Extremely satisfied as usual! Wanted a chakra inspired design showed her a picture and she nailed it pun intended

Wanted to take my daughter to get a pedicure with me for the first time as a special treat. They did so good with her and did such a great job! I would definitely come here again.

Really good time of day 10 am for the pedicure. The pedicurist did a nice long pedicure and foot and lower leg massage. Good service and a nice atmosphere.

Yin is amazing! She did a set of acrylic French tips on me, but I like them a very particular way. I showed her a picture and she made them perfect! The best set of acrylics I’ve ever had both quality and design wise. The price is very reasonable for the caliber of work. I made and appointment so I was seen very promptly when I arrived. She was so incredibly detailed and made sure the tiniest thing was done to perfection. Highly recommend and she’s my new go to nail person!

I had a fill and “matching” pedicure. The pedicure was average, they didn’t trim my cuticles. The fill was better, but the colors did not match and they didn’t fix it.

I love the the people here! Very nice and very clean place. Place is really fancy and by far the best nail salon I’ve been to in the many places I’ve been. Very good quality and designs are amazing. They give you more for the price and don’t overcharge for not good service either.

I was referred by a friend and I couldnt have been more impressed!!! Very clean salon with hundreds of dip options!!Most nail salons that Ive gone to,they rush through and dont take their time, and they tell you they cant do that design.. at Magic Nails and Spa they did a fantastic job!! I wanted a pedi, before I left for vacation. I went to Magic Nails and they were able to take me, as soon as I walked in the door. When I sat down, there were 3 other people getting pedis and 4 people getting manis and more people were walking in. Every single person that walked in, was seated right away.I got the basic gel pedi ($40.00).The nail technician that did my pedi was detailed oriented and efficient. He was very friendly. They used a liner in each foot spa. All of their tools and are in sterile pouches. The selection of gel colors is vast.I was in and out, in less than an hour.I will definitely be back.Thank you Magic Nails, for such a great job!

My daughters and I go every 2 weeks and its always been a very pleasant experience since the day we started going here. The ladies at this place are very professional, friendly, and attentive. They genuinely just want you to have a great time being there. Love this nail spa! ❤

The tools used for manicures & pedicures are not thoroughly cleaned. Items are shared and are not cleaned between usage which is unsanitary and risks spreading illness/disease.I have visited this salon twice, and both times I was not greeted upon entry which is highly unprofessional.The final straw was when one of the techs rushed through my pedicure and CUT me causing me to bleed!!! She threw the item that cut me amongst other tools to be used on other customers. HUGE RED FLAG!!! DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!I plan on reporting this establishment to the state.

Me, my daughter and sister visited this place as they were able to get us in last minute. We wanted a standard full set, a standard manicure and a children’s manicure. As the lady started doing my full set, after every step, she would take her phone out and text and then make a phone call on speaker so I would have to wait until she was done with the call to resume. I still have glue on my finger, several of my nails are crooked and not evenly round. She assumed and gave me gel when I kept saying I wanted regular polish and I was charged too much (charged for an ombré full set) I called them and explained being charged too much and she said “Oh yes it’s because you have coffin shape” I said no I have round shape. She replied “ok it’s because you have long nails” I said no ma’am I have actually really short nails.” She says back “ok I’m not sure but she’s not here and then hangs up on me. My sister was charged too much as well. The atmosphere was uncomfortable and I almost got up and walked out. 2 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ because the color I picked is bright pink which I like. I will not be back here, they are unprofessional and I’d rather pay for services that I actually receive where I’m appreciated.

Julia is absolutely awesome!! When moving to Ft Wayne, I was looking for a nail shop that would do a great job for all the routine services I needed (Eyebrows, Acrylic Nails and Pedicure) Magic Nails & Spa was a perfect fit! They do a great job, its clean and the staff is very friendly and personable! 5 Stars for sure!

Walked in and got a Pedi immediately no waiting. Just got the basic Pedi but it was great. Salon is clean and staff is friendly. Will definitely come back!

For my birthday I wanted to get my nails done. I had Mon. I am a nail bitter and she made me look like I have nails! She did so wonderful and I didn’t get cut she was super careful. I even got my eyebrows waxed! I will definitely continue to go back

I decided to give Magic Nails a try after reading previous reviews and was not disappointed! I was serviced as soon as I walked in the door and Ai was a great nail technician and very personable!

We got there early said we had 2 nails and 5 feet we waited 2 hours as we watched other walk ins get their nails done!! Then we had 2 for nails after feet and I got up to pay for my daughter and my spot was given to someone else and would have to wait for about an hour!! We had already been there for 3 hours! Then my daughter nails and granddaughter the paint was coming off after 2 days!! They didn’t paint my toe nails all the way or trim them!! My daughter also had several nails break off within less than a week!!! Very disappointed and will never use again!!!

Loved my experience here! Came in as a walk-in for a pedicure and had no wait despite there being 3 other people there and it was a Sunday. Ai did my mango/guava scrub pedicure and it was great. It was very relaxing, smelled great and she made sure I was comfortable, explaining what she used and asking about preferred temperatures. They even let my boyfriend that tagged along sit in the massage chair next to me during my pedicure. The decor is great, lots of adorable colors to choose from too. They are very clean and cautious, wear gloves/masks and use bags in the pedicure bins. My pedicure and the experience was great, overall 10/10, definitely coming back. Thank you!

We called in advance to see if they had any appointments available and they told us we could come in. We did two pedicures, my mom had to wait 20-30 minutes to even be helped while a woman worked on my feet. No one acknowledged her or explained that they were behind. The goal of doing two pedicures at once is to be done at the same time. Honestly it was really unprofessional.

I went there 3 days ago and paid over 100$ for my nails and toes my nails were not how i wanted nor as long as i asked for and really thin and i already broke one just opening my car door my sister went with me as well and her nail broke from simply WASHING HER HANDS i am satisfied with my pedicure but not with my nails poor quality that doesn’t last long and too expensive

Wow I am so amazed at the excellent and professional service! I walked in needing multiple services and they got me in almost immediately and took care of me. Not many other nail places can provide this level of excellence FULLY RECOMMEND! They are pretty new as well and with Covid, I’m sure it’s hard to find a place that will accept walk ins. Very clean and nice area and friendly people!
