I work in service position and I will tell you Ill never go back yes the people was friendly but my stylist was inexperienced didnt explain the negatives of having a embre done. Went back to have it fixed still not right and the color just washes out I call and get told oh we can try to fix it but its gonna cost you and I cant gaurantee it will work.....excuse me thats why I dont go to the teaching schools
