This is the worst experience I have ever had in the 10 years of getting my nails done. Ive never seen such bad shaping and the lengths are completely different from one hand to the next (and one finger to the next on some). She used a cuticle snipper to trim where the acrylic had grown out and when I asked why she said she didnt know but maybe because of the mold that gets under there when you wash your hands. She used a tip for my pointer finger but not for my thumb and just did an overlay. Why the difference? You could tell the cushion for your arms hadnt been cleaned and neither had the gel UV lamp.Went back to have them fixed today and the tech asked ME if the shaping was even and looked better as she was fixing them. I also had to repeat multiple times what needed fixed (as if she could see) and she even commented on how the lengths were all different. When I asked for the glitter dip powder she said they dont have that. With their poor quality, I wouldnt be surprised they cant afford it. Please save your time, money, and energy and DO NOT go here.

I went to this place twice to try to give a fair chance. The 1st time I went I bring my sister her child in my child. My sister was not happy with the results and she did not want to come back. I on the other hand wanted to give a second chance thinking maybe it was just a bad day maybe if I speak to the owner I would have different results. I was wrong They changed nothing they very arrogantly felt like they didnt have to Any questions I had about the different types of nail services they had no answers for me told me to Google it and any pictures I asked for they said they didnt have pictures Google it My daughter received Janelle Polish on her hands and feet and it came off 2 days later Ive been trying to call their phone ever since no one ever answers the phone.And this stuff under my nail is stuck under my nail It is stuck in the acrylic

My best friend and I took our daughters there for a pampering day. Got manicures and pedicures. All of our nails and toes came out great, didnt have a long wait and there were 5 of us. It was quiet and relaxing. And the price wasnt bad.

Ladies... what the hell is this? I went in for an acrylic fill and it look less than 20 minutes because of the lack of effort that was put into it. The color is bubbling which I have never had happen. She didn’t even ask what shape I wanted. I had to ask another nail tech to fix the ends because they was no polish on them. And to top it all off the owner was walking around barefoot.....

I was so taken back on Wednesday at the disrespect a customer displayed to the professionals at this nail salon. It truly was disgraceful and quite frankly rude to the nail technicians and other customers. The customer stated she would write a horrible review online as she threw only half of the money she owed to the owner. The owner was being more than fair. It was obvious the customer was trying to get free services. Be kind and respectful to others! I feel pampered, beautiful, and cared for after I visit this salon. I have been going to this salon for approximately a year. I have always been very pleased. I feel very comfortable. The salon is clean. The music is calming. The smell of great lotions and scrubs fill the air! I am able to relax after 2-3 long 12 hour shifts! It is a privilege to be able to pamper myself. I am very thankful for this salon!

Was not professional and was disgusting. The areas and tools were full of nail dust that they never cleaned or sanitized after each guest. The nail file looked like it hadent been changed in a week. Overall a bad experience and will never be going back.

Didnt talk to me or cut my toenails down and gave the shortest massage ever for a pedi. Went a week or two ago and my toenail cracked.... I got shellac

I went for the first time and got Amy to do a manicure. She greeted me quickly and got right to work. She was very efficient, was easy to talk to and did a fabulous job on my nails. I felt like her station and the business were clean and I felt comfortable at all times. Having gone to two other local businesses for a manicure, this has been my best manicure yet. I would absolutely return and have Amy do my nails again.

Ive been to this place 3 times now as Im trying to find a place I can call my nail home. First two times I was impressed, but tonight not so much. The lady doing my nails left color on them from last time and my new color was light, so you could still see the green and when I said something she ignored me. She was rude the whole time doing my nails and laughing and talking with the other employee. When she told me she was done I went up to pay and ask how much she rudely said $23 and I paid and gave her a $5 tip still and she rolled her eyes and walked away. Sadly I dont think this will be my nail shop either.

Arrived without an appointment at around 4 and they started on me quickly and I was out by five. Their location is clean and they listened to what I wanted and let me know ahead what they could and could not do. I would recommend if you need a full set.

It was not very professional they didn’t wear gloves and didn’t wash there hands after helping other customers. This lady touched someone’s feet and came over and touched me after she was done helping and there was nail dust everywhere on the tables. I also went in for a fill and ended up spending the price of getting a full set when it should of been cheaper

Many times I got a good manicure but some people there are not as good. Customer service is not great. I went there for years and they never cared to learn my name.

Horrible.. acrylic nails hurt so bad and Im happy most of them fell off. Nail tech was very nice but she left my nails long and bulky, I had to go back in to get the rest of them taken off and I thought she would soak them but obviously... she wasnt too bright and she took them off dry and dug into my skin and clipped them off and dug more into my skin, Im thankful I did not bleed... extremely painful experience ... it seems no one in fort wayne can do nails... this place deserves 0 stars ... Im too ashamed to even post of a picture of the results of when she originally did them... no experience whatsoever .. do research and read reviews before you go here and waste your money... they didnt even offer to fix them let alone a refund which I know most nail salons dont offer ... but one lady in there was extremely rude and Im not sure if she was a manager or not... NO social skills, dont know her name nor care to know... if you continue to have an attitude like that your business will go down hill but this place sucks anyways so doesnt really matter and I hope you all read this review and learn from my mistake and sharing this wonderful experience with all of you!!!

I got the DIP process done. The first time I went everything was great. The second time, however, not so much. The tech messed up one nail & had to re-dip another time. Made for a very thick nail. She also nicked my skin in 2 different places with the dremel tool & drew a little blood that eventually scabbed up. I guess I need to find that one good tech & start making apps.

Will never come back and I gave them two chances! Pedi was great first time nails were So so and one popped off next day when I could finally make it in to get it fixed owner did it and it was huge and ugly and didn’t come close to matching others then said she’d charge me next time. Since I lived the pedicure I came back for another and they were rude, yet again, when I tried to find out who the last only kind lady working there was that did them and stuck me with someone who need to be shown how do to half the pedicure and I got a One minute massage which the the main reason I get a pedi and had two toes cut open!

Ive been coming here for about 5 years, but each time Im more disappointed. I asked for triangle tip, which she said she could do, but she rushed through it and it was so wonky and uneven. She didnt want to fix them, so I just had her fill them in. She was bouncing between two people, so I understand that she was busy, but dang... super disappointed

I love this place! I recently moved out north and so I tried many places to go to instead and I never found anywhere that the price was right and the quality and staff was nice and acted like they wanted you there. I bartend so I am rough with my hands and have my hands in soap and chemicals all day and no where else would stay on like thiers. I used to get their shellac but now do the dip and get a delux mani pedi and am there for 2 hours at least just getting pampered and don’t spend a fortune and leave relaxed and pampered. Everyone that has gone with me continue to going back, including my boyfriend. I will continue driving the 30-40 min there!

I had always been very happy with my service I received at VN Nails until recently, I had went for a pedicure, a very nice gentleman had given to me, although he was kind my service was not at all like I had experienced previously, the massage was awful, my pedicure was below acceptable. I was not going to tip because I was not satisfied, but he stood there after I had paid looking at me as if I was obligated to tip him, so I did. A tip is earned not a must. Not happy

So my husband treated my mother and I to pedicures for mothers day. My mom didnt get a very good massage with her pedicure and they didnt trim one of her toes, leaving them uneven. Then a day later her polish chipped. I thought I was getting a good pedicure until the woman doing mine clip the side of my toe, which at the time I thought maybe it was just a hangnail and it just hurt at the time but wouldnt later. I was wrong. Turns out she had clipped my skin. She cut the whole side of my big toe nail off and when compared to my other big toe it shows. There is a straight cut right down to the skin. So a couple days later it is red and sore to walk on. Well now I woke up in pain went to the bathroom and my toe was red and huge so I pressed the side and then came the pus. How awesome I went for my first pedi in years on mothers day and I get the gift of an infected toe due to a bad pedicure and an ingrown nail as the result of poor trimming technique. I thought the place and people seemed very nice, but this is unacceptable. I should be enjoying a nice pedi but instead I have to worry about a doctors visit.

Thought I would take 2 kids for pedicure and nails painted. They got me usually other places 19 or 20 bucks charged me 56 dollars come on wasnt even like they was doing adults want bam done and worked on people in between. They maybe kids but paying customers Not going back

I got a gift certificate for my birthday and decided to use it to get a gel manicure. The lady that was doing my nails seemed like she was new she wasent overly friendly and my nails didnt last even a week when I called to complain the lady said she would redo them. My son became Ill on the day I was to go and so I called and they told me I should call Sunday to reschedule and when I called Sunday then the manager wasent available so to call Monday. When I called Monday the manager was completely rude told me I never called and began screaming at me. Needles to say worst service and customer service ever.

When theyre in the people were wonderful Amy did a good job on my nails and they did a wonderful job on my mom highly recommended nail salon
