Several months ago I completed a past life regression with Yvonne. Her approach to PLR is thoughtful and well-designed. This is my 2nd past life regression, having done my first with someone else five years ago. Having been through a past life regression before, I understood that PLR can be deeply impactful where the lessons learned continue to unfold well into the future. Given this, its not typical to go through multiple sessions in the way other therapies are designed.Yvonne takes all of this into consideration when approaching PLR. She asks you to do pre-work in preparation for the session so that youre able to get the most out of it.
