Could have been better, dont think I looked important enough.... I was there for 2.5 hrs paid $111 but still have streaks of a inconsistent brush stroke on my nails, left over polish on my fingers and unpainted sides. For the price and the time.... IT WAS NOT WORTH MY MONEY.The only nice things is the staff is nice, but they all rush.

Ive gone to this place for a few months now. 1 its convenient and 2 the prices are decent. Last time i went i got the dip for my nails but they were too thin and a few broke in half after 2 days. No biggie mistakes happen. I let my nail artist Helen know that i would like for her to do them a little thicker to prevent my nails breaking. Not only did she accommodate that but she did a fantastic job!! She actually took the time to make sure she did them to my liking. It took a little longer then usual but i rather take to long and my nails come out great vs doing them quick and breaking nails. Helen was great and hopefully ill get her when i go back for another set.

This place is spectacular! They can do almost anything you ask for and the service is wonderful. They actually care about your nails instead of just providing a service, they even dress the part as a team! True definition of getting your monies worth I will definitely be back🙂

What a nice nail shop. I went here because I didnt want to drive to the place I normally go. Wow, so glad I did. Nice and clean. Very spacious, which is a huge plus for me. MAI was very polite and ask me what I wanted and she even gave me a recommendation to try a little something different for fun. She took her time and didnt rush through the process. She also told me how to care for my nails between visits and what to do in order to keep them healthy and strong. An Absolutely wonderful experience. I believe I have found my new nail salon!!💜

I went in to get a manicure removed that I didn’t like and decided to try a dip manicure. Amazing difference! When you leave your nails are completely dry and safe to brush up against anything. Well worth the money. Rose did a great job on my nails, had me ready to go in time for my hair appointment.

Within the first week, my pinky nail got a crack in it. The next week, 2 more nails started showing cracks and more on my pinky. Now all but 2 have cracks along them. On top of that, the lady didn’t remove all the color from my previous set so underneath my nails you can see spots of red. My pedicure started chipping the first week as well, you can also see a finger print on my big toe.

I’ve come here multiple times to get pedicures and enjoyed them. I even visited yesterday to purchase a 100 dollar gift card as a gift. This time, I tried to do nails here for the first time. The woman was so rude and event went so far as to rush me because her next client was arriving. After informing Andre at the front desk, nothing was done.I refuse to continue to spend money at an establishment with no customer service requirements. I won’t return here again.Disgusting behavior.

I’ve been coming here for a while now for pedicures and I have always had a positive experience! I went recently and just got a basic pedicure, but the nail tech was very harsh and skipped steps. I went an hour and a half before closing and I don’t know if that was the reason, but I didn’t get the exfoliation that came with it or the hot towel treatment. The skin on my toes are irritated because she didn’t use the liquid they use to soften before removing the excess. I would just recommend to go earlier in the day as it seems later in the day the quality is diminished.

Owners you need to implement a NO cell phone use policy while working and attending to the customer. The lady working on my nails was on her phone texting while doing so. This is highly unprofessional and should be prohibited! I am paying for a service and expect the undivided, undistracted attention of my technician, not to be delayed because her texting someone is more important.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I always feel welcomed and everyone is always so nice. The place is very clean and the service has been outstanding all the times I’ve went. They offer drinks if you’d like and you can always ask them to turn on the massage chair. I normally go with whoever is next but if you’d like you can ask for your favorite if they’re available. Call ahead to make sure they’re working.If you want something specific, let the manager or the person servicing you know exactly what you’re talking about, that way you won’t be disappointed. I see some comments that they didn’t have it done properly or like the other places did it. Point is Speak Up.Also, always remember that this is also a service they are providing so tips are greatly appreciated.Ask about their loyalty program it’s up by the register.Tip: You can bring in your own soft drink but Starbucks is next door.

A friend referred me to Trish at this location and she is fantastic, caring and sweet. Best pedicure I have ever had and her dip nails are beyond perfect. She really cares about her customers experience and is a perfectionist when it comes to the outcome. The salon is clean and well maintained also.

I went there last week to get a manicure and pedicure. I did bring my own color, because I always bring my own color. I decided to try this place, because it was right across the street from European Skincare, where I received a massage. The hot stones were a bit hot. The paraffin wax that she let cool, was still supper hot. The nail tech painted over my cuticle, they didn’t push the cuticles back very far or file my nails even. My toenails were not as bad, however, I do not complain to these places, because they end up getting mad. I pay my money, I leave and I write a review.

Im a picky person but he has recently sent me to Mr. T. hes amazing I love him I dont even have to remind him how I want my nails done he already knows. I recently came in and Mr. T was out but Andre told me he has a someone just as good . Her name is Donna and OMG SHES AMAZING if you love solar nails shes THE ONE. Let me start by saying I’ve been coming here for a long time and get different technicians every time & every time I leave completely satisfied. The manager is amazing and he always makes sure you are taken care of. The staff is super friendly and do an incredible job. Today I had a dip set by Jenni I believe and she absolutely CRUSHED it. I normally do not care who does my nails, but from now on I will always ask for her. I wish I would have asked who did my pedi because she did amazing too — one of the best experiences I’ve had all around. I’ve tried other nail salons for convenience but I have learned I will never cheat on my trusty nail salon. Highly recommend this place!

I knew when I walked in that this would be a great experience. I immediately felt relaxed. The music was cool, they have Tvs, complementary drinks, a nice nail polish selection, and the customer service was great. My pedicure felt amazing, and my hands look awesome. I am definitely coming back.

I came for a birthday pedicure. It could not have been more RUSHED and actually painful w the hot stones and the “massage”. The male technician never made eye contact and was rude. I asked him to be more sensitive and stop hurting me, he didn’t seem to care. Never coming back! And I am a local that came when they first opened.

Recently had my nails done here for the second time after a good first experience. They didn’t have the dip nail color I wanted which was fine, but the technician told me that they did have it and it was just mislabeled. I had asked for a lighter color and ended up with a dark brown. When I told her that the color was not mislabeled, she said this was the color I asked for. She then had the other technician finish my manicure. When I mentioned the mix up at check out, they didn’t say anything. Would rather go somewhere I actually get to choose a color.

Went in today and my Tech seemed to be in a rush, this was the worst dip I have ever received. Left polish all over my hands, had to come home and take it off myself. Hope they spend my cash wisely, I will not go back!!!

I live in Ridglea Hills and was excited to see this salon open on Camp Bowie, since there really arent a lot of great salons in that area. I visited here for the first time last Friday after work. The salon itself is beautiful - brand new, tastefully decorated, and very clean. The salon is quite spacious, and the stations are not too close together, so you dont feel packed in like an assembly line, as is the case in some less expensive nail salons. They do offer complimentary beverages as well. Kim did my nails, and she was friendly, listened to my specific requests, and did a beautiful job. Ive visited a LOT of nail salons in Fort Worth, and I am very particular about my nails, and this salon is my definite favorite by far. It is slightly pricier than some, but on par with other salons of similar quality, and WELL worth the price. I will be a customer for life, and would recommend giving them a try if youre in the area.

My first time here was really great and I loved that they introduced me to dip. However, I came back a second time and got a lady who was on the phone the entire time! It was super annoying. It made me not want to go back. And the dip color they had as a sample, was NOT the color that came on my nails.

The pedicure was great, the massage chair seemed off but he did a great job on my toes- and a nice long massage! The low rating is for the manicurist that removed my gel. I had normal soak off gel on, but instead of letting it soak off, she sawed off my nails. I had red spots and dents because she sawed off so much nail. They were paper thin when I walked out, and because they were long, they broke immediately to a super short painful length, I looked like a little kid that bites their nails. It’s a month later and they still haven’t recovered. So frustrating, I could of picked off the gel and gotten better results!! Instead I paid for a painful experience.

I read all good reviews and decided to give them a try. I went for a full face wax, it was a horrible experience. VY was the one who did it. My face was burning and now had cuts on my face. She attempted to put aloe vera but at this point I needed Neosporin. I get this service often, never have I experienced this much pain. The only good thing about this place was the manager refunded my money. If you go do not get waxing services.

We are always, always treated well when we visit Nails & Beyond. The people are very friendly and do a great job on our pedicures. I especially like the paraffin treatment for my feet.

I used to go here all of the time. The quality of the work has gone down drastically. They seem to be too concerned about going as fast as possible to get people out of there over the quality of their nails and services. I go elsewhere now which is super unfortunate.

I to get my brows waxed and a pedicure. The pedicure was ok, but the waxing was a waste of money. I still looked like I needed my brows waxed when I left. I called and asked if I could come back in and have them fix. They said yes so I did and when I left it looked exactly the same. The wax isnt hot at all and I had to sit in the car in the sunlight and finish plucking all the hair she missed. Even with the 30% off services right now its a waste of your time and money. Choose another salon. They are nice there and its a pretty store though.

The 20% discount on services is amazing, however, lately the quality of service has matched the discount. I came in Monday for a dip manicure. The nail technician rushed through it, and afterwards, my nails still felt thin. Here we are, 4 days passed, and my nails are already chipped. Usually the dip will last 3+ weeks, but this is the third time after visiting Nails and Beyond that Ive had to return within two. Im truly not one to complain, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

In a recent visit to SF, I searched nearby nail salons and found this gem! The staff was very friendly and professional. The salon is super relaxing and zen. The mani pedi I got was really good, I love their little extras like the thermal pad you get for your back or the amazing massage for your hands!!!!

Dont waste your time

First time the guy filled my nails.. Didnt clean the last color off properly.. Put a very thin coat of acrylic on so on my 2nd day at work i broke one of my nail. Today I went to get them filled and this lady cannot polish at all.. And I also had her made the tops square because they all had to match.. She didnt seem to have the time.. Gave me 3 coating of polish because she couldnt see that the edges werent done and all my nails had lines on them..I am so disappointed because I paid before my nails were polished and I gave her over 20% in tip.. I switch from Ridgmar nails to you guys and I really was hoping you would be better.. Now in less than a month Im on the hunt for salon #3..

It’s so pretty and I love the treatments but It’s one male technician (James I believe) that can’t do dip to save his life my nails were so thick and uneven and omg lumpy. I paid and went to a different nail salon across town the only reason I didn’t get him to fix it is because I saw how he behaved when another lady came in to complain about his work. He skipped so many steps and was just so sloppy with his work and his work is straight trash. My nails literally looked like I had play doh on my nails. I’m never coming back.

I have been going to other places and was looking for a place I could leave without my toes bleeding. So...this was my next place to try, its close to my home which is good too. Linda did my mani/pedi and she did an amazing job and she will have my business from now on!! She didnt rush mine to try and get that next customer thru the door, she gave me the attn the whole time. I would recommend Linda for any of the services, she is amazing!!
