Loved my french manicure. Used the gel polish. Very impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness of Tiffany Nails. I went to the Stellhorn location with a close friend, I loved it so much that I went back the next day with a family member that was looking for a good nail salon. I prefer natural nails, however. My friends both got acrylics and they were stunningly perfect.

My mom and I visited this salon since our normal one was closed. This was very rushed, not many polish choices.The reason for the low rating is how I was treated. The employee would slap whatever foot she wanted and if I didn’t do it fast enough she huffed. Very unprofessional. The massage was nonexistent and she charged extra for glitter polish top coat. I would tell you her name but she didn’t speak to me.My mom had a very personable employee who was kind and gave a good massage. But she too felt the experience was rushed. We won’t be back.

Best Ive seen in a LONG time. Im very skeptical about nail salons. I always find a flaw in every set of nails my friends or I get. I went with a friend while she got her nails done, making her the test subject to see how theyll do and they did not disappoint. Everything I usually look for in mistakes nail salons usually make, I COULD NOT find! They did so well on her nails that I am coming back to get mine done(so I will update as needed) but as far as right now they were extremely professional, the artist we had held great conversation, the nails were absolutely beautiful and when the new artist wasnt sure how to do something she had someone come and give their advice instead of just doing what she thought was right and taking a risk she wasnt sure of. They took their time and it didnt feel like they were rushing to get my friend out of the door to fill the next person. They took time to make sure it was quality work. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking to get acrylics! 100/100.

They charge 10.00for cuticle trim when getting a set? that is part of a full service. it just gets u back i faster.

After reading other reviews I decided to wait to write mine. Its been 8 days and I am still very happy with my nails. I had 2 nails that needed tips, gel dip, and mood polish done. I believe the mans name is Nye that did them.The pictures in my truck are before and after on May 13, the last 3 I just took today, May 21.

First time visiting this salon. I was referred by another loyal customer that I had only first met so I was skeptical as it is hard to find a good nail tech these days, in my opinion. I arrived in the late afternoon, midweek, as a walk-in, in need of a removal and new set of pink and white nails. I only waited a few minutes before I was seated with Kim. She was very nice, easy to talk to, efficient, careful and did a beautiful job and trust me, I am NOT easily impressed!! I would definitely recommend Miss Kim to anyone! A nice salon that offers a variety of services with a friendly staff. I will definitely be making this my new spot!

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS A 0 STAR!!! This guy litterally didn’t even take his time to paint my toenails and hurt so bad when he clipped my toenails!! He litterally got his toenail clipper thing and shoved it in like my toe! Never going back there again! Would NOT recommend!! PLS DONT GO!!!

This is our second mommy and me pedicure experience here (since covid started and salons were allowed to be open again- moms do not have childcare places like this are wonderful where you can TAKE them with you).We were very happy for the 2nd time! We will definitely be back again 🥰

My teenage daughter received a gift certificate last Christmas and she went to use it. She was told that is was expired and they tore it up in front of her. No percentage offered. Gift certificates should never expire...they received/stole the money with no service. I will never go again...ridiculous.

First time I went I asked for matte black nails, they accidentally gave me heat changing black instead. They fixed it before I left. The second time when I went for a fill in, I wanted an opaque natural pink but ended up with a very sheer, almost completely clear, bright pink. The man who did my nails tried his hardest to find a match with what I wanted but the place didnt seem to have the color I wanted. The wait time isnt bad during the week and everyone seems pretty friendly. I will return once more before I try another salon.

The ONLY reason that I will even give two stars is because of Andy! He is so kind and does a fantastic job. Schedule with him and you won’t be disappointed. I recently was set up with a tech named “My”. She was in a hurry the moment that she approached me, she kept getting up to check the door for someone that she must have been waiting on. She only excused herself politely once. She was cold and barely made eye contact with me. I don’t know who ruffled her feathers but she brought that nasty energy to me! She finished my nails and although I showed her a picture of a design that I wanted she ended up doing something different. Since she was in a rush and I could tell that she didn’t want to be bothered with me, I decided not to say anything until I left. I called the shop and spoke to Stephanie and she told me to come in the next day and they would see what they could do. I go in the next day and “My” refuses to do my nails, a man whom I believe is the owner walks up looks at my hand and ask what the problem is, I tell him that I don’t like the nails on the ring finger and he says “pick a color but you have to pay for a new design” Stephanie finds another girl to do my nails who also rushes over and asks for my color. Then that girl, the owner and another person stare at me and start a conversation in their language. I gather that they have a problem helping me, so I just walk out. Nails still ugly but I will take my money elsewhere. As much as I like Andy I can’t even bring a dime to this place again. Very rude staff!

Me and my 15 year old went to get pedicures and she has eczema on her ankles. The owner comes over and ask about itI tell him its eczema ands then he proceeds to try and take a picture of my 15 year old legs and completely embarrassed her. I understand concern, but he went overboard and was very unprofessional...didnt get our pedicures there. Mind you we waited for about 39 minutes.

Friendly, great prices, great layout in the building. They also have butterfly chairs for kids to help pamper young girls too! Very happy with service.

Very overpriced paid $50 for a full set of nails that came off within 3 days and didnt paint my nails away I wanted to she gave me some plain easy to do designed nails all she do is put pink on my nails and put a little bit of clear at the tips charge me that much crazy

I had a dip done and had to go back 2 days later due to them breaking. They redid the breaks then 2 days after that they started to peel off from the back by the of the nail. I have been getting my nails done for years and decided to try Tiffanys again. Big mistake!Pedicure was good not like they use to be. It was rushed and they were not that busy.

I had gel manicure done and only after 1 week it started chipping. The lady who did it even cut one of my fingers and it was bleeding for a while. I went back to have it fixed and it still chipped after a week.

Today was my first time here and I was blown away! Andy was amazing we talked the whole time I was here he was very gentle with my pedicure and made sure I was satisfied with my color and shape of my nails. It’s very rare to have such a great experience with nail salons in my opinion especially when your new to a town. I can’t wait to come back! Very friendly atmosphere very clean and all around just a great place to have alone time! Thank you so much! I can’t wait for next time 😊

I went here with a friend for the first time today. i got gel on my nails and she got gel acrylics. my gel were pretty good for the $15 price. but the guy who did my nails didn’t take off some of my previous nail polish. also, some of my nails aren’t fully covered. my friend also had a bad experience, worse than mine. when we got to the salon, we both looked in the book they had and saw that both the gel acrylics and regular acrylics were the same price. she also asked the lady working the counter which one she should get, and telling her they were the same price. the lady said either is fine and some costumers like gel and some like regular. so my friend decided to get gel instead since they were both the same price and they wouldn’t ware off. my friend also got designs and coffin nails as well. when she went to go pay, they told her that it was going to be $45. she called after we left and asked why it was $45, not $30. the guy from the phone told her that coffin nails were an extra $5, which the lady doing her nails never told her. also, he told her that gel was $40, which the book never said. the lady from the front desk also never told her that gel was $40 and regular was $30.

My feet were cut with the scrubs in my pedicure. Minimum price of $25 only for my feet to burn and be cut in multiple places. Unacceptable. I visited the salon with pictures and receipt and they said it must just be my feet and refused to provide compensation/ giftcard/ anything.

Will not be returning. Ended up with some acrylics that were not lined up straight and others that the ends were not cut straight. They did not have ombré or rhinestone options. Tech was not helpful in suggesting any coordinating colors since they did not have what I wanted. Felt rushed and will have to repaint at home because the colors do not look good together. Was trying to select colors while my nails were being worked on with only one hand free to go through nail cards and phone to find something they could do. Prices were not listed anywhere. Would not recommend if you want anything other than single color or French manicure.

The manager cleaned and disinfected the pedicure room while girls and I were still in the room. He told my kids they had to leave. He sat them in the kids drying area, but couldnt see them so I told them to stand at the entrance of the room.The person who did my youngest daughters mani/pedi spoke really loud and rudely. She asked me why he kept yelling at her.I was supposed to have a manicure as well but decided not to after those things happened.Not kid friendly. There are boxes and stacks of chairs and extra parts just piled in random places in each room.

A friend and I went to get our nails done (gel and a full set of gel acrylics). Before deciding 100% what we wanted, we asked to see the prices, and in the book it said that gel acrylics and regular acrylics were both $30, the same price. I even asked the lady at the front desk which she would recommend because they were the same price and she never corrected me. I went with a gel set and when the whole thing was done and over with, i ended up paying $45 not including tip! I called after I had left and asked why it was so much and it had cost $5 more for a simple nail shape (coffin) and $10 extra for gel which was NOT CLARIFIED as well as the shape price! My nails do look very good, but the price was a little much and I feel as though I was ripped off.

Got a well done dip manicure at this location. Not the case at the salon on Dupont.

They do not disinfect their tools.There massages last about 60 seconds.If Im paying for a service talk to me not your fellow employees the entire time. They dont listen to you and no one there can do nail art. WHAT?

I loved my experience here, the prices were great the staff was very friendly and helpful. They dont rush you and if you are having issues with mobility they keep that in mind and work with you and your mobility and not make you feel like a burden. I will be making this my go to place from now on and will be telling others to check this place out

I went here because a co-worker recommended them to me... I loved the set up of the nail salon and the technicians were all nice.. but its ONE DAY LATER and my 25 dollar gel nails are already cracking. Ive never had this happen any other place I have went to... not impressed and wont be returning.

They do an awesome job at Tiffanys. The new owner Cindy is absolutely awesome and so sweet and nice. She is very much a people person. I am one of the pickiest people ever when it comes to my nails. I have Cindy do my nails and she is amazing and does an excellent job. They always look great and they are strong and never had a problem with breaking or lifting. Give her a try. You wont be disappointed.

Best salon I have ever been to! The prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly! I have sensitive cuticles and they are always careful, everyone that has done my nails is always asking me if Im comfortable and if I like what they are doing, they always try to do the design photos I bring in. My favorite tech is Fawn, have been going to her for years and so have my sisters and mother! Walk-ins almost always get in in less than ten minutes! Has ruined all other nail salons for me!!!

My daughter had her nails and toes painted Sunday afternoon. By Sunday night all 10 fingers of nail polish had peeled off in one piece. We went back so they could fix it and I was told it would be at no charge because 3 other people had the same happen. I then noticed one toe needed fixed and asked could I pay for that to be fixed. I was told yes. My daughter picked out one solid color to make it easier than repainting rainbow nail polish she previously had. The guy who repainted her nails decided to polish all of her toes and fingers without consulting me. He then placed her under the dryer and came to tell me what he had done and per the owner he in turn had to charge me FULL price for her hands and feet for services I did not ask for nor want. This is not right and not fair. I am livid. Needless to say, I won’t be back. The unfortunate thing is, I paid anyway because I am not the type of person to just walk out. Even more unfortunate I planned to be a new loyal customer. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! I hope the owner sees this message and understands this is not the way to treat paying customers.

Ive only been here once so far and would return again based on my first experience. The staff that attended to me and my daughters were courteous and I was impressed with the guy that did my pedicure for actually doing it the way you are taught in nail tech classes. Also impressed by the fact that the foot bowls are lined providing a sanitary environment between each client. They have the machine you need for sterilization of the instruments used to perform their jobs and MEN they have an area just for you to relax and pamper yourself as well. Thouroughly impressed!!!

I struggle rating this salon. Sometimes they’re a 5 and other times they’re a 2. It honestly depends from visit to visit. There are some employees that do a great job and others that I can literally kick because they’re so rough. Sometimes the paint will last weeks other times it won’t only last for days. There’s definitely room for improvement. The front desk girl Stephanie is very organized which helps them get a lot of people in and out quickly but I think where they really need to work on things is their actual quality of work. Give it a try. Maybe you’ll get lucky on your visit.

This nail salon is the best. Very friendly people and very helpful. Very clean and neat inside. I would highly recommend. I also get the acrylic nails.They NEVER chip or peel, and the polish lasts FOREVER. The reason I go back is just because the nails have grown so fast that you can see on the nail where they have grown out.

Went today for the first time, they use the same nail files, same drill covers on each person which is absolutely gross, they dump the liquid after eaxh person but use the same brushes with out cleaning so Im not sure why it makes a difference to dump the liquid? I asked for cat eye polish but the person had never done that before so I went with just white tips, the tech cut my 2 of my fingers while trying to file my nails Im pretty sure they are new but it is totally unacceptable

I have been coming to Tiffanys for years now. I just wish their staff were more careful. Twice now, Ive had the nail tech who was doing my pedicure cut me. The first time, the nail tech wasnt paying attention while she was chit chatting with the other nail tech doing my friends pedicure and was scrubbing the tender flesh of the inside of my foot to the point in which it began to bleed. Today, the nail tech was chit chatting with the other nail tech doing my friends pedi and sliced the top of my toe with the callus remover. I like coming to Tiffanys for my pedicures but I dont enjoy leaving bleeding and worrying about potential infection. The worst part is neither technician acknowledged that they cut me nor apologized. Im just praying that they follow the proper sterilization procedures.

I went to Tiffany’s Nails this evening and Kristi did a great job on my feet. I had a ingrown on my big toe and she got it out without hurting me or complaining about it . I always try to get Barb which is rare unless I just get lucky without an appointment which is great at what she does too seems to be a busy lady with clients she has earned for all her hard work and great work she does. If barb is busy I will definitely ask for kristi too. I want to say Thank you Kristi for making sure I was a happy customer for such a great service I had tonight. I will see you kristi or barb

Been going here for awhile. On average they do very well. From time to time certain techs will short you on services listed in menu. There are several techs there that do good quality work and are very friendly.

I went in today for a repair on one of my nails. It had come off not even 5 days after having them done. I had Tiffany herself for my repair. She was moody, and I didn’t get a single smile from her. I had my nails square and rounded, and the one she fixed is HUGE compared to the others. The acrylic itself very thick. She put the color on that I wanted but it didn’t match. I told her it didn’t match and she said “well the other ones are older, but I can put on another coat and it’ll be super thick.” She didn’t ask me once if it looks okay and she was super rough with me. She acted as if it was a burden to have my business. She charged me $2 which is fine. I am not happy with the fix. Every other time I’ve been there has been great other than this time.

Ive finally found a place I actually like. Mary was my nail tech and she did a beautiful fill for me. She was super sweet, did exactly what i asked for(unlike q-nails on maysville rd.) & my nails look great. The only problem is this place is a little crowded, but i can live with that. Im definitely coming back!!!

I went in with high hopes. My friend told me the place was good, and cheaper than most. They told me it would be $25-30 for a fill, so I decided to go through with it. I couldn’t understand the woman doing my nails and she didn’t really let me choose the color. The original and new nails are not even and when filing my nails she left a large cut on the side of my finger. Now looking at my nails, I have a bubble on my right thumb that will only be fixed if I go in and get them redone. Not only that, the edges of the nails are sharp and uneven. I then paid $35 instead of the original price that I was given. I will not be going back. I will find a new place to get them fixed even if it means I’ll have to pay again.

I was here once before and my experience was okay. Decided to come back because Sarah’s was closed and I really needed to get my toes redone. However, the customer service was horrible. My friend was treated very poorly. Her cuticles started bleeding because the woman doing it was so rough. She didn’t get any lotion, only the scrub. And we literally watched them put the instruments back into the same light-box that they originally pulled them out of.... we were mortified.. had we known that before we began we would have got up and immediately left. Neither of us will ever be stepping foot in there again.

I was in on Saturday 6/3/17 and the lady that was doing my nails was in a hurry as usual and was drilling the nail polish off and drilled down into my nail where the top layer of my nail was gone and the skin under my nail was exposed. I snatched hand back because obviously it hurt. She apologized and I told you just need to slow down and be careful. She proceeded on doing my nails and everything that I explained to her that I did not want she did the opposite. So decide that she would go get someone else to finish my nails. The manager came over and said to wait right here and he will be right back and finish my nails. A few minutes later he returned and proceeded to finish my nails. He asked me, Did I know where he first started doing nails? And I said no. He replied, Downtown and I had to work with a lot of you people. I enjoyed working with Black people a little difficult but fun. My first thought was to get up and leave but I allowed him to finish, paid him and left but I will never ever return.

I went in with my mom for a birthday present since she has never had a manicure or a pedicure before. Let me remind you, she is 71. We picked out the gel colors we wanted quickly, and the lady told us to sit down in the pedicure chairs. We did just that, and another lady came over and yelled at us for sitting in the chairs. After we got up, the lady apologized, and we sat back down. Lady rushed, and asked me how I wanted my heart done. I said, Any way you know how to do it!, and she put 3 dots an carried them all down and it looked AWFUL. The blue my mom picked, was a light shade, and what they gave her was a navy blue. They did not give massages and they were rude to us when my mom started talking to me about how work was going. Never in a million years would I ever go back. I do not recommend it to ANYONE. Unless you are looking for a train-wreck nail salon.

Horrible choices of colors and very rude desk clerk. We clearly were not given directions on what to do once we “ picked out a color” as she rudely told us. They were obviously not wanting to help a person at all. A lot more places in the area that are a lot better, we thought we would give them a try and I won’t ever go back.

I even tried starting a conversation and asked if she had kids and she got up and got me a water 😆 I love a nail place who cares and has somewhat of a relationship with ... will be driving across town to my old place rather then down the street to here ! But they do have a great kids room !!

I would’ve gave a zero review cause I asked for a n ombré nail with neon green tips and got green nails with some sparkle and some not... Liz’s did my nails she had a very bad attitude when I asked her to fix them she did not she did not want to even fil my nails properly... I will not be back to her

Every time I’ve been here they’ve usually been good, except for when they always make the thumbs SO short. This time they made mine all complete different lengths. My pointer fingers are completely different lengths and this time it’s embarrassingly noticeable. I told the manager and he had my lady redo my pointer fingers. Afterwards they looked almost exactly the same as before and i still look stupid. She wouldn’t listen to me about my thumbs being different lengths so she wouldn’t redo those. I normally love this place but now I’m going on spring break looking dumb

Went in for a simple 2 color ombre. After 1.75 hours later, the nail tech hurting me & 4 people trying to help this tech, I left with horrible looking nails. The tech had the audacity after she finished to complain to me she was late for her appointment that was 45 minutes ago.Listen lady... I didnt want to be here this long, either. There were plenty of other nail techs that couldve taken me (like one of the other 3 trying to assist you) & I wouldve appreciated you telling me you had no clue how to do an ombre.Worst nail salon experience ever. Now Im sitting here trying to fix this mess myself.
