I have been getting my nails and toes done at Polish Nail Salon for the last three years. Ana always has my nails looking so nice and her nail art is the cutest! Everyone thought these were little stickers, nope! All Ana and her brush! I am sad I am moving out of state because I am not sure if I can find another salon like Polish. Polish is always clean, all the ladies are so sweet, and plenty of colors to choose from. You will not be disappointed if you choose to go here.

(Pictures are added & details about pictures at the bottom!) I went a few days before my birthday to get a full set of acrylics. I showed the nail artist a picture of exactly what I wanted (square with rounded edges). When she initally cut to determine the length that I wanted I told her that length she cut to was perfect and that is the length I wanted when they were finished. By the time my nails were done I realized she filed my nails down way too short. Initally I didnt say anything because Im not a confrontational person and at first glance (becuase I was in a rush) I thought they would be alright for the time being. When I got home I realized they were so short you could see the pads of my fingers above my nails. I was extremely unhappy and called the salon to leave a voicemail. The next morning they called me back and I made an appointment for that day to get them redone. I ended up changing the shape of the nail that I wanted to almond. She cut me on 6 fingers to the point where I was bleeding. I assumed I would have to pay the difference for the changed nail shape but since it wasnt even a full 24 hours from the day before I was not expecting to pay for a whole new set of acrylics especially with how unhappy I was! They made me pay, I tried to talk with them but they were not even considering giving me a credit or even a discount. Extremely POOR customer service! This second set of nails were better than the previous set, but some were crooked, the acrylic on my nail was uneven, I had multiple cuts and she didnt bring the acrylic all the way down to my nail. its been one week since I got them done and to be blunt they look terrible. I went to a different salon today to get a fill because they looked so bad and looked like I hadent gotten them done in weeks! I do not reccommend Polish AT ALL!! The fact that I had to pay almost $100 for TWO sets of acrylics that werent even that great was absolutely RIDICULOUS. I will never go there again or recommend this place to anyone I know.*PICTURES* the first picture of the nails with glitter is what I showed the nail tech of what I wanted them to look like. Second and third picture is what I got done the first time and called Polish back to see if I could get them redone. Fourth picture (tan almond shape) was exactly one week after she removed the previous acrylics and redid them. The last picture (pink nails) is from today at Nailed It salon when I went in for a fill and basically asked them if they could fix/salavge my nails. The nail tech at Nailed It salon performed a MIRACLE on my nails and I am very happy with them now. But the amount of money I had to spend just to get them to the point I was happy is ABSURD! In total I spent (not including tip) $119 on my nails in the time span of one week. (Polish first set $42 + second set $42 - even though I shouldnt of had to pay for a full new set - + $35 for a fill at Nailed It Salon!) DO NOT GO TO POLISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been going to Nail Polish for years and highly recommend. The ladies are very professional, always ask how you would like the nail length and shape and ALWAYS ask if you like them after polished.The ladies are friendly, polite, considerate and care about each and every one of their clients that walk through their door.As a client, I 100% recommend!

My first time going to Polish. Yes, I read the negative review but thought I would try anyway... I made an appointment and this was a good thing because they were busy and not able to accommodate walk-ins. The salon was very clean and didn’t have that “nail salon smell”. A TV played videos for the kids who were present. Comfy furniture to sit on while waiting. Yes, the people ahead of me ran late and I had to wait like 20 minutes, but to my surprise and delight they quietly pre-paid for my service because I had to wait! (Thank you, kind folks!) Then it was my turn. Ana wiped down everything and got to work. She listened carefully to what I wanted, we discussed options, she looked at my inspiration photos and then she got to work. I ended up with a beautiful full set, shaped exactly how I wanted. We chatted the whole time and I feel like I made a new friend. I was so happy and impressed with the service I received that I had to come on here and leave a positive review to offset the negative one from earlier. Polish just made me a customer for life!

Been going to this salon for years now, service is amazing, everybody in there is so nice, and the nails they do are spectacular. I always get compliments and people always ask where I go for my acrylics. Love this place!!!

Pretty good, I asked for a dripping design in black and white for my finger nails, help up for a few weeks, but I would recommend just getting a plain color. They also dont make great conversation but if you want to sit in peace this is the right place. Not a huge color choice, but overall pretty good.

They did a great job but never talked to me unless they wanted to know something about my nails. None of them spoke very good English. My friend got a design and they didnt do a very good job. They also didnt have that big of a color choice. It was very clean the bathrooms had extra everything in case something ran out. The prices were very good I just dont recommend a design. It took quite a while so make sure you have a good chunk of time. but overall this was a good place.

I have Emma do my nails twice since having my nails done at another salon who totally did a very poor job. She took her time and never made me feel like getting my nails just right was important. I have found my new nail salon for sure!

I had my first visit today and it was fantastic! Everyone was extremely friendly and polite. The best part was I personally saw them sanitize the chairs, pliers and instruments!!

Absolutely the BEST place in Fort Wayne to get nails done! I have had pedis and manis and both regular and shellac nails and they always do a FANTASTIC job! Today I went there after Cali Nails screwed my nails up before my wedding in two days. I did not go to Polish originally because they closed earlier than when I could get there. So glad I went back today for the fix! The salon is so relaxing, they play great movies and it is quiet. The techs are always polite and make great conversation or allow you to watch the movie if that is more your speed. I will always go back to Polish moving forward! THUMBS UP!!!!!!

These wonderful gals have been doing my manis and pedis for years, both shellac and polish. I have never left the salon unhappy. I moved away and still go back for Ana or Salena to do my nails. Try them-you will not be disappointed.
