Started off water was cold didn’t ask me how the water was. The lady who did my pedicure was rushing to get me done so she could go do the appointment she had. Painted my toe nails did not put my sandals on. I waited for 20 minutes for them to dry. She came back over grab my shoes and tried to put them on messed up one of my toes. Redid it. Then put me under the dryer never dad sorry or anything about what she did.

Tina did a pedicure for me and she was thorough and friendly. A very relaxing experience and reasonable prices. Will definitely be returning and requesting her again.

The gentleman that did my pedicure was very rough and seemed to be in quite a hurry. My daughter had a lady and she started on her before the guy started on me and we were still done before my daughter. For the price I would have thought they would have taken a little more time. They were not busy at all.

I have been looking for a new nail place out Southwest because the place I normally go to has gone down hill. TTs was great. Its not crowded or loud. Everyone was very nice.. I feel like I actually got my moneys worth with massage time with my upgraded pedicure. She took her time filing my nails. I would definitely recommend and will be going back.

Friendly but did a horrible job. They cut down my nails after I specifically said “keep the length” 3 times, gave me the wrong color saying it was what I wanted, and cut my finger with a drill bit when the technician was filling down the dip powder on my nail. The place was kinda dirty, and a one color dip took over 90 minutes. In all, I went in with long oval nails and came out with short, stumpy, square nails, covered in a mountain of color I didn’t even want in the first place. I hate being that person, but I honestly should have been.

I have had many great experiences with this nail shop. They are friendly and made a point of knowing my name by the second visit. It is clean, has several different options for your nails and pedicures. They also have a great variety of nail polish colors. Tiffany has been able to do any design that I show her - and always makes sure it is perfect!! I would recommend this nail salon and think they definitely outdo all the other shops I have been to in Fort Wayne!

NEVER AGAIN!Within 48 hours I began to experience discomfort in 2 of my nails. I was worried after I noticed they used the same tools on me that they used on prior customers without disinfecting them.They may not have noticed that I was watching very closely or didnt care?I did notice the manager was upset because his employee was getting a new box of sanitized utensils and instructed his employee to use the same tools that obviously were not sanitized.It seemed he thought maybe since he spoke in viatnamese that I wouldnt be able to interpret what i was seeing?Sorry Im germa-phobe!The owner obviously cares more about saving money than looking out for his customers personal safety.NEVER AGAIN!

Super nice owner, and he does a beautiful job with my pink and white French nail request. Not rude like the salon close by at Chestnut plaza. I’m giving Tri my business from now on.

This is the best pedicure/ manicure I’ve found in Fort Wayne! I went to several places around the Illinois Rd area that weren’t half as good as this place. Tam gives the best pedicures!! Highly recommend, very friendly.

It was horrible!! I made an appointment for 530. At 600pm they are still telling me they will be wiff me in a minute. I made an appointment because I have to get up at 300am for work. They had at least another 20 minutes before someone would have been available. Really 50 minutes after my SCHEDULED appointment!! Thumbs down!

Very friendly and professional staff. The owner knows everyone by name and strives to treat everyone with kindness. I have yet to find a better nail salon. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Absolute favorite nail salon in this area! The people are all very nice and professional, I get addressed by my name and they always take requests even if it is mid-manicure. Prices are great and they also have student discounts. Ive been going here for over 2 years and I have almost never been disappointed in my nails or toes.

Totally disappointed!Wow, I showed them what my girlfriend wanted on her nails for Easter. What she ended up with was essentially a toddlers depiction of what was intended.When I made mention to the owner of how far off the depiction was from what was originally intended, he sympathized but offered no apology.Totally disappointed😧

I made the mistake of going to a flashy salon that several people recommended. It was awful and they gave me acrylic nails when I didnt want them. TT Nails saved my nails! They carefully and painlessly removed my acrylics and gave me a shellac manicure if wanted all along. The salon is very clean, no fumes, friendly staff and overall great experience. I will be going here exclusively from now on.

Fasted pedicure Ive ever had, definitely not worth the money. Both my 6yr old and my toenail polish chipped quickly

My nails are all different shapes, they are all extremely uneven and lumpy, I had to pick 3 different colors before there was one they actually had. Overall very disappointed with how my nails look and I will definitely not be returning.

Cant even explain how terrible my experience was. The man doing my nails must of been new.... I came for a full set... this man had acrylic dripping off my nails..he had it All over his hands and he filed my skin raw when trying to shape them. The breaking point was when he cut me with the drill which caused me to bleed. I will never go back... complete waste of Time and Money, especially because I had to go get them fixed at a different salon.....

I’ve always had a good experience here. Some nail techs are better than others, but owner is always very friendly and salon is clean.

They did have very nice people but my nails were not even at all and all day my fingers hurt and I cant put any pressure on my fingers at all. Also waited almost 15 minutes before anyone got to me.

It was an older gentleman who did my pedicure. He was very rude when I asked about the way he was doing my pedicure. I was concerned because he was rushing and not doing a good job! He was not able to answer my questions in English and then he was upset with me asking other staff questions.

Great nail shop, very friendly, loves their customers and will always give you what you want, as long as your not afraid to speak up. 😉

READ BEFORE YOU GO THERE!!! AN ABSOLUTE MUST!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!! If I could rate this a ZERO or even a NEGATIVE, I ABSOLUTELY WOULD!!!!! When I first got there, I had to wait at least 15 mins before anyone got to me. When I was there, I had brought my dress in with me and picked out a polish to match. All I asked for was for my nails to match my toes. How do you mess that up right? You just use the same Polish? WELL THEY DID. Idk how they did it, but my nails were a light blue and my toes a dark almost navy blue. Literally like 6 shades different!!Then, as if that wasnt enough, I had gotten acrylic nails and didnt want them super long so they cutt my nails so completely short that my nails were flush with my finger!! She even hit my finger a couple times. And everytime I said something to her, she snapped and got mean and said well thats what you wanted! Its what you asked! And didnt even want to redo them even after she had just started and only messed up one nail. Then she CONTINUED to finish the rest of my nails the same length, no matter what I said. Well I had already paid and even left her a good tip, I paid $75 Including the tip. When I got home I realized the different shades of the polish but I had church the next day so I went back on monday.On monday i went to talk to the manager, and when i did he seemed upset AT ME. Then she saw me talking get to him, he looked at her and she ran up beside him and confronted me. She was MORE than rude. She hollered at me and said what was wring with my nails what was wrong with ME and then said the only other way they would redo them is if I would pay $20 more dollars to fix the polish.ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! ABSOLUTELY rediculous!!!!! I will NEVER, I repeat NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN!! I havent even had my nails done since then!! So please dont make the same mistake I did, and stay FAR FAR AWAY!!!
