I absolutely loved my experience here. The staff were very friendly and actually talk to you unlike alot of other places that only talk to each other while their giving you the pedicure. So much more relaxing here versus the bigger places that are louder and packed. I will definitely be going back here again!

I’ve been going here for awhile now and they always do an amazing job. Today when I went to get a full set done there was a new girl that did my nails. It was her first day there and she was getting treated very poorly. I am very upset and disappointed in the way this poor girl was being treated by the other people working there. She did an amazing job on my nails considering she was being ridiculed and getting her every little “mistake” pointed out by her coworkers. I will be going to this lady every time I go there to get my nails done for now on.

My nails still look cute weeks later and Im moving around all day on my feet. Excellent service! Very friendly. Cant wait to go again when Im ready to treat myself. I highly recommend. The inside is also very clean and comfortable.

They’ve done a good job anytime I’ve been in, but their not very welcoming. I feel like I’m bothering them when I come in for their service. So really they just need to work on their customer service. Regardless I’m still polite and tip well, so that can’t be the issue.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! We always make appointments and we never get in on time. We had an appointment for 3:30 and waited until 4:20 for them to tell us it would be another hour. (After we asked them how much longer) Not to mention there were workers just sitting around on their phones with earbuds in. In the past I got acrylics here once and that was the last time. They were absolutely awful and overpriced. We have given them plenty of chances and tried and tried but it’s not worth the time or money.

I came for a pedicure. The lady that did the pedicure cut my big toe never said sorry. Just kept going. Now I have an infected toe.

The worst acrylic fill/shellac I’ve ever had - here or in Europe! The shellac was chipping within a few hours and was completely gone off of some nails within a day or two. This was horrible as I got them done there for a wedding where I was maid of honor! I went in to have them fixed, and was treated so rudely by who I assume was the owner. She wanted to blame everything but her product and her staff. Sure enough, the 3 nails (of the 6 that were peeling) she “fixed” started peeling almost immediately as well.There are far better places to go. Don’t waste your time or money.

Not sure why, but this places is snooty! I only go there because of this girl I like is there, Mayah. She does a great job, works hard, and is easy to talk to. The prices are just like everywhere else. Go see Mayah.

Despite the other review left for Tip N Toe, I decided to go here today. I liked that they have prices on their website, unlike many other nail salons. I was nervous to go here due to the bad review, but I had a very pleasant experience. They greeted me right away, did not rush me to get a polish, and were ready and waiting as soon as I was. Jodie was my nail tech and she did an amazing job! She really worked to make my nails look even and smooth. I went from a square shape to round and she made them look great. She also made them look really natural. She didnt hurt my cuticles when trimming them up, like Ive experienced at other salons. The polish looks nice and even, and she cleaned up any polish flaws on my skin, unlike other places I have been. They also have lots of techs that speak very good English, so that was nice as well. I highly recommend Jodie if you go here. Like I said, I was super nervous due to the other review, but I had a great experience.

Was in dire need of a pedi. She did great!! Would have been better if they have some sort of ventilation system. The acrylic smell was so powerful its hard to breath

As a man I have been very uncomfortable setting foot (hehe) in a nail salon. Ultimately, my feet started resembling Yodas feet and my sister ended up dragging me kicking and screaming to Tip N Toe. While it was awkward for me to be there, the staff was very friendly and did a wonderful job. The technician who took care of me (I cant remember her name, but she was a young lady with a very friendly attitude) took great care of me and didnt make me feel awkward for having badly calloused and cracked feet. The spa pedicure package was about $25, and it included nail & cuticle shaping, washing, callous filing, an amazing tingly menthol treatment, and a 6-minute massage. The salon seems to take hygiene very seriously, as they sterilize their tools between customers, wear gloves and masks, and ensure each foot bath is clean by using a new plastic bag as a foot tub liner for each customer. My feet look and feel great and I feel I am well on my way to having healthy feet again.If you are a man, it might be a bit awkward being the only man in the salon but rest assured that the staff will make you feel very comfortable and will take good care of you. I will probably return once a month.Side note: I left a fairly large tip, as I know the poor technician had to put a lot of elbow grease into my feet, much more than Id imagine the average customer requires. I definitely recommend doing the same if your feet are as bad as mine were!

Love this place. Best nail salon in Fort Wayne. All the girls and Andrew are top notch. He runs a very clean comfortable and inviting environment. If you are looking for a great experience I encourage you to give them a try. Takes walk ins and appointments.

I took my daughter for her first manicure. Our nail technicians were friendly, helpful and made our experience better then I’d even hoped! Our manicures have lasted over one week with the gel polish we picked and they’re still looking great!

Second time going here. Had my first pedicure and it was a great experience. The atmosphere is amazing. Not only are the employees outstanding but so is the work they put in. Only place I ever want to go for my nails; well worth the hour drive I have!

My granddaughter and I came in a for pedicure and fill. We were told to go sit in first 3 chairs. In comes a lady and a gentleman and they were told that we were next. The gentleman sat right down and began working on my granddaughter. I waited a few more minutes for the lady. I told her I wanted the pedicure that was 35.00. On the list of pedicure it explains that the tools that are used will be opened in front of customer. Not! When she came from the back the package was opened already. She rushed through my pedicure. My feet were not scrubbed at all. Massage was not even a massage, it was a rub down. She was occupied with everything that was going on around her instead of my service. She was getting ready to paint my nails and I asked her are you going to paint my nails with all of the dead skin around my nails. She proceeded to remove the skin but only because I spoke up. She had already started on my nails, while the wax was on my feet. Again plainly rushing. Her and some more workers were talking about lunch, apparently she was called back to do our pedicures. She started on my other hand and hit my skin with the drill, I pulled my hands back and said nevermind. If Im paying my money I expected a good service and not a rushed job. When she approached me to pay I explained the next time she is on lunch dont return until she is able to get lunch because no one deserves a rush job. I will not ever come back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Easy to get in even without appointment. All ladies Ive had before do a nice job, however Tina recently did my gel mani/pedi and they are perfect. She seemed to really make sure every step was done wonderfully. My fingers and toes look and feel amazing.

Making an appointment with them serves no purpose. I called hours in advance, made an appointment, confirmed the appointment prior to my arrival, and not only was I told to have a seat and wait for the next available technician, an older white woman came in for her appointment (scheduled for the same time) and was taken care of immediately. I’m black and I was told to wait for over 40 minutes. I’ve been a regular of this establishment for the last 2 years, but after this, I have to take my patronage elsewhere. Very disappointed.

I like this place alot. I just hope they stick with their quality as sometimes Ive gotten younger teens that didnt really care about relaxation with a pedicure. Most the time I have a good experience though!

Great place to have your nails done by professionals!

I see June when I go and she is superb at everything! But if shes not available I am happy with my services from all the ladies (and gentleman). They all do a great job and that is really hard to find anymore. Ill never go anywhere else and I tell anyone who asks about my nails to go to tip n toe!

Took my granddaughter for acrylic nails for a Christmas present. I also got a manicure will I was there. It was a very good experience. I definitely will be going back.

Ventilation systems were awful. All I could smell was the fumes and chemicals from the nail polish and polish remover. Almost passed out from it. They rushed, and they disobeyed me when I said I didnt want sparkles on my nails. She insisted she put them on, and I said no. She did it anyways, while I was shaking my head and trying to move my hand. Was charged 30$ for regular polish and sparkles I DID NOT want.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!I have had a mani/pedi and eyebrow waxing done here twice. I tried this salon out to find somewhere more convenient to go to. I had a good experience the first time I went, but the 2nd time I had different technician wax my eyebrows and they turned out uneven.I thought it would take just a few seconds to line them up more closely. So I went back and asked (politely) that it be corrected and I experienced a rude greeter and an indifferent owner. No one said sorry and I was treated like I had done something wrong. I gave my receipt so they could verify I had been there and I had spent almost $60 including a nice tip in their shop.A lady who came out and corrected my eyebrows, I found out it was the owner, seemed irritated so I asked if they stand behind their services because most businesses try to work with their customers. The owner said she did not want to do this service over and over again and it would be best I not come back again. Really? Who says that? And that they have not had a problem in 4 years and maybe it was me. I was not planning to have them do the eyebrow waxing again, since it seems like a skill issue and I can go elsewhere for that, but the mani/pedi was done good although more expensive than my former salon.I was floored and am extremely disappointed by the owners response and there is absolutely no way I will return to this salon after being treated like this. I do not recommend. Please find another salon to go to if you can.

Service was ok. Pedicure chairs didnt work, my stylist didnt know how to work it. Which is a lot of the reason I get a pedicure.

Giving one star because thats the lowest score that I can give . Jenny I think thats her name SUCKS WORSE full set ever ! Customer service is the worse that I have experience ! I keep telling my friends and family not to come here and to tell their friends too.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
