I was referred here by a friend over 4 months ago and haven’t looked back. One of the main reasons I stay is Nichole. She is so kind and professional and just makes the whole experience super fluid and easy. The place is also always clean and inviting.

Alexis was amazing! I haven’t gotten a wax in two years and she was able to make the experience manageable and easy as much as it can be when you’re getting a Brazilian. She was beyond professional and a really good conversationalist to distract you from what was going on. The location is super clean and well managed I would definitely recommend everyone to come here.

I have been going to Lunchbox since the day it opened and love it. It’s always spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the services are awesome. The wax they use doesn’t hurt as much as other places and their technique is quick and efficient!

Very good technicians. Dont cancel, miss or change appts though...they will charge you even same day changes. The day I had to push my appt back same day....I ended up paying for the service plus 50%. Ouch. Felt like the airlines...maybe that is common...but severe.

My only disappointment is that I didn’t start coming here when I first relocated to AZ.I tried so many other places over the years and always left disappointed, and I always had to remove hair from large areas that were missed.The service is wonderful here, the rooms are clean and simple, and my girl Nichole is a master at her craft.

A great experience from beginning to end. This business is conveniently located and has plenty of parking. I was able to book a same day appointment and they offered a bogo as a first time customer. I was greeted when I walked in and promptly taken to my appointment room. Professional, friendly staff. Nichole was who I saw and I am very pleased with her work. Even though there is no longer a mask mandate in place, I was surprised that my tech did not wear a mask today for my lip wax. When you’re working so close to someone’s face, a mask feels like the right thing to do. 5/18/21

When I arrived I was 5 minutes early. Nicole who came out of a room was very rude saying you are here early and we are not ready. I was early but did not like the way she spoke to me. It was rude and uncalled for. Geena who did my waxing was very nice abs did a great job. Management should speak to Nicole. If I treated a customer like that I would have been fired

If you’re a girl and need your brows done - i swear by lunchbox specifically nichole!! i have insanely thick, dark brows that need to be waxed every two weeks to keep them nice. before i found lunchbox & nichole i would go to different nail and hair salons every time, because nobody got the shape i wanted quite right. i come to lunchbox once and end up w nichole and she nails it first time and has been since. go here !!

I don’t recommend this place. I ended up in the ER for stitches after a Brazilian gone bad.

The waxologist had really bad BO. She did an OK job not great but she was super stinky. I will not book with her again.

I went in today for my first Brazilian wax ever in my life. I was definitely a little nervous about it but Yolanda was the associate that serviced me. I 100% recommend her! She made me feel so comfortable the whole time. Obviously the wax itself doesn’t feel the best but the experience was really nice and I will definitely keep coming back!

Heather is pretty amazing! I purchased the Brow Makeover which included a tint and wax. I left feeling like I really got educated on what I need to do to obtain the perfect brow! I went for a buy one get one free Brazilian. Of course there was fine print so in the end I was unable to get the second one free. Although Im not sure I would go back. They were very nice there but even after telling them I have sensitive skin I somehow still ended up getting a rash. I have been waxed at a few other studios that Im much happier with.

I am so happy to have found LunchBox Wax. I was able to get a last minute appointment after having issues with the former place I was going to. They got me in right away.’I have super sensitive skin and they have special wax for sensitive skin. I didn’t even turn red today. Great experience! The place is bright and modern and clean. Privacy is provided for and the technician was very courteous and kind. I dont enjoy the process of a bikini or Brazilian wax but I love the results when headed for the beach! My technician helped me to feel comfortable even in the most awkward parts. I would definitely go again - and I also thought the price was comparable to other salons.

I go to Lunchbox Wax because it is relatively inexpensive and quick. But the service is not top notch. They wax but never check for missed hairs and spend no time checking under a magnifying lens of any kind. The lighting is not conducive to seeing what they missed either, before you leave. So you pay less and you get less. You will need to go home and pluck the hairs they missed. You can call and go back for them to wax what they missed, but to have to do that every time is not worth it to me.I also do brow tinting and that is done very well.9-26 update: I did get a reply from the owner saying a manager would call. Heather called, and I called her back and she was not available. Then I never got a call back from Heather. So far no resolution.

Had a great experience with Brie at this location, she was very professional, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I didnt have an appointment and walked in for a Brazilian. She took good care of me and this is probably the cleanest wax Ive ever had anywhere. She took her time with consultation and treatment. I will definitely be coming back. :)
