First time going here and I would NOT recommend!!! I walked in and was greeted immediately so props for that, but not only did she mess up the design I wanted the overall foundation of my nail was horrible. I asked for dip powder and they were left BULKY and CHUNKY and this was even after I asked her to shave them down more. My nails look like I have clubbing in my fingers!! They did a terrible job and on top of that, they already chipped…I went yesterday (Monday) and chipped today (Tuesday). I will NEVER go back.

This is a great little spot and everyone who works there is incredibly sweet. I came in, they immediate had me in a chair with my color option. They brought over a rose for sipping. My powder dip removal was complementary with my new set! High quality and clean. They did an amazing job and I can’t wait to come back.

It was my first time getting my nails done and both Male/Female nail technicians did an amazing job. I was greeted with a strawberry margarita and 10/10 customer service from a very nice college student just like me! I will definitely be coming back.:)

Tracy and Nicole did the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had! Julie was brave and did a wonderful job on my husbands feet. He was very impressed! Thank you ladies!

Ziva is one of THE BEST nail salons I have ever been to & I have been to many… Too many! They were absolutely fantastic! Clean & professional. They also offer a free drink (also includes alcoholic beverages like champagne, margaritas, mimosas etc) and incredible service. They have a huge color selection and great prices. I didn’t want a full mani in addition to my pedi but needed a cuticle trim and they did it with oil and lotion for only $5! Cindy was fantastic and my bails look great for summer! 😁

My first time going to this salon here in downtown. i was greeted by a sweetheart upon walking in. i ordered a mimosa & was served. i had an Organic Lavender Pedicure with my tech Rose. (includes cuticle care. callous removal. lavender sugar scrub scrubbed with orange slices & squeezed onto my legs/feet. mud mask & hot towels, small massage in between. paraffin wax, & hot stone massage). the atmosphere was very calming. make sure y’all arrive during happy hour times to receive a discount. i’ll definitely visit Ziva soon!

Super service! The Orchid pedicure was really good! My husband and I both got manicures and pedicures, he was so relaxed, he fell asleep :) He had a beer and I had a glass of wine. Staff were very conscientious and provided personal service, we didn’t feel rushed at all. Attentive and kept checking the rough spots on my feet. Appointments are needed as they are very busy.

Nicole was fantastic! Friendly, efficient, great conversation, and informative. ALSO, I received one of the best mani and pedis EVER! I walked 2 blocks from the apartment. Awesome! No parking! Clean, modern, relaxing ambiance, and...wine! Convenient location, hip hop happening business model. Finally, weve needed this in downtown for too long. Wonderful menu of services and competitive prices. I will be back!

Nichole is most definitely the best nail tech I’ve ever had!! Her meticulous attention to detail and her great personality are award winning. Great atmosphere and the best massage chair also.

Kim, Joe and her staff are amazing! I love going here after brunch at Yolk at Sundance Square! They are so sweet and accommodating! I have had dip nails and pedicure and wax. All services were amazing! I will continue driving the hour one way to have amazing service and perfect nails.

Kim is the absolute best! She was very polite, friendly, and made my first visit here the best it could have been! I even messed one of my toes up and she fixed it right away…without making me feel bad about it! If you try this place out, and you should, then ask for Kim!!!

First time there! Got seated as soon as I walked in. The front desk service was amazing! I got acrylic nails. I showed a picture of what I wanted and they did it as close as possible. Thank you my nails look great!

I usually attend skyline nail spa, but my last visit was lengthy.. So I tried this sweet little spot that is downtown and, really enjoyed it. Service was very pleasant. I was seated as soon as I walked in, and the best part is this spot is not crowded at all! I was able to have my manicure and pedicure at the same time, so I didnt have to wait. Everything is clean and the lounge is super cute. I will be going back there.💜

I had a really good experience at this nail salon being from Colorado I had to book a last minute nail appointment that I wasnt able to schedule before leaving town I was able to have a mimosa while I got my nails done and my nails are still lasting to this day and I got them done 3 weeks ago both the store owner and the gentleman that I got my nails done by were incredible and whenever I go to Texas this is where Ill be getting my nails done 😜💋

Beautiful salon. Front desk service was okay. I had gel nails done for $35. The nail tech cut me on 3 of my fingers (both pinky’s and my left index finger)-ouch. Don’t think I will be coming back.

Although the selection seems light as far as colors...the service was amazing. The stylist painted her own nails to make sure I liked the colors I selected. My nails came out great . Definitely will come back and recommend others do too.

So I absolutely love it here so so much! Nicole did an amazing job my nails (I swear) are perfect! They are very professional and friendly! They won me over this is the place Ill only go from now on! Plus they offer so many more services, they do manicure, pedicure, waxing, and massages. And for ladies that really want to unwind after a long day of work they offer alcoholic beverages if thats your cup of tea. And the location is great, its close to so many restaurants and shopping. The place as a whole looks spectacular, you can tell this salon is going to really prosper. ♥️

I am so happy to have this great nail salon in downtown Fort Worth! I love walking to Ziva Nail Lounge! And... they are wonderful and absolutely professional, clean, and do a fabulous maincure and pedicure! And did I mention how friendly and nice they are??? 5 Stars in my book!!!!!

I went into ziva with high expectations because of the reviews and look of the salon. I walked in for an acrylic fill and I asked for black gel with a green flame on the middles and next thing I knew I walked out with messy, chipped, and unfinished looking designs. Ziva looks nice but was not a place i’d give more than 2 stars to. I was charged full price and the lady had given me the impression she knew what she was doing because when I said what I wanted she had a good response, but when it came to doing it she literally said she didn’t know if she could do it but did it anyways. I do not recommend this place.

Such an amazing experience. We were in from out of town and my daughter and I stopped in for nails and pedicures. Super friendly staff That were all interested in making sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend this place. Very beautiful as well and comfortable chairs.

When it comes to my nails, I am VERY picky on how they look. I went to this place on a whim on my lunch hour bc it was close to my work and I REALLY needed my nails done. Don did my nails and he did AMAZING. Probably THE BEST set of nails I have ever had! There was also a gentleman who was so sweet walking around and offering all the customers something to drink to ensure we were all happy and taken care of. I am definitely changing my home salon to this one! This place goes ABOVE and BEYOND!

This might be the best manicure Ive ever had. Don did a great job. Mary did my pedicure. The massage was awesome and the pedicure looks great, too. Nice feeling to this place and a great soft launch.

Definitely recommend this place! 💅🏻 It’s super nice and neat in there. They didn’t rush me in and out like most and really took the time to make sure everything came out exactly like I wanted. I feel as though my tech was a little annoyed and pushy with moving my hands around but at the same she really took care of me and went back and forth until my nails were perfect. I’d like to think she was either having a bad day or just really serious about taking care of my nails. It’s a little higher-priced than what I normally go to but again, they really took care in making sure that I didn’t leave with half-A finished nails so 🤷🏻‍♀️Lastly, they have a ton of color options which I greatly appreciated

I recieved a pedicure, the coffee lover, and expected to recive a nice relaxing pedicure. The nail technician was terrible. The pedicure was terrible. He was more worried about his phone call than the services i paid for. The massage was awful and to top it off my pedicure looks like a child did it. I could have done a better job at home. Worst experience ever. Definitely wont go back.

The place is nice and the pedicure was great but.... the dip nail was HORRID the nails were EXTRAMLY crooked as all hell!!!! I was pointing right and my nail was pointing left!!! (Im not sure what the ladys name was but) she was SO rough!!! Iv never been the person to leave a review or make a big deal about nails but MY GOD i almost cried!!!!! I had to go to another place and pay for a brand new set!!! 😭😭😭 my heart and pocket hurt!!!!

Needed a quick mani/pedi before a wedding and this place EXCEEDED expectations! Han and Rose worked in unison to get both my manicure and pedicure done at the same time, without cutting any corners. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I wish I was a local so this could be my go to spot!
