I was in two days in a row - a filling that turned in to a root canal. Dr Chattergy and his team were incredible, kind and patient with me. The front desk is also great to work with. We drive 30+ minutes for his care. I’d you’re looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend Midwest Dental in Portage!

My hygienist, Akita, was fabulous. She cleaned my teeth very well and advised me on all kinds of good teeth tips. The Dentist, Dr Chatterjee was very thorough and helpful. Highly recommend Midwest Dental. They gave me all kinds of free goodies!

Dr. Chatterjee is great! I had a bunch of dental work to be done. He came up with a plan for all of my teeth, so I could see the cost up front.The work I needed included Extractions, root canals and caps, cavities and an implant. He was able to do it all, very successfully. He was also very kind, and he and his office were all so friendly and accommodating of my schedule. I recommend him highly!

The staff and the Doctor are very professional and funny. Look forward to my next visit.

Does a great job with my 5 year old son. I have enjoyed my experiences as well. This is the 3rd dentist I have seen at this office over the last 8 years and it amazes me how wonderful all 3 have been but Dr Chatterjee is my favorite. He listens to your concerns, offers a treatment plan, explains the science behind his recommendation, listens to your input, and ultimately lets you decide whether you want to initiate his plan, a modified plan, or wait and see.

This is the best dental office that I have ever been to. Mike does amazing work on my fake tooth all my friends thought it was the permanent and I got compliments all the time! and he always makes you feel comfortable! If your going to see anyone in that office you need to see him I wouldn’t have been able to go through the procedure if it wasn’t for him. He honestly makes this office easy to come back to. LOVE!! Recently moved and needed a new dentist, I have had several over the years for myself and my children and have NEVER had the expertise and professionalism as I have here. Not only are they wonderful with their care, they have FANTASTIC bedside manners for all ages. Dr. is AMAZING, Mike is AMAZING, the front staff is AMAZING. I will never go anywhere else. Dont change a thing!! :)

I have never been so blessed in finding Dr Chatterjee on sure on that spelling & his assistant Lonnie. They are 2 of the kindest caring professionals I have met. I would recommend anyone to them. I have in fact I already have my family going to go there.

The office has really helpful staff. The receptionist was very polite. Dr Chatterjee was great and eased the appt for me with his sense of humor. Mohammad was my hygienist and he was absolutely funny and very nice to me. He pointed out what was going on with my oral health and he worked with me on my brushing technique and my diet. I highly recommend this office.

This is hands down the best dentists office I have ever been too. The staff are all welcoming and friendly, the staff are knowledgeable and kind, and they go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable. My brother recently chipped a tooth and his dental insurance had not kicked in yet, and they patched him up free of charge. They truly go above and beyond, and should be commended.

I have been going to this dental clinic for 29 years and have always been satisfied. The previous dentist did excellent work, and the current dentist also. The staff is friendly and helpful. My hygienist is top notch!

Midwest Dental Portage is just amazing. My son was very nervous and they were so caring and professional that his nerves just melted away. Mike was just great with my exam and you can tell that they honestly care for their patients. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The staff at Midwest Dental - Portage have always been phenomenal from start to finish! I moved within the last year but continue to drive the extra 45 miles to Portage because of their exceptional customer service. The Office Manager, Hygienists and Dentist take the extra step to make their patients feel welcome.

I had moved away from Portage about 3 years ago. Did not establish a new dentist in my new town. I returned to Portage because of an issue I was having and they got me an appointment right away. I saw Dr Farshad as was also helped by Lisa. I can only give them both professionalism and my experience with them and the staff was excellent. I would recommend Mid West Dental in Portage to others!

A clean and friendly environment. I was seen by the hygienist right away. She did a great job cleaning my teeth and was very knowledgable. My only negative is that I felt like I was being asked to purchase additional products or service too much. That made me feel a little guarded about the entire experience.

I recently retired, and decided to change dentists rather than driving to Madison for my dental care. After reading the reviews, I decided to go with Midwest Dental in Portage. I must say I am extremely impressed with such a fun, caring staff. From the assistant, to the doctor and especially the hygienist; they were all caring and extremely personable and knowledgeable.

We tried this office out for 2 years and have nothing but grief with scheduling, transferring a clear correct account, and my Invisalign treatment being closed without my consent. The front desk receptionist always seems overwhelmed and only occasionally returns phone calls. Ill be taking our business elsewhere to a non chain dentist office.

Great team at this dental office! Dr Chatterjee is very informative and really helps you understand what is going on in your mouth through patient education.

Had an appointment scheduled on 11/28/2017 for four months. Then got a call from them a month ago or so, saying they could move up my date to 10/30/2017 at 3. I agreed and rescheduled to the earlier date. I took off early from work and I Went in today 10/30/2017 and they said that my appointment was never switched in the system and they filled my time slot with another person. There was a note on the appointment date of 11/28/2017 saying that it would be switched. They offered to switch my appointment to a week earlier on 11/21/2017 but I declined in hopes of not having any more confusion. Not happy, for being my first time at any Midwest dental locations. If I go back, hopefully my next experience will be a bit better.

I had to rearrange my schedule a month ago to accommodate the only time they could get me in for fillings and a crown. So I know I had the time correct - arrived this morning at the time I put in my phone calendar a month ago...they said I was 25 min late and could not get me in, and did not bother to try and reschedule... the gal at front desk was not very helpful or nice with a snippy comment about have a nice day.Not to mention in the past I have had to wait for 10 - 15 min to get in for my general appointments.The good thing I would say is the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was good, however I have sensitive teeth and the cold water rinse was almost unbearable.I was not feeling really confident in the dentist whom took over for Rosin. Wondering if I even need a crown or fillings? They always seemed to be trying to push something. I guess well find out when I take my family to another dentist.

The experience here was great because of all the people who treat you with a smile and respect.
