of work the polish chipped before even walking out the door. I used to come to this place faithfully years ago and stopped going. I was reminded why when I returned this visit. Will not EVER return.

Went in on a saturday...by thursday 2 nails fell off ... I went in that followin saturday (a week after gettn them done) PAID to have them fixed and again by sunday, 2 nails were broke. Not worth my time nor money to return.

I’ve been going here for years, but recently I’ve started wearing ombré longer nails. Linda does a wonderful job. I would recommend you ask for her.

Ive been going to Nail Pro on 820 and Hulen for.over 20 years. Dawn (Sang) is my nail tech and does an excellent job.

Im not a person to leave a bad review but I was really disappointed at my service. This is my 2nd time going. The 1st time with OK . This time not so much. 1st when I got there I was moved around from nail tech to nail tech.3 times! One started then got pulled away to help someone else which I thought was rude to keep moving me around. I was not offer a drink when I asked for one . Amber was my nail tech. She did a poor job even when the owner told me she was the best. I think not! She added a tip and did not make sure my nails were all the same length. Which really bugged me. Even when I asked her to file them more she popped an attitude towards me. I asked her for chrome and she told me no They dont do chrome on top of dip . Which Ive done many times at another nail salon. Im a customer I should get what I want as long I pay for it. I even left her a tip... I will not go here again. I wouldnt have if my nail artist was not busy. The salon is very beautiful but the customer service not so much.

Took my daughter here to get her nails done for her birthday I went Friday afternoon by Friday night myself had chip nails day Saturday my daughters complete manicure was off spent over $100 at this place in my nails didn’t even last 24 hours!!! They rushed us and just wanted the money.

Ive had three people recommend this place to me. So I was very excited.As soon as I got there I could feel how rushed the nail techs were... but I understood, busy day.Holly, who was working on my manicure completely rushed it (took her about 5 mins before she started applying polish). And it was a HORRIBLE JOB. She didnt trim cuticle or shape the nails. When I told her I didnt like it towards the end, she yanked my hand and proceeded to take the gel polish off with a buffer. I could tell she was upset so she was being super rough...she literally burned and left my nail paper thin (pinky)Heres the kicker:After I asked for another associate, a man (Im guessing the manager) walked up to me and started yelling that she was a professional and was the only nail tech available (a lie).I tried to show him her work but he wouldnt even look at it and yelled at me again that she was a professional, in front of everyone. It was so embarrassing that even other customers jumped in to defend me because he was being so rude.Prices are cheap here, I get it. But so is the service.Please, do not waste your time here.

With a heavy heart I now have to retract my five stars. My understanding the owners have sold. The people there now dont care about your nails. Save your nails! Do not go here! Cleanliness isnt here anymore. Friendliness isnt here anymore. They botched my nails twice and the only thing they would offer me was to try again. I had to take them off myself at home because they were hurting. The lady dremeled underneath my nails and chopped off my real nails that I have work so hard to maintain. Save yourself some heartache because they dont care. They use the same files as the person before you covered in white from previous nails. Nothing done to cuticles.

I absolutely had a really good experience at this place, just recently moved back to the area and haven’t been here in years I went to get a pedicure and it was a day that they do specials and i ended up getting a mani, pedi, and a wax and it was very very reasonably priced... then i even came back the next day to get a full facial and it was AMAZING!! I highly recommend this place and every time I go I will ask for MARY... she’s new to the location and she’s very professional, sweet, nice, and knows her stuff!!!! Go check it out and ask for her!!!

Depends on the nail technician that you get. You will get a rush job if you do not pay attention to the technician

Omg! It was excellent. Im visiting from san Antonio and found this place by the hurlen mall. This pedicure made me feel so special. Very relaxing hot wax on my feet and hot towels on my legs following a 15 leg massage. Ask for kon hes the best.

I was in and out for a pedicure in less than 30 minutes (including picking polish and dry time). In some situations that is a good thing, but for a relaxing pedicure it is not. The pedicure itself was 15 minutes. My cuticles were not cut, the “massage” lasted all of five minutes, and no scrubbing of the feet. I know that because she set a timer. I went on a Tuesday afternoon so they were not busy. Maybe it was because there is a special price on Tuesday, but if it is less than the standard it should be advertised as such. I will not be back and will not recommend this place to anyone ever!I should also note that I spoke to the front desk when I paid and all she offered was to show me that I checked in at 3:07 and paid at 3:30 when I said it was a 15 minute pedicure. Okay 23 minutes, but that included me going back out to my car for my mask and deciding on polish color. I am not sure what she was justifying because 23 minutes is still pretty despicable.

I wouldn’t even give this place One star. I was in this place at 1:00pm it is now 3:20pm. I did a basic manicure which sucked. I asked for a $50 pedicure that I didn’t even get done as they kept saying I was next. Then someone walked in and they would tell me to hold on. Top that off I asked for my daughter to get her nails and toenails painted they didn’t even do that. They kept saying customers first like she wasn’t a damn customer.

I should have looked at the reviews. Save your money they use cheap products. I got my nails done on Wednesday and by Friday not only was I missing a nail and every diamond I put on my nails their 33 dollar nail special for powder dip on your real nails so if there no very long I wouldn’t recommend. Plus the powder dip hurts they grind your nail down so much. Mine still came out lumpy and ugly today is Sunday it’s only been 5 days and I want to take them off so bad.

This is my favorite nail salon. They’re fast, which matters to me. They also always do a great job. It doesn’t matter who does my mani or pedi when I’m there, it’s always exactly what I want & done to perfection. Which they expect of their team. They all care about the quality of service & product you receive. Love these guys!

My experience at Nail Pro & Spa is amazing. The staff put me at ease from the first time I walked into the building. Somehow I was lucky enough to have found Nancy. She is special, hardworking and takes pride in her work. She has given me pedicures and manicures for over a year. I always make my appointments with her. Nancy is awesome! She is friendly, humorous and gives the second effort. I strongly suggest for men and women to book an appointment with Nancy. You will always be impressed!

I have been to your salon before and my sister has been going for about ten years. Everyone has always been so nice there. I really didnt want to give any stars for the treatment I received during my pedicure with Amber. I dont always have the money to treat myself to a pedicure. I explained to Amber that my big toenails are thick. She didnt attempt to cut them, but filed them instead. Every other salon have always been able to cut them. Amber then said I was making her job very hard. She told me that I should have a pedicure at least once a month, but said twice if I was too lazy, I should at least take care of them at home. After that she didnt speak or look at me, even when she wrapped my legs in the hot towels, she didnt even ask if they were too hot. My sister had a wonderful woman do her pedicure. I paid for the pedicure and tipped her well. I am not sure why. I am sure I am not the only customer that didnt have foot and nail problems. She was so rude. I didnt enjoy my pedicure at all and she really hurt my feelings and I am just grateful that no other customers were in that area to hear how rude she talked to me, but my sister couldnt believe it either. You have a wonderful salon, but again I have never been treated so rudely at any salon.

Very lovely nails

Paid and tipped for a dip manicure 4 days ago and they already chipped. Went back to ask them to fix it and the manager gave me such a hard time and was extremely rude about it. I waited 45 minutes for them to fix it. I get home and a few hours later, the others ones chipped. I would go back, but the manager was so rude that I’m just going to go somewhere else. Horrible manager and terrible service!

Im not the one getting anything done Im just the boyfriend getting my girlfriends nails done. From what I see from sitting by the waiting area next to some kids waiting on their mother I have to say its a nice place nice scenery and quality of work (I think Im the guy I dont know about nails and stuff) but I do recommend this place.

They cut the nails with scissors that is so unprofessional and I complained to the main boss about it and she said they werent finished yet making it seemed that I was wrong and they could be fixed I then waited 15 mins because the lady said she had to go eat because she was hungry ! What kind of place is this Im super mad this is a place where Im never coming again and yet she did the square round saying I said that but I clearly did not I wanted coffin shape, Amber clearly doesnt know her shapes. she was just in a rush at the beginning because she was hungry it is not my fault she was hungry thats why there are breaks too take I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THE WORST PLACE EVER and charging me $36 Im sure if I try to do the nails my self I could do a much better job !

I have been coming to “Nail Pro & Spa”, for almost a year now and not once have I been disappointed or upset with any of my visits. I highly recommend Kim, but everyone else is just as amazing!

Wednesdays they have $20 pedicure specials, but I get gel so I knew it would be more...Just called to get a price for a gel pedicure and a mens pedicure, she gave me a price for the gel. I asked for mens price and she said, I no talk now, I busy now, bye and hung up on me. I called back, said Id like to speak to someone else, and she hung up on me again. Called again and she hung up. Called one more time, I said how much for mens pedicure, finally gave me a price. Terrible customer service on the phone, so I can only imagine what service is like there.

ASHLEY was my manicurist today I was extremely pleased with her work. She did my nails in a French Dip as well as a pedicure. I will certainly be back. This was my second visit to this salon. Everything appears nice clean, light, bright with relaxing music. Not a lot of talking going on which I like because I prefer this to be me time. I will request ASHLEY on my next visit.

I moved here from Dallas about three years ago and I have been going to different nail salons and have always been disappointed. Then I found this place nearly two years ago. Since then i have been a loyal client. They always welcome you and offer you complimentary beverages. The manager will make sure your expectations are met and the staff is great. When your at a salon you always have to weave yourself through the nail salon to see who meets your expectations. Thats with any salon you go to. I found my match with two techs there. They are both thorough and make sure your satisfied. You will always need to speak up if your not, and for me that has only happened once in the two years Ive been going. That was because it was a tech that wasnt use to the umbre technique. I still let him do it because you have to start somewhere and I did announce that I wasnt pleased then and after a few days came back in per the manager and they fixed it for me. Even that experience was pleasant.Give this place a try. I reccomend to make and appointment because at times it can be packed especially when holidays or prom or even if spring break is around the corner. Give this place a shot and see whos best suitable for you and engage in conversation with your tech because you may laugh a little.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Never going here again. I asked for a specific nail shape, and my nails ended up crooked, they were all different shapes, I had dip paint all over my fingers, and glue all over my fingers. I called and asked them to fix them, and they agreed to fix it, which was cool! But they had the same woman (kelly) try and fix it and she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. I asked her “if you wanna change all my nail color to the solid color on my middle finger, if that would be easier you can do that” then she tells her manager, and they start telling me I have to pay for it, I’m like...? It was a suggestion to make it easier for all of us, and they start telling me that my nails look fine, so I asked them to just give me a refund. And we went back and forth for a while. And she tells me “I’m not giving you free nail, I pay rent here” I wasn’t trying to get free crooked nails, haha. It’s a mess. I gave up and went and got my nails done at a real salon.Seriously, this was insane. This place is a hot mess.

I’ve been coming to this salon since December of 2017. I was always so excited to go there & meet with my regular person, Vee. Here recently things have changed. Completely new staff, except for the owner/manager, which is concerning. The past two visits I’ve just been uncomfortable with, but the most recent kinda did it in for me. My gentleman did a fine job, but he nicked my cuticle to where it bled & didn’t apologize. He seemed to do the dip powder in a different order than others - not that I’m a professional - but I can see straight through one of my nails and see the previous color I had???? And then he didn’t even bother to finish my set, someone else had to come check on me to say I was okay to leave. I love the place & prices, but may have to consider finding a new place if things keep going weird.

I came here before and had a GREAT experience with getting an eyebrow wax, Im picky with my eyebrows but I look almost the same coming out as I did going in and not only that VIVIAN was horribly rude. Acted inconvenienced that she had to do her job and wax my eyebrows. Only said hi and Im done when she was done I was planning on coming back for nail services but now Ill take my business and my money elsewhere. What a joke of a place.

Went in to have a few services since. While getting my pedicure the nail tech was very rude. He cut my skin while cutting my cuticle on my toes and when I said something about it he said I think your just being a little too sensitive. When I repeated what he said he confirmed what I thought that I had heard. My husband was ready to leave right then. If it wasnt for Vi (V) my experience wouldve been horrible. The receptionist asked about my service and assured me it wouldnt happen again.

Very affordable, especially if you are a student and they will give you 20% off. Ive been going there for several years, but unfortunately the quality has declined. The one guy technician is FABULOUS (especially his pedicures), but most of the ladies are sloppy (Ive had several some lopsided manicures). Four years later, they are finally losing my business.

Very nice clean place I like the service but today I was very disappointed. While I’m getting my nails done one of the men tech was sick blowing his nose at the sink not one time did he wash his hands oh yeah I’m watching you then had the nerves to service someone that came to his station yuck!!!!!

Atmosphere was Amazing! Very nice set up. The custodian was constantly cleaning. The ladies that did my nails were very nice!! Me and my daughter had a great time! As we both enjoyed our manis and pedis. Although its only been one week and Im very dissatisfied with the results! I spent over $100 and one nail has already broke. And my gel polish is peeling horribly! Couldve just got regular polish because my daughters polish is peeling as well! I thought this would be my new shop especially since I hadnt treated myself in two years. Im highly upset and would only recommend this place if you dont mind paying a higher price for the nice atmosphere great customer service and cheap nails.

I got punched and she called it a massage, they forgot my complimentary water, and they had an entire discussion in Vietnamese about how long that assualt they referred to as a massage should take place. Im very glad i was shorted on my 15 minutes. At least the place was clean.

Don’t bring your kids if you don’t have a sitter just go somewhere else! They did a mediocre job and didn’t listen when I said I wanted my nails short. I will never go back.

Went for the dip powder with fake tips, JO rushed through my nails and left them all uneven so he could smoke a cigarette outside. Then looked at me as if he was expecting a tip. I will not be coming here again.

This place was awesome!!!!! I called 2 nail salons around 6:30 PM and i was told that they wouldnt see me because they close at 7 pm ! So I called Nail Pro & spa around 6:50 pm. Cindy (Im so sorry if I got the name wrong ) picked up and asked me how far I was I told her I was around Tj Maxx and she said to head in ! When I went in the first thing I noticed was their hospitality! This placed smelled amazing and everything was so clean and nice . Cindy helped me pick my colors! I got the nail dip on my own nails. JO did my nails ! He did an amazing job ! My husband loves my nails 😊 I will definitely be back !! Thankyou so much !!

I got acrylic and a few of my nails ended up lopsided. My friend also got the acrylic but the lady heckled her into adding the gel and she used a red powder base for some reason. Her nails did not turn out well at all. Wish I could find a place that didnt bully you into getting more stuff done. Very disappointed.

Called and asked for the price of dip and she just straight up said “32” and hung up on me. I was hoping to make an appointment but she was so rude I’m just going to pay $8 extra and go to country nail and spa down he street. These people are quite rude!

Ive been getting my nails done for years. When I started coming here I noticed every time I would get dip nails. My nails cracked within the first week of getting them done. I decided to get gel pedicure and within same week after I shower the nail polish started rubbing off. The products are cheap, I will not be coming back.
