They took too long I was there for 3 hours a lady let my feet soak in the water for a hour and a half and then some lady was doing my nails and she left them unfinished to help someone else and I was so sitting their unattended for another hour. I do not recommend I will not be coming back the service is not good

OMG! I decided to give them a try after witnessing my mom being handle with such TLC. When I tell you this had to be the most pleasant experience Ive had getting a pedicure! Ms. Ivy is the business! And this is saying a lot for me as I have been going to the same nail shop for years. I was definitely won over and will be returning. Thank you again Ms. Ivy 😊🥰

I have never had the gel come off my nails... Besides waiting forever when i finally got seated lisa asked could she go and eat she was hungry . i ended up having to leave because i had birthday plans nails where not finished shouldnt have paid but i did came back the next day got them fixed now not even a week later the gel coming off ugh. My usual nail shop couldnt take me lesson learned ! Skip this place

I initially went into the salon as a new customer just for a gel partial pedi done by Lisa. It was after 7pm and on of the only salons open! I was going out of town and explained I just needed gel and not a full pedi. She understood but still cut the cuticles for better appearance. While doing my pedi she noticed my nails and asked if she could do my next set. I’ve been going to the same nail tech for 3 years in Irving but moved to Ft Worth. I explained I am very particular about the shape of my nails. Weeks later I returned again after 7pm (huge plus) and allowed Lisa to do a long nail ombré full set. Lisa took her time to ensure I was satisfied with the shape, ombré and crystals and I appreciate her doing that as I was a new customer. The price was affordable and she and her husband were very pleasant and polite.

Never going back! I went for a fill but she bent my nail and said I had to get it replaced, I was all for it but instead of replacing it she cut all my nails off in a way where I HAD to get a new set. While shaping my nails with scissors she cut my finger and proceeded to keep filing my skin. She used her finger to swipe off excess polish and smeared it across my fingers. The acrylic is too thick and she tried to scrap the dried parts off. She had my nail too close to the lamp she bumped my right thumb and said I had to pay extra to fix the ONE nail. It was almost $40. Only plus they we’re very friendly and she did it in a timely manner.

Have been going there over 30 years. Joey and Lisa and Ivy are the best! Always do a very nice job. Joey does amazing art work! Lisa can fix any physical deformity with your nail. Ivy does great pedicures! I get sick of seeing all these impatient and rude comments about Sunny Nails. I have seen how rudely Lisa, Joey and Ivy have been treated by certain customers. The negative reviews here are b.s. The salon is clean and Joey, Lisa and Ivy bend over backwards for their customers. They take appointments before walk ins. The hours are in the door. The prices are posted. These are gracious people that take pride in their work. Thats why they have been there 30+ years and are one of the busiest salons in Fort Worth!

We called around to get some prices for pedicure. This place told us it was $18 for pedicure and $10+ for gel over the phone. We reached out to about 5 different nail salons for the best price and this one beat everyone of them. So we came here. After we got our pedi with nail we were both charged $23 for pedi and $15+ for gel. When we called to dispute it after we left the manager couldnt even give us a logical explanation. He said he removed nail polish but we had no nail polish on. You just dont do business like this.Also the toes spreader thingy that was used for my toes were put back into a box for reuse! Yuck!

The hours online says they open at 8am drove all the way from Weatherford to get my nails done before my flight. They were closed of course and no sign on the door stating when they open. It is 2019, start updating your information so people aren’t wasting there time.

Do not go here! There’s so many options specially in Lancaster Ave but don’t waste your money here. Not professional at all! They messed up my nails they looked like I had two left hands. Pedicure polish didn’t even last 4 days. I asked for them to fix it and one short lady with short hair yanked my hand and almost cut my fingers. They insisted for a tip after they fixed them when I was there for almost 3 hours.

Terrible job done. I requested simple american nail tip and they didnt even do it right. They left the nails bumpy all around and the shape is crooked. They also didnt shave the sides completely. I kept telling the same thing about how they werent even and their same response was not done. I DO NOT reccomend coming here. At all.. just got the nails done and the experience there was so bad that I needed to add a review.

So to start off I called ahead to make sure they took off dip nail polish with a tip.They said yes so I rushed over. When I walked in I was not greeted. The whole place was nasty and there were flies and knats flying around. All the tables were filthy. The lady just asked what I wanted and pointed at a chair. The lady started clipping my nails all the way down. She didnt ask me how far down I wanted them cut. I didnt even say anything because it was to late. Then she was cutting to fast and clipped the skin under my nail. I asked her, should you soak it first ? And she said she didnt have enough time. First of all when I called she should have said she didnt have time and second she had time because she was just talking casually with someone when I walked in. So she decided to pick at my nails and peel off the polish and dig into my nail. It was painful. She filed my nails obviously uneven and told me to go wash my hands. I was going to go and she said it would be $8. I asked the woman if there was a paper that had the prices on it and she just repeated that its $8. I asked her again and she raised her voice at me and just they dont have a paper and itll be 8 dollars. I paid with my credit card and they do have a paper up saying theres a $1 fee for using credit. My nails look terrible and there is still polish on my nails. I am livid and I will not be returning. Dont waste your time going to this place . It was the most disgusting establishment Ive ever been to and the lady is very rude. I wish I could leave negitive stars.

Everytime I go in this place I make a new friend, all they have to say about the place are good stories,and how long they have been going there. Do not go there! All i have to say. If you want better quality go to a better area thats going to do a great job. My nails look bad after 2 days. I want never go there again. They lost a customer. I will be contacting the BBB.

I been going to them off and on since 2012. I came in the other day for a pedicure she stated it would be $17.99. I sat in the chair she insisted that my chipped toe gets fixed. I told her it was small and will grow back fast. She kept insisting so I gave in. Once she sat down she advised me that it would be $5 to remove gel polish from my toes,$4 for the chipped toe nail and $3 to scrub the bottom of my feet. I begin to tell her nevermind. I’ve never been charged to get my feet scrubbed. I thought that was the purpose of a pedicure. I then went to sit next to my daughter who was beginning to get her nails done and the lady who was going to do my pedicure proceeded to tell me she can go when I said no she told me to go somewhere else. I then told my daughter to come on the lady who was doing her nails did not want to let my daughters hand go. Kept saying it’s ok I’ll do good. No it’s ok we are going somewhere else.

Aivy is my new bff she did the hell out my pedicure thanks girl and that was July 4th and i just now needed my feet done but not to bad because she did her thing my husband wants his done he cant stop thinking about her and My OG JOEY did my manicure hes great at what he does to... so overall i do recommend Sunnys Nails on Oakland and Lancaster for real

I love this place, Ive been to many nail salons but this one was the absolutely the best not just the best service but the best people, I normally hate getting my nails done because its so time consuming, but Joey did my nails and had me laughing and enjoying myself along with his beautiful wife Lisa and thier gorgeous bff Ivy they made me feel like not just a customer but a part of thier family. We shared pictures and videos of Joeys dog BoBo and my cat Jake, it was the most pleasant experience Ive ever had getting my nails done. I recommend this place to everyone. I will never go anywhere else, this is now the only place I will get my nails done ever again. Please listen when I say if I could give them 100 stars I would. They truly are the best nail salon anywhere. Thank you do much Joey, Lisa and Ivy.

Walked in due to being busy. Walked right back out due to the filth. Health inspector needs to show up unannounced. Too many complaints about the filth. Also, after reading the comments on the unprofessionalism and pain they put people in, Im glad I didnt stay!!

Horrible nails. Had to go somewhere else and have them removed. Along with all the skin that the glue and acrylic was stuck to. Plus the place is filthy. I will never go back

They use to be my go to shop Joey is the bomb hes wife Lisa is ok but she rough Chaw is good for eyebrows but she can be rude and take people before you if there paying more than you Ivy can be a B and rude also Marie use to be kool but she dont know how to manage her time and she mess my eyebrows up and tryed to cover it up with that pencil so if she do that watch that been going to them for years but they meed to get it together

Worst place to go get your nails done it’s so dirty, the guy that did my pedicure didn’t wear gloves and his hands were filthy nobody know what they’re doing they charged me 63 for sloppy work and tried to give me three dollars back to make up for it.
